Description

雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,尤其涉及一种雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟作为香烟的替代品,在市场上越来越受欢迎。现有的电子烟的雾化器的结构简单,只需经过简单的操作就能拆卸下来,而有时儿童会接触到,误将电子烟雾化器拆卸,进而接触到雾化腔内存储的烟油或者其他类似烟油的物质。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可具有儿童防护功能的雾化器及其电子烟,以避免儿童接触到雾化舱室内存储的烟油或者其他类似烟油的物质。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现的:
一种雾化器,其包括下盖组件、锁扣组件及设置在下盖组件一端的储液组件,所述锁扣组件包括卡持件、设置在下盖组件上的第一收容空间及设置在储液组件上的第二收容空间,所述第一收容空间与第二收容空间相通,所述卡持件容置在第一收容空间及第二收容空间内、并可解锁地锁定所述下盖组件和储液组件,当所述卡持件脱离第一收容空间和/或第二收容空间时,所述下盖组件和储液组件被解锁。
在其中一实施例中,所述下盖组件包括下盖及下盖连接件,所述第一收容空间设置在下盖和/或下盖连接件上,所述储液组件包括雾化舱底座,所述第二收容空间设置在雾化舱底座上。
在其中一实施例中,所述上盖连接件上开设有配合孔,所述第一收容空间沿下盖的周壁纵向开设且靠近下盖上端开口处设置,所述第二收容空间设置在雾化舱底座的底端端面上,所述卡持件底端设置在第一收容空间内,顶端穿过开设在上盖连接件上的配合孔伸入第二收容空间。
在其中一实施例中,所述下盖组件还包括设置在下盖上的旋盖,所述 锁扣组件还包括开设在旋盖上的收容槽,所述卡持件包括销钉及突出部,所述销钉底端设置在第一收容空间内,顶端穿过配合孔伸入第二收容空间,所述突出部设置在销钉上并可带动销钉在所述收容槽内上下移动。
在其中一实施例中,所述旋盖沿圆周方向还开设有通槽,所述通槽与收容槽相同
在其中一实施例中,所述通槽与所述收容槽呈L形、S型、Z型或类迷宫型设置。
在其中一实施例中,所述下盖上沿圆周方向开设有与通槽相对设置的进气孔,当卡持件处于解锁状态时,可通过转动旋盖调节通槽与进气孔之间相通的面积,以调节雾化器的进气量。
在其中一实施例中,所述下盖连接件的下端周壁上开设有与下端开口端连通的缺口,所述缺口与进气孔连通。
在其中一实施例中,所述第二收容空间为沿雾化舱底座的底端端面圆周方向开设的具有一定长度的弧形槽。
在其中一实施例中,所述卡持件还包括设置在所述第一收容空间内的弹簧,所述销钉的底端伸入所述弹簧内,所述突出部设置在所述弹簧与所述销钉之间,且所述突出部自所述销钉的圆周面向外凸伸设置。
一种电子烟,包括上述任一项所述的雾化器。
一种雾化器,包括下盖组件、锁扣组件及设置在下盖组件一端的储液组件,所述锁扣组件可解锁地锁定所述下盖组件与所述储液组件,所述锁扣组件包括卡扣件及与卡扣件可解锁地卡合的锁持部,所述卡扣件可转动地安装在所述下盖组件/储液组件上,所述锁持部设置在所述储液组件/下盖组件上,当所述卡扣件与所述锁持部脱离时,所述下盖组件和储液组件被解锁。
在其中一实施例中,所述卡扣件上设置有与所述锁持部可解锁地卡合的卡扣部。

相较于现有技术,本发明雾化器至少存在以下优点:所述雾化器的下盖组件与所述储液组件上设有能够旋转拆装的锁扣组件,当需要拆装雾化器时,需要先经过复杂的操作,才能将锁扣组件打开,可以防止儿童误将雾化器拆卸下来,进而避免儿童接触到雾化器内存储的烟油或者其他类似烟油的物质。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
如图1至图4所示为本发明的一种具有儿童防护功能的雾化器,包括电接触组件1、下盖组件2、储液组件3及吸嘴组件4,电接触组件1设置在下盖组件2的一端,储液组件3设置在下盖组件2相对的另一端,且储液组件3远离电接触组件1的一端与吸嘴组件4连接。
电接触组件1包括正极接触件11及套设在正极接触件11外周的绝缘件12。
下盖组件2包括下盖21、设置在下盖21上的旋盖23及设置在旋盖23上的下盖连接件24。所述下盖21为一管状件,电接触组件1收容在下盖21内并靠近下盖21的底端设置。旋盖23套设在下盖21外部,构成雾化器外部一部分轮廓。下盖连接件24安装在下盖21相对电接触组件1的一端,且下盖连接件24的周缘242抵持在旋盖23上端内周的台阶面上。旋盖23可绕下盖21和下盖连接件24转动。
储液组件3包括雾化舱底座31、设置在雾化舱底座31上的储液管32、套设在雾化舱底座31和储液管32外周的外管33、设置在储液管32内的雾化器套管34及设置在雾化器套管34上的雾化舱液体舱盖35。所述雾化舱底座31通过内螺纹与所述下盖连接件24固定连接。本实施例中,所述储液管32为透明或半透明材质,如玻璃或塑料等,所述外管33为金属材质,且该外管33上开设有用于观察储液组件3内剩余烟油的视窗。
吸嘴组件4包括吸嘴内胆42、设置在吸嘴内胆42上的密封圈41、罩 设在吸嘴内胆42外的吸嘴外罩43。吸嘴内胆42与吸嘴外罩43之间设置有相互连通的吸气孔,构成用户抽吸通道的一部分。
请进一步参阅图5至图8,雾化器还包括安装在所述下盖组件2与所述储液组件3上的锁扣组件5。锁扣组件5用于将下盖组件2与储液组件3可解锁地扣合在一起。锁扣组件5包括第一收容空间210、通槽230、与通槽230连通的收容槽231、可弹性上下移动地设置在所述第一收容空间210与所述收容槽231内的卡持件22、供卡持件22顶端穿过的配合孔243及供卡持件22顶端卡入的第二收容空间311。
第一收容空间210沿下盖21的周壁纵向开设且靠近下盖21上端开口处设置。
通槽230沿旋盖23的圆周方向开设,收容槽231开设在旋盖23靠近下盖连接件24一侧。通槽230与所述收容槽231成L形设置。
配合孔243对准第一收容空间210的顶端,开设在周缘242上。
第二收容空间311设置在雾化舱底座31的底端端面上。
卡持件22组设在所述下盖21上且位于所述下盖21与所述旋盖23之间。卡持件22包括设置在所述第一收容空间210内的弹簧220,底端伸入弹簧220内且顶端穿过配合孔243并卡入第二收容空间311内的销钉221,及可上下移动地设置在所述收容槽231内的突出部222,突出部222设置在弹簧220与销钉221之间且自销钉221圆周面向外凸伸设置。所述通槽230、收容槽231能够***述突出部222,向下按压突出部222,弹簧220压缩,旋转旋盖23,带动通槽230旋转,使得突出部222能够卡入通槽230内,反向旋转旋盖23,弹簧220伸展,突出部222重新卡入收容槽231内。本实施例中第二收容空间311为沿圆周方向开设的具有一定长度的弧形槽,可增加销钉221顶端的入槽率,以防止销钉221发生脱落。
进一步地,所述锁扣组件5还包括进气孔211。进气孔211沿下盖21的圆周方向相对通槽230开设,当卡持件22处于解锁状态时,可通过转动旋盖23调节通槽230与进气孔211之间相通的面积,以调节雾化器的进气量。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,当进气孔211的个数为两个或两个以上时,通槽230可对应其中一个进气孔211,用于调节该进气孔211的通 气面积,若要调节其他进气孔211的通气面积,还需在旋盖23上进一步开设与其他进气孔211对应的调气孔233。
进一步地,所述锁扣组件5还包括缺口240。缺口240开设在下盖连接件24的下端周壁上且与其下端开口端连通。外部空气由进气孔211流入后,可进一步通过缺口240流入雾化头内。
在使用过程中,当突出部222位于收容槽231内时,销钉221的顶端穿过配合孔243,卡入第二收容空间311内,使得下盖连接件24与雾化舱底座31之间相对锁定,即下盖组件2与储液组件3之间相对锁定。若要通过旋转旋盖23拆卸雾化器,例如进行雾化头更换时,就必须先将突出部222向下按动,弹簧220压缩,再旋转旋盖23,带动通槽230旋转,使得突出部222卡入通槽230内,这样,突出部222才可离开第二收容空间311,使得下盖连接件24与雾化舱底座31之间解锁,即下盖组件2与储液组件3之间解锁,此时旋转旋盖23才可将下盖组件2拆卸,进而更换雾化头。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,在可以实现锁持与解锁所述卡持件22的基础上,收容槽231与通槽230可以构成S型、Z型、类迷宫型等其他形状、结构的相通的滑槽,而不限于本实施例给出的L型结构。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,当所述卡持件22本身为一弹性件时,可以省略弹簧220。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,可以省略通槽230,当需要解锁时,用户可通过手指按压突出部222,使得卡持件22向下移动,离开第二收容空间311,使得下盖连接件24与雾化舱底座31之间解锁,即下盖组件2与储液组件3之间解锁,此时旋转旋盖23才可将下盖组件2拆卸,进而更换雾化头。当需要上锁时,用户松开手指,卡持件22再次进入第二收容空间311。
实施例2
请参阅图10-12,本实施例与实施例1的不同在于,锁扣组件结构与设置方式不同,具体地,本实施例的锁扣组件5包括第一收容空间233、卡持件43及第二收容空间333,所述第一收容空间233与第二收容空间233相通,用于可拆卸地***述卡持件43。所述第一收容空间233轴向 开设在所述下盖组件2上,且所述第一收容空间233依次贯穿下盖21及下盖连接件24。所述第二收容空间333轴向开设在雾化舱底座31上。
需要对下盖组件2与储液组件3进行解锁操作时,仅需将卡持件43从第二收容空间333中移出即可,具体操作可为将卡持件43从雾化器上拆卸下来。
实施例3
请参阅图13-15,本实施例与实施例2的不同在于,锁扣组件结构与设置方式不同,具体地,本实施例的锁扣组件5包括第一收容空间433、卡持件63及第二收容空间633,所述第一收容空间433与第二收容空间633相通,用于可拆卸地***述卡持件63。所述第一收容空间433径向开设在所述下盖组件2上,具体地,所述第一收容空间433贯穿下盖连接件24。所述第二收容空间633径向开设在雾化舱底座31上。为了允许卡持件63进入所述第二收容空间633、第一收容空间433,外管33上还开设了与第二收容空间633、第一收容空间433相通的通孔331。可以理解地,在确保可拆卸地锁持所述下盖组件2与所述储液组件3的基础上,上述实施例中的第一收容空间、第二收容空间不限于径向或轴向设置,还可以为其他设置方式,如相通的第一收容空间、第二收容空间呈45度角开设在雾化器上。
本发明的实施例1-3的雾化器的下盖组件2与所述储液组件3上设有可拆装的锁扣组件5,当需要拆装雾化器时,需要先经过相对复杂的操作,才能将锁扣组件5打开,可以防止儿童误将雾化器拆卸下来,进而避免儿童接触到雾化舱室内存储的烟油或者其他类似烟油的物质。
请进一步参阅图9,本发明还提供一种具有上述雾化器的电子烟,所述电子烟还包括安装在雾化器相对吸嘴组件4一端的电池组件6,所述电池组件6用于为雾化器供电。
实施例4
如图16至图19所示为本发明的一种具有儿童防护功能的雾化器100’,包括电接触组件1’、下盖组件2’、储液组件3’及吸嘴组件4’,电接触组件1’设置在下盖组件2’的一端,储液组件3’设置在下盖组件2’相对的另一端,且储液组件3’远离电接触组件1’的一端与吸嘴组件 4’连接。
下盖组件2’包括下盖21’、设置在下盖21’上的旋盖23’及设置在旋盖23’上的下盖连接件24’。所述下盖21’为一管状件,电接触组件1’收容在下盖21’内并靠近下盖21’的底端设置。旋盖23’套设在下盖21’外部,构成雾化器100’外部一部分轮廓。下盖连接件24’安装在下盖21’相对电接触组件1’的一端,且下盖连接件24’外周向外设置有凸部抵持在旋盖23’上端内周的台阶面上。旋盖23’可绕下盖21’和下盖连接件24’转动。
储液组件3’包括雾化舱底座31’、设置在雾化舱底座31’上的储液管32’、套设在雾化舱底座31’和储液管32’外周的外管33’、设置在储液管32’内的雾化器套管34’及设置在雾化器套管34’上的雾化舱液体舱盖35’。所述外管33’构成雾化器100’外部一部分轮廓。所述雾化舱底座31’通过内螺纹与所述下盖连接件24’可拆卸连接。本实施例中,所述储液管32’为透明或半透明材质,如玻璃或塑料等,所述外管33’为金属材质,且该外管33’上开设有用于观察储液组件3’内剩余烟油的视窗。
吸嘴组件4’包括吸嘴内胆42’、设置在吸嘴内胆42’上的密封圈41’、罩设在吸嘴内胆42’外的吸嘴外罩43’。吸嘴内胆42’与吸嘴外罩43’之间设置有相互连通的吸气孔,构成用户抽吸通道的一部分。
雾化器100’还包括安装在所述下盖组件2’与所述储液组件3’上的锁扣组件5’。锁扣组件5’用于将下盖组件2’与储液组件3’可解锁地卡合在一起。锁扣组件5’包括卡扣件51’及与卡扣件51’可解锁地卡合的锁持部52’,卡扣件51’的一端可转动地安装在所述下盖组件2’上,所述锁持部52’自所述储液组件3’向外延伸、凸设在所述储液组件3’上。卡扣件51’上开设有与锁持部52’可解锁地卡合的卡扣部511’。所述卡扣部511’是卡孔或卡槽。本实施例中,所述卡扣部511’为一通孔。
进一步地,所述锁扣组件5’还包括一安装在下盖组件2’上的连接件53’,所述卡扣件51’通过所述连接件53’可上下转动地安装在所述下盖组件2’上。所述连接件53’为一转轴结构或一铰链结构。当卡扣件 51’绕所述连接件53’向上做靠近所述储液组件3’的转动时,锁持部52’穿过所述卡扣部511’可将下盖组件2’与储液组件3’锁持在一起;转动所述卡扣件51’,使其向下做远离所述储液组件3’的转动,可使下盖组件2’与储液组件3’解锁。即,以连接件53’为轴心上下转动卡扣件51’,可实现下盖组件2’与储液组件3’之间的锁持与解锁。
进一步地,所述卡扣件51’可转动地安装在旋盖23’上,所述锁持部52’设置在所述外管33’上。
在使用过程中,当卡扣部511’与锁持部52’处于卡持状态时,下盖组件2’与储液组件3’之间相对锁定。若要通过旋转旋盖23’拆卸雾化器100’,例如进行雾化头更换时,需要转动卡扣件51’使其做远离储液组件3’的运动,使得卡扣部511’与锁持部52’之间解锁,即下盖组件2’与储液组件3’之间解锁,此时旋转旋盖23’才可将下盖组件2’拆卸,进而更换雾化头。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,所述卡扣部511’为朝向所述储液组件3’凸设的一凸伸部,所述锁持部52’为与凸伸部相对设置的、可用于容置并卡持所述凸伸部的卡槽或卡孔。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,所述卡扣件51’与锁持部52’的相对位置可以进行互换,即卡扣件51’可转动地安装在储液组件3’上、锁持部52’设置在所述下盖组件2’上。
请进一步参阅图20,本发明还提供一种具有上述雾化器100’的电子烟300’,所述电子烟300’还包括安装在雾化器100’相对吸嘴组件4’一端的电池组件310’,所述电池组件310’用于为雾化器100’供电。
实施例5
请参阅图21、22,本实施例的雾化器200’与实施例4的雾化器100’的不同在于,锁扣组件结构与设置方式不同,具体地,本实施例的锁扣组件6‘包括卡扣件61’及与卡扣件61‘配合设置的锁持部62’,卡扣件61’的一端可转动地安装在所述下盖组件2’上,所述锁持部62’自所述储液组件3’向外延伸、凸设在所述储液组件3’上。卡扣件61’上开设有与锁持部62’可解锁地卡合的卡扣部611’。所述卡扣部611’是卡孔或卡槽。本实施例中,所述卡扣部611’为贯穿所述卡扣61’自由端的一 通槽。
进一步地,所述锁扣组件6’还包括一安装在下盖组件2’上的连接件63’,所述卡扣件61’通过所述连接件63’可左右转动地安装在所述下盖组件2’上。所述连接件63’为一转轴结构或一铰链结构。当卡扣件61’绕所述连接件63’的一端向右做靠近所述储液组件3’的顺时针转动时,锁持部62’穿过所述卡扣部611’可将下盖组件2’与储液组件3’锁持在一起;逆时针转动所述卡扣件61’,使其绕所述连接件63’的一端向左做远离所述储液组件3’的转动,可使下盖组件2’与储液组件3’解锁。即,以连接件63’的一端为轴心顺时针或逆时针转动卡扣件61’,可实现下盖组件2’与储液组件3’之间的锁持或解锁。

请进一步参阅图23,本发明还提供一种具有上述雾化器200’的电子烟400’,所述电子烟400’还包括安装在雾化器200’相对吸嘴组件4’一端的电池组件310’,所述电池组件310’用于为雾化器200’供电。
本发明的雾化器(100’、200’)的下盖组件2’与所述储液组件3’上设有可解锁的锁扣组件(5’、6’),当需要拆装雾化器(100’、200’)时,需要先将锁扣组件(5’、6’)解锁,可以防止儿童误将雾化器(100’、200’)拆卸开,进而避免儿童接触到雾化舱室内存储的烟油或者其他类似烟油的物质。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括下盖组件、锁扣组件及设置在下盖组件一端的储液组件,所述锁扣组件包括卡持件、设置在下盖组件上的第一收容空间及设置在储液组件上的第二收容空间,所述第一收容空间与第二收容空间相通,所述卡持件容置在第一收容空间及第二收容空间内、并可解锁地锁定所述下盖组件和储液组件,当所述卡持件脱离第一收容空间和/或第二收容空间时,所述下盖组件和储液组件被解锁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述下盖组件包括下盖及下盖连接件,所述第一收容空间设置在下盖和/或下盖连接件上,所述储液组件包括雾化舱底座,所述第二收容空间设置在雾化舱底座上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖连接件上开设有配合孔,所述第一收容空间沿下盖的周壁纵向开设且靠近下盖上端开口处设置,所述第二收容空间设置在雾化舱底座的底端端面上,所述卡持件底端设置在第一收容空间内,顶端穿过开设在上盖连接件上的配合孔伸入第二收容空间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述下盖组件还包括设置在下盖上的旋盖,所述锁扣组件还包括开设在旋盖上的收容槽,所述卡持件包括销钉及突出部,所述销钉底端设置在第一收容空间内,顶端穿过配合孔伸入第二收容空间,所述突出部设置在销钉上并可带动销钉在所述收容槽内上下移动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述旋盖沿圆周方向还开设有通槽,所述通槽与收容槽相同。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述通槽与所述收容槽呈L形、S型、Z型或类迷宫型设置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述下盖上沿圆周方向开设有与通槽相对设置的进气孔,当卡持件处于解锁状态时,可通过转动旋盖调节通槽与进气孔之间相通的面积,以调节雾化器的进气量。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述下盖连接件的下端周壁上开设有与下端开口端连通的缺口,所述缺口与进气孔连通。
  9. 如权利要求3-8任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述第二收容 空间为沿雾化舱底座的底端端面圆周方向开设的具有一定长度的弧形槽。
  10. 如权利要求4-8任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡持件还包括设置在所述第一收容空间内的弹簧,所述销钉的底端伸入所述弹簧内,所述突出部设置在所述弹簧与所述销钉之间,且所述突出部自所述销钉的圆周面向外凸伸设置。
  11. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的雾化器。
  12. 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括下盖组件、锁扣组件及设置在下盖组件一端的储液组件,所述锁扣组件可解锁地锁定所述下盖组件与所述储液组件,所述锁扣组件包括卡扣件及与卡扣件可解锁地卡合的锁持部,所述卡扣件可转动地安装在所述下盖组件/储液组件上,所述锁持部设置在所述储液组件/下盖组件上,当所述卡扣件与所述锁持部脱离时,所述下盖组件和储液组件被解锁。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡扣件上设置有与所述锁持部可解锁地卡合的卡扣部。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述锁持部自所述储液组件/下盖组件向外延伸、凸设在所述储液组件/下盖组件上,所述卡扣部是卡孔或卡槽。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡扣部为朝向所述储液组件/下盖组件凸设的一凸伸部,所述锁持部为与所述凸伸部相对设置的、可用于容置并卡持所述凸伸部的卡槽或卡孔。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡扣部为一通孔。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述卡扣部为贯穿所述卡扣件自由端的一通槽。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述下盖组件包括旋盖,所述储液组件包括外管,所述旋盖、所述外管构成雾化器外部一部分轮廓,所述卡扣件的一端可转动地安装在所述旋盖/外管上,所述锁持部设置在所述外管/旋盖上。
  19. 如权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述锁扣组件还包括一连接件,所述卡扣件通过所述连接件可转动地安装在所述下盖组件/储液 组件上。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件为一转轴结构或一铰链结构。
  21. 一种电子烟,其特征在于:包括如权利要求12-20中任一项所述的雾化器。
