一种新型按摩床 技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型按摩床。
背景技术
现有按摩床一般为普通弹性床垫,不具备局部调整高度的功能,从而不能适应各种身型用户的需求。用户在被按摩时经常需要趴在床上,腹部肥胖者会对腹部造成较大压迫,导致用户不舒适。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明公开了一种新型按摩床,包括床体,所述床体表面铺设有多个相互独立的支承单元,所述支承单元底部设有调整机构,所述支承单元通过该调整机构可沿竖直方向移动或固定;所述支承单元顶部设有弹性层。
进一步地,所述弹性层与调整机构之间设有承托层。
进一步地,所述调整机构包括支架和调整螺栓,所述支架固定于所述支承单元下方,所述支架上设有位置与所述支承单元一一对应的螺纹孔,所述调整螺栓设置在所述螺纹孔中并且上端与所述承托层连接。
进一步地,所述承托层为中空结构,底部设有开口,该开口边缘设有环形凸套,所述调整螺栓顶端设有环形槽,该环形凸套卡入所述环形槽中。
进一步地,所述床体通过一韧性连杆与一头枕连接,所述头枕设有透气孔。
进一步地,所述调整螺栓底部设有控制机构。
本发明结构简单,通过多个独立的支承单元代替传统按摩床的床垫,实现了局部高度调节,使本发明适用更多人群,并可以随意调节床体表面高度,让 使用者更加舒适。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,一种新型按摩床,包括床体10,所述床体10表面铺设有多个相互独立的支承单元20,所述支承单元20底部设有调整机构30,所述支承单元20通过该调整机构30可沿竖直方向移动或固定;所述支承单元20顶部设有弹性层21。
所述弹性层21与调整机构30之间设有承托层22。所述调整机构30包括支架31和调整螺栓32,所述支架31固定于所述支承单元20下方,所述支架31上设有位置与所述支承单元20一一对应的螺纹孔,所述调整螺栓32设置在所述螺纹孔中并且上端与所述承托层22连接。所述承托层22为中空结构,底部设有开口,该开口边缘设有环形凸套40,所述调整螺栓32顶端设有环形槽321,该环形凸套40卡入所述环形槽321中。
所述床体通过一韧性连杆与一头枕50连接,所述头枕50设有透气孔51。所述调整螺栓底部设有控制机构60。
所述控制机构60包括控制所述调整螺栓32上下运动的电机,使用者通过遥控器或直接操作等方式通过所述控制60来控制不同调整螺栓32的转动,从而更加方便使用者。
本按摩床上分布的支承单元20共同为使用者提供支承,本实施例中通过旋 转调节螺栓,调节螺栓在支架31中移动,从而带动支承单元20上升或下降。调节螺栓和支承单元20的承托层22是通过环形槽321和环形凸套40连接的,调节螺栓旋转时,不会对支承单元20产生转矩,从而避免支承单元20转动。
所述弹性层21为支承提供缓冲,可以采用弹性床垫、弹性橡胶等具有弹力的物体。承托层22的作用主要为弹性层21提供固定点,从而使床体10表面更稳定。
本发明结构简单,通过多个独立的支承单元代替传统按摩床的床垫,实现了局部高度调节,使本发明适用更多人群,并可以随意调节床体表面高度,让使用者更加舒适。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变形不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变形。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种新型按摩床,包括床体,其特征在于:所述床体表面铺设有多个相互独立的支承单元,所述支承单元底部设有调整机构,所述支承单元通过该调整机构可沿竖直方向移动或固定;所述支承单元顶部设有弹性层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩床,其特征在于:所述弹性层与调整机构之间设有承托层。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的按摩床,其特征在于:所述调整机构包括支架和调整螺栓,所述支架固定于所述支承单元下方,所述支架上设有位置与所述支承单元一一对应的螺纹孔,所述调整螺栓设置在所述螺纹孔中并且上端与所述承托层连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的按摩床,其特征在于:所述承托层为中空结构,底部设有开口,该开口边缘设有环形凸套,所述调整螺栓顶端设有环形槽,该环形凸套卡入所述环形槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的按摩床,其特征在于:所述床体通过一韧性连杆与一头枕连接,所述头枕设有透气孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的按摩床,其特征在于:所述调整螺栓底部设有控制机构。
