본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 휴대성이 편리한 이동식 저장매체 내에 저장된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 이용하여, 해당 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응되는 광고 컨텐츠를 제공할 수 있도록 함으로써, 광고 컨텐츠를 타켓팅된 고객에게 제공할 수 있도록 하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법 및 이를 위한 이동식 저장매체에 관한 것이다.

본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 휴대성이 편리한 이동식 저장매체 내에 스포츠 레슨, 교육 컨텐츠, 주요 테마별 관광정보 콘텐츠 등 다양한 동영상 또는 정지 영상의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 포함하되, 재생되는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 내에 다수의 다양한 광고 컨텐츠가 결합하여 재생 되도록 함으로써, 광고 컨텐츠에 대응하는 다수의 특정 제품 및 기업 이미지 광고를 타켓팅된 고객에게 효과적으로 제공할 수 있다.
즉, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 저장된 이동식 저장매체가 사용자의 관심도와 일치 또는 유사한 목표 고객을 대상으로 제공됨으로써, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 불특정 다수가 아닌 핵심 고객, 가맹 고객 또는 타켓 대상 고객에게 제공하여 광고 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.

S202 단계 후에, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 획득한 주소 정보에 대응하는 서버와 접속하여 인증 절차를 수행한다(S104). 인증 절차 수행을 위한 아이디 및 패스워드 등에 대한 정보는 이동식 저장매체(100)에 기 저장되어 있을 수도 있고, 사용자가 서버(130)에 대한 회원 가입을 통해 할당받을 수도 있다. 사용자가 컴퓨팅 장치(120)를 통해 입력한 아이디 및 패스워드 등에 대한 정보가 서버(130)에 전송된다. 서버(130)는 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로부터 전송된 아이디 및 패스워드 등을 인증 절차를 위해 기 등록된 정보와 비교한다. 기 등록된 정보와 수신된 아이디 및 패스워드가 일치한다고 판단되면, 서버(130)는 인증 절차가 유효하다는 응답 메시지를 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로 전송하고, 정보가 일치하지 않는다면, 에러 메시지를 전송한다. 다만, 전술한 인증 절차는 반드시 요구되는 절차는 아니며, 필요에 따라 인증 절차 수행과정을 생략될 수 있다.
S204 단계에서, 인증 절차가 유효하다면, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 재생 복호화 정보를 요청하기 위한 복호화 요청신호를 주소 정보에 대응하는 서버(130)로 전송한다(S206). 복호화 요청신호는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 재생을 위한 재생 복호화 정보를 요청하기 위한 신호이다. 이동식 저장매체(100) 내에 저장되어 있는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠는 재생 암호화 정보가 결합되어 있다. 재생 암호화 정보가 결합된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠는 재생 복호화 정보에 의해 복호화되어야 재생될 수 있으므로, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 복호화 요청신호를 서버(130)로 전송한다. 복호화 요청신호는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 식별하기 위한 식별정보를 포함할 수 있다. 서버(130)는 복호화 요청신호의 수신에 따라, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 식별정보에 대응하는 재생 복호화 신호를 액세스하여 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로 전송한다. 또한, 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스하고, 액세스된 광고 컨텐츠를 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로 전송할 수도 있다. 다만, 광고 컨텐츠가 이동식 저장매체(100)에 기 저장되어 있다면, 서버(130)는 광고 컨텐츠의 액세스 및 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로의 전송을 생략할 수 있다.
S206 단계 후에, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 서버(30)로부터 재생 복호화 정보를 수신한다(S208). 또한, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 서버(130)로부터 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 수신할 수도 있다. 재생 복호화 정보는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 결합되어 있는 재생 암호화 정보를 복호화시키는 정보이다. 재생 복호화 정보가 재생 암호화 정보를 복호화시킴에 따라, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 재생될 수 있다. 이러한 재생 암호화 정보 및 재생 복호화 정보는 대칭 키 알고리즘 또는 비대칭 키 알고리즘에 의해 생성된 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 대칭 키 알고리즘은 암호화와 복호화를 위한 암호 키를 동일한 비공개 키로 공유하는 것이고, 비대칭 키 알고리즘은 공개 키와 비공개 키를 각각 사용하여 암호화 및 복호화하는 방식이다. 광고 컨텐츠는 광고를 의뢰하는 외부의 클라이언트에서 제공하는 일반 광고 컨텐츠와 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 관련이 있는 타켓 대상에 대한 타겟 광고 컨텐츠를 포함할 수 있다. 일반 광고 컨텐츠는 금융, 교육, 스포츠, 패션, 식품 등 장르에 무관하게 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 삽입이 되는 동영상, 정지영상, 텍스트, 이미지 등을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 타겟 광고 컨텐츠는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 관련이 있는 컨텐츠로서, 예를 들면, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 골프 동영상인 경우, 골프용품과 관련한 광고 컨텐츠가 이에 해당하고, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 재생 화면에서 특정 제품을 이용한 레슨 장면에 해당하는 경우(이를 테면, '드라이버' 비거리 향상 레슨장면)에는 드라이버 제품과 관련한 광고 컨텐츠가 이에 해당할 수 있다.

번역 컨텐츠는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 음성 정보 및 텍스트 정보에 매칭되는 외국어 번역 정보일 수 있다. 번역 컨텐츠는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 재생 시 노출되는 음성이나 텍스트에 대한 외국어 번역 음성 또는 텍스트(자막)을 포함하는 것으로, 영어, 일본어, 중국어, 아랍어, 독일어 등 마케팅 고객의 대상에 따라 다양한 형태의 컨텐츠가 이에 속한다. 이러한 번역 컨텐츠는 이동식 저장매체(100)에 저장될 수 있다. 번역 컨텐츠가 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성되기 위해, 번역 컨텐츠와 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 동기화 정보는 이동식 저장매체(100)에 미리 저장될 수 있다. 다만, 번역 컨텐츠를 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 합성하는 단계는 필수적인 단계는 아니며, 필요에 따라 생략 가능하다.

광고 컨텐츠를 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성하기 위해, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터와 매칭되는 광고 컨텐츠의 재생 시점 및/또는 재생 시간 등을 결정하고, 상기 결정된 결과에 따라 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 광고 컨텐츠를 합성할 수 있다. 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터에 대한 정보는 이동식 저장매체(100)에 저장되어 있거나, 서버(130)로부터 제공될 수 있으며, 또는 단말기(120)로부터 제공될 수도 있다. 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 이동식 저장매체(100)에 저장되어 있거나, 단말기(120) 또는 서버(130)로부터 제공되는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터를 이용하여 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 합성할 수 있다.
한편, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터가 이동식 저장매체(100)에 저장되어 있지 않거나 단말기(120) 또는 서버(130)로부터 제공되지 않는 경우에는, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠로부터 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보에 해당하는 컨텐츠 제목, 컨텐츠 내용, 등장 인물, 장소 등에 대한 정보를 추출하거나, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 메타 데이터에 해당하는 재생 시간, 해상도, 비트레이트, 코덱 정보, GOP 정보, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 각 장면에 대한 시간대별 내용 정보 또는 인덱스 정보 등을 추출할 수 있다. 그 후, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 추출된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터를 이용하여 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스하고, 액세스된 광고 컨텐츠와 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 합성할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 재생 시에 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 우선하여 광고 컨텐츠가 재생되도록 결정하거나, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 재생 후 광고 컨텐츠가 재생되도록 재생 시점을 결정할 수 있다. 또한, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 재생 시에 광고 컨텐츠의 재생 시간으로서, 10[초], 30[초], 60[초] 등의 재생 시간을 결정할 수 있다. 즉, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 광고 컨텐츠와 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용을 비교하여, 특정 시점의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용과 관련도가 높은 광고 컨텐츠가 합성될 수 있도록 결정할 수 있다. 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 제공되는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 시간단위로 장면별 구분하고, 제공하고자 하는 광고 컨텐츠와 매칭되는 장면 뒤에 1 내지 2[초] 정도 스팟 광고 화면이 제공될 수 있도록 재생 시점을 결정할 수도 있다. 또한, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용과 매칭되는 광고 컨텐츠를 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 중 일부 영역에 합성할 수 있다. 즉, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 재생 화면 내에서 상측, 하측, 좌측 또는 우측 등 일정 영역에 광고 컨텐츠가 합성될 수 있도록 결정할 수 있다.
S212 단계 후에, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 광고 컨텐츠가 합성된 복합 컨텐츠의 무단 복제를 방지하기 위해, 복합 컨텐츠에 복제 방지 정보를 합성할 수 있다(S214). 다만, 복제 방지 정보의 합성 단계는 필요에 따라 생략될 수 있다.
컨텐츠 권리 보호를 위한 DRM(Digital Rights Management)의 한 방식으로서, 컨텐츠의 무단 복제를 방지하기 위한 복제 방지 정보를 컨텐츠에 합성하는 방안이 제시될 수 있다. 즉, 교육관련 컨텐츠, 또는 학습 및 레슨 관련 컨텐츠 등의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 복사 방지 정보를 삽입함으로써, 불법 복제를 방지하거나, 전용 컨텐츠 플레이어만을 사용하여 디스플레이가 될 수 있도록 할 수도 있다.
도 3은 복합 컨텐츠에 복제 방지 정보를 합성하는 과정을 예시하는 플로우 차트이다.
컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 복합 컨텐츠에 합성할 복제 방지 정보를 생성한다(S300). 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 관련한 컨텐츠 사용방법, 컨텐츠 사용에 있어서의 제한 조건 및 암호화 방법, 암호화 키, 암호화 키 길이 등의 정보를 생성할 수 있다.
S300 단계 후에, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 상기 복제 방지 정보를 상기 복합 컨텐츠와 동일한 포맷으로 변환한다(S302). 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 포맷은 오디오 컨텐츠, 정지 영상 컨텐츠 및 동영상 컨텐츠 등으로 구분될 수 있는 바, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성되는 복제 방지 정보도 이러한 포맷에 상응하게 변환될 수 있도록 한다.
S302 단계 후에, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 상기 복합 컨텐츠와 상기 변환된 복제 방지 정보를 합성한다(S304). 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 동일한 포맷으로 변환된 복제 방지 정보를 워터 마킹 기법 등으로 디지털 컨텐츠에 합성할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 오디오 컨텐츠일 경우, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 오디오 형태의 복제 방지 정보를 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 사운드 워터 마킹 기법으로 합성한다. 오디오 형태의 복제 방지 정보는 사람의 귀에는 잘 들리지 않는 소리 정보의 형태로 생성되므로 사람은 복제 방지 정보가 합성되더라도 그에 따른 소리의 변화를 느끼지 못하게 된다. 이러한, 오디오 형태의 복제 방지 정보는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 전용 재생장치에서 음성인식 방법을 통하여 추출될 수 있다.
또한, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 정지 영상 컨텐츠일 경우, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 정지영상 형태의 복제 방지 정보를 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 이미지 워터 마킹 기법으로 합성한다. 정지영상 형태의 복제 방지 정보의 경우에도 사람의 눈에는 잘 보이지 않는 이미지의 형태로 생성되므로, 사람은 복제 방지 정보가 합성되더라도 그에 따른 이미지 형태의 변화를 거의 느끼지 못한다. 이러한, 정지영상 형태의 복제 방지 정보는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 전용 재생장치에서 영상인식 방법을 통해 추출될 수 있다.
또한, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 동영상 컨텐츠일 경우, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 정지 영상 형태의 복제 방지 정보를 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 해당하는 동영상의 각 프레임에 이미지 워터 마킹 형태로 합성한다. 이와 같이 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 복제 방지 정보가 디지털 컨텐츠와 동일한 포맷으로 변환되어 워터 마킹 기법으로 합성되므로, 악의적인 사용자로부터 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 불법 복제를 방지할 수 있다.
전술한 S214 단계 후에, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 광고 컨텐츠가 합성된 복합 컨텐츠를 재생한다(S216). 이때, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 복합 컨텐츠를 재생하는 과정 중에, 광고 컨텐츠를 제공하는 광고 서버와 네트워크 연결 동작을 수행할 수 있다. 광고 서버는 전술한 서버(130)와 동일할 수도 있고, 서버(130)과는 별개의 광고 컨텐츠에 대한 상세한 정보를 제공하는 웹 서버일 수도 있다. 광고 컨텐츠는 광고 컨텐츠를 제공하는 광고 서버의 네트워크 주소를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 광고 서버는 네트워크 주소에 의해 링크되어 있다. 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 재생 중이라도 사용자가 유무선으로 통신할 수 있는 광고 서버와 연동하여 광고 컨텐츠와 관련한 판매 사이트나 정보 사이트에 접속할 수 있도록 한다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 플로우 차트로서, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)와 연결된 서버(130)에서 수행되는 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법을 개시한다.

S402 단계 후에, 서버(130)는 복호화 요청신호에 의해 요청된 재생 복호화 정보 및/또는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스한다(S404). 서버(130)는 재생 복호화 정보 및 광고 컨텐츠에 대한 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하고 있다. 서버(130)는 복호화 요청신호에 포함된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 식별정보에 근거하여 재생 복호화 정보를 액세스할 수 있다. 이러한 재생 암호화 정보 및 재생 복호화 정보는 대칭 키 알고리즘 또는 비대칭 키 알고리즘에 의해 생성된 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 또는 메타 데이터와 매칭되는 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터에 대한 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하고 있다. 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터에 해당하는 컨텐츠 제목, 컨텐츠 내용, 등장 인물, 장소, 재생 시간, 해상도, 비트레이트, 코덱 정보, GOP 정보, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 각 장면에 대한 시간대별 내용 정보 또는 인덱스 정보 등을 이용하여 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스할 수 있다.
한편, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터가 서버(130)에 저장되어 있지 않는 경우에는, 서버(130)는 기 저장된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠로부터 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보에 해당하는 컨텐츠 제목, 컨텐츠 내용, 등장 인물, 장소 등에 대한 정보를 추출하거나, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 메타 데이터에 해당하는 재생 시간, 해상도, 비트레이트, 코덱 정보, GOP 정보, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 각 장면에 대한 시간대별 내용 정보 또는 인덱스 정보 등을 추출할 수 있다. 그 후, 서버(130)는 추출된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터를 이용하여 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스할 수 있다. 다만, 광고 컨텐츠가 이동식 저장매체(100)에 기 저장되어 있다면, 서버(130)의 광고 컨텐츠에 대한 액세스 과정은 생략될 수 있다.
S404 단계 후에, 서버(130)는 액세스된 재생 복호화 정보 및 광고 컨텐츠를 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로 각각 전송한다(S406). 서버(130)는 유무선 네트워크를 통해 재생 복호화 정보 또는 광고 컨텐츠를 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로 전송할 수 있다.

이동식 저장매체(100)가 컴퓨팅 장치(120)에 접속하면(S500), 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 이동식 저장매체(100)에 저장된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 재생 복호화 정보를 제공하는 서버(130)의 주소정보를 획득한다(S502). 그 후, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 서버(130)와 네트워크 연결을 통해 인증절차를 수행한다(S504). 인증 절차가 유효하다면, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 복호화 요청신호를 서버(130)로 전송한다(S506). 서버(130)는 수신된 복호화 요청신호에 포함된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 식별정보에 대응하는 재생 복호화 정보를 데이터베이스로부터 액세스하고(S508), 또한, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스할 수도 있다(S510). 다만, 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스하는 과정(S510)은 생략될 수도 있다. 서버(130)는 액세스된 재생 복호화 정보 및/또는 광고 컨텐츠를 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로 전송한다(S512). 재생 복호화 정보 및/또는 광고 컨텐츠가 수신되면, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 액세스하고(S514), 액세스된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 재생 복호화 정보를 결합함으로써, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 재생 가능하도록 복호화한다. 그 후, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 복호화된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 번역 컨텐츠를 합성한다(S516). 다만, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 번역 컨텐츠를 합성하는 과정(S516)은 생략될 수 있다. 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 복호화된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 광고 컨텐츠를 합성하여 복합 컨텐츠를 생성한다(S518). 이때, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 생성된 복합 컨텐츠에 복제 방지 정보를 합성할 수도 있다(S520). 그 후, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 합성된 복합 컨텐츠를 재생한다(S522).
도 6 내지 9b는 도 5에 도시된 절차에 따라 생성된 복합 컨텐츠의 재생을 예시하는 참조도이다. 도 6 내지 9b는 이동식 저장매체가 컴퓨팅 장치에 접속된 경우에, 컴퓨팅 장치에서 복합 컨텐츠가 생성 및 재생되는 상황을 예시한 것이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠로서 '골프레슨'을 예시한 것으로, 복합 컨텐츠 중에서 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 재생 전에 광고 컨텐츠(600)가 재생되고, 그 후, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(610)가 재생된다. 즉, 광고 컨텐츠의 재생이 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 재생 전에 해당하는 경우이다. 그 후, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(610)가 재생 및 종료된 후에, 광고 컨텐츠(620)가 재생된다. 즉, 광고주의 의사나 고객(타겟이 되는 고객)의 기호에 따라 광고 컨텐츠를 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 시작전, 중간 또는 종료 후 중 어느 하나의 위치에서 재생하도록 하는 것이 가능하다.
도 7을 참조하면, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(700)로서 '골프레슨'을 예시하고 있으며, 광고 컨텐츠(710)가 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(700)의 종료 후에 재생되는 것을 도시한다. 특히, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(700)의 내용에 부합하는 번역 컨텐츠(702)가 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(700)에 합성됨으로 인해, 다양한 언어로 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(700)의 제공이 가능하며, 이는 음성 파일의 결합도 가능함은 물론이다.
도 8a 및 도 8b를 참조하면, ‘골프 레슨’에 해당하는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(800)가 재생되는 경우, 골프 레슨 동영상에 사용되는 클럽(예를 들어, 아이언 또는 드라이버 등)과 관련한 광고 컨텐츠(810, 820)가 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(800)와 함께 재생되고 있다. 이는 골프 클럽의 레슨에 관심이 많은 고객들로 하여금, 쉽게 관련제품에 대한 정보를 시각적으로 확인할 수 있도록 노출하여 광고 효과를 더욱 높일 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 이러한 광고 컨텐츠의 노출방식은 도 8a와 같이 관련 제품의 카테고리별 광고를 묶어서 노출하는 방식(810)일 수도 있으나, 도 8b와 같이 현재 사용하는 클럽에 대한 정보만으로 구성된 단일 제품의 타켓 노출방식(820)으로 구현할 수 있으며, 클럽 종류별로 노출하는 것도 가능하다. 다만, 여기서, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(800)의 재생 중에 광고 컨텐츠(810, 820)가 합성되는 화면 위치는 화면 하단부로 예시되었으나, 광고 컨텐츠(810, 820)의 화면 상의 위치는 필요에 따라 달라질 수 있을 것이다.
도 9a 및 도 9b를 참조하면, 도 8a 또는 도 8b에서 노출된 제품에 대한 상세정보가 컴퓨팅 장치를 통해 선택되는 경우를 예시한 것으로, 상세 정보를 가지는 별도의 광고 컨텐츠가 재생 및 디스플레이된다. 도 9a에 따르면, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(900)와 광고 컨텐츠(910)가 분할 화면을 통해 재생 및 디스플레이된다. 또한, 도 9b에 따르면, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠(900)와 광고 컨텐츠(920)가 중복 화면을 통해 재생 및 디스플레이된다. 이 경우 광고 컨텐츠(920)에 포함된 광고 서버의 URL 주소(미도시)가 선택되면, URL 주소와 링크된 광고 서버와 연결되어 광고 서버나 웹 페이지가 표시될 수도 있다.
도 10은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 플로우 차트로서, 이동식 저장매체(100)와 접속되는 컴퓨팅 장치(120)에서 수행되는 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법을 개시한다.
먼저, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 이동식 저장매체(100)의 접속 이벤트를 인식한다(S1000). 이동식 저장매체(100)가 컴퓨팅 장치(120)의 접속 포트에 삽입되거나, 인터페이스 모듈을 통해 접속하는 경우에, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 이동식 저장매체(100)의 접속에 따른 이벤트 신호를 인식한다.
S1000 단계 후에, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 컨텐츠 주소 정보를 이동식 저장매체(100)로부터 획득한다(S1002). 이동식 저장매체(100)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 컨텐츠 주소 정보를 저장하고 있다. 컨텐츠 주소 정보는 해당 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 저장하고 있는 서버의 네트워크 주소(예를 들어, URL(uniform resource locator) 주소) 및 해당 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 식별정보를 포함할 수 있다.
S1002 단계 후에, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 획득한 컨텐츠 주소 정보에 대응하는 서버(130)와 접속하여 인증 절차를 수행한다(S1004). 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 사용자가 컴퓨팅 장치(20)를 통해 입력한 아이디 및 패스워드 등에 대한 정보를 서버(130)로 전송한다. 서버(130)는 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로부터 전송된 아이디 및 패스워드 등을 근거로 하여 인증 절차의 유효 여부를 판단한다. 다만, 전술한 인증 절차는 반드시 요구되는 절차는 아니며, 필요에 따라 인증 절차 수행과정을 생략될 수 있다.
S1004 단계에서, 인증 절차가 유효하다면, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 컨텐츠 요청신호를 컨텐츠 주소 정보에 대응하는 서버(130)로 전송한다(S1006). 여기서, 컨텐츠 요청신호는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 식별정보를 포함할 수 있다. 서버(130)는 컨텐츠 요청신호의 수신에 따라, 식별정보에 대응하는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스한다. 그 후, 서버(130)는 액세스된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 광고 컨텐츠를 합성하여 복합 컨텐츠를 생성한 후에, 생성된 복합 컨텐츠를 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로 전송한다.
S1006 단계 후에, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 서버(130)로부터 복합 컨텐츠를 수신한다(S1008). 수신된 복합 컨텐츠는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 번역 컨텐츠가 포함된 것일 수 있다. 또한, 수신된 복합 컨텐츠는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 또는 메타 데이터와 매칭되는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 것일 수 있다. 또한, 수신된 복합 컨텐츠는 복합 컨텐츠의 불법 복제를 방지하기 위한 복제 방지 정보가 포함된 것일 수 있다.
S1008 단계 후에, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 수신된 복합 컨텐츠를 재생한다(S1010). 이때, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 복합 컨텐츠를 재생하는 과정 중에, 광고 컨텐츠를 제공하는 광고 서버와 네트워크 연결 동작을 수행할 수 있다. 광고 컨텐츠는 광고 컨텐츠를 제공하는 광고 서버의 네트워크 주소를 포함할 수 있다. 광고 서버는 네트워크 주소에 의해 링크되어 있다. 따라서, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 복합 컨텐츠의 재생 중에, 사용자에 의해 상기 광고 서버의 네트워크 주소가 선택되면, 상기 광고 서버와 네트워크 연결 동작을 수행할 수 있다.
도 11은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 플로우 차트로서, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)와 연결된 서버(130)에서 수행되는 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법을 개시한다.
서버(130)는 서버(130)에 접속하는 컴퓨팅 장치(120)에 대한 인증 절차를 수행한다(S1100). 서버(30)는 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로부터 전송된 아이디 및 패스워드 등과 기 등록된 정보를 비교한다. 기 등록된 정보와 수신된 아이디 및 패스워드가 일치한다고 판단되면, 서버(130)는 인증 절차가 유효하다는 응답 메시지를 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로 전송한다. 다만, 전술한 인증 절차는 반드시 요구되는 절차는 아니며, 필요에 따라 인증 절차 수행과정을 생략될 수 있다.
S1100 단계 후에, 인증 절차가 유효하다면, 서버(130)는 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로부터 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 컨텐츠 요청신호를 수신한다(S1102). 컨텐츠 요청신호는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 식별하기 위한 식별정보를 포함할 수 있다.
S1102 단계 후에, 서버(130)는 컨텐츠 요청신호에 의해 요청된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 각각 액세스한다(S1104). 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 광고 컨텐츠에 대한 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하고 있다. 서버(130)는 컨텐츠 요청신호에 포함된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 식별정보에 근거하여 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 액세스할 수 있다. 또한, 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 또는 메타 데이터와 매칭되는 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터에 대한 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하고 있다. 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터에 해당하는 컨텐츠 제목, 컨텐츠 내용, 등장 인물, 장소, 재생 시간, 해상도, 비트레이트, 코덱 정보, GOP 정보, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 각 장면에 대한 시간대별 내용 정보 또는 인덱스 정보 등을 이용하여 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스할 수 있다.
한편, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터가 서버(130)에 저장되어 있지 않는 경우에는, 서버(130)는 기 저장된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠로부터 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보에 해당하는 컨텐츠 제목, 컨텐츠 내용, 등장 인물, 장소 등에 대한 정보를 추출하거나, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 메타 데이터에 해당하는 재생 시간, 해상도, 비트레이트, 코덱 정보, GOP 정보, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 각 장면에 대한 시간대별 내용 정보 또는 인덱스 정보 등을 추출할 수 있다. 그 후, 서버(130)는 추출된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 정보 또는 메타 데이터를 이용하여 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스할 수 있다. 또한, 서버(130)는 번역 컨텐츠를 저장하고 있는 데이터베이스로부터 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 번역 컨텐츠를 액세스할 수도 있다.
S1104 단계 후에, 서버(130)는 액세스된 번역 컨텐츠를 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성한다(S1106). 서버(130)는 번역 컨텐츠와 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 동기화 정보를 이용하여, 번역 컨텐츠와 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 합성할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 번역 컨텐츠와 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 동기화 정보는 서버(130)의 데이터베이스 내에 미리 저장될 수 있다. 다만, 번역 컨텐츠를 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성하는 과정은 필요에 따라 생략될 수 있다.
S1106 단계 후에, 서버(130)는 액세스된 광고 컨텐츠를 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성한다(S1108). 서버(130)는 광고 컨텐츠를 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성하기 위해, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 메타 데이터와 매칭된 광고 컨텐츠의 재생 시점 및/또는 재생 시간 등을 결정하고, 상기 결정된 결과에 따라 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 광고 컨텐츠를 합성할 수 있다. 서버(130)는 메타 데이터의 정보로서 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 제목 정보, 내용 정보, 등장 인물 정보, 장소 정보, 재생 시간 정보, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 각 장면에 대한 시간대별 내용 정보 또는 인덱스 정보 등을 사용하여, 광고 컨텐츠와 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 합성한다.
S1108 단계 후에, 서버(130)는 광고 컨텐츠와 멀티미디어 컨텐츠가 합성된 복합 컨텐츠에 복제 방지 정보를 합성한다(S1110). 교육관련 컨텐츠, 또는 학습 및 레슨 관련 컨텐츠 등의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 복사 방지 정보를 합성함으로써, 불법 복제를 방지하거나, 전용 컨텐츠 플레이어만을 사용하여 디스플레이가 될 수 있도록 한다.
서버(130)는 복합 컨텐츠에 합성할 복제 방지 정보를 생성한다. 그 후, 서버(130)는 생성된 복제 방지 정보를 상기 복합 컨텐츠와 동일한 포맷으로 변환한다. 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 포맷은 오디오 컨텐츠, 정지 영상 컨텐츠 및 동영상 컨텐츠 등으로 구분될 수 있는 바, 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성되는 복제 방지 정보도 이러한 포맷에 상응하게 변환될 수 있도록 한다. 그 후, 서버(130)는 복합 컨텐츠와 상기 변환된 복제 방지 정보를 합성한다. 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 동일한 포맷으로 변환된 복제 방지 정보를 워터 마킹 기법 등으로 디지털 컨텐츠에 합성할 수 있다. 서버(130)에서의 복제 방지 정보를 합성하는 과정은 전술한 도 3에서 개시된 컴퓨팅 장치(120)에서의 복제 방지 정보의 합성 과정과 대응한다는 점에서, 상세한 설명은 생략한다. 다만, 복제 방지 정보를 복합 컨텐츠와 합성하는 과정은 필요에 따라 생략될 수 있다.
S1110 단계 후에, 서버(130)는 합성된 복합 컨텐츠를 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로 전송한다(S1112). 서버(130)는 유무선 네트워크를 통해 복합 컨텐츠를 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로 전송할 수 있다.
도 12는 본 발명에 따른 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 각 구성요소의 절차 흐름도이다.
이동식 저장매체(100)가 컴퓨팅 장치(120)에 접속하면(S1200), 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 이동식 저장매체(100)에 저장된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 컨텐츠 주소정보를 획득한다(S1202). 그 후, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 컨텐츠 주소정보에 대응하는 서버(130)와 네트워크 연결을 통해 인증절차를 수행한다(S1204). 인증 절차가 유효하다면, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 컨텐츠 요청신호를 서버(130)로 전송한다(S1206). 서버(130)는 수신된 컨텐츠 요청신호에 포함된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 식별정보에 대응하는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 데이터베이스로부터 액세스하고, 또한, 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스한다(S1208). 또한, 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 번역 컨텐츠를 액세스하고, 액세스된 번역 컨텐츠와 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 합성한다(S1210). 번역 컨텐츠를 합성하는 과정은 생략될 수 있다. 서버(130)는 액세스된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 광고 컨텐츠를 합성한다(S1212). 또한, 서버(130)는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 광고 컨텐츠가 합성된 복합 컨텐츠에 복제 방지 정보를 합성한다(S1214). 다만, 복제 방지 정보를 합성하는 과정을 생략될 수 있다. 서버(130)는 생성된 복합 컨텐츠를 컴퓨팅 장치(120)로 전송한다(S1216). 그 후, 컴퓨팅 장치(120)는 서버(130)로부터 수신된 복합 컨텐츠를 재생한다(S1218).
전술한 바와 같은 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서는 구체적인 실시 예에 관해 설명하였다. 그러나 본 발명의 범주에서 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서는 여러 가지 변형이 가능하다. 본 발명의 기술적 사상은 본 발명의 기술한 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 안 되며, 특허청구범위뿐만 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 한다.
본 발명은 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 광고 컨텐츠가 합성된 복합 컨텐츠를 제공하는 영상 컨텐츠 서비스 산업에 이용될 수 있다.

  1. 이동식 저장매체와 접속된 컴퓨팅 장치에서 동작하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법에 있어서,
    상기 이동식 저장매체의 접속에 따라, 상기 이동식 저장매체에 저장된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 재생 복호화 정보를 제공하는 서버로 복호화 요청신호를 전송하는 단계;
    상기 서버로부터 상기 재생 복호화 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 수신된 재생 복호화 정보에 근거하여, 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성하는 단계; 및
    상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 상기 광고 컨텐츠가 합성된 복합 컨텐츠를 재생하는 단계를 포함하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성하는 단계는
    상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용과 매칭된 광고 컨텐츠를 상기 이동식 저장매체로부터 액세스하거나 상기 서버로부터 수신하고,
    액세스 또는 수신된 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠는 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 포함된 메타 데이터, 재생 시점 정보, 및 재생 시간 정보 중 어느 하나 이상에 기초하여 결정되는 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠와 합성하는 단계는
    상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용과 매칭되는 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 화면 중 일부 영역에 합성하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.

  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 복제 방지 정보를 합성하는 단계는,
    상기 복합 컨텐츠에 합성할 상기 복제 방지 정보를 생성하는 단계;
    상기 복제 방지 정보를 상기 복합 컨텐츠와 동일한 포맷으로 변환하는 단계;
    상기 복합 컨텐츠와 상기 변환된 복제 방지 정보를 합성하는 단계를 포함하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 복제 방지 정보를 상기 복합 컨텐츠와 동일한 포맷으로 변환하는 단계는,
    상기 복합 컨텐츠가 오디오 컨텐츠, 정지 영상 컨텐츠 및 동영상 컨텐츠 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에, 상기 복합 컨텐츠의 포맷으로 상기 복제 방지 정보를 변환하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 컨텐츠를 재생하는 단계는
    상기 광고 컨텐츠는 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 제공하는 광고 서버의 네트워크 주소를 포함하고,

  10. 컴퓨팅 장치와 연결된 서버에서 동작하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법에 있어서,
    상기 컴퓨팅 장치로부터 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 재생을 위한 재생 복호화 정보의 복호화 요청신호를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 복호화 요청신호의 수신에 따라, 상기 요청된 재생 복호화 정보 및 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스하는 단계; 및
    액세스된 상기 재생 복호화 정보 및 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 상기 컴퓨팅 장치로 각각 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    상기 재생 복호화 정보는 대칭 키 알고리즘 및 비대칭 키 알고리즘 중 적어도 하나에 의해 생성된 정보를 포함하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공방법.
  12. 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스하는 단계는,
    상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 및 메타 데이터 중 적어도 하나와 매칭되는 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  13. 이동식 저장매체와 접속된 컴퓨팅 장치에서 동작하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법에 있어서,
    상기 이동식 저장매체의 접속에 따라, 상기 이동식 저장매체로부터 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 컨텐츠 주소정보를 획득하는 단계;
    상기 획득한 컨텐츠 주소정보에 대응하는 서버로 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 컨텐츠 요청신호를 전송하는 단계;
    상기 서버로부터 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 광고 컨텐츠가 합성된 복합 컨텐츠를 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 수신된 복합 컨텐츠를 재생하는 단계를 포함하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공방법.
  14. 제 13 항에 있어서,
    상기 광고 컨텐츠는 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 및 메타 데이터 중 적어도 하나와 매칭되는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공방법.
  15. 제 13 항에 있어서,
    상기 복합 컨텐츠는 복제 방지 정보를 포함하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공방법.
  16. 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 컨텐츠를 재생하는 단계는
    상기 광고 컨텐츠는 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 제공하는 광고 서버의 네트워크 주소를 포함하고,
    상기 광고 서버가 상기 네트워크 주소에 의해 링크되어 있을 경우에, 상기 복합 컨텐츠의 재생 중에서 상기 광고 서버와 네트워크 연결 동작을 수행하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  17. 컴퓨팅 장치와 연결된 서버에서 동작하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법에 있어서,
    상기 컴퓨팅 장치로부터 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 컨텐츠 요청신호를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 요청된 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대응하는 광고 컨텐츠를 각각 액세스하는 단계;
    액세스된 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 합성하는 단계; 및
    상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 상기 광고 컨텐츠가 합성된 복합 컨텐츠를 상기 단말기로 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  18. 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스하는 단계는,
    상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 및 메타 데이터 중 적어도 하나와 매칭되는 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 액세스하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  19. 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 합성하는 단계는,
    상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 내에 포함되는 상기 광고 컨텐츠의 재생 시점 및 재생 시간 중 적어도 하나를 결정하고, 상기 결정된 결과에 따라 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 합성하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  20. 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 합성하는 단계는,
    상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용과 매칭되는 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 화면 중 일부 영역에 합성하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  21. 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법은
    상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 번역 컨텐츠를 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 합성하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
    상기 번역 컨텐츠가 합성된 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 상기 광고 컨텐츠와 합성하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  22. 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법은
    상기 복합 컨텐츠의 무단 복제를 방지하기 위한 복제 방지 정보를 합성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  23. 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 복제 방지 정보를 합성하는 단계는,
    상기 복합 컨텐츠에 합성할 상기 복제 방지 정보를 생성하는 단계;
    상기 복제 방지 정보를 상기 복합 컨텐츠와 동일한 포맷으로 변환하는 단계;
    상기 복합 컨텐츠와 상기 변환된 복제 방지 정보를 합성하는 단계를 포함하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  24. 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 복제 방지 정보를 상기 복합 컨텐츠와 동일한 포맷으로 변환하는 단계는,
    상기 복합 컨텐츠가 오디오 컨텐츠, 정지 영상 컨텐츠 및 동영상 컨텐츠 중 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에, 상기 복합 컨텐츠의 포맷으로 상기 복제 방지 정보를 변환하는 광고 컨텐츠가 포함된 복합 컨텐츠 제공 방법.
  25. 컴퓨팅 장치와 접속된 이동식 저장매체에 있어서,
    멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 광고 컨텐츠를 저장하고, 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대한 재생 복호화 정보를 제공하는 서버의 주소정보를 저장하고 있으며,
    상기 접속된 컴퓨팅 장치의 요청에 따라 상기 서버 주소정보를 상기 컴퓨팅 장치에 제공하고,
    복합 컨텐츠의 생성을 위해 상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 및 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 상기 컴퓨팅 장치에 제공하는 이동식 저장매체.
  26. 제 25 항에 있어서,
    상기 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 내용 및 메타 데이터 중 적어도 하나와 매칭된 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 상기 컴퓨팅 장치에 제공하는 이동식 저장매체.
  27. 제 25 항에 있어서,
    상기 광고 컨텐츠는 상기 광고 컨텐츠를 제공하는 광고 서버의 네트워크 주소를 포함하고, 상기 네트워크 주소는 상기 복합 컨텐츠의 재생 중에서 상기 컴퓨팅 장치가 상기 광고 서버와 네트워크 연결 동작을 수행할 수 있도록 상기 광고 서버와 링크되어 있는 이동식 저장매체.
