Description

关闭电风扇时的信息推送方法以及电风扇 技术领域
本发明属于 家用电器领域,尤其是涉及一种关闭电风扇时的信息推送方法以及电风扇。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 自动关闭电风扇的方法以及电风扇 》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了 一种关闭电风扇时的信息推送方法,目的在于 为了解决当前家用电器中,在使用电风扇过程中可能忘记关闭电风扇,而造成浪费的缺陷,而提供 一种电风扇能自动关闭的方法, 并保护、彰显发明创造者的权益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的: 一种关闭电风扇时的信息推送方法 ,包括以下步骤:
记录用户预设的启动热探测器的时间间隔以及持续探测时间;
当风扇开启时,根据所述启动热探测器的时间间隔启动热探测器,并判断特定探测范围内是否存在人体热源;
若是,关闭热探测器;
若否,持续探测,并判断在所述用户预设的持续探测时间内是否发现人体热源;
若是,关闭热探测器;
若否,关闭风扇,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 电风扇 ,包括:
记录单元,用于记录用户预设的启动热探测器的时间间隔以及持续探测时间;
热探测器,用于探测特定范围内是否存在人体热源;
判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端连接以及所述热探测器的输出端连接,用于当风扇开启时,根据所述启动热探测器的时间间隔启动热探测器,判断特定探测范围内是否存在人体热源,以及在特定探测范围未探测到人体热源时,判断在所述用户预设的持续探测时间内是否发现人体热源 ;
关闭单元, 其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于当所述用户预设的持续探测时间内未发现人体热源时,关闭风扇;
信息推送单元,其输入端与所述关闭单元的输出端连接,用于 关闭单元因 所述用户预设的持续探测时间内未发现人体热源而关闭风扇后,向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过用户预设的启动热探测器的时间间隔以及持续探测时间后,通过当风扇开启时,根据所述启动热探测器的时间间隔启动热探测器,探测特定范围内是否存在人体热源,当所述用户预设的持续探测时间内未发现人体热源时,关闭风扇,同时向用户推送专利信息。从而能实现 用户在使用电风扇过程中,出现忘记关闭的情况时,电风扇能自动关闭,并保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。

在步骤 S102 中,当风扇开启时,根据所述启动热探测器的时间间隔启动热探测器,并判断特定探测范围内是否存在人体热源。
在电风扇开启时, 根据现有技术,只需在电风扇上安装上热探测器,就能探测出吹风的区域有没有人体热源的存在,当风扇开启时,就记录下开启风扇的时间,所以 根据启动的 热探测器探测吹风的前方区域是否有人体热源的存在,从而 进行判断。
若是,进入步骤 S103 , 关闭热探测器 ;若否,进入步骤 S104 , 持续探测,并判断在所述用户预设的持续探测时间内是否发现人体热源。
该处为了让电风扇能够判断有没有人在探测区域,如果在探测区域没有监测到人体热源,同时开启监测的时间超过了上述 探测不到人体热源的持续时间 ,就判断为用户不在。反之就为用户一直在。进而进入下一个操作。
若是,进入步骤 S105 , 关闭热探测器 ;若否,进入步骤 S106 , 关闭电风扇,同时向用户推送专利信息。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过用户预设的启动热探测器的时间间隔以及持续探测时间后,通过当风扇开启时,根据所述启动热探测器的时间间隔启动热探测器,探测特定范围内是否存在人体热源,当所述用户预设的持续探测时间内未发现人体热源时,关闭风扇,同时向用户推送专利信息。从而能实现 用户在使用电风扇过程中,出现忘记关闭的情况时,电风扇能自动关闭,并保护、彰显发明创造者的权益。

信息推送单元 25 ,其输入端与所述关闭单元的输出端连接,用于 关闭单元因 所述用户预设的持续探测时间内未发现人体热源而关闭风扇后,向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种关闭电风扇时的信息推送方法 , 其特征在于,所述 方法 包括如下步骤:
    记录用户预设的启动热探测器的时间间隔以及持续探测时间;
    当风扇开启时,根据所述启动热探测器的时间间隔启动热探测器,并判断特定探测范围内是否存在人体热源;
    若是,关闭热探测器;
    若否,持续探测,并判断在所述用户预设的持续探测时间内是否发现人体热源;
    若是,关闭热探测器;
    若否,关闭风扇,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种 电风扇 ,其特征在于,所述 电风扇 包括:
    记录单元,用于记录用户预设的启动热探测器的时间间隔以及持续探测时间;
    热探测器,用于探测特定范围内是否存在人体热源;
    判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端连接以及所述热探测器的输出端连接,用于当风扇开启时,根据所述启动热探测器的时间间隔启动热探测器,判断特定探测范围内是否存在人体热源,以及在特定探测范围未探测到人体热源时,判断在所述用户预设的持续探测时间内是否发现人体热源 ;
    关闭单元, 其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于当所述用户预设的持续探测时间内未发现人体热源时,关闭风扇;
    信息推送单元,其输入端与所述关闭单元的输出端连接,用于 关闭单元因 所述用户预设的持续探测时间内未发现人体热源而关闭风扇后,向用户推送专利信息。
