在无线蜂窝通信***中,处于小区边缘的用户设备或者无宏小区覆盖的用户设备,可能需要通过用户设备的协助才能接入无线网络,以维持正常的语音和数据业务或者获得更好的服务质量。另一方面,用户设备渗透率的发展规律决定了高版本用户设备推出的初期在用户设备总量中占比不多,甚至占比偏小,大量的低版本用户设备不仅难以从高版本的网络中获益,并且会使得高版本网络的高性能无法被充分利用,这个问题即使在低版本用户设备完全退出市场后也依然会在不同子版本的高版本用户设备间存在。
如图1所示,多用户协作通信(Multiple User Cooperative Communication)是一种在无线通信***中通过多个用户设备(User Equipment,简称UE)协作达到提升某个UE吞吐量的技术。具体的,协作组中的两个UE,一个是协作用户设备(Cooperate User Equipment,简称C-UE),另一个是受益用户设备(Benefit User Equipment,简称B-UE)。协作用户设备作为基站与受益用户设备之间的数据中转者,转发基站与受益用户设备之间的无线业务数据。基站与受益用户设备之间的无线链路定义为直连链路,该链路带宽相对较小,数据速率较低。基站与协作用户设备之间的无线链路定义为回传链路,该链路带宽较大,数据速率较高。协作用户设备与受益用户设备之间的无线链路定义为接入链路,由于受协作用户设备服务的受益用户设备数量一般并不多,并且协作用户设备与受益用户设备之间的距离较近,链路质量好,因此接入链路的数据速率通常高于直连链路。
由于协作集的建立过程涉及到基站、协作用户设备和受益用户设备三者,因此,多个网元之间的信息交互导致协作集的建立时延较大。

本发明实施例提供的技术方案,协作用户设备获取基站与协作用户设备之间的回传链路的信道质量信息,向受益用户设备广播携带协作信息的广播消息。本发明实施例能够减少协作集建立的时延。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种协作集建立的方法,应用于协作用户设备,该方法包括:
    获取基站与协作用户设备之间的回传链路的信道质量信息;
    向受益用户设备广播携带协作信息的广播消息;
    其中,所述回传链路是协作用户设备与基站之间的通信链路;所述协作信息包括所述回传链路的信道质量信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述受益用户设备上报的测量事件并转发给所述基站;
    其中,所述测量事件包括:接入链路的信道质量测量结果和回传链路的信道质量测量结果;
    其中,所述接入链路是协作用户设备与受益用户设备之间的通信链路。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中:
    所述获取所述回传链路的信道质量信息,包括:
    测量基站发送的下行导频,根据测量结果确定所述回传链路的信道质量;或者,接收基站发送的携带协作信息的广播消息,所述协作信息包括所述回传链路的信道质量信息。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中:
    所述向受益用户设备广播携带协作信息的广播消息,包括:
    向受益用户设备周期性广播携带协作信息的广播消息;或者,在判定所述回传链路的信道质量满足第一阈值要求时,向受益用户设备广播携带协作信息的广播消息;或者,在接收到基站发送的携带协作信息的广播消息后,向受益用户设备转发所述携带协作信息的广播消息。
  5. 一种协作集建立的方法,应用于基站,该方法包括:
    接收受益用户设备上报的测量事件或协作用户设备转发的受益用户设备上报的测量事件;
    根据所述测量事件判定是否指示所述协作用户设备建立协作集;
    其中,所述测量事件包括:接入链路的信道质量测量结果和回传链路的信道质量测量结果;
    其中,接入链路是受益用户设备与协作用户设备之间的通信链路;回传链路是协作用户设备与基站之间的通信链路。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,在接收受益用户设备上报的测量事件或协作用户设备转发的受益用户设备上报的测量事件之前,所述方法还包括:
    获取基站与协作用户设备之间的回传链路的信道质量信息,向协作用户设备或受益用户设备广播携带协作信息的广播消息;
    其中,所述协作信息包括所述回传链路的信道质量信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中:
    所述获取所述回传链路的信道质量信息,包括:
    接收协作用户设备上报的回传链路的信道指示信息CQI,根据所述CQI确定所述回传链路的信道质量;或者
    测量协作用户设备发送的上行参考信号,根据测量结果确定所述回传链路的信道质量。
  8. 一种协作集建立的方法,应用于受益用户设备,该方法包括:
    接收基站或协作用户设备发送的携带协作信息的广播消息,获取基站与协作用户设备之间的回传链路的信道质量信息;
    在所述回传链路的信道质量满足第一阈值要求时,获取接入链路的信道质量信息;
    在所述接入链路的信道质量满足第二阈值要求时,向协作用户设备或基站上报测量事件;
    其中,所述测量事件包括:接入链路的信道质量测量结果和回传链路的信道质量测量结果;
    其中,所述回传链路是协作用户设备与基站之间的通信链路;所述接入 链路是受益用户设备与协作用户设备之间的通信链路;所述协作信息包括所述回传链路的信道质量信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其中:
    所述获取所述接入链路的信道质量信息,包括:
    测量协作用户设备发送的下行导频,根据测量结果确定所述回传链路的信道质量。
  10. 一种协作集建立的装置,应用于协作用户设备,包括:
    信息获取模块,设置为获取基站与协作用户设备之间的回传链路的信道质量信息;
    广播模块,设置为向受益用户设备广播携带协作信息的广播消息;
    其中,所述回传链路是协作用户设备与基站之间的通信链路;所述协作信息包括所述回传链路的信道质量信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    接收及上报模块,设置为接收所述受益用户设备上报的测量事件并转发给所述基站;
    其中,所述测量事件包括:接入链路的信道质量测量结果和回传链路的信道质量测量结果;
    其中,所述接入链路是协作用户设备与受益用户设备之间的通信链路。
  12. 如权利要求10或11所述的装置,其中:
    信息获取模块,设置为采用以下方式获取所述回传链路的信道质量信息:
    测量基站发送的下行导频,根据测量结果确定所述回传链路的信道质量;或者,接收基站发送的携带协作信息的广播消息,所述协作信息包括所述回传链路的信道质量信息。
  13. 如权利要求10或11所述的装置,其中:
    广播模块,设置为采用以下方式向受益用户设备广播携带协作信息的广播消息:
    向受益用户设备周期性广播携带协作信息的广播消息;或者,在判定所述回传链路的信道质量满足第一阈值要求时,向受益用户设备广播携带协作信息的广播消息;或者,在接收到基站发送的携带协作信息的广播消息后,向受益用户设备转发所述携带协作信息的广播消息。
  14. 一种协作集建立的装置,应用于基站,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收受益用户设备上报的测量事件或协作用户设备转发的受益用户设备上报的测量事件;
    判决模块,设置为根据所述测量事件判定是否指示所述协作用户设备建立协作集;
    其中,所述测量事件包括:接入链路的信道质量测量结果和回传链路的信道质量测量结果;
    其中,接入链路是受益用户设备与协作用户设备之间的通信链路;回传链路是协作用户设备与基站之间的通信链路。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    广播模块,设置为获取基站与协作用户设备之间的回传链路的信道质量信息,向协作用户设备或受益用户设备广播携带协作信息的广播消息;
    其中,所述协作信息包括所述回传链路的信道质量信息。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的装置,其中:
    广播模块,设置为采用以下方式获取所述回传链路的信道质量信息:
    接收协作用户设备上报的回传链路的信道指示信息CQI,根据所述CQI确定所述回传链路的信道质量;或者
    测量协作用户设备发送的上行参考信号,根据测量结果确定所述回传链路的信道质量。
  17. 一种协作集建立的装置,应用于受益用户设备,包括:
    第一信息获取模块,设置为接收基站或协作用户设备发送的携带协作信息的广播消息,获取基站与协作用户设备之间的回传链路的信道质量信息;
    第二信息获取模块,设置为在所述回传链路的信道质量满足第一阈值要求时,获取接入链路的信道质量信息;
    上报模块,设置为在所述接入链路的信道质量满足第二阈值要求时,向协作用户设备或基站上报测量事件;
    其中,所述测量事件包括:接入链路的信道质量测量结果和回传链路的信道质量测量结果;
    其中,所述回传链路是协作用户设备与基站之间的通信链路;所述接入链路是受益用户设备与协作用户设备之间的通信链路;所述协作信息包括所述回传链路的信道质量信息。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的装置,其中:
    第二信息获取模块,设置为采用以下方式获取所述接入链路的信道质量信息:
    测量协作用户设备发送的下行导频,根据测量结果确定所述回传链路的信道质量。
