Abstract

본 발명은 배설된 소변 및 대변을 흡수 및 수용하는 일회용 기저귀에 관한 것으로, 착용자의 배측과 닿는 앞면부, 등측에 닿는 뒷면부, 및 상기 앞면부 및 뒷면부가 길이방향으로 연장되어 착용자의 가랑이 사이를 지나는 사이부로 구분되는 일회용 기저귀에 있어서, 상기 사이부의 중심을 기준으로 상단에 길이방향으로 흡수재가 구비되고, 길이방향의 양측으로 착용자의 다리를 감싸는 제1 탄성부재를 구비하는 베이스층, 상기 흡수재의 상단에 위치하여 상기 흡수재를 덮는 커버층, 및 상기 커버층을 덮도록 상기 베이스층의 상단에 위치하여, 소변 및 대변이 용이하게 상기 커버층 또는 상기 흡수재로 도달되도록 일정 길이로 절개된 인입절개부가 형성되고, 상기 인입절개부와 일정간격 이격된 양측 길이방향으로 착용자의 엉덩이 하단층 피부와 밀착되는 제2 탄성부재가 형성된 피부 접촉층을 제공한다.

Description

일회용 기저귀
본 발명은 일회용 기저귀에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 배설된 소변 및 대변을 흡수 및 수용하는 일회용 기저귀에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 일회용 기저귀는 한번 사용한 후 폐기하는 제품으로서 유아용 또는 성인용의 일회용 기저귀(Disposable Diaper)로 구분되며, 유아 또는 성인 실금자가 착용하는 기저귀의 주요 기능은 대소변과 같은 체내 분비물을 흡수하여 함유하는 것이다.
따라서, 기저귀는 체내 분비물이 착용자가 입고 있는 옷이나 주변의 다른 제품을 더럽히거나 젖게 하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
통상적으로 사용되고 있는 일회용 기저귀는, 부직포로 구성되는 흡착시트와 방수재질로 구성되는 방수시트가 고 흡수재로 구성되는 흡수층의 양측에 각각 적층되어 기저귀 본체를 구성하고, 상기 기저귀 본체를 착용할 때 착용자의 허리와 다리 사이 및 엉덩이를 감싸는 부분이 착용자에게 밀착시키도록 기저귀 본체에 탄성체가 설치되어 있으며, 기저귀 본체의 일측에 고정된 접착테이프를 이용하여 착용하도록 된 것이다.
그러나, 대변의 경우, 특히 묽은 변이 기저귀의 항문에 대향하는 부분에 부착하고, 거기로부터 허리와 둔부 전체에 도는 것이 문제가 될 수 있으며, 이 경우 대변에 있는 유해 세균이 요로(특히 여성의 요로)에 들어가 요로 감염을 일으켜 방광염에 걸릴 위험이 높다.

본 발명은 착용자의 소변 및 대변을 구분하여 처리하고, 대변의 경우 착용자의 피부에 접촉을 줄이는 일회용 기저귀를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 피부와 접촉되는 기저귀의 내측의 분비물과 착용자의 피부와의 접촉을 최소화시켜 착용자의 피부 오염으로 인한 손상 및 질병을 방지하는 일회용 기저귀를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제들로 제한되지 않는다.
상기 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일회용 기저귀는, 착용자의 배측과 닿는 앞면부, 등측에 닿는 뒷면부, 및 상기 앞면부 및 뒷면부가 길이방향으로 연장되어 착용자의 가랑이 사이를 지나는 사이부로 구분되는 일회용 기저귀에 있어서, 상기 사이부의 중심을 기준으로 상단에 길이방향으로 흡수재가 구비되고, 길이방향의 양측으로 착용자의 다리를 감싸는 제1 탄성부재를 구비하는 베이스층; 상기 흡수재의 상단에 위치하여 상기 흡수재를 덮는 커버층; 및 상기 커버층을 덮도록 상기 베이스층의 상단에 위치하여, 소변 및 대변이 용이하게 상기 커버층 또는 상기 흡수재로 도달되도록 일정 길이로 절개된 인입절개부가 형성되고, 상기 인입절개부와 일정간격 이격된 양측 길이방향으로 착용자의 엉덩이 하단층 피부와 밀착되는 제2 탄성부재가 형성된 피부 접촉층;을 포함하여 일체형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
구체적으로, 상기 인입절개부는 소변이 흡수되는 소변 인입절개부 및 대변이 수용되는 대변 인입절개부로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 베이스층과 상기 피부 접촉층의 결합은 제2 탄성부재보다 외측에 위치한 부위와 제1 탄성부재보다 내측에 위치한 부위가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 커버층이 위치된 상기 베이스층의 상단와 상기 피부 접촉층의 하단 사이에 수용공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 제2 탄성부재는 상기 인입절개부와 상기 피부 접촉층의 양측 가장자리 사이에 각각 위치하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이,
본 발명은 착용자의 피부와 접촉되는 기저귀의 내면을 청결하고 건조한 상태를 유지시킬 수 있고, 착용자의 엉덩이 피부가 오염되거나 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상세하게 설명한다. 도면들 중 동일한 구성요소들은 가능한 어느 곳에서든지 동일한 부호로 표시한다. 또한 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있는 공지 기능 및 구성에 대한 상세한 설명은 생략한다.
도 1 내지 도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 일회용 기저귀를 나타낸 도면으로, 도 1과 같이, 일회용 기저귀(100)를 신체 부위별로 나누면 착용자(1)의 배측과 닿는 앞면부(A), 등측에 닿는 뒷면부(B), 및 상기 앞면부(A) 및 뒷면부(B)가 길이방향으로 연장되어 착용자(1)의 가랑이 사이를 지나는 사이부(C)로 나눌 수 있으며, 본 발명의 경우 특징을 자세히 설명하기 위해 층(Layer)별로 구분한다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 일회용 기저귀(100)는 도 2와 같이, 베이스층(110), 커버층(120), 및 피부 접촉층(130)으로 구성하고, 도 3과 같이, 베이스층(110), 커버층(120), 및 피부 접촉층(130)이 일체형으로 형성된다.
베이스층(110)은 외면이 방수 소재로 이루어져 착용자(1)에 의해 발생되는 소변 및 대변(10)이 외부로 유출되지 않도록 막아주며, 뒷면부(B)에는 착용자(1)의 허리에 유연하게 감싸도록 탄력부(114)가 형성되며 뒷면부(B) 좌우 양 끝단에는 앞면부(A)의 방수 소재 면에 부착되는 접착부(113)가 형성된다.
이는 일반적으로 일회용 기저귀(100)를 착용하는 방법으로 상세한 설명은 생략하도록 하며, 이 방법 외에 앞면부(A) 및 뒷면부(B)가 착용자(1)의 허리 둘레를 감싸도록 연장되어 결합함으로써, 팬티형으로 형성될 수도 있다.
이 역시 일반적으로 일회용 기저귀를 형성하는 방법으로 상세한 설명은 생략하도록 한다.
또한, 베이스층(110)은 사이부(C)의 중심을 기준으로 내면에 길이방향으로 흡수재(111)가 구비되고, 길이방향의 양측으로 착용자(1)의 다리를 감싸도록 신축가능하게 제1 탄성부재(112)가 구비된다. 이때, 제1 탄성부재(112)의 탄성의 정도에 따라 복수개로 구비될 수 있음이 바람직하다.
여기서, 베이스층(110)의 설명 시 내면 또는 상단은 착용자(1)에게 착용시 피부측인 내측을 의미하고, 외면 또는 하단은 착용자(1)의 피부와 접촉되지 않는 외측을 의미한다.
여기서, 흡수재(111)는 베이스층(110)의 내면에 안착되어 고정되어 있으며, 흡수재(111)는 앞면부(A) 또는 뒷면부(B) 중 어느 한부 방향 또는 양방향으로 연장되어 소변의 흡수력을 높일 수 있다.
커버층(120)은 흡수재(111)의 상단에 위치하여 상기 흡수재(111)를 덮어 흡수재가 외부로 이탈되지 않도록 방지하여주는 것으로, 착용자(1)의 소변이 흡수재로 용이하게 흡수 되되, 흡수재(111)가 외측으로 빠져나오지 않도록 방지하는 소재로 구성됨이 바람직하다.
피부 접촉층(130)은 커버층(120)이 위치된 상기 베이스층(110)의 상단에 위치하여, 소변 및 대변(10)이 용이하게 상기 커버층(120) 또는 상기 흡수재(111)로 도달되도록 일정 길이로 절개된 인입절개부(131)가 형성되고, 인입절개부(131)의 양측 길이방향으로 착용자(1)의 엉덩이 하단 피부와 밀착되는 제2 탄성부재(132)가 형성된다.
이때, 제2 탄성부재(132)는 피부 접촉층(130)에 길이방향으로 형성되되 평행하게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 인입절개부(131)는 소변이 흡수되는 소변 인입절개부(131a) 및 대변(10)이 수용되는 대변 인입절개부(131b)로 분리할 수 있으며, 소변 인입절개부(131a)의 형태는 도 4의 (a) 내지 (d)에 도시한 실시예와 같이 다양하게 형성될 수 있으나, 대변 인입절개부(131b)는 착용 길이 방향으로 형성됨이 바람직하다. 착용 길이방향으로 형성됨으로써 대변 인입절개부(131b)를 통해 대변이 수용되나, 대변인입절개부(131b)가 원형이면 항문을 원형의 대변 인입절개부(131b)와 일치시켜 착용해야 함으로 어려움이 발생할 수 있다.
대변 인입절개부(131b)는 형성된 제2 탄성부재(132)로 인위적으로 벌려진 형태로 형성하지 않더라도 제2 탄성부재(132)가 착용자(1)의 엉덩이 밀착으로 인해 대변 인입절개부(131b)가 항문 양측으로 벌어지게 된다.
대변 인입절개부(131b)는 피부 접촉층의 길이방향으로 길게 형성될 수 형상은 모두 포함할 수 있으며, 예를 들어, 선형, 직사각형, 및 타원형이 될 수도 있다.
이는 사용자의 항문에 정확한 위치를 맞추어 착용하고 유지 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것으로 한 형상으로 한정하지 아니한다.
또한, 착용자(1)의 요로가 피부 접촉층(130)의 상부에 위치하여도 소변 인입절개부(131a)를 통해 용이하게 소변이 흡수재(111)에 전달할 수 있도록 한다.
소변 인입절개부(131a)가 상당부분 벌어져 착용자(1)의 요로 부분과 커버층(120)이 접촉하게되면, 착용자는 흡수된 소변에 의해 불편함을 느낄 수 있어 커버층(120)과 착용자의 엉덩이 및 요로 부분은 접촉되지 않는 것이 바람직하다.
소변 인입절개부(131a)는 적어도 한 개 이상 형성할 수 있으며, 피부 접촉층(130)의 길이방향 또는 어느 방향이든 소변이 흘러들어 갈 수 있도록 형성 할 수 있다.
본 발명과 같이 소변 인입절개부(131a)를 형성함으로 종래에 소변이 부직포를 통과하여 흡수재(111)에 전달하는 속도보다 소변 인입절개부(131a)를 통해 흡수재에 전달되는 속도보다 빨라 피부 접촉층(130)이 건조된 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 피부 접촉층(130)이 건조된 상태를 위지하기 위해선 친수성 소재보다는 소수성 소재를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
소수성 소재를 사용하면, 소변이 소수성 소재위로 흘러서 소변 인입절개부(131a)를 통해 흡수재(111)에 흡수하게하고, 피부 접촉층(130)으로 소변이 역류하는 것을 줄일 수 있다.
또 다른 피부 접촉층(130)의 소재로는 합성섬유에 대해서 피부가 민감한 사용자를 위해선 면으로 제조된 천연소재로 된 피부 접촉층(130)을 사용하는 것이 바람직하며, 필요에 따라서 습기를 줄이는 파우더나 피부 보습제 및 오일, 알로에 등 스킨케어 물질이 첨가된 소재를 선택적으로 사용할 수 있다.
또한, 피부 접촉층(130)을 피부에 보다 밀착시키기 위해서는 탄성체로 된 필름이나 필라멘트가 합지된 부직포 및 직물이 약간 당겨져 있는 상태에서 기저귀를 형성하면 소재의 줄어들려는 탄성으로 피부 접촉층(130)이 보다 엉덩이 피부와 밀착시킬 수 있다.
여기서, 피부 접촉층(130) 중 소변 인입절개부(131a)가 형성된 피부 접촉층(130) 부위는 커버층(120)에 밀착되어 형성할 수 있다.
또한, 피부 접촉층(130) 상단의 가장자리 길이방향으로 소변 및 대변(10)의 허벅지로 세 않도록 샘방지 기능을 갖는 날개층(미도시)이 더 형성할 수 있다.
베이스층(110)과 피부 접촉층(130)의 결합에 있어서, 도 5에 도시한 바와 같이, 제2 탄성부재(132)보다 외측에 위치한 부위 즉, 피부 접촉층(130)의 가장자리에 위치한 끝단(133)과 제1 탄성부재(112)보다 내측에 위치한 베이스층(110)의 내측단(115)가 접착되어 결합되며, 이와 같이 결합되면서 베이스층(110)의 제1 탄성부재(112)가 피부 접촉층(130)의 제2 탄성부재(132)보다 바깥측에 위치하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 제2 탄성부재(132)가 착용자(1)의 엉덩이 부위과 밀착되고 제1 탄성부재(112)가 착용자(1)의 허벅지 부위와 밀착되어, 착용자(1)의 엉덩이와 허벅지 사이의 공간만큼 즉, 제1 탄성부재(112)가 구비된 베이스층(110)의 상단과 제2 탄성부재(132)가 구비된 피부 접촉층(130)의 하단 사이에 수용공간(140)이 형성된다.
이때, 제2 탄성부재(132)의 탄성의 정도에 따라 복수개로 구비될 수 있음이 바람직하다.
또한, 수용공간(140)에는 인입절개부(131)를 통해 인입되는 대변(10)이 수용될 수 있다.
여기서, 수용공간(140)은 대변 인입절개부(131b)를 통해 인입된 대변(10)이 소변 인입절개부(131a)가 형성된 방향으로 이동되지 않고 분리되도록 분리막(미도시)을 더 형성할 수 있다.
따라서, 이와 같이 본 발명은 대변(10)이 소변 인입절개부(131a)가 형성된 하단 방향으로 이동되지 않음으로써 대변(10)이 여성의 질과 요로에 닿는 것을 막을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 착용자의 피부와 접촉되는 기저귀의 내면을 청결하고 건조한 상태를 유지시킬 수 있고, 착용자의 엉덩이 피부가 오염되거나 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
상기와 같은 일회용 기저귀는 위에서 설명된 실시예들의 구성과 작동 방식에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 상기 실시예들은 각 실시예들의 전부 또는 일부가 선택적으로 조합되어 다양한 변형이 이루어질 수 있도록 구성될 수도 있다.

  1. 착용자의 배측과 닿는 앞면부, 등측에 닿는 뒷면부, 및 상기 앞면부 및 뒷면부가 길이방향으로 연장되어 착용자의 가랑이 사이를 지나는 사이부로 구분되는 일회용 기저귀에 있어서,
    상기 사이부의 중심을 기준으로 상단에 길이방향으로 흡수재가 구비되고, 길이방향의 양측으로 착용자의 다리를 감싸는 제1 탄성부재를 구비하는 베이스층;
    상기 흡수재의 상단에 위치하여 상기 흡수재를 덮는 커버층; 및
    상기 커버층을 덮도록 상기 베이스층의 상단에 위치하여, 소변 및 대변이 용이하게 상기 커버층 또는 상기 흡수재로 도달되도록 일정 길이로 절개된 인입절개부가 형성되고, 상기 인입절개부와 일정간격 이격된 양측 길이방향으로 착용자의 엉덩이 하단층 피부와 밀착되는 제2 탄성부재가 형성된 피부 접촉층;을 포함하여 일체형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 인입절개부는 소변이 흡수되는 소변 인입절개부 및 대변이 수용되는 대변 인입절개부로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 베이스층과 상기 피부 접촉층의 결합은 제2 탄성부재보다 외측에 위치한 부위와 제1 탄성부재보다 내측에 위치한 부위가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 커버층이 위치된 상기 베이스층의 상단과 상기 피부 접촉층의 하단 사이에 수용공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 제2 탄성부재는 상기 인입절개부와 상기 피부 접촉층의 양측 가장자리 사이에 각각 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 기저귀.
