本实用新型中,所述堵头的底部左右对称分布有两个进线孔。所述堵头内部设有一次密封槽和二次密封槽,所述一次密封槽和二次密封槽相邻,所述一次密封槽的最深处设有两条超声线。

安装时,焊接好LED的光源组件9***V形三面出光管体8的PCB卡槽7内,每条PCB卡槽7上的LED光源中心位置距离V形三面出光管体8内表面的尺寸为浪波尔曲线设计,三条PCB卡槽7上的LED发出的光线很亮;电源线穿过V形堵头4,线皮距V形堵头内侧面3mm为限,用环保树脂将进线孔填充并固定电源线;带有电源线的V形堵头4一次密封槽1按图1的方式***V形三面出光管体8并将V形三面出光管体8完全推到堵头的两条超声线3位置,用水平方向的超声机将V形堵头4和V形三面出光管体8焊接,两条超声线3在超声过程中将V形堵头和一次密封槽的间隙全部填满,做一次防水处理达到密封。在V形堵头4和二次密封槽2内打满UV胶,经过紫外线凝固做二次防水处理。
