Abstract

Vorrichtung (1) zum Erfassen der Drehzahl einer Radsatzwelle (2) für Schienenfahrzeuge, umfassend eine Sensorvorrichtung (3), feststehende Teile (4), Rotationsteile (5) sowie ein Wälzlager (6), wobei das Wälzlager (6) einen Lagerinnenring (7), der mit einem Rotationsteil (5, 2, 12, 21) drehfest verbunden ist, einen Lageraußenring (8), der mit einem feststehenden Teil (4, 16, 17) drehfest verbunden ist, sowie eine Vielzahl dazwischen angeordneter Wälzkörper (9) aufweist, und wobei die Sensorvorrichtung (3) ein Polrad (13) und einen Impulsgeber (14) aufweist. Der Impulsgeber (14) ist an einem feststehenden Teil (4, 16, 17) angeordnet, wobei das Polrad (13) berührungslos gegenüberliegend vom Impulsgeber (14) unmittelbar mit einem Rotationsteil (5, 2, 12, 21) drehfest verbunden ist. Ein Stützring für das Wälzlager bildet gemeinsam mit einem Gehäuse für das Wälzlager eine Labyrinthdichtung mit mäanderförmigem Labyrinthspalt, wobei jeweils eine Mehrzahl von radial verlaufende Stegen auf dem Gehäuse und auf dem Stützring angeordnet sind. In einer ersten Variante wird das Polrad (13) als separates Bauteil an dem Stützring angebracht. In einer zweiten Variante wird einer der Stege der Labyrinthdichtung als Polrad ausgebildet.
