如图1所示,本发明的一实施方式的基于自然信息识别的推送***,包括:
服务控制装置,配置以接收自然信息并确定自然信息的类别,将自然信息发送至与其类别相匹配的识别服务器,自然信息包括图像信息、声音信息、文字信息、位置信息中的至少一种;
数据搜索装置,配置以根据识别服务器分析服务控制装置接收的自然信息而确定的所述特征涵义检索和确定相匹配的推送信息,推送信息优先包含增强现实文件。
本发明的上述实施方式通过服务控制装置接收待识别目标的自然信息, 并根据自然信息的类别传送到相应的识别服务器进行自然信息的分析处理后确定待识别目标,并向数据搜索装置发送推送相应的待推送信息的请求,之后数据搜索装置根据请求信息从数据库中调取预存储的待推送信息,从而实现了针对待识别目标的相关信息(或者定制信息)的推送;推送信息优先包含增强现实文件,同时还可以包含非增强现实文件,当存在相应的增强现实文件时可以优先推送增强现实文件,以实现信息的推广,当不存在时推送非增强现实文件满足用户的搜索请求,提升用户体验。
当自然信息为图像信息时,特征涵义为图像的特征点集,从而根据图像的特征点集的相似度来确定待推送信息;当自然信息为声音信息或文字信息时,特征涵义为声音信息中的关键字或者关键词组;当自然信息为位置信息时,特征涵义为经纬度坐标值。
在上述实施例中,基于自然信息识别的推送***为一个服务器或者服务器群组,其中服务控制装置和数据搜索装置分别为一个服务器或者服务器集群,这时,上述服务控制装置和数据搜索装置之间的交互表现为服务器之间或者服务器集群之间的交互,上述服务控制装置和数据搜索装置所对应的服务器或者服务器集群共同构成本实施例所述的基于自然信息识别的推送***;本实施例的基于自然信息识别的推送***中:
服务控制服务器或者服务器集群,配置以接收外部自然信息采集终端所采集的自然信息并确定自然信息的类别,将自然信息发送至与其类别相匹配的识别服务器,自然信息包括图像信息、声音信息、文字信息、位置信息中的至少一种;
数据搜索服务器或者服务器集群,配置以根据识别服务器分析服务控制服务器或者服务器集群接收的自然信息而确定的所述特征涵义检索和确定相匹配的推送信息,推送信息优先包含增强现实文件。
在一些实施例中,数据搜索装置还配置以将确定后的推送信息发送至服务控制装置;服务控制装置配置以对推送信息进行进程控制后发送至用户。
对推送信息进行进程控制后发送至用户,通过对推送信息进行进程控制,实现了对不同用户按照不同的优先级进行信息的推送以及响应,从而实现了对用户的个性化的配置,以满足不同用户的不同的需求。
在本实施例中,数据搜索装置为一个服务器或者服务器集群。
如图2所示,本发明的一实施方式的基于自然信息识别的推送***,还包括:
识别服务器,其包括图像识别服务器、声音识别服务器、文字识别服务器、位置识别服务器中的至少一种;
本实施方式中的识别服务器可以单独设置,也可以与数据搜索装置集成设置,可以根据运营商的服务器的运行性能自行进行个性化配置。
在上述是实施方式中,数据搜索装置能够将数据同步至所述识别服务器,通过按照预设周期或者业务需求定期的更新数据库并将数据库中的数据信息同步至识别服务器,可以保证对待推送信息的有效推送,并且可以实现个性化的配置需求。
上述实施方式中,服务控制装置接收自然信息可以通过图像采集装置(例如,可以是摄像头或者扫描仪或者是任意一种)进行图像采集的成像装置,采用比较通用的图像采集装置降低了***的成本;声音信息的采集包括声音搜集器以及语音处理器,其中对语音的处理可以采用任意一种当下最成熟通用的第三方语音识别平台,采用成熟的语音识别技术提高了识别的准确率,保证了***运行的可靠性以及所提供服务的优质性;位置信息的采集通过采用GPS或者北斗导航都可以,或者两种都采用,一种作为主用,另一种作为备用,以保证更可靠稳定的服务质量。
如图3所示,本发明的一种实施方式中的数据搜索装置包括:
搜索单元,配置以根据接收的识别服务器的分析结果从数据库中检索待推送信息;数据库,配置以存储AR增强文件;内容管理单元,配置以定期更新数据库。
数据搜索装置通过设置搜索单元可以更加高效的从数据库中提取待推送信息,提高了整个***的运行效率;单独配置数据库用来存储AR增强文件,AR增强文件至少包括AR视频、AR图片,并且进行单独管理,有利于提高检索的效率,并且利于数据库的维护以及更新,并且可以根据客户的需求进行个性化的配置;内容管理单元还配置以定期将数据库中新增的AR增强文件相对应的普通文件同步到所述识别服务器,从而实现本地服务器(数据库)与识别服务器的数据的同步,保证了后续推送***的有效的运行,如果不同步则可能会出现:根据客户的需求已经对本地服务器进行了更新,但识别服务器端没有同步,从而导致当用户通过智能终端对客户的推广内容进行识别时在识别服务器找不到相应的内容,最终导致定制内容推送的失败,一方面对客户造成经济上的损失,另一方面也降低了用户的体验,同时也损坏了服务提供商的声誉。
在本实施例中,数据搜索装置为一个服务器或者服务器集群,其中,搜索单元、数据库、内容管理单元分别为一个服务器或者服务器集群。
如图4所示,本发明还提供一种基于自然信息识别的推送客户端,包括:
采集单元,配置以采集自然信息;
发送单元,配置以将采集单元采集到的自然信息发送至推送***,其中,推送***分析自然信息确定特征涵义,并根据特征涵义检索和确定相匹配的推送信息;
接收单元,配置以接收推送***确定的推送信息,以进行信息显示,推 送信息优先包含增强现实文件。
此外,本实施方式中还可以包括显示单元,配置以优先显示推送信息中的增强现实文件的信息。
该显示单元用于显示待推送信息,本显示单元被配置为能够处理及显示AR增强文件。本实施方式的客户端可以实现对不同目标的识别以及相应信息的显示,这里的目标既可以是动态的实物也可以是静态的图文信息,还可以是音频信息。
对于上述实施方式中的待识别目标可以是通过摄像头或者麦克风获取的,此外,从用户角度来说,也可以通过各种文本输入工具,如键盘、鼠标、输入笔、触摸屏等,输入文本信息;从图片搜索角度来说,可以接收用户通过各种文本输入工具输入的文本信息或者图像信息。
在本实施例中,基于自然信息识别的推送客户端可以为一种智能终端。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作合并,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
如图5所示,为本发明的基于自然信息识别的推送***的具体实施方式的原理图,从图中可以看出,本实施方式的基于自然信息识别的推送***包括智能终端、服务(Server)控制中心(即服务控制单元)、云服务器集群(即识别服务器)、数据搜索(Data Search)中心、数据库(DB)、内容管理中心(CMS)。
其中智能终端可以是手机,也可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,也可以是PC(personal computer,个人计算机)、平板电脑等,还可以是能够连接到互联网的智能电视,因此智能终端可以实现待识别目标的自然信息的采集。
服务控制中心接收智能终端采集的自然信息,并分析该自然信息的所属类型,并将该自然信息发送至云服务器集群中相应的云服务器,本实施方式中的服务控制中心由多服务运营商提供的服务器组成(包括多个联通前置机和多个电信前置机)。
自然信息的类型至少包括:图像信息、声音信息、文字信息、位置信息中的一种,将智能终端采集的待识别目标的自然信息发送到云服务器集群。
云服务器集群至少包括:图像识别服务器、声音识别服务器、文字识别服务器、位置识别服务器中的一种。
在实际应用中,可以通过智能终端对待识别对象进行拍照(或者直接用智能终端对待识别对象进行扫描),以获取待识别对象的自然信息,所述待识别对象可以是媒体信息(如电影、电视宣传海报,广告)、植物(如一棵树、一朵花等)、动物、衣物(如背包、上衣、鞋子)、书籍、食品、酒水、智能终端(如手机、平板电脑、打印机等)、服务器、网络设备等。此外,还可以通过麦克采集待识别音频的音频信息。
云服务器集群将对自然信息的分析结果发送至数据搜索中心(采用虚拟服务器集群),数据搜索中心根据上述的分析结果从数据库中找到匹配的待推送信息并发送到服务控制中心,再由服务控制中心在适当的时间将待推送信息推送至智能终端进行显示。上述实施例中的云服务器集群和服务控制中心与数据搜索中心的通信通过交换机实现,并且之间设置有防火墙,以确保数据的安全。
上述事实方式中的数据搜索中心可以是运行与后台的图片搜索***或者 语音搜索***,如百度、Google等的图片搜索和语音搜索,或者是讯飞语音搜索。
数据库为数据库集群,其存储的是与自然信息相关的定制信息(数据库中的数据可以根据定制的需求定期进行更新),例如当自然信息是一部电影的宣传海报时,则对应的数据库中存储有定制的该电影的预告片、宣传片、电影简介、演员简介、导演简介等内容,还可以包括与该电影类型相近的电影的推荐信息、相同导演的电影、相同演员参演的电影等内容;特别的针对同一个视频存储有适应不同要求的智能终端播放的不同的码率的视频(例如,针对智能手机、平板端的,以及针对4K大屏智能电视的);当自然信息是一个酒瓶时,数据库中存储的则是关于该款酒的各种信息,例如度数、产地、生产日期、关于该酒的文化信息、销售情况信息等内容,从而让人们不仅喝酒还董酒;当自然信息时声音信息时则通过智能终端的麦克采集该自然信息,数据库中则存储有与该声音信息相关的各种定制的音乐以及相同风格的音乐。
本实施方式中的数据库集群按照类型分为资源数据库、类型库、商品信息库:
资源库又至少包括视频数据库、图片数据库、音频数据库以及3D资源库,视频数据库中存储有所有的视频ID和视频URL、图片数据库中存储有所有的图片ID和图片URL、音频数据库中存储有所有的音频ID和音频URL,3D资源库中存储有所有的3D资源ID和3D资源URL;
类型库中存储有无AR类型、有AR类型两种以及可根据需求进一步扩展的冗余空间,其中无AR类型包括静态名称类型、直接跳转类型以及相应的跳转URL;有AR类型包括图片链接类型以及相应的跳转图片和跳转URL,视频类型以及相应的视频源地址和跳转URL,视频图片标签类型以及相应的视频资源地址、跳转图片和跳转URL,音频类型以及相应的音频资源地址、 跳转图片和跳转URL,3D类型以及相应的3D资源地址、跳转图片和跳转URL。
当上述事实方式中的待推送信息为视频或者图片时,推送AR视频和AR图片,使得信息的展示更具现实感,提升用户体验。
更优选的在上述实施方式中,智能终端不仅向服务控制中心发送采集的自然信息同时还将本身的属性(表明本身的可播放的最高码率的信息,即分辨率信息)发送给服务控制中心,该属性信息用于判断推送什么码率的视频给智能终端,从而即保证被推送视频的播放又能够提供最清晰的画质。例如当智能终端为手机时则由数据搜索中心从数据库中调取适于手机播放的码率的视频,当智能终端为智能电视时则相应的可以调取更高码率的视频。
示例性的,视频码率可以为:视频数据传输时单位时间传送的数据位数,一般用单位kbps即千位每秒。码率可以理解为取样率,单位时间内取样率越大,精度就越高,处理出来的文件就越接近原始文件,但是文件体积与取样率是成正比的,所以几乎所有的编码格式重视的都是如何用最低的码率达到最少的失真。
如图6所示,本发明的基于自然信息识别的推送方法的一实施方式,包括:
S1、服务控制装置接收通过智能终端采集的待识别目标的自然信息,确定自然信息的类别;
S2、服务控制装置按照自然信息的类型进行识别;
S3、数据搜索装置分析所述自然信息确定其特征涵义;
S4、数据搜索装置根据特征涵义检索并确定相匹配的推送信息,其中,推送信息优先包含增强现实文件。
上述方法的实施方式中,根据按照所述自然信息的类型进行识别包括:
当自然信息为图像信息时,将自然信息发送至图像识别服务器;
当自然信息为文字信息时,将自然信息发送至文字识别服务器;
当自然信息为声音信息时,将自然信息发送至声音识别服务器;
当自然信息为位置信息时,将自然信息发送至位置识别服务器。
当同时接收到多个待识别目标的自然信息时,按照预设的优先级,通过识别进程控制,实现对多个待识别目标的自然信息的不同优先级的识别,从而可以根据客户的需求以及客户的不同的类别以及优先级的等级的不同为其配置不同的优先级别,实现服务的个性化的定制。
上述方法的实施方式中,根据特征涵义检索并确定相匹配的推送信息包括:
数据搜索装置根据特征涵义检索得到检索结果;
若检索结果中包括增强现实文件,则数据搜索装置调整检索结果中的增强现实文件的优先级为最高;
数据搜索装置基于调整后的检索结果确定推送信息。
在上述实施方式中,检索结果中可以包括多个增强现实文件和多个非增强现实文件,这时会将多个增强现实文件排在前面,多个非增强现实文件排在后面,同时还可以根据预设的优先级排列原则将多个增强现实文件进行排序(例如,当增强现实文件即包括增强现实图片又包括增强现实视频时,如果预设的优先级排列原则为视频优先,则将增强现实视频排在最高优先级)。
在上述实施方式中,根据所述特征涵义检索并确定相匹配的推送信息之后,对所述推送信息进行进程控制后发送至用户。
上述方法的实施方式中,数据库中存储的为AR增强文件,AR增强文件包括但不限于AR视频、AR图片,通过将AR增强文件作为待推送信息推送 给用户,以增强用户的视觉体验,提升用户体验。
此外,上述方法的实施方式中还包括定期更新数据库,同时将数据库的AR增强文件(增强现实文件)的相对应的普通文件同步到云服务器。
以电影海报为例,实际应用中采用上述方法进行基于自然信息识别的推送包括,用智能终端的摄像头采集电影海报上的图像信息,并将采集到的数据源发送到服务控制中心,服务控制中心判断出该信息为图像信息,后将该图像信息的待分析数据发送到云服务器集群的图像识别服务器,图像识别服务器将分析结果发送到数据搜索中心,由数据搜索中心进行分析结果的匹配,并从数据库中提取相应的待推送的电影预告片或者其它视频信息(如AR增强版的电影海报、电影简介、导演和演员简介等),服务控制中心在合适的时机将待推送视频推送到智能终端,智能终端对接收到的影视及图片进行AR展示,完成视频推送。
同样当自然信息为某一首歌曲时,***可以推送与本歌曲相关的信息,例如,可以推送定制的增强现实的专辑封面、与歌曲相应的增强现实的MV、或者推送歌手的相关信息、歌词等内容。
当自然信息为位置信息时可以推送与当前位置相关的周边信息、或者本第的文化背景的知识、或者本地的旅游信息、或者本地的增强现实的宣传片等等,当不限于上述列举的内容。
当自然信息时文字信息时,根据文字信息所描述的主题,推送相对应的内容,推送内容可以是增强现实的图片也可以是增强现实的视频等等内容,但不限于上述列举的内容。
另一方面,本发明的一实施例还提供一种服务器,其包括:
存储器,用于存放计算机操作指令;
处理器,用于执行所述存储器存储的计算机操作指令,以执行:
服务控制装置接收通过智能终端采集的待识别目标的自然信息,确定自然信息的类别;
服务控制装置按照自然信息的类型进行识别;
数据搜索装置分析所述自然信息确定其特征涵义;
数据搜索装置根据特征涵义检索并确定相匹配的推送信息,其中,推送信息优先包含增强现实文件。
以上所描述的方法实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于自然信息识别的推送***,包括:
    服务控制装置,配置以接收自然信息并确定所述自然信息的类别,将所述自然信息发送至与其类别相匹配的识别服务器,所述自然信息包括图像信息、声音信息、文字信息、位置信息中的至少一种;
    数据搜索装置,配置以根据识别服务器分析自然信息而确定的所述特征涵义来检索和确定相匹配的推送信息,所述推送信息优先包含增强现实文件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于自然信息识别的推送***,还包括识别服务器,所述识别服务器包括图像识别服务器、声音识别服务器、文字识别服务器、位置识别服务器中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的基于自然信息识别的推送***,所述数据搜索装置配置以将确定后的推送信息发送至所述服务控制装置;所述服务控制装置配置以对所述推送信息进行进程控制后发送至用户。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的基于自然信息识别的推送***,所述数据搜索装置能够将数据同步至所述识别服务器。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的基于自然语言信息识别的推送***,所述数据搜索装置包括:
    数据库,存储有增强现实文件;
    内容管理单元,配置以定期更新数据库;
    搜索单元,配置以根据自所述识别服务器接收的所述特征涵义从所述数据库中检索所述推送信息。
  6. 一种基于自然信息识别的推送客户端,包括
    采集单元,配置以采集自然信息;
    发送单元,配置以将采集到的所述自然信息发送至推送***,其中,所述推送***用于分析所述自然信息以确定特征涵义,并根据所述特征涵义检索和确定相匹配的推送信息;
    接收单元,配置以接收所述推送***确定的推送信息,以进行所述推送信息的显示,所述推送信息优先包含增强现实文件。
  7. 一种基于自然信息识别的推送方法,包括:
    接收待识别目标的自然信息,确定所述自然信息的类别;
    按照所述自然信息的类别进行识别;
    分析所述自然信息以确定所述自然信息的特征涵义;
    根据所述特征涵义检索并确定相匹配的推送信息,其中,所述推送信息优先包含增强现实文件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于自然信息识别的推送方法,其特征在于,所述按照所述自然信息的类别进行识别包括:
    当所述自然信息为图像信息时,将所述自然信息发送至图像识别服务器;
    当所述自然信息为文字信息时,将所述自然信息发送至文字识别服务器;
    当所述自然信息为声音信息时,将所述自然信息发送至声音识别服务器;
    当所述自然信息为位置信息时,将所述自然信息发送至位置识别服务器。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的基于自然语言信息识别的推送方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述特征涵义检索并确定相匹配的推送信息包括:
    根据所述特征涵义检索得到检索结果;
    若所述检索结果中包括增强现实文件,则调整所述检索结果中的增强现实文件的优先级为最高;
    基于调整后的检索结果确定所述推送信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9任一项所述的基于自然信息识别的推送方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述特征涵义检索并确定相匹配的推送信息之后,对所述推送信息进行进程控制后发送至用户。
