Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil de traitement de trop-plein d'égout à grande vitesse à l'aide de charges flottantes artificielles d'une mousse particulaire écologique assurant la recyclabilité des ressources. L'objet de la présente invention concerne une amélioration rapide de la qualité de l'eau par traitement, à grande vitesse, des contaminants dans le trop-plein d'égout qui se produit durant une pluie. La présente invention est formée pour permettre à une cuve de réaction de coagulation de type à séparation en deux étapes (une cuve de réaction rapide du type à injection chimique et une cuve de réaction lente du type sans injection chimique) ayant un équipement de mélange afin d'enrichir fortement, dans un floc (coagulation ou condensation), les contaminants tels que des matières organiques, des matières flottantes et des bactéries coliformes diverses dans le trop-plein d'égout et comprend les charges flottantes artificielles de type à plusieurs étages et à plusieurs couches et un sable de charge du type poudre fine, qui sont recyclés à partir de (déchets de) verre LCD, de déchets de bouteilles de verre ou analogues, formés pour être encastrés tout en formant des blocs dans une cuve de filtration, qui est dans un processus ultérieur, de sorte que le trop-plein d'égout, ayant circulé de la cuve de réaction de coagulation à travers un tuyau de transfert de trop-plein, soit filtré à grande vitesse par les charges flottantes artificielles tout en s'élevant dans un écoulement allant vers le haut. Par conséquent, la présente invention minimise l'utilisation de produits chimiques, tels qu'un polymère ayant été utilisé pour former le floc lors de la filtration à grande vitesse, ce qui favorise une réduction des coûts (coûts de construction d'additifs à l'appareil, produits chimiques et analogues), selon un processus de filtration et une réduction des coûts de maintenance et de gestion (coûts de gestion et analogues dus à une augmentation de la quantité de boue produite), ce qui empêche la pollution de l'environnement et améliore considérablement la sécurité des opérateurs et l'efficacité de la filtration.
