现有的混凝土泵车式上料机生产成本高,油耗较大,占地空间大,适应于大规模开阔空地,不能灵活运转且不能搅拌输送与一体。

该一种建筑工地用上料机,其结构包括:进料箱、搅拌筒、左支撑柱、车体、送料箱、右支撑柱、固定柱、外运输管、内运输管;进料箱上端部设有入料口,所述进料箱与搅拌筒相通,所述搅拌筒的右端口设有出料口,所述出料口正下方设有送料箱,所述送料箱为U型槽结构设计,所述送料箱的右侧设有与内运输管和外运输管相连接的通孔,所述车体通过左支撑柱和右支撑柱进行固定,所述外运输管和内运输管通过固定柱固定在车体上表面。
所述固定柱垂直于车体的上表面,所述外运输管与内运输管与车体的夹角为45度。
所述送料箱的右侧设有与内运输管和外运输管相连接的通孔直径大于内运输管和外运输管的截面直径。
所述左支撑柱和右支撑柱的外观形状和大小相同。

如图1所示:一种建筑工地用上料机,其结构包括:进料箱1、搅拌筒2、左支撑柱3、车体4、送料箱5、右支撑柱6、固定柱7、外运输管8、内运输管9;进料箱1上端部设有入料口,所述进料箱1与搅拌筒1相通,所述搅拌筒1的右端口设有出料口,所述出料口正下方设有送料箱5,所述送料箱5为U型槽结构设计,所述送料箱5的右侧设有与内运输管9和外运输管8相连接的通孔,所述车体4通过左支撑柱3和右支撑柱6进行固定,所述外运输管8和内运输管9通过固定柱7固定在车体上表面,所述固定柱7垂直于车体4的上表面,所述外运输管8与内运输管9与车体4的夹角为45度,所述送料箱5的右侧设有与内运输管9和外运输管8相连接的通孔直径大于内运输管9和外运输管8的截面直径,所述左支撑柱3和右支撑柱6的外观形状和大小相同。
