Si l'unité de détection (92) détecte que les mécanismes d'avance de bande (30) d'un nombre prescrit prédéfini d'organes d'avance de bande (21) sont simultanément dans un état activé, alors même si l'unité d'opération d'entrée (73) d'un organe d'avance de bande (21), dont le mécanisme d'avance de bande (30) est dans un état désactivé, est en fonctionnement, l'activation du mécanisme d'avance de bande (30) de l'organe d'avance de bande (21) est supprimée.
