技术领域
本发明涉及电子技术,尤其涉及一种语音通话方法、装置和导航装置。
背景技术
在车辆驾驶过程中,若用户之间需要进行语音通话,现有的方法主要是通过用户使用手机拨打电话或者利用手机中的社交应用实现。但发明人在此过程中,发现现有的方法,至少存在以下几个问题:
对于手机拨打电话的方式,需要预先知道对方的电话号码,在实际路面上如果用户需要与周围车辆的用户进行语音通话,由于不能预先获知对方电话号码,则无法进行语音通话。对于利用手机中的社交应用同样存在类似的问题,社交应用往往需要获知对方的社交帐号等信息,这在用户需要与周围车辆的用户进行语音通话的应用场景下,同样无法实现。
因此,现有技术中,用户通过手机拨打电话或者利用手机中的社交应用的方式,不能实现与周围车辆的用户进行语音通话。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种语音通话方法、装置和导航装置,用于实现与周围车辆的用户进行语音通话。
第一方面,提供了一种语音通话方法,包括:
根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标;
确定用户在所述地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆;

具体的,通过接收各车辆基于V2X通信方式所广播的各车辆的位置,并在地图中该各车辆的位置显示各车辆图标,从而使得用户通过肉眼观察从而获知周围车辆位置。这是由于V2X通信方式是一种近距离的通信方式,因而,基于V2X通信方式接收到的车辆位置,具体为附近的车辆的位置,进而用户通过在地图上显示的车辆图标,即使在视线不开阔的区域也能够获知附近的车辆位置,提高了驾驶安全性。
步骤102、确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆。
具体的,用户通过在地图中点击车辆图标,即可实现选中该车辆图标,进而执行后续操作。车载装置通过触控传感器,获知用户在地图中已选定车辆图标,则将所选得图标记为第一车辆图标。
步骤103、基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话。
具体的,车载装置基于V2X通信方式向第一车辆发送语音通话请求,进而进入等待间隔,该等待间隔的持续时间可以为5-10s,在等待间隔内,若接收到所述第一车辆发送的语音通话响应后,所述车载装置建立与所述第一车辆之间的通信连接。从而实现与第一车辆之间的语音通话。若在等待间隔内未接收到第一车辆发送的语音通话响应,包括接收到用于指示拒绝接受语音通话请求的通话失败信号,则显示通话失败。
进一步,在步骤101之后,还包括:接收到第三车辆发送的语音通话请求时,在所述地图中变换所述第三车辆对应的第三车辆图标的颜色。
具体的,显示有所述地图的界面上设置有免打扰按键,当车载装置确定免打扰按键处于未选定状态,且接收到第三车辆发送的语音通话请求,则在所述地图中变换所述第三车辆对应的第三车辆图标的颜色,进而还可以发出声音提示,用户可以选择拒绝通话、接受通话或者拒绝响应,若用户选择拒绝通话,则向第三车辆发送用于指示拒绝接受语音通话请求的通话失败信号,若用户选择接受通话则向第三车辆发送用于指示接受语音通话请求的语音通话响应,若用户选择拒绝响应则不发送信号。当确定用户在显示所述地图的界面上选定免打扰按键时,所述车载装置拒绝接收语音通话请求,第三车辆发送用于指示拒绝接受语音通话请求的通话失败信号。
本发明实施例,通过根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标之后,确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆,进而基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话。用户通过选择在地图上显示的第一车辆图标便能够实现语音通话,不仅操作便捷,而且无需获知对方的电话号码或社交帐号等信息。
实施例二
图2为本发明实施例二提供的另一种车辆位置显示方法的流程示意图,本实施例所提供的方法可以由车载装置实施,车载装置可以为导航装置,如图2所示,包括:
步骤201、根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标。
具体的,基于V2X通信方式,车载装置接收各车辆所广播的各车辆的位置,并在地图中该各车辆的位置显示各车辆图标。
步骤202、确定用户所选定的第一车辆图标的数量,若为一个执行步骤204-206,否则,执行步骤203。
具体的,车载装置通过触控传感器获知用户选定第一车辆图标时,确定所选定的第一车辆图标的数量。若所选定的第一车辆图标为一个,则车载装置基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话,否则,车载装置基于V2X通信方式,向所述至少两个第一车辆图标对应的第一车辆广播语音。具体用于发送语音的发送频率,即语音通话频率,根据实际数据要求来自动设定。
步骤203、基于V2X通信方式,向至少两个第一车辆图标对应的第一车辆广播预先录制的语音。
具体的,车载装置预先录制一段语音存储在车载装置上,还可以在发送语音之前录制一段语音,存储在该车载装置的存储器中。作为一种可能的实现方式,当确定第一车辆图标个数为至少两个时,请求用户录制一段语音,或者请求用户从已存储的语音中选择至少一段语音,进而从存储器中读取该语音,向至少两个第一车辆进行广播。
步骤204、基于V2X通信方式,建立与第一车辆之间的语音会话。
具体的,接收到第一车辆发送的用于指示接受通话的通话响应之后,车载装置建立语音会话,并显示语音会话对应的聊天室界面,在该界面上显示有第一车辆的车牌号、车辆型号、车辆颜色和用户昵称等信息。
步骤205、若语音会话建立成功,则变换第一车辆图标的颜色。
具体的,语音会话建立前后第一车辆图标的颜色可以是不同的,从而用户通过观察第一车辆图标的颜色即可获知语音会话建立的阶段。
步骤206、当接收到第二车辆所发送的加入所述语音会话的请求时,建立与第一车辆和第二车辆之间的语音会话。
具体的,若第二车辆请求加入该语音会话,则建立电话会议模式的语音会话,并在显示的聊天室界面上,增加显示第二车辆的车牌号、车辆型号、车辆颜色和用户昵称等信息。
本发明实施例,通过根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标之后,确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆,进而基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话。用户通过选择在地图上显示的第一车辆图标便能够实现语音通话,不仅操作便捷,而且无需获知对方的电话号码或社交帐号等信息。并且,还能够实现三方甚至多方通话,以及广播等多种语音通话方式,增加了语音通话的灵活性,同时丰富了车载装置的功能。
实施例三
图3为本发明实施例三提供的一种语音通话装置的结构示意图,如图3所示,包括:显示模块31、选定模块32和语音会话模块33。
显示模块31,用于根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标。
具体的,显示模块31通过接收各车辆基于V2X通信方式所广播的各车辆的位置,并在地图中该各车辆的位置显示各车辆图标,从而使得用户通过肉眼观察从而获知周围车辆位置。这是由于V2X通信方式是一种近距离的通信方式,因而,基于V2X通信方式接收到的车辆位置,具体为附近的车辆的位置,进而用户通过在地图上显示的车辆图标,即使在视线不开阔的区域也能够获知附近的车辆位置,提高了驾驶安全性。
选定模块32,与显示模块31连接,用于确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆。
具体的,用户通过在地图中点击车辆图标,即可实现选中该车辆图标,进而执行后续操作。选定模块32通过触控传感器,获知用户在地图中已选定车辆图标,则将所选得图标记为第一车辆图标。
语音会话模块33,与选定模块32连接,用于基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话。
具体的,语音会话模块33,具体用于基于V2X通信方式向第一车辆发送语音通话请求;接收到所述第一车辆发送的语音通话响应后,建立与 所述第一车辆之间的通信连接。
本发明实施例,通过根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标之后,确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆,进而基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话。用户通过选择在地图上显示的第一车辆图标便能够实现语音通话,不仅操作便捷,而且无需获知对方的电话号码或社交帐号等信息。
实施例四
图4为本发明实施例四提供的另一种语音通话装置的结构示意图,在实施例三所提供的语音通话装置的基础上,本实施例中,其进一步,包括:第一确定模块41和广播模块42。
第一确定模块41,与选定模块32和语音会话模块33连接,用于建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话之前,确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标为一个。
基于此,语音通话装置还包括:广播模块42。
广播模块42,与选定模块32连接,用于当确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标为至少两个,所述车载装置基于V2X通信方式,向所述至少两个第一车辆图标对应的第一车辆广播预先录制的语音。
具体的,第一确定模块41通过触控传感器获知用户选定第一车辆图标时,确定所选定的第一车辆图标的数量。若所选定的第一车辆图标为一个,则语音会话模块33基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话,否则,广播模块42基于V2X通信方式,向所述至少两个第一车辆图标对应的第一车辆广播预先录制的语音。
进一步,语音通话装置,还包括:加入模块43和第一变换模块44。
加入模块43,与语音会话模块33连接,用于当接收到第二车辆所发送的加入所述语音会话的请求时,所述车载装置建立与所述第一车辆和所述第二车辆之间的语音会话。
第一变换模块44,与显示模块31和语音会话模块33连接,用于所述车载装置变换所述第一车辆图标的颜色。
本发明实施例,通过根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标 之后,确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆,进而基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话。用户通过选择在地图上显示的第一车辆图标便能够实现语音通话,不仅操作便捷,而且无需获知对方的电话号码或社交帐号等信息。并且,还能够实现三方甚至多方通话,以及广播等多种语音通话方式,增加了语音通话的灵活性,同时丰富了车载装置的功能。
实施例五
图5本发明实施例提供的又一种语音通话装置的结构示意图,在实施例三所提供的语音通话装置的基础上,本实施例中,其进一步,包括:第二变换模块51和提示模块54。
第二变换模块51,与显示模块31连接,用于所述车载装置接收到第三车辆发送的语音通话请求时,在所述地图中变换所述第三车辆对应的第三车辆图标的颜色。
提示模块54,与第二变换模块51连接,用于变换所述第三车辆图标的颜色之后发出声音提示。
可选的,在显示有所述地图的界面上设置有免打扰按键。
基于此,该语音通话装置,还包括:第二确定模块52和拒绝模块53。
第二确定模块52,与第二变换模块51连接,在所述地图中变换所述第三车辆对应的第三车辆图标的颜色之前,确定免打扰按键处于未选定状态;其中,所述免打扰按键设置于显示有所述地图的界面上。
拒绝模块53,用于当用户在显示所述地图的界面上选定免打扰按键时,所述车载装置拒绝接收语音通话请求。
本发明实施例,通过根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标之后,确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆,进而基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话。用户通过选择在地图上显示的第一车辆图标便能够实现语音通话,不仅操作便捷,而且无需获知对方的电话号码或社交帐号等信息。并且,还能够实现免打扰模式,增加了语音通话的灵活性,同时丰富了车载装置的功能。
实施例六
本发明实施例提供了一种导航装置,该导航装置包括前述实施例所提供的语音通话装置。
具体的,本实施例中的导航装置预先存储有地图,该导航装置在接收第一车辆基于V2X通信方式所广播的第一车辆位置之后,在地图中的对应第一车辆位置显示第一车辆图标。进而导航装置确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆,然后基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话。
进一步,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话之后,当接收到第二车辆所发送的加入所述语音会话的请求时,导航装置建立与所述第一车辆和所述第二车辆之间的语音会话。
可选的,若确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标为至少两个,导航装置基于V2X通信方式,向所述至少两个第一车辆图标对应的第一车辆广播预先录制的语音。
进一步,导航装置接收到第三车辆发送的语音通话请求时,确定免打扰按键是否处于选定状态,若是则,拒绝接收语音通话请求;否则,在所述地图中变换所述第三车辆对应的第三车辆图标的颜色,并出声音提示,以使用户选择是否进行语音通话。当用户选择进行语音通话时,建立与该第三车辆之间的语音会话。
本实施例中的导航装置,其硬件结构可以包括:定位模块、导航模块和V2X通信电路,以及触控显示器、话筒和扬声器。触控显示器根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标之后,确定用户在地图中选定的车辆图标所对应的车辆,V2X通信电路基于V2X通信方式向该车辆发送语音通话请求;V2X通信电路接收到所述车辆发送的语音通话响应后,建立与该车辆之间的通信连接。进而,在通信连接中,利用话筒采集用户的语音,并利用扬声器播放接收到的语音。实现与周围车辆的语音通话。
本发明实施例,通过根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标之后,确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆,进而基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话。用户通过选择在地图上显示的第一车辆图标便能够实现语音通话,不仅操作便捷,而且无需 获知对方的电话号码或社交帐号等信息。并且,还能够实现三方甚至多方通话,以及广播等多种语音通话方式,增加了语音通话的灵活性,同时丰富了车载装置的功能。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种语音通话方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标;
    确定用户在所述地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆;
    基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的语音通话方法,其特征在于,基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话之前,还包括:确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标为一个;
    所述方法,还包括:
    当确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标为至少两个,基于V2X通信方式,向所述至少两个第一车辆图标对应的第一车辆广播预先录制的语音。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的语音通话方法,其特征在于,基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话,包括:
    基于V2X通信方式向第一车辆发送语音通话请求;
    接收到所述第一车辆发送的语音通话响应后,所述车载装置建立与所述第一车辆之间的通信连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的语音通话方法,其特征在于,基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话之后,还包括:
    当接收到第二车辆所发送的加入所述语音会话的请求时,建立与所述第一车辆和所述第二车辆之间的语音会话。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的语音通话方法,其特征在于,基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话之后,还包括:
    变换所述第一车辆图标的颜色。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的语音通话方法,其特征在于,根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标之后,还包括:
    接收到第三车辆发送的语音通话请求时,在所述地图中变换所述第三车辆对应的第三车辆图标的颜色。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的语音通话方法,其特征在于,接收到第三车辆发送的语音通话请求时,在所述地图中变换所述第三车辆对应的第三 车辆图标的颜色之前,还包括:
    确定免打扰按键处于未选定状态;其中,所述免打扰按键设置于显示有所述地图的界面上;
    所述方法,还包括:
    当确定用户在显示所述地图的界面上选定免打扰按键时,拒绝接收语音通话请求。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的语音通话方法,其特征在于,所述在所述地图中变换所述第三车辆对应的第三车辆图标的颜色之后,还包括:
    发出声音提示。
  9. 一种语音通话装置,其特征在于,包括:
    显示模块,用于根据各车辆所在位置在地图中显示各车辆图标
    选定模块,用于确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标所对应的第一车辆;
    语音会话模块,用于基于V2X通信方式,建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的语音通话装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    第一确定模块,用于建立与所述第一车辆之间的语音会话之前,确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标为一个;
    所述装置,还包括:
    广播模块,用于当确定用户在地图中选定的第一车辆图标为至少两个,所述车载装置基于V2X通信方式,向所述至少两个第一车辆图标对应的第一车辆广播预先录制的语音。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的语音通话装置,其特征在于,
    所述语音会话模块,具体用于基于V2X通信方式向第一车辆发送语音通话请求;接收到所述第一车辆发送的语音通话响应后,建立与所述第一车辆之间的通信连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的语音通话装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    加入模块,用于当接收到第二车辆所发送的加入所述语音会话的请求 时,所述车载装置建立与所述第一车辆和所述第二车辆之间的语音会话。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的语音通话装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    第一变换模块,用于所述车载装置变换所述第一车辆图标的颜色。
  14. 根据权利要求9-13任一项所述的语音通话装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    第二变换模块,用于所述车载装置接收到第三车辆发送的语音通话请求时,在所述地图中变换所述第三车辆对应的第三车辆图标的颜色。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的语音通话装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    第二确定模块,在所述地图中变换所述第三车辆对应的第三车辆图标的颜色之前,确定免打扰按键处于未选定状态;其中,所述免打扰按键设置于显示有所述地图的界面上;
    所述装置,还包括:
    拒绝模块,用于当用户在显示所述地图的界面上选定免打扰按键时,所述车载装置拒绝接收语音通话请求。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的语音通话装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    提示模块,用于变换所述第三车辆图标的颜色之后发出声音提示。
  17. 一种导航装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求9-16任一项所述的语音通话装置。
