Abstract

본 발명은 애완 동물, 특히 고양이들에게 재미있는 놀이터로 제공 가능하고 아울러 책꽂이나 기타 종이 가구 등의 구조물로 활용 가능한 레고형 삼각 고양이 놀이 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 주요 구성은, 바닥면(2)과, 바닥면(2) 좌우 양측에서 비스듬히 안쪽으로 세워져, 전방에서 단면으로 보면 삼각형상이 이루어지게 형성되는 측벽(14) 및 대향측벽(15)과, 상기 바닥면(2)과, 측벽(14)과 대향측벽(15)에 선택적으로 형성하는 통공(1)과, 상기 측벽(14) 및 대향측벽(15) 측부 테두리에 절개된 형상으로 형성하는 절개부(9)를 포함하여 이루어지는 블록체(22)와; 상기 블록체(22)의 개방된 면을 막아주도록 설치하는 커버면(4)과; 그리고 상기 커버면(4)과 상기 블록체(22)를 상호간을 결합시키는 끼움부재(25)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

레고형 삼각 고양이 놀이 구조물
본 발명은 애완 동물, 특히 고양이들에게 재미있는 놀이터로 제공 가능하고 아울러 책꽂이나 기타 종이 가구 등의 구조물로 활용 가능한 레고형 삼각 고양이 놀이 구조물에 관한 것이다.

상기 문헌1의 발명은 고양이용 놀이도구에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 결합위치조절이 가능한 다수의 가로바로 연결되어 바닥에 지지설치되는 셋 이상의 세로바가 구비되고, 이 세로바와 가로바에 다수의 디딤판이 결합설치되되, 이 디딤판은 고양이의 성장단계별 및 지속적인 흥미유발을 위해 결합형태를 자유롭게 변경할 수 있도록 한 레고형 고양이용 놀이도구에 관한 것이다.
상기 문헌1의 고양이 놀이기구는 조립이 복잡하고, 구조적으로 여러 부재가 필요하고, 설치시 고양이가 돌아다닐 경우 위험성도 내포하고 있다.
또한 재료를 포함한 제조비가 많이 소요되고 이동, 운반 조립에도 어려움이 있다.
본 발명은 상기한 종래의 고양이 놀이터와는 전혀 다른 개념과 다른 구조의 고양이 놀이터를 제공함과 아울러 종이 수납품이나 가구, 종이 장식 구조물 등을 제공함에 본 발명의 목적이 있다.
또한 본 발명은 조립이 용이하고 편리하며, 여러가지 변형 조립이 자유롭고, 고양이에게 매우 재미있는 놀이터를 제공하며 고양이에게도 안전한 놀이터를 제공함에 본 발명의 목적이 있다.
또한 본 발명은 매우 저렴하고도 견고한 구조의 고양이 놀이터 조립 블록을 제공함에 본 발명의 목적이 있다. 상기 목적 외의 다른 목적과 구성에 대하여 이하, 첨부 도면과 함께 상술한다.
상기 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 주요 구성은, 바닥면(2)과, 바닥면(2) 좌우 양측에서 비스듬히 안쪽으로 세워져, 전방에서 단면으로 보면 삼각형상이 이루어지게 형성되는 측벽(14) 및 대향측벽(15)과, 상기 바닥면(2)과, 측벽(14)과 대향측벽(15)에 선택적으로 형성하는 통공(1)과, 상기 측벽(14) 및 대향측벽(15) 측부 테두리에 절개된 형상으로 형성하는 절개부(9)를 포함하여 이루어지는 블록체(22)와; 상기 블록체(22)의 개방된 면을 막아주도록 설치하는 커버면(4)과; 그리고 상기 커버면(4)과 상기 블록체(22)를 그리고 두 블록체(22) 상호간을 결합시키는 끼움부재(25)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 바닥면(2)과, 측벽(14) 및 대향측벽(15)에는 외주에 돌출면(6)을 형성하여, 두 블록체(22) 간에 접착제에 의해 상호 접합되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 측벽(14)에는 외주로 돌출된 끼움면(7)을 형성하고, 측벽(14)과 대향하는 대항측벽(15)에는 결합면(10)과 끼움홈(8)을 형성하여, 끼움면(7)을 끼움홈(8)에 끼워 결합시켜 삼각 텐트 형상의 블록체(22)가 이루어지게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 블록체(22)는 좌우로 나란히 설치하고, 블록체(22)와 블록체(22) 사이에는 블록체(22)를 180도로 돌려놓은 적층블록체(30)를 설치하여 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하며, 블록체(22)와 블록체(22) 사이의 면 결합은, "ㄷ" 형상의 클립(40)을 사용하여, 맞붙인 두 블록체(22)에 형성한 절개부(9)에 끼워서 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

특히, 본 발명에서는 전방면이 삼각 형상인 텐트 형상으로 이루어져 고양이가 텐트 형상의 상단부 꼭대기에 쉽게 올라설 수 없어 고양이 무게에 의한 파손이나 찌그러짐이 방지된다. 본 발명은 골판지로 제작되나 다른 재질로도 만들 수 있다. 골판지 재질의 경우, 고양이 무게 8-10 키로 정도면 충분히 지지 가능하다.
만약 텐트 형상 꼭대기에 올라간다고 하여도, 좌우로 두면으로 분산되는 수직 부하에 의해 충분한 지지가 가능하며, 아울러 좌우 두면에 분산되는 수평부하는 연결된 바닥면까지 전달되므로 고양이 몸의 하중 부하를 충분히 분산 지지 가능하다. 따라서 더욱 얇은 골판지 재질로 제작하여도 충분한 지지가 가능하게 견고하다.
또한, 비록 고양이가 도 4 와 같이 적층블록체(30)에 올라탄다 하여도 적층블록체(30)는 그 좌우로 블록체(22)들이 지지하고 있어 부하를 충분히 지지 가능하다.
또한 본 발명에 의하면, 입체 구조를 이루는 최소면 즉, 3 개의 면 조합으로 블록체(22)가 형성되고 이들의 조합으로 고양이 놀이터를 만들 수 있어 재료 절감의 효과가 있다. 또한 필요에 따라 커버면(4)을 붙일 수 있어 더욱 다양한 변화를 줄수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한 본 발명은 매우 간단한 전개면(평면)으로 이루어져, 조립과 보관 및 운반 면에서도 매우 적은 공간을 차지하여 매우 편리하고 저렴한 비용으로 제조 가능하다.

도 1 은 본 발명을 구성하는 고양이 놀이터 블럭의 기본 구조이다.
도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 기본구조의 블럭은 삼각 텐트 형상이다. 좌우 저면은 사각형상이고 전후방면은 삼각형상이다.

한편 조립시, 블록체(22)에 전후방을 막고자 할 경우엔 도 3 의 커버면(4)으로 막으면 되고, 그의 조립은 끼움부재(25) 또는 면결합면(20)에의 접착제 도포로 결합시킬 수 있다.

또한 블록체(22)와 블록체(22)의 종방향으로 결합은, 도 6 에서 보듯이, 각 블록체(22)에는 돌출면(6)이 형성된 구조로 인해, 이 돌출면(6)을 안으로 꺾어 접은 후 상호 대향하게 맞대어 접합하면 두 블록체(22)를 결합할 수 있다. 만약 돌출면(6)이 없게 블록체(22)를 만들 경우에는 끼움부재(25)를 각각의 블록체(22)에 형성한 절개부(9) 사이에 끼워 결합시킨다.
이상과 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 텐트 형상의 블록체(22) 기본 구조로 여러가지 다양한 구조의 고양이 놀이터를 자유자재로 재미있게 조립하여 만들 수 있다.
특히, 본 발명에서는 전방면이 삼각 형상인 텐트 형상으로 이루어져 고양이가 텐트 형상의 상단부 꼭대기에 쉽게 올라설 수 없어 고양이 무게에 의한 파손이나 찌그러짐이 방지된다. 본 발명은 골판지로 제작되나 다른 재질로도 만들 수 있다. 골판지 재질의 경우, 고양이 무게 8-10 키로 정도면 충분히 지지 가능하다.
만약 텐트 형상 꼭대기에 올라간다고 하여도 좌우로 두면으로 분산되는 수직 부하에 의해 충분한 지지가 가능하며, 아울러 좌우 두면에 분산되는 수평부하는 연결된 바닥면까지 전달되므로 고양이 몸의 하중 부하를 충분히 분산 지지 가능하다. 따라서 더욱 얇은 골판지 재질로 제작하여도 충분한 지지가 가능하게 견고하다.
또한, 비록 고양이가 도 4 와 같이 적층블록체(30)에 올라탄다 하여도 적층블록체(30)는 그 좌우로 블록체(22)들이 지지하고 있어 부하를 충분히 지지 가능하다.
또한 본 발명에 의하면, 입체 구조를 이루는 최소면 즉, 3 개의 면 조합으로 블록체(22)가 형성되고 이들의 조합으로 고양이 놀이터를 만들 수 있어 재료 절감의 효과가 있다.
또한 필요에 따라 커버면(4)을 붙일 수 있어 더욱 다양한 변화를 줄수 있는 잔점이 있다.
또한 본 발명은 매우 간단한 전개면(평면)으로 이루어져, 조립과 보관 및 운반 면에서도 매우 적은 공간을 차지하여 매우 편리하다.
본 발명은 분해 후, 재결합도 가능하여 사용하지 않을 경우엔 분해 보관도 가능하고 이동시에도 적은 부피를 차지하여 편리하다.
본 발명은 골판지 재질로 제작하면 매우 저렴하고 가볍고 취급이 용이하나 기타 다른 재질로 만들 수 있음은 물론이다. 본 발명은 비록 고양이에 한정하여 설명하였으나, 다른 애완 동물 예들들어, 다람쥐, 애완용 쥐, 애완용 새 등에도 적용 가능하며, 놀이터가 아닌 이들의 생활 공간이나 거주 공간으로도 이용할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 조립품은 조립하기에 따라 매우 다양하고도 아름다운 구조물로 조립이 가능하여 책꽂이, 종이가구, 기타 수납구조물이나 실내 조형물 또는 장식물로도 활용할 수 있어 그 활용범위도 매우 다양하다. 이들 역시, 본 발명의 기술범위에 속하는 것으로 해석되어야 함은 물론이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 바닥면(2)과,
    바닥면(2) 좌우 양측에서 비스듬히 안쪽으로 세워져, 전방에서 단면으로 보면 삼각형상이 이루어지게 형성되는 측벽(14) 및 대향측벽(15)과,
    상기 바닥면(2)과, 측벽(14)과 대향측벽(15)에 선택적으로 형성하는 통공(1)과,
    상기 측벽(14) 및 대향측벽(15) 측부 테두리에 절개된 형상으로 형성하는 절개부(9)를 포함하여 이루어지는 블록체(22)와;
    상기 블록체(22)의 개방된 면을 막아주도록 설치하는 커버면(4)과; 그리고
    상기 커버면(4)과 상기 블록체(22)를 그리고 두 블록체(22) 상호간을 결합시키는 끼움부재(25)를 포함하며,
    상기 측벽(14)에는 외주로 돌출된 끼움면(7)을 형성하고, 측벽(14)과 대향하는 대향측벽(15)에는 결합면(10)과 끼움홈(8)을 형성하여, 끼움면(7)을 끼움홈(8)에 끼워 결합시켜 삼각 텐트 형상의 블록체(22)가 이루어지게 구성하고,
    상기 블록체(22)와 블록체(22) 사이의 면 결합은, 클립(40)을 사용하여, 맞붙인 두 블록체(22)에 형성한 절개부(9)에 끼워서 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 레고형 삼각 고양이 놀이 구조물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 바닥면(2)과, 측벽(14) 및 대향측벽(15)에는 외주에 돌출면(6)을 형성하여, 두 블록체(22) 간에 접착제에 의해 상호 접합되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 레고형 삼각 고양이 놀이 구조물.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 블록체(22)는 좌우로 나란히 설치하고, 블록체(22)와 블록체(22) 사이에는 블록체(22)를 180도로 돌려놓은 적층 블록체(30)를 설치하여 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 레고형 삼각 고양이 놀이 구조물.
