客户端可以为诸如电脑,智能手机、平板电脑和电子书阅读器之类的电子设备。该电子设备可以安装有信息交互平台的应用程序客户端,或者安装有浏览器,然后通过浏览器访问信息交互平台的网页客户端。客户端可以根据用户的不同而分为:购买者使用的购买客户端110和配送者使用的配送客户端140。其中,购买者通过购买客户端110在企业注册的公众账号中购买物品,配送客户端140通过企业服务器130的指示将购买者购买的物品配送给购买者。除此之外,购买客户端110和配送客户端140基本相同。
服务器可以通过无线或者有线网络和客户端相连。服务器根据用途的不同而分为:为客户端提供服务的社交服务器120和为企业提供服务的企业服务器 130。其中,社交服务器120可以是一台或者多台服务器,还可以是一个云计算中心。换句话说,社交服务器120可以由一台服务器实现;也可以由多台服务器组合实现,每台服务器承担相同或者不同的功能,比如有用于注册和登录的服务器、用于保存用户头像的服务器、用于保存频道信息及配置信息的服务器、用于保存图片或视频的服务器、用于为购买客户端110提供服务的服务器,用于为公众号提供服务的服务器等等;社交服务器120也可以采用云计算中心实现,云计算中心是一整片服务集群所形成的虚拟计算平台。企业服务器130可以是一台或者多台服务器,还可以是一个云计算中心。

例如,当信息交互平台是微信时,企业可以预先在微信的公众平台上注册公众号,再通过企业服务器发布所售物品的信息。当购买者通过购买客户端关注该公众号,并通过购买客户端打开该公众号的对话界面,且该对话界面中包括“购物”的控件时,购买者可以点击该控件,此时,购买客户端向企业服务器发送购物请求,企业服务器向购买客户端返回购物页面,购买者通过购买客户端选择所需购买的物品后,购买客户端将该物品的物品信息、购买客户端的位置和购买者的微信帐号发送给企业服务器。

通常,企业服务器会安排距离购买者较近的配送者向购买者配送物品,这样既可以提高配送效率,也可以节省配送者所消耗的配送成本。例如,当x药店在北京和上海有门店,且购买者的位置在上海时,企业服务器可以安排上海门店的配送者向购买者配送药品。其中,配送者可以是企业的员工,如导购,也可以是企业临时雇佣的专门用于配送的人员,如快递员,本实施例不作限定。
由于企业服务器需要获知每个配送者的位置,因此,可以预先将每个配送者的位置注册到企业服务器中。因此,本实施例提供的方法,还包括:配送客户端在企业服务器中预存配送者的个人信息,该个人信息包括配送者的位置, 或者,该个人信息包括配送者的位置和标签,该标签用于描述配送者所属的分类。
标签用于描述配送者所属的分类,例如,标签可以是配送者的服务等级,例如,标签为五星配送者、四星配送者等等;或者,标签可以是配送者的职业,例如,标签为药剂师、导购员、快递员等等;本实施例不对标签作限定。其中,标签可以是配送者在企业服务器中设置得到的,也可以企业服务器根据购买者对配送者的评价生成的,本实施例不作限定。
其中,个人信息还可以包括配送者的年龄、性别、工作年限等等信息,本实施例不作限定。
步骤307,企业服务器根据配送者的位置,筛选与购买者的位置之间的距离小于预定距离阈值的配送者。
其中,预定距离阈值可以自行设置和修改,本实施例不作限定。
当企业服务器根据位置筛选得到一个配送者时,将该配送者确定为满足预设条件的配送者;当企业服务器根据位置筛选得到至少两个配送者时,还需要从该至少两个配送者中确定出满足预设条件的配送者。例如,企业服务器可以选择处于空闲状态的配送者,也可以选择默认的配送者,还可以根据购买客户端发送的要求选择配送者。

例如,购买客户端的条件信息指示需要五星配送者配送,则企业服务器从至少两个配送者里选择标签为五星配送者的配送者;或者,购买者可能对药品的用途不熟悉,通过购买客户端的条件信息指示需要药剂师配送,则企业服务器从至少两个配送者里选择标签为药剂师的配送者。由于可以根据购买客户端发送的要求确定配送者,使得配送过程更加人性化。
步骤308,企业服务器向社交服务器发送配送链接和筛选得到的各个配送客户端的第一标识,社交服务器将配送链接推送给各个第一标识所对应的配送客户端。除了配送链接和第一标识外,企业服务器还可以向社交服务器发送服务 标识,社交服务器根据服务标识确定配送服务,并根据配送服务将配送链接推送给第一标识所对应的配送客户端。由于企业的公众号可能会提供多种服务,因此,企业服务器还可以为每种服务设置一个服务标识,并将服务和服务标识的对应关系发送给社交服务器,使得社交服务器可以根据服务标识确定服务类型。
配送链接用于请求配送页面,且配送链接可以简要描述配送,配送页面用于详细描述配送。例如,配送链接可以是“配送通知”的文字信息;配送页面可以包括购买者的位置、所购买的物品的图文介绍、配送者的位置到购买者的位置之间的地图、预计配送时长等等。

将响应所述配送信息而发送确认信息的配送客户端确定为满足预设条件的配送客户端。
可选的,请求接收模块510,包括:
第一接收单元511,用于接收购买客户端发送的所购买物品的物品信息、购 买者的位置和购买客户端的第二标识,物品信息是购买客户端通过公众号获取到的;
订单生成单元512,用于根据第一接收单元511接收的物品信息生成订单;
信息发送单元513,用于将订单生成单元512生成的订单和第二标识发送给社交服务器,以便社交服务器指示购买客户端完成支付;
第二接收单元514,用于接收购买客户端在完成支付后发送的通知信息。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的物品配送装置,通过根据配送请求确定购买者所购买的物品和购买者的位置,该配送请求是购买客户端通过关注的公众号成功向企业服务器购买物品后发送的;根据购买者的位置,从关注有公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的配送客户端;向配送客户端发送配送指令,该配送指令用于指示配送客户端的配送者向购买者配送物品,可以直接通过企业服务器确定配送客户端,再向该配送客户端发送配送指令,即可指示配送人员向购买者配送物品,解决了商家门店的负责人员需要根据购买者填写的地址信息确定最近的门店,并通知最近的门店的店员联系配送者配送物品,导致配送过程耗时的问题,达到了提高配送效率的效果。
另外,通过根据配送者的位置,筛选与购买者的位置之间的距离小于预定距离阈值的配送者,使得企业服务器安排距离购买者较近的配送者向购买者配送物品,这样既可以提高配送效率,也可以节省配送者所消耗的配送成本。
另外,通过接收到购买客户端发送的条件信息,读取各个配送者的个人信息中所包括的标签;筛选标签与条件信息相匹配的配送者;可以根据购买客户端的要求确定配送者,使得配送过程更加人性化。
另外,通过根据购买客户端发送的评价信息更新配送者的个人信息中的标签,使得各个配送者的标签与配送质量挂钩,配送者会努力提高配送质量。
请参考图6,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的物品配送装置的结构框图,该物品配送装置可以应用于图1所示的配送客户端中。该物品配送装置,包括:
指令接收模块610,用于接收注册有公众号的企业服务器发送的配送指令,配送指令是购买客户端通过关注的公众号成功向企业服务器购买物品发送配送请求,且企业服务器在根据配送请求确定购买者所购买的物品和购买者的位置,根据购买者的位置,从关注有公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的 配送客户端后发送的,公众号是用户或组织在信息交互平台上建立的一个公共社交网络标识;
配送指示模块620,用于指示配送客户端的配送者向购买者配送物品。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的物品配送装置,通过接收注册有公众号的企业服务器发送的配送指令,该配送指令是购买客户端通过关注的公众号成功向企业服务器购买物品发送配送请求,且企业服务器在根据配送请求确定购买者所购买的物品和购买者的位置,根据购买者的位置,从关注有公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的配送客户端后发送的,公众号是用户或组织在信息交互平台上建立的一个公共社交网络标识;指示配送客户端的配送者向购买者配送物品,可以直接通过企业服务器确定配送客户端,再向该配送客户端发送配送指令,即可指示配送人员向购买者配送物品,解决了商家门店的负责人员需要根据购买者填写的地址信息确定最近的门店,并通知最近的门店的店员联系配送者配送物品,导致配送过程耗时的问题,达到了提高配送效率的效果。
请参考图7,其示出了本发明再一实施例提供的物品配送装置的结构框图,该物品配送装置可以应用于图1所示的配送客户端中。该物品配送装置,包括:指令接收模块710和配送指示模块720。
指令接收模块710,用于接收企业服务器发送的配送指令,配送指令是企业服务器接收购买客户端发送的配送请求,根据配送请求确定购买者所购买的物品和购买者的位置,根据购买者的位置,从公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的配送客户端后发送的,所述配送请求是所述购买者借助所述购买客户端通过公众号购买物品后生成的,公众号是物品的出售者在信息交互平台上建立的标识;
配送指示模块720,用于指示配送客户端的配送者向购买者配送物品。
可选的,本实施例提供的物品配送装置,还包括:
信息预存模块730,用于在指令接收模块710接收注册有公众号的企业服务器发送的配送指令之前,在企业服务器中预存配送者的个人信息,个人信息包括配送者的位置,或者,个人信息包括配送者的位置和标签,标签用于描述配送者所属的分组。
可选的,本实施例提供的物品配送装置,还包括:
链接接收模块740,用于在指令接收模块710接收企业服务器发送的配送指令之前,接收社交服务器发送的配送链接,社交服务器接收到企业服务器发送的配送链接和筛选得到的各个配送客户端的第一标识,根据第一标识确定配送客户端后发送所述配送链接;
请求发送模块750,用于在触发链接接收模块740得到的配送链接时,向企业服务器发送配送信息请求,配送信息请求用于请求配送信息,配送信息至少包括购买者的位置信息;
信息展示模块760,用于接收并展示企业服务器发送的配送信息;
信息发送模块770,用于在接收到配送者触发的确认信号时,向企业服务器发送确认信息。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的物品配送装置,通过接收注册有公众号的企业服务器发送的配送指令,该配送指令是购买客户端通过关注的公众号成功向企业服务器购买物品发送配送请求,且企业服务器在根据配送请求确定购买者所购买的物品和购买者的位置,根据购买者的位置,从关注有公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的配送客户端后发送的,公众号是用户或组织在信息交互平台上建立的一个公共社交网络标识;指示配送客户端的配送者向购买者配送物品,可以直接通过企业服务器确定配送客户端,再向该配送客户端发送配送指令,即可指示配送人员向购买者配送物品,解决了商家门店的负责人员需要根据购买者填写的地址信息确定最近的门店,并通知最近的门店的店员联系配送者配送物品,导致配送过程耗时的问题,达到了提高配送效率的效果。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的物品配送装置在进行物品配送时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将物品配送装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的物品配送装置与物品配送方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种物品配送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收购买客户端发送的配送请求,所述配送请求是购买者借助所述购买客户端通过公众号购买物品后生成的,所述公众号是物品的出售者在信息交互平台上的标识;
    根据所述配送请求确定所述购买者所购买的所述物品和所述购买者的位置;
    根据所述购买者的位置,从所述公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的配送客户端;
    向所述满足预设条件的配送客户端发送配送指令,所述配送指令用于指示所述满足预设条件的配送客户端的配送者向所述购买者配送所述物品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述购买者的位置,从所述公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的配送客户端,包括:
    读取所述公众号的各个配送客户端的配送者的个人信息,所述个人信息至少包括所述配送者的位置;
    根据所述配送者的位置,筛选与所述购买者的位置之间的距离小于预定距离阈值的配送者;
    将筛选得到的所述配送者的配送客户端确定为满足所述预设条件的配送客户端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述购买者的位置,从所述公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的配送客户端,还包括:
    根据所述购买客户端发送的条件信息选择配送者,其中所述条件信息用于限制所述配送者所属的分类。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,向所述满足预设条件的配送客户端发送配送指令之后,还包括:
    接收所述购买客户端发送的评价信息,所述评价信息是根据所述配送者本 次的配送行为生成的;
    根据所述评价信息更新所述配送者的个人信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述购买者的位置,从所述公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的配送客户端,包括:
    读取所述公众号的各个配送客户端的配送者的个人信息,所述个人信息至少包括所述配送者的位置;
    根据所述配送者的位置,筛选与所述购买者的位置之间的距离小于预定距离阈值的配送者;
    向社交服务器发送配送链接和筛选得到的各个配送客户端的第一标识,所述社交服务器将所述配送链接推送给各个第一标识所对应的配送客户端;
    接收至少一个配送客户端在触发所述配送链接时发送的配送信息请求,所述配送信息请求用于请求配送信息,所述配送信息至少包括所述购买者的位置信息;
    向所述至少一个配送客户端发送所述配送信息;
    将响应所述配送信息而发送确认信息的配送客户端确定为满足所述预设条件的配送客户端。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收购买客户端发送的配送请求,包括:
    接收所述购买客户端发送的所购买物品的物品信息、所述购买者的位置和所述购买客户端的第二标识,所述物品信息是所述购买客户端通过所述公众号获取到的;
    根据所述物品信息生成订单;
    将所述订单和所述第二标识发送给社交服务器,以便所述社交服务器指示所述购买客户端完成支付;
    接收所述购买客户端在完成支付后发送的通知信息。
  7. 一种物品配送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收企业服务器发送的配送指令,所述配送指令是所述企业服务器接收购 买客户端发送的配送请求,根据所述配送请求确定购买者所购买的所述物品和所述购买者的位置,根据所述购买者的位置,从所述公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的配送客户端后发送的,所述配送请求是所述购买者借助所述购买客户端通过公众号购买物品后生成的,所述公众号是物品的出售者在信息交互平台上建立的标识;
    指示所述配送客户端的配送者向所述购买者配送所述物品。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收企业服务器发送的配送指令之前,还包括:
    在所述企业服务器中预存所述配送者的个人信息,所述个人信息包括所述配送者的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收企业服务器发送的配送指令之前,还包括:
    接收社交服务器发送的配送链接,所述社交服务器接收到所述企业服务器发送的配送链接和筛选得到的各个配送客户端的第一标识,根据所述第一标识确定所述配送客户端后发送所述配送链接;
    在触发所述配送链接时,向所述企业服务器发送配送信息请求,所述配送信息请求用于请求配送信息,所述配送信息至少包括所述购买者的位置信息;
    接收并展示所述企业服务器发送的所述配送信息;
    在接收到所述配送者触发的确认信号时,向所述企业服务器发送确认信息。
  10. 一种物品配送装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    请求接收模块,用于接收购买客户端发送的配送请求,所述配送请求是购买者借助所述购买客户端通过公众号购买物品后生成的,所述公众号是物品的出售者在信息交互平台上的标识;
    信息确定模块,用于根据所述请求接收模块得到的所述配送请求确定所述购买者所购买的所述物品和所述购买者的位置;
    客户端确定模块,用于根据所述信息确定模块确定的所述购买者的位置,从所述公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的配送客户端;
    指令发送模块,用于向所述客户端确定模块确定的所述满足预设条件的配送客户端发送配送指令,所述配送指令用于指示所述满足预设条件的配送客户端的配送者向所述购买者配送所述物品。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述客户端确定模块,包括:
    信息读取单元,用于读取所述公众号的各个配送客户端的配送者的个人信息,所述个人信息至少包括所述配送者的位置;
    第一筛选单元,用于根据所述配送者的位置,筛选与所述购买者的位置之间的距离小于预定距离阈值的配送者;
    客户端确定单元,用于将所述第一筛选单元筛选得到的所述配送者的配送客户端确定为满足所述预设条件的配送客户端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述客户端确定模块,还包括:
    第二筛选单元,用于根据所述购买客户端发送的条件信息选择配送者,其中所述条件信息用于限制所述配送者所属的分类。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    信息接收模块,用于在所述指令发送模块向所述配送客户端发送配送指令之后,接收所述购买客户端发送的评价信息,所述评价信息是根据所述配送者本次的配送行为生成的;
    标签更新模块,用于根据所述信息接收模块接收的所述评价信息更新所述配送者的个人信息。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述客户端确定单元,具体用于:
    读取所述公众号的各个配送客户端的配送者的个人信息,所述个人信息至少包括所述配送者的位置;
    根据所述配送者的位置,筛选与所述购买者的位置之间的距离小于预定距 离阈值的配送者;
    向社交服务器发送配送链接和筛选得到的各个配送客户端的第一标识,所述社交服务器将所述配送链接推送给各个第一标识所对应的配送客户端;
    接收至少一个配送客户端在触发所述配送链接时发送的配送信息请求,所述配送信息请求用于请求配送信息,所述配送信息至少包括所述购买者的位置信息;
    向所述至少一个配送客户端发送所述配送信息;
    将响应所述配送信息而发送确认信息的配送客户端确定为满足所述预设条件的配送客户端。
  15. 根据权利要求10至14任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述请求接收模块,包括:
    第一接收单元,用于接收所述购买客户端发送的所购买物品的物品信息、所述购买者的位置和所述购买客户端的第二标识,所述物品信息是所述购买客户端通过所述公众号获取到的;
    订单生成单元,用于根据所述第一接收单元接收的所述物品信息生成订单;
    信息发送单元,用于将所述订单生成单元生成的所述订单和所述第二标识发送给社交服务器,以便所述社交服务器指示所述购买客户端完成支付;
    第二接收单元,用于接收所述购买客户端在完成支付后发送的通知信息。
  16. 一种物品配送装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    指令接收模块,用于接收企业服务器发送的配送指令,所述配送指令是所述企业服务器接收购买客户端发送的配送请求,根据所述配送请求确定购买者所购买的所述物品和所述购买者的位置,根据所述购买者的位置,从所述公众号的各个配送客户端中确定满足预设条件的配送客户端后发送的,所述配送请求是所述购买者借助所述购买客户端通过公众号购买物品后生成的,所述公众号是物品的出售者在信息交互平台上建立的标识;
    配送指示模块,用于指示所述配送客户端的配送者向所述购买者配送所述物品。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    信息预存模块,用于在所述指令接收模块接收注册有公众号的企业服务器发送的配送指令之前,在所述企业服务器中预存所述配送者的个人信息,所述个人信息包括所述配送者的位置。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    链接接收模块,用于在所述指令接收模块接收企业服务器发送的配送指令之前,接收社交服务器发送的配送链接,所述社交服务器接收到所述企业服务器发送的配送链接和筛选得到的各个配送客户端的第一标识,根据所述第一标识确定所述配送客户端后发送所述配送链接;
    请求发送模块,用于在触发所述链接接收模块得到的所述配送链接时,向所述企业服务器发送配送信息请求,所述配送信息请求用于请求配送信息,所述配送信息至少包括所述购买者的位置信息;
    信息展示模块,用于接收并展示所述企业服务器发送的所述配送信息;
    信息发送模块,用于在接收到所述配送者触发的确认信号时,向所述企业服务器发送确认信息。
  19. 一种物品配送装置,包括:
    至少一个处理器;和
    存储器,所述存储器存储有程序指令,所述指令当由所述处理器执行时,配置所述装置执行根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的方法。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,包括程序指令,所述指令当由计算装置的处理器执行时,配置所述装置执行根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的方法。
