技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器领域,尤其涉及一种滤网装置及一种挂壁式空调器。
背景技术
挂壁式空调器的滤网在使用过程中累积灰尘,容易滋生病菌,如不及时清洁一来将影响进风效率,二来给空调器的气流带来污染。然而,以往的清洁都需人工实现,例如将滤网拆下清洗完后再组装回空调器,操作不方便。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提供一种滤网装置及一种挂壁式空调器。
本发明实施方式的滤网装置包括第一滚刷及拉伸卷绕在所述第一滚刷上的过滤网。
本发明实施方式的滤网装置中,过滤网与滚刷接触,滚刷在转动以带动过滤网移动时,滚刷能够将灰尘从过滤网上刷落,从而实现了挂壁式空调器自动清灰的效果,用户无需拆卸过滤网即可清除过滤网的灰尘等堵塞物。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一滚刷包括第一滚轴及卷绕在所述第一滚轴上的第一毛刷。
在某些实施方式中,第一滚刷还包括设置于所述第一滚轴两端的转轮,所述转轮为齿轮,所述过滤网包括拉伸卷绕在所述转轮上的传送带及设置在所述传送带上的滤网,所述传送带为与所述齿轮配合的齿条。
在某些实施方式中,所述滤网与所述第一滚轴的距离小于所述第一毛刷的厚度。
在某些实施方式中,所述滤网装置包括格栅组件,所述格栅组件内形成有滚刷收容部,所述第一滚刷转动设置于所述滚刷收容部内,所述格栅组件内还形成有与所述滚刷收容部连通且沿所述第一滚刷的切线方向延伸的滤网轨道,所述滤网轨道在所述滤网在所述第一滚刷上卷绕时导引所述滤网移动。
在某些实施方式中,所述格栅组件包括:
基本呈矩形的底架,所述底架长度方向的一端形成有滚刷座,所述第一滚刷设置在所述滚刷座上,所述第一滚刷的转轴基本垂直于所述底架的长度方向;
设置于所述底架内且位于所述滚刷座一侧的滤网支架,所述底架与所述滤网支架之间形成有下轨道;及
设置于所述底架上且覆盖所述滤网支架的进风格栅,所述进风格栅覆盖所述滚刷座形成所述滚刷收容部,所述进风格栅与所述滤网支架之间形成有上轨道,所述滤网轨道包括所述上轨道及所述下轨道。
在某些实施方式中,所述底架包括:
基本呈矩形片状的底格栅;及
自所述底格栅的边缘向上延伸的下侧壁;
所述下侧壁与所述滚刷座对应的部分形成有枢接孔,所述枢接孔的中心轴基本垂直于所述底架的长度方向,所述第一滚刷通过所述枢接孔转动设置在所述滚刷座上。
在某些实施方式中,所述滤网装置还包括驱动轮,所述驱动轮设置于所述格栅组件外且通过所述枢接孔与所述转轮同轴固定连接,所述驱动轮用于与驱动装置连接以驱动所述第一滚刷转动。
在某些实施方式中,所述底架还包括形成于所述下侧壁内表面上的第一卡扣结构,所述滤网支架形成有第二卡扣结构,所述滤网支架通过所述第一卡扣结构及所述第二卡扣结构的配合设置在所述底架上。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一卡扣结构为凸块,所述第二卡扣结构为卡孔。
在某些实施方式中,所述底架还包括形成于所述下侧壁内表面上的第三卡扣结构,所述进风格栅的外下侧壁形成有第四卡扣结构,所述进风格栅通过所述第三卡扣结构及所述第四卡扣结构的配合设置在所述底架上。
在某些实施方式中,所述第三卡扣结构为凸块,所述第四卡扣结构为卡孔。

请参阅图1-图2,本发明实施方式的挂壁式空调器100包括壳体10及滤网装置20。挂壁式空调器100呈长立体状,也就是说,挂壁式空调器100的长度均高于其高度及厚度。
壳体10包括底盘11、面框13、面板15及端盖17。面框13罩设在底盘11上。面框13的上侧面13a形成有进风口131。进风口131用于将挂壁式空调器100外的空气导入挂壁式空调器100内,与挂壁式空调器100内的换热器(图未示)换热后排到室内,从而起到室内温度调节的作用。
请一并参阅图3-图7,面框13包括形成于进风口131内侧壁133上的第一卡合结构。第一卡合结构为面框卡槽1331。需要说明的是,面框卡槽1331可以为通孔,也可以为盲孔等凹陷结构。
进风口131基本呈矩形,且其长度方向沿挂壁式空调器100的长度方向延伸。面框卡槽1331位于内侧壁133垂直于进风口131长度方向的部分1333。内侧壁133垂直于进风口131长度方向且远离面框卡槽1331的部分1335形成定位孔1337。
面板15设置在挂壁式空调器100前方,端盖17设置在挂壁式空调器100的左右两侧,面板15与端盖17均覆盖面框13。
请参阅图8-图13,滤网装置20包括第一滚刷21、过滤网22、格栅组件23及驱动轮24。
第一滚刷21包括第一滚轴211、第一毛刷212及转轮213。第一滚轴211为空心轴,第一滚轴211的内表面211a向内延伸有键条2111,键条2111的长度方向沿第一滚轴211的中心轴的长度方向延伸。
第一毛刷212卷绕在第一滚轴211上。第一毛刷212包括设置在其上面的刷毛。
转轮213设置于第一滚轴211的两端。较佳地,转轮213为齿轮。转轮213自一端面向外延伸形成有安装轴2131。安装轴2131上形成有键槽2131a,安装轴2131通过键条2111与键槽2131a配合设在第一滚轴211内。
过滤网22拉伸卷绕在第一滚刷21上,也就是说,过滤网22与第一滚刷21接触,如 此,第一毛刷212上的刷毛可以将过滤网212上的灰尘从过滤网212上刷落或刷松动。
过滤网22包括传送带221及滤网222。传送带221拉伸卷绕在转轮213上,传送带221为与转轮213配合的齿条。滤网222设置在传送带221上。滤网222可以通过热熔固定在传送带221上,如此,可防止滤网222在移动的过程中从传送带221上脱落。
滤网222与第一滚轴211的距离小于第一毛刷212的厚度,换言之,滤网222和第一毛刷212保持接触。
格栅组件23与进风口131配合。请结合图5,格栅组件23的外侧壁231上设有与上述第一卡合结构相配的第二卡合结构,第二卡合结构为格栅卡勾2311。进风格栅236通过第一卡合结构与第二卡合结构配合可拆卸地设置于面框13上且覆盖进风口131。
格栅组件23基本呈矩形,格栅卡勾2311位于外侧壁231垂直于格栅组件23长度方向的部分。
格栅组件23的外侧壁231垂直于格栅组件23长度方向且远离格栅卡勾2311的部分设有与定位孔1337相配的定位柱2361,格栅组件23通过定位孔1337与定位柱2361定位配合安装到面框13上。
格栅组件23的外侧壁231垂直于格栅组件23长度方向的部分形成有格栅卡勾槽2312,格栅卡勾2311包括安装部2311a及与安装部2311a连接的卡扣部2311b,安装部2311a设置于格栅卡勾槽2312内,卡扣部2311b露出格栅卡勾槽2312。
卡扣部2311b包括第一导向面2311c及与第一导向面2311c交叉设置的第二导向面2311d,第一导向面2311c沿格栅卡勾2311卡入面框卡槽1331的方向倾斜向上延伸,第二导向面2311d沿格栅卡勾2311卡入面框卡槽1331的方向倾斜向下延伸。
在安装格栅组件23时,先将定位柱2361***定位孔1337内,使格栅组件23的外侧壁231与面框13的内侧壁133抵接,然后往下按格栅组件23,使格栅卡勾2311卡合到面框卡槽1331内,从而将格栅组件23安装到面框13上。
在拆卸格栅组件23时,往上拉拽格栅组件23,从而使格栅卡勾2311与面框卡槽1331脱离,然后将定位柱2361从定位孔1337内拉出,即可从面框13上取下格栅组件23。
格栅组件23的外侧壁231形成有插口2364,过滤网22通过插口2364插设在格栅组件23内。用户在清洗或更换过滤网22时,通过插口2364可快速地装入格栅组件23内或从格栅组件23内取出。
格栅组件23内形成有滚刷收容部232,第一滚刷21转动设置于滚刷收容部232内。格栅组件23内还形成有与滚刷收容部232连通且沿第一滚刷21的切线方向延伸的滤网轨道233,滤网轨道233在滤网222在第一滚刷21上卷绕时导引滤网222移动。滤网轨道 233的高度大于滤网222的厚度,如此,便于滤网222在滤网轨道233内移动。
请参阅图9及图11-图19,格栅组件23包括底架234、滤网支架235及进风格栅236。
底架234基本呈矩形,底架234长度方向的一端形成有滚刷座2341,第一滚刷21设置在滚刷座2341上,第一滚刷21的转轴基本垂直于底架234的长度方向。也就是说,第一滚刷21设置在滚刷座2341上后,第一滚刷21的转轴和底架234的宽度方向基本平行。
底架234包括底格栅2342、下侧壁2343及形成于下侧壁2343内表面2343a上的第一卡扣结构2343b及第三卡扣结构2343c。底格栅2342基本呈矩形片状。下侧壁2343自底格栅2342的边缘向上延伸。
下侧壁2343与滚刷座2341对应的部分形成有枢接孔2344,枢接孔2344的中心轴基本垂直于底架234的长度方向,第一滚刷21通过枢接转动设置在滚刷座2341上。
滤网支架235设置于底架234内且位于滚刷座2341一侧。底架234与滤网支架235之间形成有下轨道2332。
滤网支架235形成有第二卡扣结构2351,滤网支架235通过第一卡扣结构2343b及第二卡扣结构2351的配合设置在底架234上。
进风格栅236设置于底架234上且覆盖滤网支架235。进风格栅236覆盖滚刷座2341形成滚刷收容部232,进风格栅236与滤网支架235之间形成有上轨道2331,滤网轨道233包括上轨道2331及下轨道2332。
进风格栅236的外下侧壁2363形成有第四卡扣结构2365,进风格栅236通过第三卡扣结构2343c及第四卡扣结构2365的配合设置在底架234上。
进风格栅236包括基本呈矩形片状的上格栅2362及自上格栅2362的边缘向下延伸的上侧壁2363。上侧壁2363与底架234的长度垂直且远离滚刷收容部232的部分形成有插口2364,插口2364与上轨道2331连通,用于***过滤网22。
过滤网22的长度大于格栅组件23的长度且小于进风格栅236的两倍长度。
驱动轮24设置于格栅组件23外且通过枢接孔2344与转轮213同轴固定连接,驱动轮24用于与驱动装置连接以驱动第一滚刷21转动。
请参阅图3、及图8-图10,本发明实施方式的滤网装置20包括第一滚刷21及拉伸卷绕在第一滚刷21上的过滤网22。
本发明实施方式的滤网装置20中,过滤网22与第一滚刷21接触,第一滚刷21在转动以带动过滤网22移动时,第一滚刷21能够将灰尘从过滤网22上刷落,从而实现了挂壁式空调器100自动清灰的效果,用户无需拆卸过滤网22即可清除过滤网22上的灰尘等堵塞物。
在本实施方式中,第一滚刷21包括第一滚轴211及卷绕在第一滚轴211上的第一毛刷212。
如此,第一毛刷212可将过滤网22上的灰尘清除。
在本实施方式中,第一滚刷21还包括设置于第一滚轴211两端的转轮213,转轮213为齿轮,过滤网22包括拉伸卷绕在转轮213上的传送带221及设置在传送带221上的滤网222,传送带221为与转轮213配合的齿条。
如此,转轮213与传送带221通过带齿形啮合使得滤网222的传动更加平稳。转轮213可以为同步带轮,传送带221可为传送带。
在本实施方式中,滤网222与第一滚轴211的距离小于第一毛刷212的厚度。
如此,保证滤网222和第一毛刷212接触,从而确保第一毛刷212能够将滤网222上的灰尘从滤网222上刷落。
请参考图8-图13,在本实施方式中,滤网装置20包括格栅组件23,格栅组件23内形成有滚刷收容部232,第一滚刷21转动设置于滚刷收容部232内,格栅组件23内还形成有与滚刷收容部232连通且沿第一滚刷21的切线方向延伸的滤网轨道233,滤网轨道233在滤网222在第一滚刷21上卷绕时导引滤网222移动。
如此,滤网轨道233有利于滤网222移动,第一滚刷21可清除滤网222各个位置上的灰尘。
请参阅图8及图14-图19,在本实施方式中,格栅组件23包括底架234、滤网支架235及进风格栅236。
底架234基本呈矩形,底架234长度方向的一端形成有滚刷座2341,第一滚刷21设置在滚刷座2341上,第一滚刷21的转轴基本垂直于底架234的长度方向。
滤网支架235设置于底架234内且位于滚刷座2341一侧。底架234与滤网支架235之间形成有下轨道2332。
进风格栅236设置于底架234上且覆盖滤网支架235。进风格栅236覆盖滚刷座2341形成滚刷收容部232,进风格栅236与滤网支架235之间形成有上轨道2331,滤网轨道233包括上轨道2331及下轨道2332。
如此,滤网222可在上轨道2331及下轨道2332之间往复移动,便于第一滚刷21清除滤网222上的灰尘。
在本实施方式中,底架234包括基本呈矩形片状的底格栅2342及自底格栅2342的边缘向上延伸的下侧壁2343。
下侧壁2343与滚刷座2341对应的部分形成有枢接孔2344,枢接孔2344的中心轴基 本垂直于底架234的长度方向,第一滚刷21通过枢接转动设置在滚刷座2341上。
如此,第一滚刷21能够在底架234上转动,从而带动过滤网22移动。
在本实施方式中,滤网装置20还包括驱动轮24,驱动轮24设置于格栅组件23外且通过枢接孔2344与转轮213同轴固定连接,驱动轮24用于与驱动装置连接以驱动第一滚刷21转动。
如此,驱动装置为第一滚刷21转动提供动力,驱动轮24位于格栅组件23外可方便与驱动装置连接。
在本实施方式中,底架234还包括形成于下侧壁2343内表面2343a上的第一卡扣结构2343b,滤网支架235形成有第二卡扣结构2351,滤网支架235通过第一卡扣结构2343b及第二卡扣结构2351的配合设置在底架234上。
如此,底架234和滤网支架235通过卡扣结构配合安装,拆卸方便。
在本实施方式中,第一卡扣结构2343b为凸块,第二卡扣结构2351为卡孔。
如此,滤网支架235拆卸方便。
在本实施方式中,底架234还包括形成于下侧壁2343内表面2343a上的第三卡扣结构2343c,进风格栅236的外下侧壁2363形成有第四卡扣结构2365,进风格栅236通过第三卡扣结构2343c及第四卡扣结构2365的配合设置在底架234上。
如此,底架234和进风格栅236通过卡扣结构配合安装,拆卸方便。
在本实施方式中,第三卡扣结构2343c为凸块,第四卡扣结构2365为卡孔。
如此,底架234和进风格栅236拆卸方便。
在本实施方式中,进风格栅236包括基本呈矩形片状的上格栅2362及自上格栅2362的边缘向下延伸的上侧壁2363。上侧壁2363与底架234的长度垂直且远离滚刷收容部232的部分形成有插口2363,插口2363与上轨道2331连通,用于***过滤网22。
如此,过滤网22拆装方便。过滤网22只需通过插口2363接口完成拆卸。
在本实施方式中,过滤网22的长度大于格栅组件23的长度且小于进风格栅236的两倍长度。
如此,过滤网22能够时刻卷绕在第一滚刷21上,从而带动过滤网22在滤网轨道233内移动。
本发明实施方式的挂壁式空调包括以上的滤网装置20。
本发明实施方式的挂壁式空调器100由于应用上述的滤网装置20,使得挂壁式空调器100能够自动清除过滤网22上的灰尘等堵塞物。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种滤网装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一滚刷;及
    拉伸卷绕在所述第一滚刷上的过滤网。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述第一滚刷包括第一滚轴及卷绕在所述第一滚轴上的第一毛刷。
  3. 如权利要求所述2所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述第一滚刷还包括设置于所述第一滚轴两端的转轮,所述转轮为齿轮,所述过滤网包括拉伸卷绕在所述转轮上的传送带及设置在所述传送带上的滤网,所述传送带为与所述齿轮配合的齿条。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述滤网与所述第一滚轴的距离小于所述第一毛刷的厚度。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述滤网装置包括格栅组件,所述格栅组件内形成有滚刷收容部,所述第一滚刷转动设置于所述滚刷收容部内,所述格栅组件内还形成有与所述滚刷收容部连通且沿所述第一滚刷的切线方向延伸的滤网轨道,所述滤网轨道在所述滤网在所述第一滚刷上卷绕时导引所述滤网移动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述格栅组件包括:
    基本呈矩形的底架,所述底架长度方向的一端形成有滚刷座,所述第一滚刷设置在所述滚刷座上,所述第一滚刷的转轴基本垂直于所述底架的长度方向;
    设置于所述底架内且位于所述滚刷座一侧的滤网支架,所述底架与所述滤网支架之间形成有下轨道;及
    设置于所述底架上且覆盖所述滤网支架的进风格栅,所述进风格栅覆盖所述滚刷座形成所述滚刷收容部,所述进风格栅与所述滤网支架之间形成有上轨道,所述滤网轨道包括所述上轨道及所述下轨道。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述底架包括:
    基本呈矩形片状的底格栅;及
    自所述底格栅的边缘向上延伸的下侧壁;
    所述下侧壁与所述滚刷座对应的部分形成有枢接孔,所述枢接孔的中心轴基本垂直于所述底架的长度方向,所述第一滚刷通过所述枢接孔转动设置在所述滚刷座上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述滤网装置还包括驱动轮,所述驱动轮设置于所述格栅组件外且通过所述枢接孔与所述转轮同轴固定连接,所述驱动轮用于与驱动装置连接以驱动所述第一滚刷转动。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述底架还包括形成于所述下侧壁内表面上的第一卡扣结构,所述滤网支架形成有第二卡扣结构,所述滤网支架通过所述第一卡扣结构及所述第二卡扣结构的配合设置在所述底架上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣结构为凸块,所述第二卡扣结构为卡孔。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述底架还包括形成于所述下侧壁内表面上的第三卡扣结构,所述进风格栅的外下侧壁形成有第四卡扣结构,所述进风格栅通过所述第三卡扣结构及所述第四卡扣结构的配合设置在所述底架上。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述第三卡扣结构为凸块,所述第四卡扣结构为卡孔。
  13. 如权利要求6所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述进风格栅包括:
    基本呈矩形片状的上格栅;及
    自所述上格栅的边缘向下延伸的上侧壁,所述上侧壁与所述底架的长度垂直且远离所述滚刷收容部的部分形成有插口,所述插口与所述上轨道连通,用于***所述过滤网。
  14. 如权利要求6所述的滤网装置,其特征在于,所述过滤网的长度大于所述格栅组件的长度且小于所述进风格栅的两倍长度。
  15. 一种挂壁式空调器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-14任一项所述的滤网装置。
