Description

一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明属于卷烟用包装盒加工制备技术领域，具体涉及一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒及其制备方法。
背景技术
近几年出现的可反复开启式密封卷烟包装盒，具有维持烟支水分稳定，减少烟支抽吸口味变化的特性，目前国内已开始应用。
例如“一种新型增香保润、反复粘贴式卷烟内包装201320641976.8”，公开了一种新型增香保润、反复粘贴式卷烟内包装，该内包装包括保鲜密封膜和与其配套使用的反复粘贴式标签。本实用新型还公开了该内包装的制造方法。本实用新型使用保鲜密封膜代替传统的铝箔纸包裹烟支来保持卷烟的新鲜程度，吸食第一只和最后一支烟的新鲜度并无差别，增加了保鲜性能。
又例如“卫生香烟盒01131395.1”，涉及一种卷烟包装物，尤其是能避免手指接触滤嘴、防止手指上的病菌通过滤嘴传播入口的卫生香烟盒。本发明包括盒身、盒盖，其特征在于盒身的开口面与香烟纵轴平行设置，盒盖盖在盒身开口端，开口端的长边一面有一凹槽。本发明是通过结构的设计，使得人们在从香烟盒内取出香烟过程中很自然地只能拿捏香烟中部，避免了手与滤嘴部分的接触，有效地防止了手指上的病菌通过滤嘴传播入口，既卫生，又方便，动作高雅，工艺简单易行，成本增加极其有限。
上述两个方案在生产实践中，“一种新型增香保润、反复粘贴式卷烟内包装201320641976.8”，因技术缺陷存在如下质量问题：①随着烟支不断被抽出 食用后，卷烟软包装盒体因缺乏必要支撑，在密闭该包装盒时，需要不断增大外力，致使盒体发生变形、烟支挤压受损，带来次生质量问题。②软包装盒变形还导致密封失效，使得烟支水分无法持续维持，第一支烟支与最后一支烟支相比吃味发生变化。③烟支取用过程中，手指上的病菌能够通过滤嘴传播入口，带来卫生问题。
“卫生香烟盒01131395.1”，因技术缺陷存在如下质量问题：①没有密封效果，烟支水分无法持续维持，第一支烟支与最后一支烟支相比吃味发生变化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足之处，提供一种工艺结合巧妙，功能拓展，能够解决现有技术缺陷的可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案予以实现：
一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒，包括支撑框架、密封层、开启拉片、外包裹层。
所述支撑框架上设有折痕线、并沿折痕线折叠成一方形结构；所述密封层上用预置撕裂线围成一窗口区、窗口区表面涂布有高剥离强度粘结层一、另设有低剥离强度粘结层一；所述开启拉片表面涂布有高剥离强度粘结层二；所述外包裹层根据折痕线进行折叠并通过粘结层粘接为一盒形结构；所述高剥离强度粘结层一将窗口区、开启拉片粘接成为一体，所述高剥离强度粘结层二的将开启拉片、外包裹层粘接成为一体，当外包裹层的摇盖开启时，摇盖拉动开启拉片并拉断窗口区的撕裂线，在密封层窗口区形成窗口，用于取出内容物烟支；
所述高剥离强度粘结层二不被使用时，可以通过手工方式提拉开启拉片并拉断窗口区的撕裂线，在密封层窗口区形成窗口，用于取出内容物烟支。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题为提供一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1)分别施加粘结剂于密封层、开启拉片、外包裹层上；
2)使用支撑框架部分包裹内容物烟支组；
3)使用密封层包裹住支撑框架和内容物；
4)将开启拉片粘接于密封层上；
5)使用外包裹层包裹住粘贴有开启拉片的密封层；
5)配合使用BOPP薄膜、拉线，制作出一包完整的烟包。
进一步的，所述不同剥离强度粘结层的受力满足如下数学模型要求：
F1＝F2＞f
其中，F1为高剥离强度粘结层一提供的粘力，F2为高剥离强度粘结层二提供的粘力，f为低剥离强度粘结层一提供的粘力。
进一步的，所述密封层为内容物(烟支)提供密封包裹作用，防止烟支水分损失，密封层材质选用要求具备无嗅、无毒、化学稳定性好、吸水性小等特性，例如聚乙烯PE等。
使用方法：
1)在首次开启之前，密封层、开启拉片处于被外包裹层包裹的状态；
2)当外包裹层的摇盖开启时，开启拉片因与摇盖粘连或是以手工方式被拉开，同时窗口区因粘连作用一同被打开，以便干净卫生地拿取烟支；
3)当外包裹层的摇盖再次闭合过程中，开启拉片因低剥离强度粘结层的粘接作用，再次让密封层形成密封效果，以保持内容物烟支的水分稳定。
本发明的有益效果是：1)现有的可反复开启式密封卷烟包装盒，无法提供卫生取用烟支的功能，产生安全卫生问题隐患；而本发明巧妙的设计结构并改 良使用方法，让可反复开启式密封烟盒能够提供卫生取用烟支的功能，消除了烟支的安全卫生问题；2)现有的卫生烟盒，无法提供反复开启过程中的密封效果，导致随着烟支不断被抽出食用时，盒体密封效果失效，烟支水分无法持续维持，第一支烟支与最后一支烟支相比吃味发生变化，而本发明在不增加新的组成要素的条件下，巧妙的设计结构并改良了使用方法，让卷烟包装盒拓展出之前不具备的卫生功能，避免烟支水分波动过大

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图和具体实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-1～1-6所示，本实施例中一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒及其制备方法，它由支撑框架(2)包裹烟支组(1)，烟支规格：长度84mm×圆周24.3mm，如图1-1所示，再用密封层(3)包裹烟支组(1)、支撑框架(2)，再将开启拉片(6)粘结到密封层(3)的窗口区(8)上，最后用外包裹层(7)包裹住开启拉片(6)、密封层(3)而成。
该密封卫生香烟盒经由以下方法制成：
在定量为210g/m2的白卡纸上，沿折痕线折叠成一方形结构，制成支撑框架(2)包裹住烟支组(1)，如图1-2所示；
在聚乙烯PE薄膜上，预置撕裂线(5)围出窗口区(8)，制得密封层(3)，用密封层(3)包裹住支撑框架(2)、烟支组(1)，如图1-3所示；
在窗口区(8)表面上涂布高剥离强度粘结层一(9)，然后将开启拉片(6)粘贴到高剥离强度粘结层一(9)上，如图1-4所示；
在开启拉片(6)表面上涂布高剥离强度粘结层二(10)，同时在密封层(3)上涂布低剥离强度粘结层一(4)；并让不同剥离强度粘结层的受力满足如下数学模型要求：F1＝F2＞f；例如，高剥离强度粘结层一(9)提供的粘力F1＝40N，高剥离强度粘结层二(10)提供的粘力F2＝40N，低剥离强度粘结层一(4)提供的粘力f＝15N，如图1-4所示；
当外包裹层(7)包裹住开启拉片(6)、密封层(3)，并配合使用BOPP薄膜、拉线，就制作出一包完整的烟包，如图1-5所示；
凭借高剥离强度粘结层二(10)和高剥离强度粘结层一(9)的粘连作用，当打开外包裹层(7)的摇盖时，开启拉片(6)和窗口区(8)将一同被打开，以便于干净卫生地拿取烟支，如图1-6所示。当外包裹层(7)的摇盖再次闭合时，由于低剥离强度粘结层一(4)的粘连作用，密封层(3)再次形成密封效果，维持烟支水分稳定，第一支烟支与最后一支烟支吃味不发生明显变化。
实施例2
如图2-1-2-7所示，本实施例中一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒及其制备方法，它由支撑框架(2)包裹烟支组(1)，烟支规格：长度100mm×圆周17.0mm，如图2-1所示，再用密封层(3)包裹烟支组(1)、支撑框架(2)，再将开启拉片(6)粘结到密封层(3)的窗口区(8)上，最后用外包裹层(7)包裹住开启拉片(6)、密封层(3)而成。
该密封卫生香烟盒经由以下方法制成：
在定量为245g/m2的白卡纸上，沿折痕线折叠成一方形结构，制成支撑框架(2)包裹住烟支组(1)，如图2-2所示；
在聚乙烯PE薄膜上，预置撕裂线(5)围出窗口区(8)，制得密封层(3)，用密封层(3)包裹住支撑框架(2)、烟支组(1)，如图2-3所示；
在窗口区(8)表面上涂布高剥离强度粘结层一(9)，然后将开启拉片(6)粘贴到高剥离强度粘结层一(9)上，如图2-4所示；
在密封层(3)上涂布低剥离强度粘结层一(4)；并让不同剥离强度粘结层的受力满足如下数学模型要求：F1＞f；例如，高剥离强度粘结层一(9)提供的粘力F1＝80N，低剥离强度粘结层一(4)提供的粘力f＝18N，如图2-4所示；
当外包裹层(7)包裹住开启拉片(6)、密封层(3)，并配合使用BOPP薄膜、拉线，就制作出一包完整的烟包，如图2-5所示；
打开外包裹层(7)的摇盖，如图2-6所示；
凭借高剥离强度粘结层一(9)的粘连作用，开启拉片(6)和窗口区(8)以手动方式一同被打开，便于干净卫生地拿取烟支，如图2-7所示。当开启拉片(6)再次闭合时，由于低剥离强度粘结层一(4)的粘连作用，密封层(3)再次形成密封效果，维持烟支水分稳定，第一支烟支与最后一支烟支吃味不发生明显变化。
实施例3
如图1-1-1-6所示，本实施例中一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒及其制备方法，它由支撑框架(2)包裹烟支组(1)，烟支规格：长度94mm×圆周22.6mm，如图1-1所示，再用密封层(3)包裹烟支组(1)、支撑框架(2)，再将开启拉片(6)粘结到密封层(3)的窗口区(8)上，最后用外包裹层(7)包裹住开启拉片(6)、密封层(3)而成。

在开启拉片(6)表面上涂布高剥离强度粘结层二(10)，同时在密封层(3)上涂布低剥离强度粘结层一(4)；并让不同剥离强度粘结层的受力满足如下数学模型要求：F1＝F2＞f；例如，高剥离强度粘结层一(9)提供的粘力F1＝100N，高剥离强度粘结层二(10)提供的粘力F2＝100N，低剥离强度粘结层一(4)提供的粘力f＝23N，如图1-4所示；
当外包裹层(7)包裹住开启拉片(6)、密封层(3)，并配合使用BOPP薄膜、拉线，就制作出一包完整的烟包，如图1-5所示；
凭借高剥离强度粘结层二(10)和高剥离强度粘结层一(9)的粘连作用，当打开外包裹层(7)的摇盖时，开启拉片(6)和窗口区(8)将一同被打开，以便于干净卫生地拿取烟支，如图1-6所示。当外包裹层(7)的摇盖再次闭合时，由于低剥离强度粘结层一(4)的粘连作用，密封层(3)再次形成密封效果，维持烟支水分稳定，第一支烟支与最后一支烟支吃味不发生明显变化。
本发明的有益效果是：脸谱图生动、直观，能够非常形象地将卷烟品质特征转化为脸部特征，利用人类对脸部特征细微变化敏感的心理特质，对卷烟产品的品质特征的相似性及不相似性进行直观地识别，以满足卷烟产品对比分析的需求。
以上所述，仅为本发明的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本实用新保护范围为准。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒，其特征在于:包括支撑框架、密封层、开启拉片和外包裹层，所述支撑框架上设有折痕线、并沿折痕线折叠成一方形结构，所述外包裹层包覆于支撑框架上；所述密封层上方设有预置撕裂线，所述预置撕裂线围成一窗口区，所述窗口区表面涂布有高剥离强度粘结层一，所述窗口区下方设有低剥离强度粘结层一，所述窗口区通过高剥离强度粘结层一与开启拉片粘结成为一体；
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒，其特征在于:所述外包裹层包括有摇盖，所述开启拉片表面涂布有高剥离强度粘结层二，所述开启拉片通过高剥离强度粘结层二与摇盖粘接成为一体。
  3. 一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
    1)分别施加粘结剂于密封层、开启拉片、外包裹层上；
    2)使用支撑框架部分包裹内容物烟支组；
    3)使用密封层包裹住支撑框架和内容物；
    4)将开启拉片粘接于密封层上；
    5)使用外包裹层包裹住粘贴有开启拉片的密封层；
    6)配合使用BOPP薄膜、拉线，制作出一包完整的烟包。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒的制备方法，其特征在于：所述密封层采用无嗅、无毒、化学稳定性好、吸水性小的材质。

    如权利要求2所述的一种可反复开启的密封卫生香烟盒的制备方法，其特征在于：所述不同剥离强度粘结层的受力满足如下数学模型要求：
    F1＝F2＞f
    其中，F1为高剥离强度粘结层一提供的粘力，F2为高剥离强度粘结层二提供的粘力，f为低剥离强度粘结层一提供的粘力。
