现有的智能电视上的浏览器,需要通过智能电视的遥控器上相应的按键实现浏览器内的文字输入、返回、刷新、前进、后退等功能。浏览器的部分功能需要大量的按键操作,甚至一些操作需要点击遥控器几次或者十几次才能完成,操作步骤十分繁琐。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种智能电视的浏览器操作方法及智能电视,用以解决现有的智能电视的浏览器操作步骤繁琐的问题。

所述步骤102具体可以为:将所述字符串与所述浏览器中预置的声音指令按照顺序进行完全匹配。其中,所述顺序可以为自上向下的顺序。完全匹配的目的是为了防止出现误操作的情况。
步骤104,执行与所述解析后的声音数据匹配的声音指令相对应的浏览器操作。
若解析后的声音数据与浏览器中某声音指令完全匹配,则停止匹配操作,执行与匹配的声音指令对应的具体操作。例如,某解析后的声音数据为“前进”,则执行声音指令“前进”对应的具体操作。
综上所述,本发明实施例中的技术方案,通过用户的声音来传达操作指令,具体通过智能电视的麦克风接收用户的声音,并对用户的声音进行解析,将解析后的声音与浏览器中预置的至少一个声音指令进行匹配,若匹配成功,则执行与解析后的声音匹配的声音指令相对应的针对浏览器的操作,避免了使用智能电视的遥控器对浏览器进行操作,提高了操作速度。
实施例二
详细介绍本发明实施例二提出的一种智能电视。
参照图2,示出了本发明实施例二中的一种智能电视的结构示意图。
所述智能电视可以包括:获取解析模块20、匹配模块22和操作模块24。
下面分别详细介绍各模块的功能以及各模块之间的关系。
获取解析模块20,用于当所述智能电视的当前界面为浏览器的运行界面时,获取并解析来自所述智能电视的麦克风的声音数据。
在本发明的一个优选的实施例中,所述智能电视还可以包括:
判断模块,用于在所述获取解析模块20获取来自所述智能电视的麦克风的声音数据之后,判断所述声音数据是否为用户声音;当所述声音数据为用户声音时,所述获取解析模块20执行解析所述声音数据的操作。
优选地,所述获取解析模块20解析来自所述智能电视的麦克风的声音数据,具体为所述获取解析模块20将所述声音数据转化为字符串。
匹配模块22,用于将解析后的声音数据与所述浏览器中预置的声音指令进行匹配。其中,所述声音指令存储在所述浏览器的声音指令列表中,所述声音指令为可定义的声音指令。
优选地,所述匹配模块22将所述字符串与所述浏览器中预置的声音指令按照顺序进行完全匹配。
操作模块24,用于执行与所述解析后的声音数据匹配的声音指令相对应的浏览器操作。
综上所述,本发明实施例中的技术方案,通过用户的声音来传达操作指令,具体通过智能电视的麦克风接收用户的声音,并对用户的声音进行解析,将解析后的声音与浏览器中预置的至少一个声音指令进行匹配,若匹配成功,则执行与解析后的声音匹配的声音指令相对应的针对浏览器的操作,避免了使用智能电视的遥控器对浏览器进行操作,提高了操作速度。
以上所描述的智能电视实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施 例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
例如,图3示出了可以实现根据本发明的智能电视。该智能电视传统上包括处理器310和以存储器320形式的计算机程序产品或者计算机可读介质。存储器320可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储器320具有用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码331的存储空间330。例如,用于程序代码的存储空间330可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的各个程序代码331。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。这些计算机程序产品包括诸如硬盘,紧致盘(CD)、存储卡或者软盘之类的程序代码载体。这样的计算机程序产品通常为如参考图4所述的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元可以具有与图3的智能电视中的存储器320类似布置的存储段、存储空间等。程序代码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括计算机可读代码331’,即可以由例如诸如310之类的处理器读取的代码,这些代码当由智能电视运行时,导致该智能电视执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种智能电视的浏览器操作方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当所述智能电视的当前界面为所述浏览器的运行界面时,获取并解析来自所述智能电视的麦克风的声音数据;
    将解析后的声音数据与所述浏览器中预置的声音指令进行匹配;
    执行与所述解析后的声音数据匹配的声音指令相对应的浏览器操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取来自所述智能电视的麦克风的声音数据之后,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述声音数据是否为用户声音;
    当所述声音数据为用户声音时,执行解析所述声音数据的操作。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述解析来自所述智能电视的麦克风的声音数据,包括:
    将所述声音数据转化为字符串。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将解析后的声音数据与所述浏览器中预置的声音指令进行匹配,包括:
    将所述字符串与所述浏览器中预置的声音指令按照顺序进行完全匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述声音指令存储在所述浏览器的声音指令列表中,所述声音指令为可定义的声音指令。
  6. 一种智能电视,其特征在于,包括:
    获取解析模块,用于当所述智能电视的当前界面为浏览器的运行界面时,获取并解析来自所述智能电视的麦克风的声音数据;
    匹配模块,用于将解析后的声音数据与所述浏览器中预置的声音指令进行匹配;
    操作模块,用于执行与所述解析后的声音数据匹配的声音指令相对应的 浏览器操作。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能电视,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断模块,用于在所述获取解析模块获取来自所述智能电视的麦克风的声音数据之后,判断所述声音数据是否为用户声音;
    当所述声音数据为用户声音时,所述获取解析模块执行解析所述声音数据的操作。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述获取解析模块解析来自所述智能电视的麦克风的声音数据,具体为所述获取解析模块将所述声音数据转化为字符串。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述匹配模块将所述字符串与所述浏览器中预置的声音指令按照顺序进行完全匹配。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的智能电视,其特征在于,所述声音指令存储在所述浏览器的声音指令列表中,所述声音指令为可定义的声音指令。
  11. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在智能电视上运行时,导致所述智能电视执行根据权利要求1-5中的任一个所述的智能电视的浏览器操作方法。
  12. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求11所述的计算机程序。
