本发明公开了一种多功能装置,包括***壳体以及振动***、磁路***和弹性支撑件,磁路***由弹性支撑件支撑固定并悬置于***壳体内,振动***包括振膜和音圈,弹性支撑件包括具有高度差的第一固定部和第二固定部,以及连接第一固定部和第二固定部的形变部;弹性支撑件在振动方向的正投影为多边形或跑道形;第一固定部或第二固定部位于弹性支撑件的边缘,并且第一固定部或第二固定部的四条直边与磁路***或***壳体的矩形底壁对应设置。本发明中弹性支撑件不占用磁路***的水平空间,可以设置大尺寸的磁铁,增大振动发声装置的BL值,由于弹性支承件为立体结构,因此不会限制形变部的长度和宽度,便于调节振动发声装置的F0值。

Description

一种具有振动功能和发声功能的多功能装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,具体的涉及一种具有振动功能和发声功能的多功能装置。
背景技术
现有的移动终端电子装置,以手机为例,其内部不仅需要装配可以发声的扬声器单元,同时考虑到一些安静场合的需要,还需要装配振动马达对用户进行振动反馈,实现来电、信息等的即时提示。但是,由于当前电子产品越来越向轻量化、薄型化的方向发展,如果在手机等装配空间本来就比较小的终端产品上同时组装振动单元和发声单元,无疑会占用较大的空间;为了解决这一问题,人们通过设计一种多功能的声学元件同时满足振动和发声两个功能,以减小声学元件占用的空间。
现有的多功能声学元件结构中,支撑磁路***的弹性支撑件多为平面的片状或板状结构,磁路***的磁铁设置于弹性支撑件的中间位置,弹性支撑件占据了外壳内部水平方向上的大量空间,限制了磁铁尺寸,不利于提升多功能声学元件的BL值;另一方面,由于水平弹性支撑件的弹力臂的延伸空间有限,为了调节多功能声学元件的振动F0值,只能减小弹力臂的宽度,弹力臂宽度变窄则会降低水平弹性支撑件的可靠性,当多功能声学元件受到较大机械冲击力时弹力臂容易断裂而影响产品性能。因此,针对上述问题,有必要提供一种新型弹性支撑件,既不会限制磁路***中磁铁尺寸的大小,也不会限制弹力臂的长度与宽度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有振动功能和发声功能的多功能装置,所述多功能装置的弹性支撑件既不会限制磁路***中磁铁尺寸的大小,也不会限制弹性支撑件弹力臂的长度与宽度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种具有振动功能和发声功能的多功能装置,包括***壳体,以及收容于所述***壳体内的振动***、磁路***和弹性支撑件,所述磁路***由所述弹性支撑件支撑固定并悬置于所述***壳体内;振动***包括振膜和结合于所述振膜一侧的音圈;所述弹性支撑件包括第一固定部、第二固定部,以及连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部中间的形变部;所述弹性支撑件在振动方向外轮廓的正投影为由多条直线围成的多边形或者由直线和弧线围成的几何形状,所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部之间具有高度差。
作为一种改进,所述弹性支撑件在振动方向外轮廓的正投影为矩形或跑道形结构;所述第一固定部或所述第二固定部位于所述弹性支撑件的边缘,并且所述第一固定部或所述第二固定部至少具有一组相对设置的直边,所述直边与所述磁路***或所述***壳体的底壁的一组相对的直边对应设置。
作为一种改进,所述第一固定部位于所述弹性支撑件的中间位置,所述第二固定部位于所述弹性支撑件的边缘位置,并且所述第二固定部边缘的四条直边与所述***壳体的矩形底壁的直边对应,并且固定于所述***壳体底壁的边缘位置。
作为一种改进,所述第二固定部位于所述弹性支撑件的中间位置,所述第一固定部位于所述弹性支撑件的边缘位置,并且所述第一固定部边缘的四条直边与所述磁路***矩形底壁的直边对应,并且固定于所述磁路***底壁的边缘位置。
作为一种改进,所述***壳体由金属材料制成,包括上壳和下壳,所述弹性支撑件设于所述下壳和所述磁路***之间,所述第一固定部或所述第二固定部通过激光焊接结合于所述下壳的底壁。
作为一种改进,所述金属***壳体的角部设有一体注塑成型的注塑件,弹性支撑件对应所述***框架角部的位置设有避让结构;所述弹性支撑件在振动方向外轮廓的正投影为八边形。
作为一种改进,所述弹性支撑件为弹簧状结构,所述形变部为弧形的弹力臂。
作为一种改进,所述形变部与所述第一固定部和第二固定部的连接处设有减少应力集中的圆弧过渡部。
作为一种改进,所述振动发声装置还包括质量块,所述质量块与所述磁路***结合;所述磁路***包括平板状的导磁轭,所述导磁轭的中心位置结合有磁铁,边缘位置结合有所述质量块,所述质量块为闭合的环形结构。
作为一种改进,所述导磁轭与所述第一固定部或所述第二固定部焊接结合,所述下壳的底壁对应所述导磁轭与所述弹性支撑件的焊接位置设有焊接避让孔。
相较于现有技术而言,本发明的多功能装置的弹性支撑件包括第一固定部、第二固定部,以及连接第一固定部和第二固定部在中间的形变部,所述弹性支撑件在振动方向外轮廓的正投影为由多条直线围成的多边形或者由直线和弧线围成的几何形状,所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部之间具有高度差。
首先,本发明的多功能装置的弹性支承件设置在磁路***与***壳体的底壁之间,弹性支撑件不占用磁路***的水平空间,不会限制磁路***中磁铁尺寸,因此可以在振动发声装置中设置更大尺寸的磁铁,提升多功能装置的BL值,提高产品的灵敏度。
其次,由于本发明的弹性支撑件为立体结构,第一固定部与第二固定部之间具有高度差,因此连接第一固定部与第二固定部之间的形变部的长度可以自由设置,通过加长形变部的长度即可实现对振动发声装置振动F0值的调节,不仅无需减小形变部的宽度,而且还可以增大形变部的宽度以增加弹性支撑件的稳定性,避免弹性支撑件遭受较大机械冲击力时形变部发生断裂。
再次,本发明的弹性支撑件在振动方向上外轮廓的投影为由多条直线围成的多边形或者由直线和弧线围成的几何形状。具体的,投影可以是矩形或跑道形,此种立体结构的弹性支撑件的振动稳定性更好,减少振动过程中偏振的出现。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
实施例:
参阅图1-图2所示,本发明的具有振动功能和发声功能的多功能装置为矩形结构,可以同时实现振动功能和发声功能,包括***壳体,***壳体具有收容空间,***壳体内部收容有磁路***、振动***以及弹性支撑件10,其中,磁路***包括导磁轭3、粘结固定在导磁轭3的中心置的磁铁4以及贴接在磁铁4表面的华司5,需要说明的是,此处的导磁轭3设计为一沿水平方向延伸的平板状结构,导磁轭3的边缘位置还固定结合有质量块6,质量块6为闭合的环形结构,其环绕于磁铁4的外周,与磁铁4之间存在一定的距离,形成间隙;振动***具体包括音圈7以及固定结合在音圈7一侧的振膜8,为了增强产品在高频处的声学性能,振膜8的中间位置还结合有补强层9,其中,音圈7的一端悬置于磁铁4与质量块6之间的间隙内。弹性支撑件10具有沿竖直方向上的弹性形变空间,支撑振子在竖直方向上振动。
由上述结构可知,磁路***和质量块6共同形成振动发声装置的振子,振子通过弹性支撑件10支撑固定并悬置于***壳体的空间内。
在说明该多功能装置的基本结构以后,下面对其工作原理进行阐述:上述 结构装配到手机、Pad等终端产品中并与外部电路导通以后,外部电路可向振动发声装置提供交变电流,而由于扬声器和振动马达本身的谐振频率不同,驱动二者工作的驱动电压也有较大的不同,比如,马达的谐振频率通常在300赫兹以上,而发生单元的谐振频率则在300赫兹以下,驱动马达振动的电压仅需要0.35V即可,而发声单元的驱动电压则可以达到2V左右,而通过手机等终端产品中的滤波电路可以将外部电流信号分别滤至振动单元和发声单元所需要的范围,也就是说,振动单元可在低频段发生振动,而发声单元则主要在高频段发声,至于振动单元和发声单元正常工作的原理则同样是通过输入音圈7的电流信号以及磁场的共同作用来完成的:低频段时,音圈7通电后在磁铁4的磁场中会受到安培力的作用,同时也会给磁铁4一个大小相等方向相反的反作用力,使得磁铁4在弹性支撑件10的弹性形变方向上(竖直方向)做往复运动,磁铁4从而带动与之固定连接的导磁轭3、华司5以及固定在导磁轭3上的质量块6一起振动;而高频段时,音圈7在接收到外部电路的电流信号以后,会在电磁场的作用下做往复切割磁力线的运动,从而带动振膜8的振动,***壳体正对振膜8的位置开设有出声孔,因而能够向外界辐射声波,实现发声。
本发明的多功能装置,为了解决现有设计中弹性支撑件限制自身弹力臂的长度和宽度,以及限制磁铁尺寸的问题,提供了一种新型弹性支撑件,具体的,参阅图1至图6共同所示,弹性支撑件10包括第一固定部101、第二固定部102、以及连接第一固定部101和第二固定部102中间的形变部103。弹性支撑件10在振动方向外轮廓的正投影为由多条直线围成的多边形或者由直线和弧线围成的几何形状,第一固定部101和第二固定部102之间具有竖直方向的高度差。即弹性支撑件10整体为非平面的立体结构。
由于本发明的弹性支撑件10设置在磁路***与***壳体的底壁之间,弹性支撑件10在竖直方向振动,弹性支撑件10不占用磁路***的水平空间,不会限制磁路***中磁铁4的尺寸,因此可以在振动发声装置中设置更大尺寸的磁铁,提升振动多功能装置的BL值,提高产品的灵敏度。
其次,由于本发明的弹性支撑件10为立体结构,第一固定部101与第二固定部102之间具有竖直方向的高度差,因此连接第一固定部101与第二固定部 102之间的形变部103的长度可以自由设置,通过加长形变部103的长度即可实现对振动发声装置振动F0值的调节,不仅无需减小形变部103的宽度,而且还可以增大形变部103的宽度以增加弹性支撑件10的稳定性,避免弹性支撑件遭受较大机械冲击力时形变部发生断裂。
优选的,弹性支撑件10在振动方向外轮廓的正投影为矩形或跑道形,第一固定部101或第二固定部102位于弹性支撑件10的边缘,并且第一固定部101或第二固定部102的四条直边与磁路***或***壳体的矩形底壁对应设置。其中,如图3和图6所示,弹性支撑件10在振动方向外轮廓的正投影为矩形,此处所指矩形可以为长方形也可以为正方形,包括四条直边。其中矩形为近似矩形即可,不限于任意夹角为直角的结构,夹角处可以设置倒角(倒圆角或倒C角),直边上也可以有小幅的凸起或凹陷等。如图5所示,弹性支撑件10在振动方向外轮廓的正投影为跑道形,此处的跑道形结构指包含两条平行边,且两条平行边的两端分别通过圆弧连接的结构。
由于本发明的弹性支撑件10在振动方向上外轮廓的投影为矩形或跑道形结构,此种立体结构的弹性支撑件的振动稳定性更好,确保振子沿振动方向振动,减少偏振的出现。
优选的,本实施例中弹性支撑件10的第一固定部101位于弹性支撑件10的中间位置,第二固定部102位于弹性支撑件10的边缘位置,并且第二固定部102边缘的四条直边与***壳体的矩形底壁的直边对应,并且固定于***壳体底壁的边缘位置。当然,弹性支撑件10的结构也可以采用另外一种实施例中的设置方式,即第二固定部102位于弹性支撑件10的中间位置,第一固定部101位于弹性支撑件10的边缘位置,并且第一固定部101边缘的四条直边与磁路***矩形底壁的直边对应,并且固定于磁路***底壁的边缘位置。
优选的,***壳体由金属材料制成,包括结合在一起的上壳1和下壳2,弹性支撑件10设于下壳2的底壁21和磁路***之间,第一固定部101或第二固定部102同激光焊接结合与下壳2的底壁21上。与现有技术中弹性支撑件与***壳体之间通过胶接固定相比,本发明中外壳由金属材料制成,弹性支撑件10通过激光焊接的方式与下壳2的底壁21固定连接,连接强度更大,使弹性支撑件 10不容易从外壳2的底壁21上脱落。
优选的,金属外壳的角部设有一体注塑成型的注塑件22,弹性支撑件10在振动方向外轮廓的投影为能够避让注塑件22的八边形结构。如图7所示,本实施例中八边形结构弹性支撑件10为是在振动方向上外轮廓正投影为矩形结构的弹性支撑件的基础上将外轮廓任意两条直角边交汇处切去三角形区域形成避让结构104进而生成八边形结构。除了八边形结构外,弹性支撑件10可以根据注塑件在金属外壳中的位置对应设置成任意多边形,本发明并不对此进行限定。
优选的,注塑件22与下壳2一体注塑成型,注塑件22与下壳2相连接的位置设有一些楔形的锯齿,下壳2上设有对应上述锯齿的楔形槽,这种结构设计可以增强注塑件22与下壳2之间的注塑强度,防止注塑件22与下壳2脱离。
优选的,如图8所示,导磁轭3与第一固定部101或第二固定部102通过激光焊接固定结合,下壳2的底壁21对应导磁轭3与弹性支撑件10的焊接位置设有焊接避让孔23,焊接避让孔23的个数、形状和位置可以根据导磁轭3与弹性支撑件10的具体焊接位置在下壳2的底壁21上对应设置,本发明并不对此进行限定。焊接避让孔23除了具有焊接避让的作用外,还可以通过焊接避让孔检查弹性支承件10与导磁轭3的焊接情况。
优选的,弹性支撑件10为弹簧状结构,弹性支撑件10的形变部103为弧形的弹力臂。优选的,如图3所示,形变部103与第一固定部101、第二固定部102的连接处设有减少应力集中的圆弧过渡部105,圆弧过渡部105位于形变部103截面高度方向的两侧。圆弧过渡部105的设置可以有效减少形变部103与第一固定部101、第二固定部102连接处的应力集中,增强弹性支撑件10的耐疲劳强度,延长弹性支撑件10的使用寿命。
优选的,振膜8接合在上壳1的侧壁,振膜8与上壳1之间设有垫环11。垫环11也为闭合的环状结构,垫环11的设置使得振膜8与上壳1之间形成一定的间隙,保护振膜8在振动时不会直接触碰到金属材质的上壳1。
另外,由于本实施方式中,***壳体为金属材质,如果采用传统的电连接方式,音圈7的引线中位于外层的绝缘层容易被击碎,造成短路,因此,本实施方式的振动发声装置在电连接方式上也有所改进,具体为:下壳2的内侧粘 结固定有电路板12,这样,音圈7的引线可以在***壳体的内部与电路板12上的焊盘点焊固定,电路板12又通过回流焊的方式焊接有延伸至下壳2的外部的弹簧13,弹簧13与外部电路导通,这样完整的实现内外部电路的导通。其中,弹簧13与电路板的焊盘以及注塑件22均对应设在下壳2的角部位置,不额外占用其内部装配空间,不会影响磁路的体积;同时,由于弹簧13通过注塑件22进一步固定,弹簧13在竖直方向的高度超出下壳2的竖向空间,把弹簧13的一部分包裹在里面,可以防止弹簧13晃动;上述电连接方式中,与音圈7的引线电连接的焊盘内收,引线不需要延伸至***壳体的外侧进行点焊,又由于塑料材质的注塑件22的存在,可以在保证内外部电路导通的前提下有效防止静电击穿。
以上仅为本发明实施案例而已,并不用于限制本发明,但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有振动功能和发声功能的多功能装置,包括***壳体,以及收容于所述***壳体内的振动***、磁路***和弹性支撑件,所述磁路***由所述弹性支撑件支撑固定并悬置于所述***壳体内;振动***包括振膜和结合于所述振膜一侧的音圈;其特征在于,
    所述弹性支撑件包括第一固定部、第二固定部,以及连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部中间的形变部;
    所述弹性支撑件在振动方向外轮廓的正投影为由多条直线围成的多边形或者由直线和弧线围成的几何形状,所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部之间具有高度差。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能装置,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件在振动方向外轮廓的正投影为矩形或跑道形结构;
    所述第一固定部或所述第二固定部位于所述弹性支撑件的边缘,并且所述第一固定部或所述第二固定部至少具有一组相对设置的直边,所述直边与所述磁路***或所述***壳体的底壁的一组相对的直边对应设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能装置,所述第一固定部位于所述弹性支撑件的中间位置,所述第二固定部位于所述弹性支撑件的边缘位置,并且所述第二固定部边缘的四条直边与所述***壳体的矩形底壁的直边对应,并且固定于所述***壳体底壁的边缘位置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能装置,其特征在于,所述第二固定部位于所述弹性支撑件的中间位置,所述第一固定部位于所述弹性支撑件的边缘位置,并且所述第一固定部边缘的四条直边与所述磁路***矩形底壁的直边对应,并且固定于所述磁路***底壁的边缘位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能装置,其特征在于,所述***壳体由金属材料制成,包括上壳和下壳,所述弹性支撑件设于所述下壳和所述磁路***之间,所述第一固定部或所述第二固定部通过激光焊接结合于所述下壳的底壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能装置,其特征在于,所述金属***壳体的角部设有一体注塑成型的注塑件,弹性支撑件对应所述***框架角部 的位置设有避让结构;所述弹性支撑件在振动方向外轮廓的正投影为八边形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能装置,其特征在于,所述弹性支撑件为弹簧状结构,所述形变部为弧形的弹力臂。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能装置,其特征在于,所述形变部与所述第一固定部和第二固定部的连接处设有减少应力集中的圆弧过渡部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能装置,其特征在于,所述振动发声装置还包括质量块,所述质量块与所述磁路***结合;所述磁路***包括平板状的导磁轭,所述导磁轭的中心位置结合有磁铁,边缘位置结合有所述质量块,所述质量块为闭合的环形结构。
  10. 根据权利要求5或9所述的多功能装置,其特征在于,所述导磁轭与所述第一固定部或所述第二固定部焊接结合,所述下壳的底壁对应所述导磁轭与所述弹性支撑件的焊接位置设有焊接避让孔。
