前記回転軸に取り付けられ、半導体ダイを吸着して保持する複数のピックアップノズルが直線状に配置されたフリップヘッドと、を備え、
前記複数のピックアップノズルが、前記回転軸の伸びる方向に対して略45°傾斜するように配列されていること、
を特徴とする電子部品ハンドリングユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の電子部品ハンドリングユニットであって、
前記本体を直線方向に移動させる直線駆動機構を備え、
前記回転軸は、前記回転軸の伸びる方向が前記本体の移動方向に対して略45°傾斜するように前記本体に取り付けられていること、
を特徴とする電子部品ハンドリングユニット。
