本实用新型属于储物柜领域，尤其涉及一种免工具快速组装收纳柜。
背景技术
现有的金属储物柜由四个三通塑料接头、四根连接管、八根铁管、四根固定铁线和八个螺丝组装而成，组装完毕后，还要安放四根层架铁线和两根阻挡铁线，因而组装结构比较复杂、麻烦；而且不能折叠，运输存储占用空间较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、组装方便且能折叠的免工具快速组装收纳柜。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，所述的免工具快速组装收纳柜，包括四根立柱和面板，由四根立柱组成柜框，面板底面盖在四根立柱上，其特征在于在四根立柱中的每侧的前后两根立柱的位于面对面的立柱侧面上开有滑槽和侧板插槽，所述的每侧的侧板插槽位于滑槽外侧，所述的侧板插槽的起始点位于立柱底部之上的节点处、其终点处为立柱顶部，两侧板分别从两侧的前后两立柱所开的侧板插槽***，且两侧板的底端置于位于立柱底部之上的节点处，两侧板的上端分别插在面板的背面相应位置所开的横槽中；在每侧的前后两立柱之间连接有转动交接的两根支撑杆，每根支撑杆的两端设置有滑头，转动交接的两根支撑杆的滑头相应置于滑槽且能在滑槽中上下移动，前面两根立柱之间和后面两根立柱之间分别用前横杆和后横杆固定。
在前横杆和后横杆上分别开有凹槽，在前横杆和后横杆所开有的凹槽中设置有定位凸头，定位杆的两端相应放置在前横杆的凹槽与相应的后横杆的凹槽中且定位杆的两端设置有的定位槽能相应套在前横杆和后横杆开有的凹槽中所设有的定位凸头中。
在前横杆和后横杆上放置有收纳盒或支撑板。
所述面板底面有四个卡柱分别插在四根立柱上所设有的卡孔中。
在柜框的后面封闭有框板，在柜框的前面设有柜门，在面板的背面相应位置设有柜门碰，用于阻挡柜门使之关门时不能转到柜内。
本实用新型的特点和优点是：本实用新型通过转动交接的两根支撑杆的滑头相应置于滑槽且能在滑槽中上下移动，达到立柱的折叠或张开；在当立柱的张开后形成收纳柜时，通过定位杆的两端相应放置在前横杆的凹槽与相应的后横杆的凹槽中且定位杆的两端的定位槽 能相应套在前横杆和后横杆开有的凹槽中所设有的定位凸头中定位而使收纳柜固定；在前横杆和后横杆上放置收纳盒达到收纳物品目的；本实用新型具有结构简单、能折叠和免工具组装等特点。本实用新型设置侧板插槽，且在侧板插槽底部有一节点，当侧板从上往下***侧板插槽时节点将起到阻隔作用，避免侧板直接插到立柱底部，导致侧板顶端与柜框的盖板不处于同一水平面。两侧板的上端分别插在面板的背面相应位置所开的横槽中，使得两侧板与盖板能固定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明：
如图1、图2和图3所示，本实用新型所述的免工具快速组装收纳柜，包括四根立柱1和面板2，由四根立柱组成柜框，面板底面盖在四根立柱上，其结构特点为在四根立柱中的每侧的前后两根立柱1的位于面对面的立柱1侧面上开有滑槽3和侧板插槽17，所述的每侧的侧板插槽17位于滑槽3外侧，所述的侧板插槽17的起始点位于立柱底部之上的节点B处、其终点处为立柱顶部，两侧板13分别从两侧的前后两立柱顶部所开的侧板插槽17***，且两侧板13的底端置于位于立柱底部之上的节点B处，两侧板13的上端分别插在面板2的背面相应位置所开的横槽18中，从而达到两侧板13的上端与面板2背面固定的目的；在每侧的前后两立柱之间连接有转动交接的两根支撑杆4，每根支撑杆4的两端设置有滑头5，转动交接的两根支撑杆的滑头5相应置于滑槽3且能在滑槽中上下移动，前面两根立柱之间和后面两根立柱之间分别用前横杆6和后横杆7固定，在前横杆6和后横杆7上分别开有凹槽8，所述的前横杆6和后横杆7开有的凹槽8中有定位凸头10，定位杆9的两端相应放置在前横杆的凹槽与相应的后横杆的凹槽中且定位杆9的两端的定位槽能相应套在前横杆6和后横杆7开有的凹槽8中所设有的定位凸头10中。在柜框的后面封闭有框板15，框板可以是木制材料制成的或布料制成的，在柜框的前面设有能开合的柜门14，关闭柜门使整个收纳柜密闭，在面板的背面相应位置设有柜门碰19，用于阻挡柜门使之关门时不能转到柜内。
在前横杆6和后横杆7上放置有收纳盒11达到收纳物品目的，在前横杆6和后横杆7上放置有支撑板16，支撑板16可以是木制材料制成的，则支撑板可以存放鞋等，可以作为鞋柜、衣柜或床头柜。
在面板2底面有四个卡柱12盖在四根立柱上所设有的卡孔上而达到面板固定在立柱上。
本实用新型可以根据客户要求生产2、3、4、5乃至更多层次的折叠储物柜，还可生产符合客户要求的尺寸大小的储物柜。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种免工具快速组装收纳柜，包括四根立柱(1)和面板(2)，由四根立柱组成柜框，面板底面盖在四根立柱上，其特征在于在四根立柱中的每侧的前后两根立柱(1)的位于面对面的立柱(1)侧面上开有滑槽(3)和侧板插槽(17)，所述的每侧的侧板插槽(17)位于滑槽(3)外侧，所述的侧板插槽(17)的起始点位于立柱底部之上的节点处、其终点处为立柱顶部，两侧板(13)分别从两侧的前后两立柱所开的侧板插槽(17)***，且两侧板的底端置于位于立柱底部之上的节点处，两侧板(13)的上端分别插在面板(2)的背面相应位置所开的横槽(18)中；在每侧的前后两立柱之间连接有转动交接的两根支撑杆(4)，每根支撑杆(4)的两端设置有滑头(5)，转动交接的两根支撑杆的滑头(5)相应置于滑槽且能在滑槽中上下移动，前面两根立柱之间和后面两根立柱之间分别用前横杆(6)和后横杆固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的免工具快速组装收纳柜，其特征在于在前横杆(6)和后横杆上分别开有凹槽(8)，在前横杆(6)和后横杆(7)所开有的凹槽(8)中设置有定位凸头，定位杆(9)的两端相应放置在前横杆的凹槽与相应的后横杆的凹槽中且定位杆(9)的两端设置有的定位槽能相应套在前横杆(6)和后横杆(7)开有的凹槽(8)中所设有的定位凸头中。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的免工具快速组装收纳柜，其特征在于在前横杆(6)和后横杆上放置有收纳盒(11)或支撑板(16)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的免工具快速组装收纳柜，其特征在于所述面板(2)底面有四个卡柱(12)分别插在四根立柱上所设有的卡孔中。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的免工具快速组装收纳柜，其特征在于在柜框的后面封闭有框板(15)，在柜框的前面设有柜门(14)，在面板(2)的背面相应位置设有柜门碰(19)。
