如图3和4所示的优选实施例中,所述灯具外壳10下部设有用于放置感应头72的感应头安装槽17;与所述感应头72和感应头安装槽17相匹配,相应的在LED光源板80上有感应头通槽87;安装在感应头安装槽17内的感应头72通过感应头通槽87探测外部人体感应信号。
如图2所示的优选实施例中,还包括用于配光和透光的透镜50和安装在透镜50和光源安装平面18之间的透镜防水密封胶圈52,所述透镜防水密封胶圈52置于透镜50上的透镜胶圈槽54内;所述透镜防水密封胶圈52通过压合在所述灯具外壳10的光源安装平面18上实现透镜50和灯具外壳10之间的密封。
如图1和3以及6所示的优选实施例中,还包括用于感应外部光线强度的光感器60,所述光感器60与所述电源20电连接获得供电;所述电源盒盖30内设有用于固定所述光感器60的光感器安装孔36,所述光感器60通过紧固件经所述光感器安装孔36固定在所述电源盒盖30内。
如图1和2所示的优选实施例中还包括安装在电源盒盖30和灯具外壳10之间的电源盒防水密封胶圈34,所述电源盒防水密封胶圈34置于电源盒盖30上的电源盒胶圈槽33内,所述电源盒防水密封胶圈34通过压合在所述灯具外壳10的密封圈压合凸台11上实现电源盒盖30和灯具外壳10之间的密封。
如图1、3、5和6所示的优选实施例中所述灯具外壳10内上部 设有电源安装孔12和锁盖孔13;所述电源盒盖30上部设有电源盒锁盖孔32和墙装孔35;所述电源盒盖30通过紧固件经墙装孔35固定在安装墙面上;所述电源20通过紧固件经电源安装孔12固定在所述灯具外壳10内上部;所述锁盖孔13与所述电源盒锁盖孔32通过紧固件将所述灯具外壳10和所述电源盒盖30固定连接。
上述多个实施例中,所述灯具外壳10和电源盒盖30经由所述支柱转轴通孔38和外壳转轴通孔16实现可转动盖合的轴承实现转轴合盖,方便开关。同时在一些实施例中,通过锁盖孔13与所述电源盒锁盖孔32的配合实现快速锁盖,只需要一个紧固件如螺丝或卡扣等即可实现灯具外壳10和电源盒盖30之间的固定,安装方便。如图3和4及图8和9所示,各散热片15位于灯具外壳10内部的下半部分通过光源安装平面18与LED光源板80直接接触,在电源盒盖30安装上之后,散热片15与外部空间直接联通,并无大面积的阻隔物,散热片15的隐蔽布局,使得LED灯具的外观更整洁美观,同时又具备好的散热性能。且由于仅仅通过电源盒盖30的上部与墙体连接,在灯具整体安装在墙面上之后仍旧可与墙体保持一定的散热通道,利于灯具散热。
透镜防水胶圈52使得墙装LED灯具的底部透镜端具备防水功能,电源盒防水胶圈34使其在电源盒盖30侧具备防水功能,在各个安装接口处的防水设计增加了墙装LED灯具的防水安全性能。
在上述多个实施例中,可以单独配置人体感应装置或光感器,也可以同时配置人体感应装置或光感器,依据实际需求灵活配置不同的 功能,也可不配置人体感应装置和光感器仅仅实现最简单的照明功能。
所述人体感应装置主要通过测得人体发出的红外线自动开启负载,即当夜晚有人进入感应区时,LED灯具会自动点亮。当然所述人体感应装置也可以具备以下功能,即当人离开感应区时,LED灯具会自动关闭。所述人体感应装置可以是市面上各种不同工作原理和不同形式的人体感应装置。
所述光感器用于感应外部光线强度,当感应到外部光线弱与其内设定的最低光强度时,LED灯具会自动点亮;并依据外部光线强弱变化调整LED灯具的输出功率来调整LED灯具的照明光强。所述光感器可以是市面上各种不同工作原理和不同形式的光感器。
本发明通过结构设计优化,灯具外壳内下部有沿外壳主体纵向分布的至少一片散热片和外壳转轴通孔,电源固定在其内上部;透镜和LED光源板依次固定在散热片下方的光源安装平面上;电源盒盖的上部包覆住电源并与灯具外壳上部固定连接,使固定在灯具外壳内下部的散热片的一侧对外裸露,可直接对外散热;电源盒盖的下部设有支柱转轴通孔的支柱;电源盒盖和灯具外壳通过支柱转轴通孔外壳转轴通孔实现可转动盖合的转轴连接,方便安装;人体感应控制器和光感器也可集成于其中,缩小了体积,使其结构紧凑、更薄更利于在狭窄空间中的安装。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    包括灯具外壳(10)、用于将外部电源转化为灯具供电电压的电源(20)、用于同安装墙面连接的电源盒盖(30)、用于LED灯具发光照明的LED光源板(80)和用于配光和透光的透镜(50);
    所述电源(20)固定在所述灯具外壳(10)的内上部,所述灯具外壳(10)内下部设有散热片(15);所述LED光源板(80)固定在所述散热片(15)下方的光源安装平面(18)上;所述透镜(50)固定在所述LED光源板(80)下方;
    所述电源盒盖(30)的上部包覆住电源(20)并与所述灯具外壳(10)的上部固定连接,使灯具外壳(10)内下部的散热片(15)的一侧对外裸露;所述电源盒盖(30)的下部延伸有支柱(39);
    所述电源盒盖(30)在所述支柱(39)部位与外壳(10)实现可转动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述灯具外壳(10)的下部边沿设置有外壳转轴通孔(16);所述支柱(39)下部设置有支柱转轴通孔(38);所述支柱转轴通孔(38)和外壳转轴通孔(16)通过转轴实现可转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述各散热片(15)沿灯具外壳(10)的主体纵向分布;散热片(15)之间还设置有过线孔(19);所述过线孔(19)用于穿过连接所述电源(20)和LED光源板(80)的电源连接线。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    还包括人体感应装置(70),所述人体感应装置(70)包括感应头(72)和感应器控制器(75);所述感应头(72)与感应器控制器(75)通过穿过过线孔(19)的电线电连接并接受感应器控制器(75)的控制;所述感应器控制器(75)与所述电源(20)电连接获得供电;
    所述电源盒盖(30)内设有用于固定所述感应器控制器(75)的感应器控制器安装孔(37),所述感应器控制器(75)通过紧固件经所述感应器控制器安装孔(37)固定在所述电源盒盖(30)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述灯具外壳(10)下部设有用于放置感应头(72)的感应头安装槽(17);相应地在LED光源板(80)上有感应头通槽(87);安装在感应头安装槽(17)内的感应头(72)通过感应头通槽(87)探测外部人体感应信号。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    还包括安装在透镜(50)和光源安装平面(18)之间的透镜防水密封胶圈(52),所述透镜防水密封胶圈(52)置于透镜(50)上的透镜胶圈槽(54)内;所述透镜防水密封胶圈(52)通过压合在所述灯具外壳(10)的光源安装平面(18)上实现透镜(50)和灯具外壳(10)之间的密封。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    还包括用于感应外部光线强度的光感器(60),所述光感器(60)与所述电源(20)电连接获得供电;
    所述电源盒盖(30)内设有用于固定所述光感器(60)的光感器安装孔(36),所述光感器(60)通过紧固件经所述光感器安装孔(36)固定在所 述电源盒盖(30)内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    还包括安装在电源盒盖(30)和灯具外壳(10)上的密封圈压合凸台(11)之间的电源盒防水密封胶圈(34),所述电源盒防水密封胶圈(34)置于电源盒盖(30)上的电源盒胶圈槽(33)内,所述电源盒防水密封胶圈(34)通过压合在所述灯具外壳(10)的密封圈压合凸台(11)上实现电源盒盖(30)和灯具外壳(10)之间的密封。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述灯具外壳(10)内上部设有电源安装孔(12)和锁盖孔(13);所述电源盒盖(30)上部设有电源盒锁盖孔(32);
    所述电源(20)通过紧固件经电源安装孔(12)固定在所述灯具外壳(10)内上部;所述锁盖孔(13)与所述电源盒锁盖孔(32)通过紧固件将所述灯具外壳(10)和所述电源盒盖(30)固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的墙装LED灯具,其特征在于,
    所述电源盒盖(30)上部设有墙装孔(35);所述电源盒盖(30)通过紧固件经墙装孔(35)固定在安装墙面上。
