Description

一种食物处理器的循环换风装置 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器的电机及其散热装置,具体涉及一种食物处理器的循环换风装置。
背景技术
具有搅拌、粉碎等多功能的食物处理器,由于简便快捷的操作使得其受到越来越多的人喜爱,而随着人们生活质量的提高,消费者对此类产品的工作可靠性和噪音等性能要求也越来越高。
现有的食物处理器,为了提高食物的粉碎效果,通常会采用高功率或者高转速的电机,由此,食物处理器工作时,其工作温度也较高,影响工作效率且会降低使用寿命。中国发明专利申请CN 101172023 B公开了一种“用于混合食品的搅拌机”,电机支架14包围在电机16外,电机支架14上还设有风扇26,搅拌机10和风扇26均由电机16驱动。风扇26运转后能将电机16周围的空气与外界冷风进行置换,使电机16保持正常工作温度,但是仍存在以下问题:
1.电机16的负载增大,运行的高效性降低;
2.由于电机16的转速较高,带动风扇16后,食物处理器的振动频率更高,并产生更大的噪音;
3.风扇26与电机16保持相同转速,无法自行调节转速:风扇26的自身转速能达到换风效果即可,转速过高会造成资源浪费;若搅拌机内的食材较硬,会使得搅拌机10无法转动,导致电机无法正常运行,风扇也就无法运行,此时食物处理器极易损坏。
由此可见,目前的食物处理器具有振动和噪音较大、风扇无法独立调 节转速的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是目前的食物处理器具有振动和噪音较大、风扇无法独立调节转速的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是提供了一种食物处理器的循环换风装置,包括:
驱动搅拌或粉碎组件的电机,设置在机座内,所述机座外设有机身,所述机身与所述机座的外侧壁之间的间隙形成进风通道;
自带马达驱动的风扇,设置在所述机座内,在所述风扇的作用下,气流由所述机座上的进风口进入所述进风通道,并流经所述机座内的所述电机后由所述机座上的出风口排出。
本发明,将驱动食物处理器的搅拌或粉碎组件运转的电机和用于排风的风扇分别独立设置,降低了电机的负载,可减少食物处理器的振动,同时降低噪音;风扇驱动自身运转,可根据换风需要独立调节其转速,使转速维持在保证换风效果的合理范围,避免资源浪费,不受电机运行状态的影响,在电机运转出问题时也能有效为其降温,保持良好的散热效率,从而延长食物处理器的使用寿命。
在上述一种食物处理器的循环换风装置中,所述机座的中部设有上下敞口的电机罩壳,所述电机通过电机支架固定在所述电机罩壳内。这种结构设置,可减少由于电机振动而引起机座或机身的振动。
在上述一种食物处理器的循环换风装置中,所述电机支架上设有凸条,所述电机罩壳的内壁上设有滑槽,所述电机支架通过所述凸条沿所述滑槽滑入所述电机罩壳内并固定。电机支架和电机罩壳的结构设置利于二者的快速装配和拆卸。
在上述一种食物处理器的循环换风装置中,所述机座上环绕所述电机 罩壳的外周设有风圈,所述出风口设置在所述风圈的一个侧面上,所述风圈的其余侧面上至少有一个设有所述进风口。进风口和出风口设置在风圈的不同侧面上,结构设计简单方便,不占用额外空间。
在上述一种食物处理器的循环换风装置中,所述电机的下方设有聚风罩,所述电机罩壳的下方固定设有出风罩,所述聚风罩为一开口朝上的环形槽,其内侧面呈内径从上到下逐渐增大的锥形,所述风扇设置在所述聚风罩和所述出风罩之间。电机罩壳内的边缘气流受到聚风罩的阻挡后会向上回流,加大电机罩壳内的空气流动,聚风罩能合理引导气流走向,使气流进入风扇的入口,增大换风效率。
在上述一种食物处理器的循环换风装置中,所述出风罩的一侧向上延伸设有排风栅孔区,所述风扇为离心式,且所述风扇的排风口和所述出风口均与所述排风栅孔区均对应设置。出风罩的排风栅孔区与风扇的出风口、机座的出风口对应设置,能有效降低气流噪音。
在上述一种食物处理器的循环换风装置中,所述进风口和所述排风栅孔区上均设有密集排列的槽孔。槽孔的结构设置既能保证气流均匀进入和排出,降低噪音,也能保证机座的结构刚度和稳定,并一定程度上降低振动。
在上述一种食物处理器的循环换风装置中,所述电机的两侧设有弹性凸块,所述电机罩壳的对应位置设有凸块滑道,所述电机支架的上侧设有卡接块,所述卡接块卡接固定在所述凸块滑道的端口。弹性凸块的设置能使电机的振动得到化解,减少对电机支架的影响,而且还能防止其在电机支架内窜动,卡接块与凸块滑道的卡接固定方式能保证电机支架与电机罩壳的装配稳定性。
在上述一种食物处理器的循环换风装置中,所述出风口设置在所述机座的底面上,所述风扇为轴流式。增大了风扇的类型的选择范围,实用性强。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种食物处理器的循环换风装置,能有效降低振动和噪声,同时具有良好的散热功能。下面结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明予以详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供的一种食物处理器的循环换风装置,包括电机10和风扇30。电机10用于驱动食物处理器70的搅拌或粉碎组件运转,设置在机座内,机座外设有机身60,机身60与机座的外侧壁之间的间隙形成进风通道。风扇30自带马达驱动,并设置在机座内。在风扇30的作用下,气流由机座上的进风口22进入进风通道,并流经机座内的电机10后由机座上的出风口23排出。
机座的中部设有上下敞口的电机罩壳20,电机10通过电机支架11固定在电机罩壳20内。这种结构设置,可减少由于电机10振动而引起机座或机身60的振动。电机支架11上设有凸条,电机罩壳20的内壁上设有滑槽,电机支架11通过凸条沿滑槽滑入电机罩壳20内并固定。电机支架11和电机罩壳20的结构设置利于二者的快速装配和拆卸。
机座上环绕电机罩壳20的的外周设有风圈21,出风口23设置在风圈21的一个侧面上,风圈21的其中侧面上至少有一个设有进风口22。进风口和出风口设置在风圈的不同侧面上,结构设计简单方便,不占用额外空间。
电机10的下方设有聚风罩40,电机罩壳20的下方固定设有出风罩50, 聚风罩40为一开口朝上的环形槽,其内侧面呈内径从上到下逐渐增大的锥形,风扇30设置在聚风罩40和出风罩50之间。电机罩壳20内的边缘气流受到聚风罩40的阻挡后会向上回流,加大电机罩壳20内的空气流动,聚风罩40能合理引导气流走向,使气流进入风扇30的入口,增大换风效率。
出风罩50的一侧向上延伸设有排风栅孔区51,风扇30为离心式,且风扇30的排风口和机座的出风口23与排风栅孔区51均对应设置,能有效降低气流噪音。聚风罩40与风扇30之间还设有密封圈41,提高换风效率。
进风口22和排风栅孔区51上均设有密集排列的槽孔。槽孔的结构设置既能保证气流均匀进入和排出,降低噪音,也能保证机座的结构刚度和稳定,并一定程度上降低振动。
电机10的两侧设有弹性凸块12,电机罩壳20的对应位置设有凸块滑道24,电机支架11的上侧设有卡接块13,卡接块13卡接固定在凸块滑道24的端口。弹性凸块12的设置能使电机10的振动得到化解,减少对电机支架11的影响,而且还能防止其在电机支架11内窜动,卡接块13与凸块滑道24的卡接固定方式能保证电机支架11与电机罩壳20的装配稳定性。
出风口23也可以设置在机座的底面上,此时风扇30采用轴流式,增大了风扇的类型的选择范围,实用性强。
本发明,将驱动食物处理器的搅拌或粉碎组件运转的电机和用于排风的风扇分别独立设置,降低了电机的负载,可减少食物处理器的振动,同时降低噪音;风扇驱动自身运转,可根据换风需要独立调节其转速,使转速维持在保证换风效果的合理范围,避免资源浪费,不受电机运行状态的影响,在电机运转出问题时也能有效为其降温,保持良好的散热效率,从而延长食物处理器的使用寿命。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示 下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种食物处理器的循环换风装置,其特征在于,包括:
    驱动搅拌或粉碎组件的电机,设置在机座内,所述机座外设有机身,所述机身与所述机座的外侧壁之间的间隙形成进风通道;
    自带马达驱动的风扇,设置在所述机座内,在所述风扇的作用下,气流由所述机座上的进风口进入所述进风通道,并流经所述机座内的所述电机后由所述机座上的出风口排出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的食物处理器的循环换风装置,其特征在于,所述机座的中部设有上下敞口的电机罩壳,所述电机通过电机支架固定在所述电机罩壳内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的食物处理器的循环换风装置,其特征在于,所述电机支架上设有凸条,所述电机罩壳的内壁上设有滑槽,所述电机支架通过所述凸条沿所述滑槽滑入所述电机罩壳内并固定。

  5. 如权利要求4所述的食物处理器的循环换风装置,其特征在于,所述电机的下方设有聚风罩,所述聚风罩为一开口朝上的环形槽,其内侧面呈内径从上到下逐渐增大的锥形,所述电机罩壳的下方固定设有出风罩,所述风扇设置在所述聚风罩和所述出风罩之间。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的食物处理器的循环换风装置,所述出风罩的一侧向上延伸设有排风栅孔区,所述风扇为离心式,且所述风扇的排风口和所述出风口均与所述排风栅孔区对应设置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的食物处理器的循环换风装置,其特征在于,所述进风口和所述排风栅孔区上均设有密集排列的槽孔。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的食物处理器的循环换风装置,其特征在于,所 述电机的两侧设有弹性凸块,所述电机罩壳的对应位置设有凸块滑道,所述电机支架的上侧设有卡接块,所述卡接块卡接固定在所述凸块滑道的端口。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的食物处理器的循环换风装置,其特征在于,所述出风口设置在所述机座的底面上,所述风扇为轴流式。
