技术背景
人类与化工的关系十分密切,在现代生活中,几乎随时随地都离不开化工产品,从衣、食、住、行等物质生活到文化艺术、娱乐等精神生活,都需要化工产品为之服务。有些化工产品在人类发展历史中,起着划时代的重要作用。它们的生产和应用,甚至代表着人类文明的一定历史阶段。化学工业出现于不同历史时期,各有不同涵义,却又关系密切,相互渗透,具有连续性,并在其发展过程中被赋予新的内容。人类早期的生活更多地依赖于对天然物质的直接利用。渐渐地这些物质的固有性能满足不了人类的需求,于是产生了各种加工技术,有意识有目的地将天然物质转变为具有多种性能的新物质,并且逐步在工业生产的规模上付诸实现。生产中各方面设备等也逐步使人们得以熟悉,加料料斗就是其中较为常见的一种。
化工原料在生产出来进行装袋的时侯,是通过加料料斗来进行灌装的。在进行灌装的时候,对于每袋原料的重量都有要求,保证每袋原料的重量都符合要求。传统的方法是直接进行灌装,然后将灌装好的原料取下进行人工称重,称重后再通过人工加料或减料来达到要求的重量。这样完全仅靠人工的方式操作麻烦,而且效率低下。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题本发明提供了一种可控量加料设备包括加料料斗,支架,底座,所述支架底部固定连接于底座上,支架上部与加料料斗***成仿形结构固定连接,其特征在于:加料料斗的下侧出料口位置设有流量监测传感器、单片机控制***和出料口阀门;所述单片机控制***通过导线分别与流量检测传感器,出料口阀门相连接。
进一步的,支架为空心圆筒结构,筒身侧面开有物料进出槽。
进一步的,单片机操作***带有操作面板,操作面板设置于物料进出槽正上方,所述的操作面板包括阀门开关,数字键盘和显示屏,用以控制出料口阀门闭合以及调整流量监测传感器感应范围。
进一步的,单片机控制***设置有切换旋钮,切换旋钮设置于阀门开关一侧,切换旋钮控制单片机控制***开短路。
采用这样的技术方案,通过对出料料斗的流量进行监测,再通过单片机控制***控制来完成物料的定量灌装,这样较直接定量灌装,无需二次称重,提高了工作效率,同时可根据实际需要切换成手动模式,增加了该设备的实用性,结构涉及时充分考虑到其合理性,减少出料过程中的环境污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的描述。如图1所示的可控量加料设备包括加料料斗1,支架2,底座3,所述支架2底部固定连接于底座3上,支架2上部与加料料斗1***成仿形结构固定连接,其特征在于:加料料斗1的下侧出料口位置设有流量监测传感器4、单片机控制***5和出料口阀门6;所述单片机控制***5通过导线分别与流量检测传感器4和出料口阀门6相连接。为减轻使用过程中的扬尘状况,将支架2设计为为空心圆筒结构,筒身侧面开有物料进出槽7。
与此同时,本发明亦可将加料装置调整为手动状态实现同普通加料料筒相同的功能,具体表现为单片机操作***5带有操作面板8,操作面板8设置于物料进出槽7正上方,所述的操作面板8包括阀门开关9,数字键盘10和显示屏11,用以控制出料口阀门6闭合以及调整流量监测传感器4感应范围。单片机控制***5还设置有切换旋钮12,切换旋钮12设置于操作面板8一侧,切换旋钮12控制单片机控制***5开短路。
单片机控制***5具体操作流程如图2所示的,整个操作步骤从阀门开关9开始,阀门开关9闭合后,通过操作面板8对流量检测传感器4感应量进行设置,流量检测传感器4发出感应信号至单片机控制***5,单片机控制***5控制料口阀门6闭合。切换旋钮12直接控制整个单片机控制***5的开短路,此时,料口阀门6直接由阀门开关9进行操控。

  1. 一种可控量加料设备包括加料料斗,支架,底座,所述支架底部固定连接于底座上,支架上部与加料料斗***成仿形结构固定连接,其特征在于:加料料斗的下侧出料口位置设有流量监测传感器、单片机控制***和出料口阀门;所述单片机控制***通过导线分别与流量检测传感器,出料口阀门相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可控量加料设备,其特征在于:所述的支架为空心圆筒结构,筒身侧面开有物料进出槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可控量加料设备,其特征在于:所述的单片机操作***带有操作面板,操作面板设置于物料进出槽正上方,所述的操作面板包括阀门开关,数字键盘和显示屏,用以控制出料口阀门闭合以及调整流量监测传感器感应范围。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可控量加料设备,其特征在于:所述的单片机控制***设置有切换旋钮,切换旋钮设置于阀门开关一侧,切换旋钮控制单片机控制***开短路。
