圆盘清扫机构包括净水箱 2 和由电动机带动的相对于地面倾斜设置的圆盘清扫边刷 3 ,净水箱 2 设置在的车体 1 的驾驶区前方,圆盘清扫边刷 3 上方设置有喷嘴,喷嘴与净水箱 2 连通;圆盘清扫边刷 3 通过四边形联接器 4 悬挂在车体 1 上,四边形联接器 4 上安装有用于控制圆盘清扫边刷 3 高度的电动推杆 5 。圆盘清扫边刷 3 在电动推杆 5 的带动下随时降落清扫地面或随时升起停止清扫作业。圆盘清扫边刷 3 和用四边形联接器 4 和调节螺丝固定,以便人工调节圆盘清扫边刷 3 新旧不同时的高度下限。在清扫过程中为防止灰尘飞扬,需要用水泵吸进净水箱 2 或经过过滤的水,在圆盘清扫边刷 3 前上方用喷嘴喷洒到地面上。
圆辊清扫机构包括垃圾收集器 6 和由电动机带动的水平旋转的圆辊清扫主刷 7 ;收集器上方通过四支两端轴连接的拉杆 8 与车体 1 连接,收集器下方设置有轮子 9 。圆辊清扫机构是收集较大个体的固体垃圾包括树叶、纸屑、塑料袋以及其他杂物,也会收集一些颗粒较小数量较多的灰尘。收集器上面的四支拉杆 8 和下面四个轮子 9 以及调节螺丝,即可满足地面不平的需要,又能满足主刷变短人工调整主刷高度的要求。圆盘清扫边刷 3 安装位置凸出车体 1 10-20 公分,圆辊清扫主刷 7 长度能够重合圆盘清扫边刷 3 的清扫区域。
第一拖地机构包括拖动辊 10 、触地辊 11 、导向辊 12 、环形拖具 13 和拖地水箱 14 ,拖地水箱 14 设置在车体 1 的驾驶区后方,车体 1 上铰接有拖具臂 15 ,触地辊 11 和导向辊 12 的两端分别与拖具臂 15 固定连接,拖具臂 15 通过提起或向上旋转机构 16 与车体 1 连接,环形拖具 13 由拖动辊 10 和触地辊 11 带动旋转,导向辊 12 压在环形拖具 13 上方。还设置有 洗涤辊 18 ,洗涤辊 18 是用不锈钢管外面焊接 4 个数公分高角筋。
环形拖具 13 是由结实坏布制成的长绒雪尼尔绒或珊瑚绒布质环形拖具 13 ,环形拖具 13 两边设置有坯布边,坯布边内包裹有圆形牛筋塑料条。上述的牛筋塑料条是市场上容易采购的韧性较高的圆形塑料条。拖地水箱 14 内外两侧固定有若干组定宽轮 17 ,定宽轮 17 卡住圆形牛筋塑料条,定宽轮 17 可以工程塑料制造,也可以用不锈钢轴承替代。导向辊 12 外层为闭孔棉或较硬圆辊毛刷,导向辊 12 内层的轴为金属管或金属棒。环形拖具 13 与地面接触有一定压力是清洁地面的必要保证,如果压力过大,则环形拖具 13 损耗过快,压力小清洁效果差,另外多数地面平整度不高,所以压环形拖具 13 与地面接触的环形拖具 13 触地辊 11 应该是柔性合适材料制成。
在非拖地时间,需要有机构能把在工作时与地面接触的环形拖具 13 拉起来,使其脱离地面。提起或向上旋转机构 16 为电动推杆 5 、气缸、油缸或电机带动的丝杠,可以用电动推杆 5 、气缸、油缸或电机带动的丝杠将接拖具臂 15 提起或向上旋转,也可用绳索系在环形拖具 13 臂两端,绳索经过定滑轮导向或直接与轮轴连接,轮轴在电动机带动下提起或放下拖具臂 15 ,绳索也可与杠杆联接,用手拉动或用脚推动杠杆使环形拖具 13 臂升降。
其中,车体 1 顶部设置有太阳能光伏电池发电板 19 ,太阳能光伏电池发电板 19 用金属型材将光伏电池板固定在一起,金属型材下方一侧与车顶铰链,另一侧用电动推杆 5 与车顶连接,通过升降电动推杆 5 使太阳能光伏电池发电板 19 形成倾斜面。
这种大中型清扫拖地车,工作时间大多是在凌晨或晚上,并且使用蓄电池作为动力,如果在车顶安装太阳能光伏电池板,利用白天太阳光发电存入蓄电池,将会节约不少能源,尤其在利用人工转向、人工调节电池板的角度,既可以用较小投入获得较多的廉价电能,又通过节约电能为保护环境做出贡献。并且也可将光伏电池发电板以固定平面方式固定在车顶上。
在车顶上安装太阳能光伏电池发电板 19 ,该车顶的纵向可以排列两组以上三角形支架,固定光伏电池发电板的金属支架中间纵梁通过销轴与三角形支架联结,固定发电板的金属支架一侧纵梁通过电动推杆 5 与车体 1 联接,并在电动推杆 5 带动下绕三角形支架中间纵梁转动一定角度,车顶也可以是平面支架,光伏电池发电板以固定平面方式固定在车顶上。太阳能光伏电池板是三块 1.46*1 米标准组件组合在一起。
车体 1 、拖地水箱 14 以及其它所有自制结构部件均由不锈钢型材焊接而成,虽然材料价格较高,但不需要表面处理,减小制造过程对环境影响,也避免后期锈蚀风险。
车体 1 的其它部件如车轮及车桥,方向盘,前进后退档,电池电器箱以及各种电器元件、行走电机、座椅、车灯、后视镜等均为电动轿车标准件。
本实施例的大中型清扫拖地车是一种用于工厂、学校以及大型机构室外地面清洁的中型拖地车,适当加大拖地水箱 14 和净水箱 2 ,在驾驶区旁边设置垃圾备存区,就可以作为街道、公路、甚至高速公路清洁用车。工作原理是前轮前面两侧安装圆盘清扫边刷 3 ,作用是把路边垃圾灰尘清扫至圆辊清扫主刷 7 和环形拖具 13 能够覆盖的区域,圆辊清扫主刷 7 把较大垃圾送入垃圾箱,环形拖具 13 将剩余灰尘粘附带进拖地水箱 14 。车顶安装的太阳能光伏电池板,通过电动推杆 5 调整角度,在有太阳照射的非工作时间,可以把车辆调整的较佳角度和朝向,能够让蓄电池获得较多电能补充。
实施例 2
如图 2 所示,本实施例提供一种大中型清扫拖地车,包括车体 1 ,沿车体 1 依次设置有圆盘清扫机构、圆辊清扫机构、第一拖地机构和第二拖地机构,其中,第一拖地机构和第二拖地机构结构相同,圆盘清扫机构和圆辊清扫机构设置在车体 1 下方,第一拖地机构设置在车体 1 驾驶区后方,第二拖地机构设置在车体 1 驾驶区前方。
本实施例除在车体 1 的顶部未设置太阳能光伏电池发电板 19 外,其它结构均与实施例 1 相同,在此不再赘述。
实施例 2 中的大中型清扫拖地车是一种用于清洁要求较高场所,前后各有一套拖地机构,先拖一遍,既可清理一些浮灰,又湿润了粘附的污垢,边刷和主刷把路边墙角垃圾以及拖具粘附不起来的垃圾清入垃圾箱,接着用较为干净拖具进行第二遍拖地,洁净程度将得到较大提高。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种大中型清扫拖地车,其特征在于:包括车体,沿所述车体依次设置有圆盘清扫机构、圆辊清扫机构和第一拖地机构,所述圆盘清扫机构包括净水箱和由电动机带动的相对于地面倾斜设置的圆盘清扫边刷,所述净水箱设置在的车体的驾驶区前方,所述圆盘清扫边刷上方设置有喷嘴,所述喷嘴与所述净水箱连通;所述圆辊清扫机构包括垃圾收集器和由电动机带动的水平旋转的圆辊清扫主刷;所述第一拖地机构包括拖动辊、触地辊、导向辊、环形拖具和拖地水箱,所述拖地水箱设置在所述车体的驾驶区后方,所述车体上铰接有拖具臂,所述触地辊和所述导向辊的两端分别与所述拖具臂固定连接,所述拖具臂通过提起或向上旋转机构与所述车体连接,所述环形拖具由所述拖动辊和所述触地辊带动旋转,所述导向辊压在所述环形拖具上方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大中型清扫拖地车,其特征在于:所述圆盘清扫机构设置在所述车体的驾驶区前方,所述圆辊清扫机构设置在所述车体下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大中型清扫拖地车,其特征在于:还包括与所述第一拖地机构结构相同的第二拖地机构,设置在所述车体的驾驶区前方,所述圆盘清扫机构和所述圆辊清扫机构依次设置在所述车体下方。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种大中型清扫拖地车,其特征在于:所述圆盘清扫边刷通过四边形联接器悬挂在车体上,所述四边形联接器上安装有用于控制所述圆盘清扫边刷高度的电动推杆。
  5. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种大中型清扫拖地车,其特征在于:所述收集器上方通过四支两端轴连接的拉杆与所述车体连接,所述收集器下方设置有轮子。
  6. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种大中型清扫拖地车,其特征在于:所述环形拖具是由结实坏布制成的长绒雪尼尔绒或珊瑚绒布质环形拖具,所述环形拖具两边设置有坯布边,所述坯布边内包裹有圆形牛筋塑料条。
  7. 根据权利要求6任一项所述的一种大中型清扫拖地车,其特征在于:所述拖地水箱内外两侧固定有若干组定宽轮,所述定宽轮用于卡住所述圆形牛筋塑料条。
  8. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种大中型清扫拖地车,其特征在于:所述导向辊外层为闭孔棉或较硬圆辊毛刷,所述导向辊内层的轴为金属管或金属棒。
  9. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种大中型清扫拖地车,其特征在于:所述车体顶部设置有太阳能光伏电池发电板,所述太阳能光伏电池发电板用金属型材固定在一起,所述金属型材下方一侧与车顶铰链,另一侧用电动推杆与车顶连接,通过升降所述电动推杆使太阳能光伏电池发电板形成倾斜面。
