Description

接纳控制参数的更新装置、方法以及通信*** 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,特别涉及一种接纳控制(AC,Access Control)参数的更新装置、方法以及通信***。
背景技术
在当前无线蜂窝***中,已知存在以下的接纳控制技术:IP多媒体子***(IMS,IP Multimedia Subsystem)业务接纳控制以及数据通信拥塞控制。其中,IMS业务接纳控制例如包括服务专用接纳控制(SSAC,Service Specific Access Control),接纳控制禁止-跳过(ACB-skip,Access Control Barring-skip)等。
对于数据通信拥塞控制,例如包括接纳等级禁止(ACB,Access Class Barring),扩展接入禁止(EAB,Extended Access Barring)和用于数据通信的应用专用拥塞控制(ACDC,Application specific Congestion control for Data Communication)。
在ACB机制中,服务网络(例如由服务小区实现,该服务小区由相应的基站配置)在***信息(SI,System Information)里为不同连接类型的连接来广播特定的控制信息(例如禁止因子和禁止时间)。移动终端(或者称为用户设备,UE)随机获取一个0到1之间的随机数;然后用户设备根据高层(例如非接入层(NAS,Non Access Stratum))告知的连接类型,应用该连接相应的控制信息(例如比较该随机数与禁止因子)来确定这次连接是否被禁止;如果确定被禁止,则该用户设备根据广播的禁止时间、获得的随机数以及协议里中定义的公式来计算出实际被禁止的时间;如果确定未被禁止,则该用户设备可以向底层(例如媒体接入控制(MAC,Medium Access Control)子层)发起连接建立过程。
在EAB机制中,服务网络在***信息里广播基于接纳等级的位图(bitmap)信息;用户设备基于自身的接纳控制等级以及广播的位图信息来判断连接是否被禁止;如果被禁止则中止连接建立过程,否则可以再使用ACB机制。
在ACDC机制中,在拥塞情况下当有新的接入尝试时,用户设备允许或阻止特定的由运营商预定义的应用。本地公共陆地移动网(PLMN,Public Land Mobile Network)为用户设备里不同优先级的业务分配不同的ACDC等级;服务网络在*** 信息里为每个ACDC等级广播控制信息(例如禁止因子和禁止时间)。
对于接纳控制参数(例如上述的接纳控制等级的位图信息),一般使用***信息块(SIB,System Information Block)由基站发送给用户设备。目前***信息的更新以及获取方法例如包括:
(1)一般更新方法:适用于一般的***信息,例如用于ACB机制的SIB2。这种方法定义了***信息的修改周期,在当前修改周期T0里通过寻呼(paging)或在SIB1里广播值标签(value tag)的方式,通知用户设备该***信息将发生改变;在下一个修改周期T1里,服务网络将广播新的***信息;用户设备将在这个修改周期T1里接收新的***信息。
(2)快速更新方法:适用于要求即时更新的***信息,例如用于EAB机制的SIB14。这种方法通过寻呼消息通知用户设备该***信息发生了改变,并立即更新相应的***信息;用户设备收到寻呼消息后,立即读取调度信息并获得新的***信息。
(3)需要时读取方法:适用于可能长期休眠的用户设备,例如配置了非连续接收(DRX,Discontinuous Reception)或增强的DRX(eDRX)的用户设备。在这种方法里,服务网络不需要通知***信息的改变,可以随时更新***信息;但要求用户设备在每次需要时(例如高层发起连接建立过程时)都重新获取相应的***信息,而不考虑该***信息是否已经发生了改变。
而另一方面,物联网(IoT,Internet of Things)的研究已经受到了越来越多的关注。在无线蜂窝***下需要支持极低复杂性、低吞吐量的物联网(可称为窄带物联网)。窄带物理网***的性能目标包括:改善的室内覆盖,大量低吞吐量设备的支持,降低的复杂性,改善的能量效率以及时延等。
窄带物联网的接纳控制参数可能会更频繁地改变,例如***信息的修改周期应该比其他***的更短。如果采用上述的一般更新方法或快速更新方法,将使得不准备发起连接建立过程的用户设备多次不必要地获取接纳控制参数,这有悖于窄带物联网技术的性能目标(例如改善的能量效率)。而如果采用上述的需要时读取方法,在高层频繁发起连接建立请求、而接纳控制参数并没有发生改变的情况下,用户设备也会不必要地读取***信息,从而造成能量的浪费。
因此,考虑到窄带物联网等技术的性能需求,需要增强现有的接纳控制参数的更新和获取机制,达到节能等目的。
应该注意,上面对技术背景的介绍只是为了方便对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的说明,并方便本领域技术人员的理解而阐述的。不能仅仅因为这些方案在本发明的背景技术部分进行了阐述而认为上述技术方案为本领域技术人员所公知。
发明内容
发明人发现:接纳控制参数的更新原因例如包括:网络负载的改变以及保证不同接纳等级的用户设备在接入方面的公平性。目前的方案并没有对上述原因进行区分,而是均由网络侧对接纳控制参数进行更新,从而导致用户设备在接入方面的能耗较大、寻呼频繁发生以及***广播资源被频繁使用等问题。
本发明实施例提供一种接纳控制参数的更新装置、方法以及通信***。通过用户设备对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新而改善接入方面的公平性,网络侧仅在网络负载改变等情况下对接纳控制参数进行更新而可以不再考虑公平性;由此降低用户设备在接入方面的能耗、避免寻呼的频繁发生以及减少***广播资源的使用。
根据本发明实施例的第一个方面,提供一种接纳控制参数的更新方法,所述更新方法包括:
用户设备确定用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新所述接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息;

本发明实施例的有益效果在于:用户设备基于更新周期信息对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新,从而由用户设备自身改善接入方面的公平性,网络侧仅在网络负载改变等情况下对接纳控制参数进行更新而可以不再考虑公平性;由此降低用户设备在接入方面的能耗、避免寻呼的频繁发生以及减少***广播资源的使用。

实施例1
本发明实施例提供一种接纳控制参数的更新方法。图1是本发明实施例的接纳控制参数的更新方法的一示意图,从用户设备侧进行了说明。如图1所示,该更新方法包括:
步骤101,用户设备确定用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新该接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息;
步骤102,用户设备基于该更新周期信息对该接纳等级禁止信息进行更新。
在本实施例中,该用户设备例如可以是窄带物联网(NB-IOT,Narrow Band Internet of Things)的终端,但本发明不限于此,例如该用户设备还可以是其他网络***的终端。其中,用户设备可以具有相应的接纳等级(access class),例如在出厂时就为每一用户设备配置某一接纳等级。本发明实施例仅以窄带物联网为例进行说明,但并不限于此,可以适用于任何进行接纳控制的***。
在本实施例中,接纳等级禁止信息也可以称为基于接纳等级的禁止信息(access class based barring information)。用户设备可以从基站接收包括接纳等级禁止信息的***信息,从该***信息中可以确定该接纳等级禁止信息,但本发明不限于此,还可以以其他方式获取该接纳等级禁止信息,例如通过设备到设备(D2D,Device to Device) 方式从其他用户设备处获得;此外该接纳等级禁止信息还可以是预先存储在该用户设备中的信息。
其中,本发明实施例的基站可以为宏基站(例如eNB),用户设备由该宏基站产生的宏小区(例如Macro cell)提供服务;本发明实施例的基站也可以为微基站,用户设备由该微基站产生的微小区(例如Pico cell)提供服务。本发明实施例不限于此,可以根据实际的需要确定具体的场景。
在本实施例中,基站发送的***信息中还可以包括该更新周期信息,用户设备从该***信息中确定该更新周期信息,但本发明不限于此。例如,还可以由用户设备自行确定该更新周期信息,或者该更新周期信息被预先定义,或者通过D2D方式从其他用户设备处获得,等等。
与现有技术不同的是,本发明实施例考虑到接纳控制参数的更新原因,并对该更新原因进行了区分,由用户设备基于更新周期信息对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新,从而由用户设备自身改善接入方面的公平性;由此降低用户设备在接入方面的能耗、避免寻呼的频繁发生以及减少***广播资源的使用。
以下以从基站获取(例如使用EAB机制)接纳等级禁止信息和更新周期信息为例,对本发明实施进行进一步说明。其中,该接纳等级禁止信息可以为包括多个比特的位图信息,具体内容可以参考现有技术中的居民接入网(RAN2)已经给出的禁止位图(barring bitmap),即类似于EAB中的参数。但本发明不限于此,例如该接纳等级禁止信息还可以采用其他的表现形式。
图2是本发明实施例的接纳控制参数的更新方法的另一示意图,从用户设备和基站两侧来进行说明。如图2所示,该更新方法包括:
步骤201,基站向用户设备发送用于指示***信息将发生改变的指示信息;
在本实施方式中,可以重用前述的一般更新方法,即在当前修改周期里指示***信息将要发生改变,例如可以通过寻呼或包括在***信息里的value tag进行通知;在下一个修改周期里更新相应的接纳控制参数。

在本实施方式中,该接纳等级禁止信息例如是由10个比特组成的位图信息,表示接纳等级0至9是否被禁止。例如该位图信息为“0001000010”,从右到左分别表 示接纳等级0至9的接纳等级禁止信息;则上述位图信息表示接纳等级为1或6的用户设备被禁止接入,而接纳等级为0、2、3、4、5、7、8、9的用户设备被允许接入。该更新周期信息例如为更新周期T的值,例如为40,表示每40毫秒更新一次该接纳等级禁止信息。
此外***信息还可以包括其他的信息,例如漫游信息、指示事件触发上报是否受控于接纳控制的标志、可能的禁止时间,等等。这些信息可以参考现有技术,此处不再赘述。
步骤203,用户设备基于该***信息确定该接纳等级禁止信息以及该更新周期信息;
步骤204,用户设备基于该更新周期信息对该接纳等级禁止信息进行更新。
在本实施方式中,用户设备可以基于更新周期信息对多个比特进行移位操作以更新该接纳等级禁止信息。例如可以按照***帧号(SFN,System Frame Number)计算更新时刻,即按照公式SFN mod T=0,在满足条件的SFN上,对该多个比特进行移位。
例如,该位图信息为“0001000010”,默认将位图信息向左位移1位,则在更新时刻到达时可以将“0001000010”更新为“0010000100”,表示接纳等级为2或7的用户设备被禁止接入,而接纳等级为0、1、3、4、5、6、8、9的用户设备被允许接入。由此不仅被允许接入的接纳等级的个数始终不变,而且每个接纳等级被接入的机会均等,改善接入的公平性。
值得注意的是,以上仅以位移操作为例对本发明的接纳等级禁止信息更新进行了说明,但本发明不限于此,还可以采用其他的更新方式。
例如,可以将位图信息“0001000010”分为多个组“00”“01”“00”“00”“10”,然后对这多个组进行排序形成如下顺序“00”“00”“00”“10”“01”,从而得到更新后的“0000001001”。或者将位图信息“0001000010”对称地调换各比特的位置,从而得到“0100001000”,等等。可以保证被允许接入的接纳等级的个数始终不变,改善接入的公平性。
再例如,还可以基于预设值对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新。例如可以预先存储预设值“1000000000”,将位图信息“0001000010”与该预设值进行异或(XOR)操作,从而得到更新后的“1001000010”。虽然被允许接入的接纳等级的个数发生改变,但 是可以保证接纳等级9每隔一个周期T就被允许接入。
以上仅示意性说明了如何对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新,但本发明不限于此,例如还可以根据特定的公式或者规则进行更新,本领域技术人员还可以根据上述示例获得更多的实施方式。本发明实施例并不限于上述的具体实施方式,只要用户设备对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新,均应包含在本发明实施例的范围之内。
在本实施方式中,在***信息没有被更新的情况下,用户设备可以多次执行步骤204,从而用户设备可以自主对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新。在***信息需要被更新(例如网络负荷发生改变)的情况下,该更新方法还可以包括:
步骤205,基站向用户设备发送包括接纳等级禁止信息的***信息。
在本实施方式中,用户设备可以根据该***信息对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新,具体可以如现有EAB机制所述;然后用户设备还可以根据步骤202获得的更新周期信息,如步骤203和204所述继续自主地更新该接纳等级禁止信息。
即,可以仅在一次或几次***信息的更新中包含该更新周期信息,并由基站发送给用户设备;在***信息不包括更新周期信息的情况下,用户设备继续沿用之前的更新周期信息。此外,也可以在每次***信息的更新中包含该更新周期信息,并由基站发送给用户设备;用户设备接收到该更新周期信息后,重新计算更新时刻并按照新的更新周期对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新。
在图2所示的实施方式中,可以根据默认的位移数目信息和位移方向信息进行位移操作。在本实施例中,还可以由用户设备确定位移数目信息和/或位移方向信息,只需要用户设备和基站之间达成一致即可;或者由基站发送位移数目信息和/或位移方向信息。
图3是本发明实施例的接纳控制参数的更新方法的另一示意图,从用户设备和基站两侧来进行说明。如图3所示,该更新方法包括:
步骤301,基站向用户设备发送用于指示***信息将发生改变的指示信息;
步骤302,基站向用户设备发送***信息;其中该***信息中包括用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新该接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息,此外还包括用于更新该接纳等级禁止信息的位移数目信息和/或位移方向信息;
在本实施方式中,该接纳等级禁止信息例如是由10个比特组成的位图信息,表示接纳等级0至9是否被禁止接入。例如该位图信息为“0001000010”,表示接纳等 级为1或6的用户设备被禁止接入,而接纳等级为0、2、3、4、5、7、8、9的用户设备被允许接入。该更新周期信息例如为更新周期T的值,例如为40,表示每40毫秒更新一次该接纳等级禁止信息。
此外***信息还可以包括:位移数目信息和/或位移方向信息。该位移数目信息例如为位移数目N的值,例如为2,表示移动2位。该位移方向信息例如为位移方向S的值,例如为1,表示向左移动;例如为0,表示向右移动。
步骤303,用户设备基于该***信息确定该接纳等级禁止信息以及该更新周期信息,位移数目信息和/或位移方向信息;
步骤304,用户设备基于该更新周期信息、该位移数目信息和/或该位移方向信息,对多个比特进行移位操作以更新该接纳等级禁止信息。
例如,该位图信息为“0001000010”,位移数目信息指示的位移数目N为2,位移方向信息指示的位移方向S为0;则在更新时刻到达时将位图信息向右移动2位,可以将“0001000010”更新为“1000010000”,表示接纳等级为4或9的用户设备被禁止接入,而接纳等级为0、1、2、3、5、6、7、8的用户设备被允许接入;由此改善接入的公平性。
再例如,该位图信息为“0001000010”,位移数目信息指示的位移数目N为2;则在更新时刻到达时将位图信息默认向左移动2位,可以将“0001000010”更新为“0100001000”,表示接纳等级为3或8的用户设备被禁止接入,而接纳等级为0、1、2、4、5、6、7、9的用户设备被允许接入;由此改善接入的公平性。
在本实施方式中,在***信息没有被更新的情况下,用户设备可以多次执行步骤304,从而用户设备可以自主对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新。在***信息需要被更新(例如网络负荷发生改变)的情况下,该更新方法还可以包括:
步骤305,基站向用户设备发送包括接纳等级禁止信息的***信息。
值得注意的是,本实施方式中更新周期信息、位移数目信息和/或位移方向信息在步骤302中通过***信息被发送;但本发明不限于此,例如还可以通过多个步骤分别发送。
在本实施例中,对于网络负荷等造成的接纳控制参数的改变,图2和图3以一般更新方法为例进行了说明,但本发明不限于此,还可以使用前述的快速更新方法和需要时读取方法。
在本实施例中,在更新周期T内接纳控制信息可以不发生变化;在更新周期T对应的时间到达后,接纳控制信息由用户设备进行移位操作,以保证不同接纳等级之间的公平性。这种变化不受控于现有的***信息更新,即不需要通过寻呼或value tag或其他方式由网络侧告知用户设备;网络侧如果进行接纳等级禁止信息之外的更新,可以重用现有的更新机制。
以上对于用户设备侧自主更新接纳等级禁止信息以及网络侧发送***信息进行了示意性说明。对于网络侧发送的***信息,用户设备侧还可以仅在需要时获取。
图4是本发明实施例的***信息获取的一示意图,从用户设备侧进行说明;其中为简单起见,没有示出用户设备侧自主更新接纳等级禁止信息的内容,关于这部分内容可以参考图1至3。如图4所示,该方法包括:
步骤401,用户设备接收基站发送的用于指示***信息将发生改变的指示信息;
在本实施方式中,可以重用前述的一般更新方法,即在当前修改周期里指示***信息将要发生改变,例如可以通过寻呼或包括在***消息里的value tag进行通知;在下一个修改周期里更新相应的接纳控制信息。
步骤402,用户设备确定***信息的改变是否仅涉及接纳控制参数的更新;在仅涉及接纳控制参数的更新的情况下执行步骤403,否则在下一修改周期执行步骤407,即沿用现有的一般更新方法。
在本实施方式中,如果用户设备不能够确定***信息的改变是否仅涉及接纳控制参数的更新,也可以执行步骤407,即仍采用现有的一般更新方法。
步骤403,用户设备发起并挂起用于获取***信息的***信息获取过程。
在本实施方式中,与现有技术不同的是,用户设备在***信息的改变仅涉及接纳控制参数的更新的情况下,不在下一修改周期获取该***信息,而是挂起该***信息获取过程。
步骤404,用户设备发起连接建立过程;
步骤405,用户设备确定是否存在挂起的***信息获取过程;在存在挂起的***信息获取过程的情况下执行步骤406。
步骤406,用户设备确定该挂起的***信息获取过程是否用于当前周期之前的信息更新;在该挂起的***信息获取过程用于当前周期之前的信息更新的情况下执行步骤407。
步骤407,用户设备在下一修改周期获取该***信息。
在本实施方式中,当用户设备的高层请求发起连接建立过程时,即需要获取***信息时,才确定是否存在挂起的***信息获取过程;在存在挂起的***信息获取过程且该挂起的***信息获取过程用于当前修改周期之前的信息更新的情况下,才获取该***信息,然后进行接纳控制检查。
在不存在挂起的***信息获取过程的情况下,或者在该挂起的***信息获取过程不是用于当前修改周期之前的信息更新的情况下,用户设备并不获取该***信息,可以按照现有参数自主地进行接纳等级禁止信息更新或者接纳控制检查。
在本实施方式中,可以将一般更新方法和需要时更新方法进行结合来获取***信息。由此对于不准备发起连接建立过程的用户设备,不会多次不必要地获取***信息;在高层频繁发起连接建立请求,而期间接纳控制参数并没有发生改变的情况下,用户设备也不会不必要地读取***信息。此外,还可以避免一般更新方法中可能发生的wrap around问题。
值得注意的是,图2至图4仅示意性地对本发明实施例进行了说明,但本发明不限于此。例如可以适当地调整各个步骤之间的执行顺序,此外还可以增加其他的一些步骤或者减少其中的某些步骤。
此外,即使本实施例的附图没有明示,本领域的技术人员也应该理解,在用户设备中接纳等级禁止信息的更新和***信息的获取可以并行进行,或者可以各自独立地进行。本领域的技术人员可以根据上述内容进行适当地变型,而不仅限于上述附图1至4的记载。
由上述实施例可知,用户设备基于更新周期信息对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新,从而由用户设备自身改善接入方面的公平性,网络侧仅在网络负载改变等情况下对接纳控制参数进行更新而可以不再考虑公平性;由此降低用户设备在接入方面的能耗、避免寻呼的频繁发生以及减少***广播资源的使用。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供一种接纳控制参数的更新方法,应用于基站。本发明实施例与实施例1相同的内容不再赘述。
图5是本发明实施例的接纳控制参数的更新方法的一示意图,如图5所示,所述 更新方法包括:
步骤501,基站向用户设备发送***信息;该***信息包括用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新该接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息。
在本实施例中,该接纳等级禁止信息可以为包括多个比特的位图信息。此外,该***信息还可以包括:用于更新该接纳等级禁止信息的位移数目信息和/或位移方向信息。
在本实施例中,关于具体如何发送***信息可以参考现有技术,此外还可以参考实施例1的附图2至4,此处不再赘述。
由上述实施例可知,基站向用户设备发送接纳等级禁止信息以及更新周期信息,使得用户设备基于更新周期信息对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新,从而由用户设备自身改善接入方面的公平性,网络侧仅在网络负载改变等情况下对接纳控制参数进行更新而可以不再考虑公平性;由此降低用户设备在接入方面的能耗、避免寻呼的频繁发生以及减少***广播资源的使用。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供一种接纳控制参数的更新装置,配置于用户设备中。本发明实施例对应于实施例1的接纳控制参数的更新方法,与实施例1相同的内容不再赘述。
图6是本发明实施例的接纳控制参数的更新装置的一示意图,如图6所示,接纳控制参数的更新装置600包括:
信息确定单元601,其确定用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新该接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息;
信息更新单元602,其基于该更新周期信息对该接纳等级禁止信息进行更新。
在本实施例中,该接纳等级禁止信息可以为包括多个比特的位图信息。具体内容可以参考现有技术中的禁止位图(barring bitmap),即类似于EAB中的参数。但本发明不限于此,例如该接纳等级禁止信息还可以采用其他的表现形式。
在一个实施方式中,信息更新单元602可以用于:基于该更新周期信息,对多个比特进行移位操作以更新该接纳等级禁止信息。
在另一个实施方式中,信息确定单元601还可以用于:确定用于更新该接纳等级禁止信息的位移数目信息和/或位移方向信息;信息更新单元602还可以用于:基于 该更新周期信息、该位移数目信息和/或该位移方向信息,对多个比特进行移位操作以更新该接纳等级禁止信息。
例如,更新周期信息指示更新周期T,位移数目信息指示位移数目N,位移方向信息指示位移方向S;信息更新单元602在T到达的时间上,将多个比特向位移方向S移动N位。
图7是本发明实施例的接纳控制参数的更新装置的另一示意图,如图7所示,接纳控制参数的更新装置700包括:信息确定单元601以及信息更新单元602,如上所述。
如图7所示,接纳控制参数的更新装置700还可以包括:
信息接收单元701,其接收基站发送的包括该接纳等级禁止信息的***信息。

本实施例还提供一种用户设备,配置有如上所述的接纳控制参数的更新装置600、 700或者800。
图9是本发明实施例的用户设备的一示意图。如图9所示,该用户设备900可以包括中央处理器100和存储器140;存储器140耦合到中央处理器100。值得注意的是,该图是示例性的;还可以使用其他类型的结构,来补充或代替该结构,以实现电信功能或其他功能。
在一个实施方式中,接纳控制参数的更新装置600、700或者800的功能可以被集成到中央处理器100中。其中,中央处理器100可以被配置为实现实施例1中所述的接纳控制参数的更新方法。
例如,中央处理器100可以被配置为进行如下的控制:确定用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新该接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息;以及基于该更新周期信息对该接纳等级禁止信息进行更新。
在另一个实施方式中,接纳控制参数的更新装置600、700或者800可以与中央处理器100分开配置,例如可以将接纳控制参数的更新装置600、700或者800配置为与中央处理器100连接的芯片,通过中央处理器100的控制来实现接纳控制参数的更新装置600、700或者800的功能。
如图9所示,该用户设备900还可以包括:通信模块110、输入单元120、音频处理单元130、存储器140、照相机150、显示器160、电源170。其中,上述部件的功能与现有技术类似,此处不再赘述。值得注意的是,用户设备900也并不是必须要包括图9中所示的所有部件,上述部件并不是必需的;此外,用户设备900还可以包括图9中没有示出的部件,可以参考现有技术。
由上述实施例可知,用户设备基于更新周期信息对接纳等级禁止信息进行更新,从而由用户设备自身改善接入方面的公平性,网络侧仅在网络负载改变等情况下对接纳控制参数进行更新而可以不再考虑公平性;由此降低用户设备在接入方面的能耗、避免寻呼的频繁发生以及减少***广播资源的使用。
实施例4
本发明实施例提供一种接纳控制参数的更新装置,配置于基站中。本发明实施例对应于实施例2的接纳控制参数的更新方法,与实施例1和2相同的内容不再赘述。
图10是本发明实施例的接纳控制参数的更新装置的一示意图,如图10所示,接 纳控制参数的更新装置1000包括:
信息发送单元1001,其向用户设备发送***信息;该***信息包括用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新该接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息。
在本实施例中,该接纳等级禁止信息可以为包括多个比特的位图信息。此外,该***信息还可以包括:用于更新该接纳等级禁止信息的位移数目信息和/或位移方向信息。

本实施例还提供一种基站,配置有如上所述的接纳控制参数的更新装置1000。
图11是本发明实施例的基站的一构成示意图。如图11所示,基站1100可以包括:中央处理器(CPU)200和存储器210;存储器210耦合到中央处理器200。其中该存储器210可存储各种数据;此外还存储信息处理的程序,并且在中央处理器200的控制下执行该程序。
其中,基站1100可以实现如实施例2所述的接纳控制参数的更新方法。中央处理器200可以被配置为实现接纳控制参数的更新装置1000的功能。
例如,中央处理器200可以被配置为进行如下控制:向用户设备发送***信息;所述***信息包括用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新所述接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息。
此外,如图11所示,基站1100还可以包括:收发机220和天线230等;其中,上述部件的功能与现有技术类似,此处不再赘述。值得注意的是,基站1100也并不是必须要包括图11中所示的所有部件;此外,基站1100还可以包括图11中没有示出的部件,可以参考现有技术。

本发明实施例还提供一种通信***,与实施例1至4相同的内容不再赘述。
图12是本发明实施例的通信***的一示意图,如图12所示,通信***1200包括:用户设备1201和基站1202。
在本实施例中,用户设备1201可以配置有如实施例3所述的接纳控制参数的更新装置600、700或800。即用户设备1201可以被配置为:确定用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新该接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息;以及基于该更新周期信息对该接纳等级禁止信息进行更新。
在一个实施方式中,基站1202可以为现有的网络侧设备(例如eNB);用户设备1201可以自行确定该更新周期信息,或者该更新周期信息被预先定义,或者通过D2D方式从其他用户设备处获得,等等。
在另一个实施方式中,基站1202可以被配置有如实施例4所述的接纳控制参数的更新装置1000。即基站1202可以被配置为:向用户设备1201发送***信息;该***信息包括用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读程序,其中当在用户设备中执行所述程序时,所述程序使得计算机在所述用户设备中执行实施例1所述的接纳控制参数的更新方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质,其中所述计算机可读程序使得计算机在用户设备中执行实施例1所述的接纳控制参数的更新方法。

    信息确定单元,其确定用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新所述接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息;
    信息更新单元,其基于所述更新周期信息对所述接纳等级禁止信息进行更新。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的更新装置,其中,所述接纳等级禁止信息为包括多个比特的位图信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的更新装置,其中,所述信息更新单元基于所述更新周期信息对所述多个比特进行移位操作以更新所述接纳等级禁止信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的更新装置,其中,所述信息确定单元还用于确定用于更新所述接纳等级禁止信息的位移数目信息和/或位移方向信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的更新装置,其中,所述信息更新单元基于所述更新周期信息、所述位移数目信息和/或所述位移方向信息,对所述多个比特进行移位操作以更新所述接纳等级禁止信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的更新装置,其中,所述更新周期信息指示更新周期T,所述位移数目信息指示位移数目N,所述位移方向信息指示位移方向S;

    挂起确定单元,其在所述用户设备发起连接建立过程时,确定是否存在挂起的***信息获取过程;
    过程确定单元,其在存在挂起的***信息获取过程的情况下,确定所述挂起的***信息获取过程是否用于当前周期之前的信息更新;
    所述信息接收单元还用于在所述挂起的***信息获取过程用于当前周期之前的信息更新的情况下,获取所述***信息。
  12. 一种接纳控制参数的更新装置,配置于基站中,所述更新装置包括:
    信息发送单元,其向用户设备发送***信息;所述***信息包括用于进行接纳控制的接纳等级禁止信息以及用于更新所述接纳等级禁止信息的更新周期信息。
