一种临时桥梁公路输送设备,包括连接装置(1、3)设置在路面平台(2)两端,路面平台安装在主车体(12)上方,驾驶室(4)设置在主车体前端,轮胎(5)、轮胎变幅油缸(7)及轮胎架总成安装在副支脚(13)两端,滑轮总成(9)安装在主支脚(11)中,主支脚起升油缸(8)一端与滑轮总成连接,另一端连接在主车体中,纵向油缸(10)一端连接在主支脚起升油缸上,另一端与主支脚连接,副支脚起升油缸(18)一端连接在副支脚上,另一端与主车体连接,副支脚与主车体相连,加高支架或浮箱(14)与主副支脚连接,爬升平台(15)安装在主车体前端或后方并通过变幅油缸(16)调节角度,主车体设置安全门(17),主副支脚下方可安装加高支架或浮箱,主车体两端及路面平台上可安装输送装置(19),主车体中可增设联通通道及人员休息住宿空间。通过该临时桥梁公路输送设备,能够增加临时桥梁与公路的搭建速度,节省了时间,降低了生产成本。

Description

一种临时桥梁公路输送设备 技术领域
本发明涉及到抢险、救援和增设临时道路的一种设备,尤其涉及一种临时桥梁公路输送设备。
背景技术
1、在道路抢险、泥石流救援中恢复道路通行一般采用挖掘机、装载机及人工清运。存在的问题是:时间长、成本高、影响救援的最佳时机。
2、在河流内或山谷洼地架设新建公路、紧急临时车辆通行公路中一般采用在公路旁边修建一条临时公路。存在的问题是:时间长、成本高、安全性较低。
3、在现有河流临时通行时,多数采用加设浮桥装置。存在的问题是:成本高,耗时长,稳定性差。
发明内容
本发明是要解决现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种临时桥梁公路设备。
本发明涉及的临时桥梁公路设备,其特征是:包括连接装置设置在路面平台两端,路面平台安装在主车体上方,驾驶室设置在主车体前端,轮胎、轮胎变幅油缸及轮胎悬挂装置安装在副支脚两端,滑轮总成安装在主支脚中,主支脚起升油缸一端与滑轮总成连接,另一端连接在主车体中,纵向油缸一端连接在主支脚起升油缸上,另一端与主支脚连接,副支脚起升油缸一端连接在副支脚上,另一端与主车体连接,副支脚与主车体相连,加高支架或浮箱与主副支脚连接,爬升平台安装在主车体前端或后方并通过变幅油缸调节角度,主车体设置安全门,主副支脚下方可安装加高支架或浮箱,主车体两端及路面平台上可安装输送装置,主车体中可增设联通通道及人员休息住宿空间。
本发明涉及的临时桥梁公路设备,平时行走时可用轮胎行走,当遇到轮胎 无法正常通行路段时,可通过轮胎悬挂装置调节轮胎的高度,转变为步履式行走。可保证该设备在大部分路段的正常通行。该设备多节连接成道路桥梁后,可在其主车体内部设置通道,也可提供人员休息。通过对主车体前后两端及上端加设输送装置后,可作为输送设备使用。
该临时桥梁公路输送设备的有益效果是:
由于发明了临时桥梁公路输送设备,增加临时桥梁与公路的搭建速度,节省了时间,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明:
如图1、图2所示,该设备包括:连接装置1与连接装置3设置在路面平台2两端,路面平台2安装在主车体12上方,驾驶室4设置在主车体12前端,轮胎5、轮胎变幅油缸7及轮胎悬挂装置6安装在副支脚13两端,滑轮总成9安装在主支脚11中,主支脚起升油缸8一端与滑轮总成9连接,另一端连接在主车体12中,纵向油缸10一端连接在主支脚起升油缸8上,另一端与主支脚11连接,副支脚起升油缸18一端连接在副支脚13上,另一端与主车体12连接,副支脚13与主车体12相连。
通过驾驶员的操作,使该设备行驶至预架设桥梁或公路的施工地点,通过连接装置1和连接装置3可使多辆设备首尾连接,以达到实现不同长度路面的搭设。在主支脚升降油缸8的作用下,使主支脚11与地面接触并提起副支脚13,使轮胎5离开地面。轮胎5、轮胎悬挂装置6在轮胎变幅油缸7的作用下上升,使轮胎5提起超过副支脚13底板,通过副支脚升降油缸18的作用下使副支脚13与地面接触。主支脚11与副支脚13同时与地面接触,提高了该设备使用的稳定性。
在不适用轮胎5行走的路面时,在主支脚升降油缸8的作用下,使主支脚11与地面接触并提起副支脚13,使轮胎5离开地面。轮胎5、轮胎悬挂装置6在轮胎变幅油缸7的作用下上升,使轮胎5提起超过副支脚13底板,通过副支 脚升降油缸18的作用下使副支脚13与地面接触,提起主支脚11。在纵向油缸10缸杆回收的作用下,使主支脚11沿滑轮总成9向前滑动。通过主支脚起升油缸8的作用,使主支脚11下降与地面接触,使副支脚13抬起离开地面。通过纵向油缸10缸杆伸出的作用下,使主车体12在滑轮总成9的带动下沿着主支脚11向前行走。
如图3、图4、图5、图6所示,当预架设桥梁或公路的位置处于低洼处或河流中时,可通过主支脚起升油缸8与副支脚起升油缸18的,提高路面平台2的高度,在起升油缸达到最大行程时,仍不能达到要求路面水平时,可在主支脚11和副支脚13底部加装加高支架或浮箱14,以保证路面达到要求高度。
如图7所示,为该设备多车相连示意图。
如图8所示,在河流、泥泞等路面平台2高于地面时,可在首尾设备两端安装爬升平台15,在爬升平台15内安装变幅油缸16,在变幅油缸16的作用下,可调节爬升平台15与地面的角度,以便于车辆的行驶。
如图9所示,可在设备中设置安全门17,便于储存物品,可用于人员行走住宿等。
如图10所示,为加设了爬升平台的多设备连接示意图。
如图11、图12所示,把箱式主车体12改换为框架式主车体22,在路面平台两侧加设安全护板24,防护车辆安全。
如图13所示,在框架式主车体22前后端及路面平台2上面加设输送装置19,前后输送装置19通过调节油缸20调整角度。在靠近物料端的输送设备19前轴处装置了物料提取轮23,提高物料的提升及输送时间,节省了人工,增加了货物的输送速度。
如图14所示,为多台输送设备串联作业示意图。
该临时桥梁公路设备可替代现有大部分浮桥装置。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种临时桥梁公路输送设备,包括连接装置设置在路面平台两端,路面平台安装在主车体上方,驾驶室设置在主车体前端,轮胎、轮胎变幅油缸及轮胎悬挂装置安装在副支脚两端,滑轮总成再装在主支脚中,主支脚起升油缸一端与滑轮总成连接,另一端连接在主车体中,纵向油缸一端连接在起升油缸上,另一端与主支脚连接,副支脚起升油缸一端连接在副支脚上,另一端与主车体连接,副支脚与主车体相连,加高支架与主副支脚连接,爬升平台安装在主车体前端或后方并通过变幅油缸调节角度,主车体设置安全门,主副支脚下方可安装加高支架或浮箱,主车体两端及路面平台上可安装输送装置,主车体中可增设联通通道及人员休息住宿空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的临时桥梁公路设备,其特征是:路面平台安装在主车体上方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的临时桥梁公路设备,其特征是:路面平台两端设置有连接装置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的临时桥梁公路设备,其特征是:设置主支脚与副支脚且通过起升油缸可控制主支脚与副支脚的伸缩。主支脚上安装有纵向油缸,在起升油缸的相互作用下,使设备可以前后左右的移动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的临时桥梁公路设备,其特征是:轮胎安装有轮胎悬挂装置通过油缸调节轮胎的高度且起到车辆减震作用。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的临时桥梁公路设备,其特征是:可把主车体改换为框架式主车体。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的临时桥梁公路设备,其特征是:在框架式主车体中可安装输送装置成为输送设备。
