本发明实施例提供了一种信息验证和处理方法、装置、以及信息处理***。以下将分别进行详细说明。
为了能够识别用户身份信息的真实性,本实施例提供了一种信息验证方法,如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤101,接收网络服务器发送的信息验证请求,该信息验证请求携带用户的第一身份信息,且由该网络服务器在接收到该用户的开户请求之后发送。
本实施例中该第一身份信息包括:姓名信息和身份证信息、驾驶证信息、或者护照信息、或者社会安全号、或者居住证信息、或者水电费账单信息等;
本实施例中网络服务器可以为银行的网络服务器,用于进行数据处理,以实现各种银行业务的办理或者处理,例如开户、转账、贷款等。
本实施例中信息验证请求是由网络服务器在接收到用户终端发送的开户请求之后,根据开户请求发送的;该信息验证信息携带第一身份信息等信息。
具体地,步骤101的执行主体可以为网络服务器外的设备或者数据平台,本实施例中网络服务器在接收到用户终端发送的开户请求获取第一身份信息后,可以通过验证请求将第一身份信息发送到网络服务器外的设备或者数据平台。
步骤102,获取网络数据平台存储的该用户的第二身份信息,该第二身份信息为经过该网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息。
具体地,本实施例中网络数据平台可以为第三方支付机构提供的网络数据平台(简称第三方支付平台),用于对网络数据进行处理,以实现第三方支付功能,例如可以为支付宝或者财富通的数据平台。
在实际应用中,只要用户在第三方支付平台注册后,第三方支付平台均会要求用户输入身份信息(例如姓名和身份证),第三方支付平台在对用户输入的身份信息进行实名认证后,才允许用户在第三方支付平台进行交易;因此,本实施例中网络数据平台存储有用户的身份信息,且该身份信息为经过该网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息,所以本实施例中第二身份信息为用户真实的身份信息。
本实施例中网络数据平台对身份信息进行实名认证的过程可以为:网络数据平台将身份信息发送至公安***,由公安***进行实名认证。
由于第三方支付平台存储的身份信息涉及到个人隐私和信息安全,不能够被随意获取;因此,为了提高信息安全以及避免个人隐私泄露,步骤102具体可以包括:
获取该网络数据平台授予该用户的鉴权信息,该鉴权信息用于登录该网络数据平台;
对该鉴权信息进行校验;
若对该鉴权信息校验通过,则从网络数据平台获取其存储的该用户的第二身份信息。
从上述获取身份信息的过程可知,本实施例方法只有在对鉴权信息校验通过后,才可以从网络数据平台获取身份信息。具体地,本实施例中鉴权信息可以包括:用户在网络数据平台上的账号信息和密码信息,用于登录网络数据平台,也即登录信息,以进行交易;例如用户的支付宝账号或者密码。
优选地,本实施例中获取网络数据平台授予该用户的鉴权信息的方式可以包括第一种方式和第二种方式中的至少一种:
第一种方式:接收用户的终端发送的鉴权信息,具体地,用户终端可以在发送身份信息给网络服务器之后,再发送在网络数据平台上的鉴权信息给网络数据平台,以使得可以提取网络数据平台存储的身份信息;
第二种方式:网络服务器发送的鉴权信息;具体地,用户可以将鉴权信息发送至网络服务器,由网络服务器通过与网络数据平台的数据接口发送至网络平台。
本实施例中鉴权信息还可以仅包括用户在网络数据平台上的密码;此种情况下,获取网络数据平台授予该用户的鉴权信息的过程包括:
根据该第一身份信息获取网络数据平台授予该用户的账号信息;
接收用户终端发送的网络数据平台授予该用户的密码信息。
当本实施例方法的执行主体为网络数据平台时,由于事先接收到用户的身份信息,可以根据身份信息例如姓名来找出对应用户在网络数据平台上的账号信息;但是考虑到数据安全和隐私,密码信息还需要用户终端来发送。
步骤103,根据该第二身份信息对该第一身份信息进行验证,以获取验证结果。
具体地,步骤103包括:
将第一身份信息与第二身份信息进行比较,以确定第一身份信息是否与该第二身份信息相同;
当第一身份信息与第二身份信息相同时,则判定对第一身份信息验证通过;此时,验证结果为通过;
当第一身份信息与第二身份信息不相同时,则判定对第一身份信息验证不通过,此时,验证结果为不通过。
步骤104,将该验证结果发送给该网络服务器,以便该网络服务器根据该验证结果对该开户请求进行处理。
本实施例中步骤101-104可以由网络数据平台完成,在线上开户过程中,银行服务器接收用户终端发送的开户请求,然后将开户请求携带的第一身份信息通过验证请求发送至网络数据平台,由网络数据平台进行验证,将验证结果发送给银行服务器,以便银行服务器判断是否给用户开户,即是否对开户请求进行处理。
本实施例中验证结果包括:验证通过或者验证不通过两种情况;当验证结果为通过的情况下,还需要进一步确定该用户是否为用户本人,具体地,在步骤104之前,本实施例的信息验证方法还可以包括:
发送验证信息给该用户的第一终端;
接收该用户的第二终端反馈的验证信息,第二终端与第一终端为相同或者不同的终端;
将发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息进行比较,以确定发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息是否相同;
若相同,则将所述验证结果发送给所述网络服务器;
若不相同,则发送验证不通过的验证结果给网络服务器,或者提示用户验证信息错误等。本实施例方法可以通过发送验证信息的方式来确定当前用户是否为用户本人,该验证信息可以为验证码,例如“123456”。本实施例中发送验证信息给用户终端的方式可以有多种,在实际应用中,由于网络数据平台,例如第三方支付平台需要存储用户的通讯标识,用以发送信息给用户的终端,因此,本实施例可以借助网络数据平台存储的通讯标识来下发验证信息给用户终端;具体地,本实施例中所述发送验证信息给所述用户的终端的过程可以包括:
获取所述网络数据平台存储的所述用户对应的通讯标识;
根据所述通讯标识发送验证信息给所述用户的第一终端。
优选地,通讯标识可以包括:电话号码、邮箱地址或者即时通讯账号等;例如,本实施例方法中可以获取第三方支付平台存储的用户的电话号码,然后根据该电话号码发送短信验证码给用户的终端,以确定当前用户是否为用户本人。
优选地,本实施例提供的信息验证方法可以应用在网络数据平台,例如第三方支付平台,
根据上述描述,本实施例提供的信息验证方法可以根据网络数据平台存储的身份信息对接收到的身份信息进行验证,由于网络数据平台存储的身份信息是经过实名认证的,因此,采用网络数据平台存储的身份信息对接收到的身份信息进行验证,可以识别出接收到的身份信息的真实性;本发明的信息验证方法可以应用到线上开户中,用来识别用户身份信息的真实性,确保银行为传输真实的身份信息的用户开户,避免了银行为采用虚假身份信息的用户开户所带来的一系列问题;另外,本实施例信息验证方法还具有易于实施,成本低、适用范围广的优点。
进一步地,本实施例信息验证方法还在返回验证结果为通过给网络服务器之前,通过下发验证信息来确定当前用户是否为用户本人,应用在线上开户过程中,可以防止利用他人真实的身份信息来进行开户的情况出现,提升了线上开户的可靠性。
如图2所示,本实施例还提供了另一种信息验证方法,该方法的执行主体可以为网络数据平台或者其他设备,包括如下步骤:
步骤201,接收网络服务器发送的信息验证请求,该信息验证请求携带用户的第一身份信息。
具体地,网络服务器为银行提供的实现各种银行业务的服务器,其中,第一身份信息包括姓名信息和身份证信息、驾驶证信息、或者护照信息、或者社会安全号、或者居住证信息、或者水电费账单信息等。
具体地,所述信息验证请求携带用户的第一身份信息,且由所述网络服务器在接收到所述用户的开户请求之后发送。
步骤202,接收该用户的第一终端发送的鉴权信息,该鉴权信息为该网络数据平台授予该用户的鉴权信息,用于登录该网络数据平台。
本实施例中网络数据平台可以为用于实现第三方支付功能的数据平台,即第三方支付平台;
本实施例中鉴权信息可以为用于登录网络数据平台的账号和密码,例如支付宝账号和密码。也即本实施例鉴权信息可以为登录信息。
具体地,本实施例中发送鉴权信息的终端可以与发起开户请求给网络服务器的终端为同一个终端,例如用户采用电脑进行线上开户时,在开户页面输入第一身份信息,并点击“提交开户申请”后会产生开户请求发送至银行服务器,银行服务器在接收到开户请求之后,会产生一个携带第一身份信息的信息验证请求,并发送至第三方支付平台;用户在点击“提交开户申请”后进入输入第三方支付平台的鉴权信息的页面,用户在该页面上输入对应的鉴权信息,由电脑发送至银行服务器与第三方支付平台借口转发至第三方支付平台,此时,发送鉴权信息与发起开户请求的终端为同一个终端。
当然本实施例也可以中发送鉴权信息的终端与发起开户请求给网络服务器的终端可以为不同的终端;即例如用户采用电脑开户,采用手机发送鉴权信息至网络数据平台(例如,在财富通或者支付宝App中输入登录信息,由手机发送至财富通或者支付宝的数据平台)。
步骤203,对所述鉴权信息进行校验,若对所述鉴权信息校验通过,转步骤204,若对所述鉴权信息校验失败,则结束流程或者通知用户鉴权信息校验失败。
具体地,本实施例可以对用于登录网络数据平台的账号和密码进行校验,例如判断账号和密码是否匹配等。
步骤204,从网络数据平台获取其存储的所述用户的第二身份信息,该第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息。
具体地,可以根据鉴权信息(例如账号信息)从网络数据平台的存储单元中提取所述用户的第二身份信息,例如在接收到用户的支付宝账号和密码后,可以根据该用户的支付宝账号在数据库中查找对应的身份信息。
步骤205,将该第一身份信息与该第二身份信息进行比较,以确定该第一身份信息与该第二身份信息是否相同,若相同,表明验证通过,则转步骤206,若不相同,表明验证不通过,则转步骤209。
步骤206,获取该网络数据平台存储的该用户对应的通讯标识,并根据该通讯标识发送验证信息给该用户的第二终端。
具体地,该通讯标识包括:电话号码、邮箱地址或者即时通讯账号;因此,本步骤可以通过短信方式或者邮件方式将验证信息给用户的终端。
优选地,本实施例中第二终端可以与第一终端可以为同一个终端,也可以为不同的终端;例如,用户采用电脑进行线上开户,此时第三支付平台可以将验证信息发送至用户的手机(比如验证短信),或者将验证信息发送至用户的电脑(例如用户通过电脑登录邮箱接收验证邮件)。
步骤207,接收所述第一终端反馈的验证信息。
具体地,用户在采用电脑开户时,用户在其手机接收到验证短信后,可以在电脑的开户页面输入该验证信息,通过网络服务器与网络数据平台之间的接口发送给网络数据平台。
步骤208,将发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息进行比较,若相同,则转步骤209。
当比较结果为不相同时,本实施例方法可以发送验证不同的验证结果给网络服务器,也可以提示用户验证码输入错误,要求用户重新发送,在用户发送验证码的错误次数到达一定值时结束流程。
步骤209,将验证结果发送给所述网络服务器,以便该网络服务器根据所述验证结果对所述开户请求进行处理。
具体地,验证结果为验证通过时,网络服务器可以对开户请求进行处理,完成开户,当验证结果为验证不通过时,网络服务器可以拒绝对开户请求进行处理。
本实施例提供的信息验证方法可以应用到线上开户,用来识别开户身份信息的真实性,为银行服务器是否给用户开户提供判断基础,提高了开户的安全性以及开户效率,具有实施方便、成本低等优点。
如图3所示,本实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,可以应用于银行服务器等网络服务器,包括如下步骤:
步骤301,接收终端发送的开户请求,该开户请求携带用户的第一身份信息。
具体地,用户通过电脑登录银行服务器提供的开户页面,然后在开户页面上输入身份信息,提交开户申请后电脑会生成一个开户请求发送至银行服务器,其中开户请求携带用户的身份信息等;其中身份信息包括:用户姓名和用户身份证、驾驶证信息、或者护照信息、或者社会安全号、或者居住证信息、或者水电费账单信息等信息。
步骤302,根据该开户请求向网络数据平台发送信息验证请求,该信息验证请求携带该用户的第一身份信息。
具体地,银行服务器在接收到开户请求后,从开户请求中提取用户的身份信息,然后向网络数据平台发送携带身份信息的信息验证请求,由网络数据平台来对身份信息进行验证。
步骤303,接收网络数据平台根据该信息验证请求返回的验证结果,该验证结果由网络数据平台根据第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证而得到,所述第二身份信息为经过该网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息。
网络数据平台接收到第一身份信息后,获取经过实名认证的用户的第二身份信息,然后根据第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证,并将验证结果发送至银行服务器;例如银行服务器将用户身份信息发送至第三方支付平台进行验证的情况下,银行服务器会发送携带身份信息的信息验证请求给第三方支付平台,第三方支付平台在接收到信息验证请求后从其存储查找出用户的经过实名认证的身份信息,并利用查找到的身份信息对接收到的身份信息进行验证,之后将验证结果发送至银行服务器。
步骤304,若验证结果为验证通过,则对该开户请求进行处理;若验证结果为验证不通过,则拒绝对该开户请求进行处理。
具体地,银行服务器在接收到验证结果之后,根据验证结果不同进行不同的操作,当验证结果为验证通过时,对开户请求进行处理,例如生成一个账户信息,并将该账户信息与所述第一身份信息绑定;将所述账户信息发送给所述终端;当验证结果为验证不通过时,银行服务器可以拒绝对开户请求进行处理,即开户失败。
优选地,当验证结果为验证不通过时还可以返回开户失败的结果给用户,具体地在开户页面中提示开户失败,并给出失败的原因。
本实施例中信息处理方法应用在线上开户过程中,在用户输入身份信息进行开户时,将开户身份信息发送至第三方支付平台进行验证,即通过第三方支付平台来识别开户身份信息的真实性,根据第三方支付平台返回的验证结果来判断是否给用户开户,应用本发明的信息处理方法可以提高线上开户的安全性以及开户的效率。
在实际开户时银行还需要考虑用户的信用情况,因此,本实施例信息处理方法,在所述验证结果为验证通过的情况下,且对所述开户请求进行处理之前,所述信息处理方法还需要判断用户的信用是否满足要求,若不满足要求则拒绝给其开户,若满足则给用户开户;如图4所示,本实施例的信息处理方法,具体包括如下步骤:
步骤401,接收终端发送的开户请求,该开户请求携带用户的第一身份信息。
步骤402,根据该开户请求向网络数据平台发送信息验证请求,该信息验证请求携带所述用户的第一身份信息。
步骤403,接收网络数据平台根据该信息验证请求返回的验证结果,该验证结果由网络数据平台根据第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证而得到,该第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息。

具体地,可以从央行的征信***获取征信数据,包括:贷款记录、还款记录、以及***相关数据等。

本实施例提供的信息验证装置,可以应用于网络数据平台,其可以根据网络数据平台存储的身份信息对接收到的身份信息进行验证,由于网络数据平台存储的身份信息是经过实名认证的,因此,采用网络数据平台存储的身份信息对接收到的身份信息进行验证,可以识别出接收到的身份信息的真实性;本发明的信息验证装置可以应用到线上开户中,用来识别用户身份信息的真实性,确保银行为传输真实的身份信息的用户开户,避免了银行为采用虚假身份信息的用户开户所带来的一系列问题;另外,本实施例信息验证装置还具有易于实施,成本低、适用范围广的优点。
进一步地,本实施例信息验证装置还在返回验证结果为通过给网络服务器之前,通过下发验证信息来确定当前用户是否为用户本人,应用在线上开户过程中,可以防止利用他人真实的身份信息来进行开户的情况出现,提升了线上开户的可靠性。
如图8所示,本实施例提供了一种信息处理装置,可以应用于银行服务器等网络服务器,包括:第一接收模块801、发送模块802、第二接收模块803和开户处理模块804;
所述第一接收模块801,用于接收终端发送的开户请求,所述开户请求携带用户的第一身份信息;具体地,用户通过电脑登录银行服务器提供的开户页面,然后在开户页面上输入身份信息,提交开户申请后电脑会生成一个开户请求发送至银行服务器中第一接收模块801,其中开户请求携带用户的身份信息等;其中身份信息包括:用户姓名和用户身份证等信息。
所述发送模块802,用于根据所述开户请求向网络数据平台发送信息验证请求,所述验证请求携带所述用户的第一身份信息;具体地,银行服务器中发送模块802从开户请求中提取第一身份信息,并生成携带第一身份信息的信息验证请求发送至网络数据平台进行验证;
所述第二接收模块803,用于接收网络数据平台根据所述信息验证请求返回的验证结果,所述验证结果由网络数据平台根据第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证而得到,所述第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息;具体地,银行服务器中第二接收模块803可以网络通讯协议从网络数据平台获取验证结果;

本实施例中信息处理装置应用实现在线上开户的银行服务器中,在用户输入身份信息进行开户时,将开户身份信息发送至第三方支付平台进行验证,即通过第三方支付平台来识别开户身份信息的真实性,根据第三方支付平台返回的验证结果来判断是否给用户开户,应用本发明的信息处理装置可以提高线上开户的安全性以及开户的效率。
在实际开户时银行还需要考虑用户的信用情况,因此,本实施例信息处理装置,在所述验证结果为验证通过的情况下,且对所述开户请求进行处理之前,还需要判断用户的信用是否满足要求,若不满足要求则拒绝给其开户,若满足则给用户开户;如图9所示,本实施例的信息处理装置,还包括:信用判断模块805;
所述信用判断模块805,用于:
获取所述用户的征信数据;
根据所述征信数据判断所述用户的信用是否满足预设信用条件;
所述开户处理模块804,具体用于在所述验证结果为验证通过,且所述信息判断模块判断为是的情况下,对所述开户请求进行处理。
图9所示的信息处理装置在对用户身份信息验证通过之后,还需要对用户的信用进行评判,可以避免为信用不良的用户开户的情况,降低了银行风险,提升开户安全。
本实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,如图10所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤111,网络服务器接收用户的终端发送的开户请求,该开户请求携带该用户的第一身份信息。
本实施例中网络服务器优选为银行提供的用于实现银行业务的服务器;第一身份信息优选地包括:姓名信息和身份证信息。
在实际应用中,用户可以线上对网络服务器发起开户请求例如用户通过终端登录到银行的网络服务器,在网络服务器提供的开户界面中输入身份信息以申请开户,之后终端会生成对应的开户请求发送给网络服务器,其中开户请求包括用户的第一身份信息。
步骤112,网络服务器根据该开户请求向网络数据平台发送信息验证请求,该信息验证请求携带该用户的第一身份信息。
本实施例中网络数据平台可以为第三方支付机构提供的网络数据平台(简称第三方支付平台),用于对网络数据进行处理,以实现第三方支付功能,例如可以为支付宝或者财富通的数据平台。
本实施例中银行的网络服务器在接收到开户请求后,可以将用户的身份信息发送至网络数据平台例如第三方支付平台进行验证,以确定用户输入的身份信息的真实性。
步骤113,网络数据平台在接收到该信息验证请求后,获取其存储的该用户的第二身份信息,该第二身份信息为经过该网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息。
具体地,步骤113包括:
网络数据平台获其授予所述用户的鉴权信息,所述鉴权信息用于登录所述网络数据平台;例如接收所述用户的终端发送的所述鉴权信息或者接收所述网络服务器发送的所述鉴权信息;
所述网络数据平台对所述鉴权信息进行校验;
若所述网络数据平台对所述鉴权信息校验通过,则所述网络数据平台从存储中调用所述用户的第二身份信息。
例如,第三方支付平台获取用户在第三方支付平台的鉴权信息,包括:账户信息和密码信息,然后对账户信息和密码信息进行校验,如果校验通过,则所述第三方支付平台从存储中调用所述用户的第二身份信息,该第二身份信息是经过第三支付平台实名认证的身份信息,也即真实身份信息。
又例如,第三方支付平台在接收到用户的身份信息之后,根据身份信息查找出对应的账号信息,然后接收用户终端发送的与账号信息对应的密码信息,对密码信息进行校验,若校验通过,则从存储中调用用户的第二身份信息,即真实身份信息。
本实施例中用户可以通过终端在网络服务器提供的开户界面中输入其在网络数据平台的鉴权信息,然后由终端发送给网络数据平台;例如用户在银行服务器提供的开户界面中输入身份信息之后,开户界面会提供第三支付平台的登录界面,用户在登录界面输入其在第三方支付平台的账号和密码,通过银行的服务器或者由终端直接发送给第三方支付平台进行校验。
步骤114,网络数据平台根据该第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证,以获取验证结果;并将该验证结果发送给网络服务器。
本实施例网络数据平台存储有用户的第二身份信息,在接收到网络服务器发送的身份信息之后,网络数据平台可以调用存储的身份信息对网络服务器发送的身份信息进行验证,具体地,将存储的身份信息与接收到的身份信息进行比较,当信息相同时,验证通过,当信息不相同时验证不通过。因此,本实施例中对第一身份信息验证的验证结果包括通过或者不通过这两种情况;具体地,本实施例方法在验证结果为通过的情况下,在发送验证结果给网络服务器之前,还需要确定当前用户是否为用户本人,具体实现方式可以包括:
网络数据平台发送验证信息给所述用户的终端;
网络数据平台接收所述终端反馈的验证信息;
网络数据平台将发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息进行比较,以确定发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息是否相同;
当发送和接收的验证信息相同时,表明当前用户为用户本人,此时需要将为验证通过的验证结果发送给网络服务器,以告知网络服务器当前用户身份信息是真实的,进而使网络服务器进行开户相关的数据处理;
当发送和接收的验证信息不相同时,表明当前用户不是用户本人,此时可以不发送验证结果给网络服务器,或者发送为验证不通过的验证结果给网络服务器,避免他人使用用户身份信息进行开户的情况出现。
步骤115,网络服务器在所述验证结果为验证通过的情况下,对所述开户请求进行处理;在所述验证结果为验证不通过的情况下,拒绝对所述开户请求进行处理。
当验证结果为验证通过时,表明当前网络服务器当前接收到身份信息是真实的,此时,网络服务器将会根据第一身份信息进行与开户相关的数据处理,例如给用户分配银行账户、绑定身份信息和账号信息等数据处理,并将处理的结果返回给用户终端。
在实际开户时银行还需要考虑用户的信用情况,因此,本实施例信息处理方法,在所述验证结果为验证通过的情况下,且在所述网络服务器根据所述第一身份信息进行与开户相关的数据处理之前,所述信息处理方法还包括:
所述网络服务器获取所述用户的征信数据;
所述网络服务器根据所述征信数据判断所述用户的信用是否满足预设信用条件;
具体地,在网络服务器获取征信数据后,根据预设信息等级划分规则获取用户的信用等级,然后将信用等级与开户所需要达到的最低信用等级进行比较,若小于最低信用等级,则判定不满足预设信用条件,若大于或等于最低信用等级,则判定满足预设信用条件。
若是,网络服务器根据所述第一身份信息进行与开户相关的数据处理。
此时,将本实施例信息处理方法应用到线上开户过程中,还可以避免为信用不良的用户开户的情况,降低了银行风险。
如图11所示,本实施例还提供了一种信息处理***,包括:网络服务器10和网络数据平台11;
网络服务器10,用于接收用户的终端发送的开户请求,所述开户请求携带所述用户的第一身份信息;根据所述开户请求向网络数据平台11发送信息验证请求,所述信息验证请求携带所述用户的第一身份信息;以及在所述验证结果为验证通过的情况下,对所述开户请求进行处理,在所述验证结果为验证不通过的情况下,拒绝对所述开户请求进行处理;
网络数据平台11,用于在接收到所述信息验证请求后,获取其存储的所述用户的第二身份信息,所述第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台11实名认证的身份信息;根据所述第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证,以获取验证结果;并将所述验证结果发送给所述网络服务器10。
本实施例中网络服务器10可以为银行服务器,网络数据平台11可以第三方支付平台。下面介绍应用本实施例的信息处理方法来实现线上开户的具体过程,其中涉及到用户终端、银行的网络服务器、第三方支付机构的网络数据平台和征信数据服务器,如图12所示,线上开户的过程包括如下步骤:
步骤121,用户终端向网络服务器发起开户请求,该开户请求携带用户的身份信息。
步骤122,网络服务器接收开户请求,并根据开户请求发送信息验证请求给网络数据平台,该信息验证请求携带身份信息。
步骤123,用户终端向该网络数据平台发送鉴权信息,该鉴权信息用于登录该网络数据平台,具体可以包括账号信息和密码信息。
步骤124,网络数据平台在接收到身份信息之后,对该鉴权信息进行校验,若校验通过,执行步骤125。
本实施例中在校验通过时,则结束流程或者提示用户鉴权信息错误。
步骤125,网络数据平台从存储中提取用户的真实身份信息,并将该真实身份信息与接收到的身份信息进行比较,以对接收到的身份信息进行验证,若信息相同,表明验证通过,则执行步骤126,若信息不相同,表明验证不通过,则执行步骤131。
步骤126,网络数据平台从存储中获取用户的通讯标识,并根据通讯标识向用户终端下发验证码。
例如向用户终端下发短信验证码,或者通过邮件的方式下发验证码。本步骤的用户终端与发起开户请求的终端可以为同一个终端,也可以为不同的终端,例如手机与电脑。
步骤127,用户终端向网络数据平台回复对应的验证码。
步骤128,网络数据平台比较下发的验证码与用户终端回复的验证码是否一致,若一致,则执行步骤129。
本实施例中若下发和接收的验证码不一致时,则结束开户流程,或者通知网络服务器不允许开户,或者提示用户验证码错误,并请求是否重新下发验证码。
步骤129,网络数据平台发送验证通过的验证结果给该网络服务器。
步骤130,网络服务器从征信数据服务器获取用户的征信数据。
步骤131,网络服务器根据该征信数据判断该用户的信用是否满足预设信用条件,若满足,则执行步骤132,若不满足,则执行步骤134。
本实施例中若不满预设信用条件,则不允许网络服务器给用开户,并返回开户失败的开户结果信息给用户终端。
步骤132,网络服务器对开户请求进行处理,并将处理的结果返回给该用户终端,结束开户流程。
步骤133,网络数据平台发送验证不通过的验证结果给该网络服务器。
步骤134,网络服务器拒绝对开户请求进行处理,并返回开户失败的结果信息给用户终端。
本实施例提供的信息处理方法可以实现线上开户,不仅解决了用户在银行网点开户的烦恼,提升了用户体验,而且还节省了银行的人力资源,提升了开户效率。
如图13所示,本实施例还提供了一种网络数据平台,该网络数据平台可以由服务器构成,因此,以下所述的网络数据平台即可为该服务器;其中该服务器可以集成本发明实施例的信息验证装置,如图13所示,其示出了本发明实施例所涉及的服务器的结构示意图,具体来讲:
该服务器可以包括一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器1001、一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器1002、射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路1003、电源1004、输入单元1005、以及显示单元1006等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图13中示出的服务器结构并不构成对服务器的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
处理器1001是该服务器的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个服务器的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器1002内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器1002内的数据,执行服务器的各种功能和处理数据,从而对服务器进行整体监控。可选的,处理器1001可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器1001可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作***、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器1001中。
存储器1002可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器1001通过运行存储在存储器1002的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器1002可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作***、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据服务器的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器1002可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。相应地,存储器1002还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器1001对存储器1002的访问。
RF电路1003可用于收发信息过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器1001处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路1003包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(LNA,Low Noise Amplifier)、双工器等。此外,RF电路1003还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯*** (GSM,Global System of Mobile communication)、通用分组无线服务 (GPRS,General Packet Radio Service)、码分多址 (CDMA,Code Division Multiple Access)、宽带码分多址 (WCDMA,Wideband Code Division Multiple Access)、长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolution)、电子邮件、短消息服务 (SMS,Short Messaging Service)等。
服务器还包括给各个部件供电的电源1004(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理***与处理器1001逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理***实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源1004还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电***、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
该服务器还可包括输入单元1005,该输入单元1005可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。
该服务器还可包括显示单元1006,该显示单元1006可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及服务器的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元1008可包括显示面板,可选的,可以采用液晶显示器 (LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)、有机发光二极管(OLED,Organic Light-Emitting Diode)等形式来配置显示面板。
具体在本实施例中,服务器中的处理器1001会按照如下的指令,将一个或一个以上的应用程序的进程对应的可执行文件加载到存储器1002中,并由处理器1001来运行存储在存储器1002中的应用程序,从而实现各种功能,如下:
接收网络服务器发送的信息验证请求,所述信息验证请求携带用户的第一身份信息,且由所述网络服务器在接收到所述用户的开户请求之后发送;
获取网络数据平台存储的所述用户的第二身份信息,所述第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息;
根据所述第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证,以获取验证结果;以及
将所述验证结果发送给所述网络服务器,以便所述网络服务器根据所述验证结果对所述开户请求进行处理。
优选地,步骤“根据所述第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证,以获取验证结果”可以包括:
将所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息进行比较,以确定所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息是否相同;
当所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息相同时,则判定对所述第一身份信息验证通过;
当所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息不相同时,则判定对所述第一身份信息验证不通过。
优选地,步骤“获取网络数据平台存储的所述用户的第二身份信息”可以包括:
获取所述网络数据平台授予所述用户的鉴权信息,所述鉴权信息用于登录所述网络数据平台;
对所述鉴权信息进行校验;

若相同,则将所述验证结果发送给所述网络服务器。

获取所述网络数据平台存储的所述用户对应的通讯标识;

  1. 一种信息验证方法,其中,包括如下步骤:
    接收网络服务器发送的信息验证请求,所述信息验证请求携带用户的第一身份信息,且由所述网络服务器在接收到所述用户的开户请求之后发送;
    获取网络数据平台存储的所述用户的第二身份信息,所述第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息;
    根据所述第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证,以获取验证结果;以及

  2. 如权利要求1所述的信息验证方法,其中,所述根据所述第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证,以获取验证结果的步骤包括:
    将所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息进行比较,以确定所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息是否相同;
    当所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息相同时,则判定对所述第一身份信息验证通过;
    当所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息不相同时,则判定对所述第一身份信息验证不通过。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的信息验证方法,其中,所述获取网络数据平台存储的所述用户的第二身份信息的步骤包括:
    获取所述网络数据平台授予所述用户的鉴权信息,所述鉴权信息用于登录所述网络数据平台;
    对所述鉴权信息进行校验;
    若对所述鉴权信息校验通过,则从网络数据平台获取其存储的所述用户的第二身份信息。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的信息验证方法,其中,在所述验证结果为验证通过的情况下,在所述将所述验证结果发送给所述网络服务器之前;所述信息验证方法还包括:
    发送验证信息给所述用户的第一终端;
    接收所述用户的第二终端反馈的验证信息,所述第二终端与所述第一终端为相同或者不同的终端;
    将发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息进行比较,以确定发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息是否相同;
    若相同,则将所述验证结果发送给所述网络服务器。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的信息验证方法,其中,所述发送验证信息给所述用户对应的终端的步骤包括:
    获取所述网络数据平台存储的所述用户对应的通讯标识;
    根据所述通讯标识发送验证信息给所述第一终端。
  6. 一种信息处理方法,其中,包括如下步骤:
    接收终端发送的开户请求,所述开户请求携带用户的第一身份信息;
    根据所述开户请求向网络数据平台发送信息验证请求,所述信息验证请求携带所述用户的第一身份信息;
    接收网络数据平台根据所述信息验证请求返回的验证结果,所述验证结果由网络数据平台根据第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证而得到,所述第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息;
    若所述验证结果为验证通过,则对所述开户请求进行处理;
    若所述验证结果为验证不通过,则拒绝对所述开户请求进行处理。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的信息处理方法,其中,若所述验证结果为验证通过的情况下,且在对所述开户请求进行处理之前,所述信息处理方法还包括:
    获取所述用户的征信数据;
    根据所述征信数据判断所述用户的信用是否满足预设信用条件;
    若满足预设信用条件,则对所述开户请求进行处理。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的方法,其中,所述对开户请求处理的步骤包括:
    生成一个账户信息,并将该账户信息与所述第一身份信息绑定;
    将所述账户信息发送给所述终端。
  9. 一种信息验证装置,其中,包括:第一接收模块、获取模块、验证模块和第一发送模块;
    所述第一接收模块,用于接收网络服务器发送的信息验证请求,所述信息验证请求携带用户的第一身份信息,且由所述网络服务器在接收到所述用户的开户请求之后发送;
    所述获取模块,用于获取网络数据平台存储的所述用户的第二身份信息,所述第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息;
    验证模块,用于根据所述第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证;
    所述第一发送模块,用于将所述验证模块的验证结果发送给所述网络服务器,以便所述网络服务器根据所述验证结果对所述开户请求进行处理。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的信息验证装置,其中,所述验证模块,具体用于:
    将所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息进行比较,以确定所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息是否相同;
    当所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息相同时,则判定对所述第一身份信息验证通过;
    当所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息匹配不相同时,则判定对所述第一身份信息验证不通过。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的信息验证装置,其中,所述获取模块包括:鉴权信息获取子模块、校验子模块和身份信息获取子模块;
    所述鉴权信息获取子模块,用于获取所述网络数据平台授予所述用户的鉴权信息,所述鉴权信息用于登录所述网络数据平台;
    所述校验子模块,用于对所述鉴权信息进行校验;
    所述身份信息获取子模块,用于在所述校验子模块对所述鉴权信息校验通过的情况下,从所述网络数据平台获取其存储的所述用户的第二身份信息。
  12. 如权利要求9-11任一项所述的信息验证装置,其中,所述信息验证装置还包括:第二发送模块、第二接收模块和比较模块;
    所述第二发送模块,用于发送验证信息给所述用户的第一终端;
    所述第二接收模块,用于接收所述用户的第二终端反馈的验证信息,所述第一终端与所述第二终端为相同或者不相同的终端;
    所述比较模块,用于将发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息进行比较,以确定发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息是否相同;
    所述第一发送模块,用于在所述验证模块的验证结果为验证通过,且所述比较模块确定发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息相同时,将所述验证模块的验证结果发送给所述网络服务器。
  13. 一种信息处理装置,其中,包括:第一接收模块、发送模块、第二接收模块和开户处理模块;
    所述第一接收模块,用于接收终端发送的开户请求,所述开户请求携带用户的第一身份信息;
    所述发送模块,用于根据所述开户请求向网络数据平台发送信息验证请求,所述信息验证请求携带所述用户的第一身份信息;
    所述第二接收模块,用于接收网络数据平台根据所述信息验证请求返回的验证结果,所述验证结果由网络数据平台根据第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证而得到,所述第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息;
    所述开户处理模块,用于:
    在所述验证结果为验证通过的情况下,对所述开户请求进行处理;
    在所述验证结果为验证不通过的情况下,拒绝对所述开户请求进行处理。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的信息处理装置,其中,还包括:信用判断模块;
    所述信用判断模块,用于:
    获取所述用户的征信数据;
    根据所述征信数据判断所述用户的信用是否满足预设信用条件;
    所述开户处理模块,具体用于在所述验证结果为验证通过,且所述信息判断模块判断为是的情况下,对所述开户请求进行处理。
  15. 一种信息处理方法,其中,包括如下步骤:
    网络服务器接收用户的终端发送的开户请求,所述开户请求携带所述用户的第一身份信息;
    所述网络服务器根据所述开户请求向网络数据平台发送信息验证请求,所述信息验证请求携带所述用户的第一身份信息;
    所述网络数据平台在接收到所述信息验证请求后,获取其存储的所述用户的第二身份信息,所述第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息;
    所述网络数据平台根据所述第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证,以获取验证结果;并将所述验证结果发送给所述网络服务器;以及
    所述网络服务器在所述验证结果为验证通过的情况下,对所述开户请求进行处理;在所述验证结果为验证不通过的情况下,拒绝对所述开户请求进行处理。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述网络数据平台根据所述第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证,以获取验证结果的步骤包括:
    将所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息进行比较,以确定所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息是否相同;
    当所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息相同时,则判定对所述第一身份信息验证通过;
    当所述第一身份信息与所述第二身份信息不相同时,则判定对所述第一身份信息验证不通过。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的信息处理方法,其中,所述网络数据平台获取其存储的所述用户的第二身份信息的步骤包括:
    所述网络数据平台获其授予所述用户的鉴权信息,所述鉴权信息用于登录所述网络数据平台;
    所述网络数据平台对所述鉴权信息进行校验;
    若所述网络数据平台对所述鉴权信息校验通过,则所述网络数据平台从存储中调用所述用户的第二身份信息。
  18. 如权利要求15-17任一项所述的信息处理方法,其中,在所述网络数据平台的验证结果为验证通过的情况下,且在将所述验证结果发送给所述网络服务器之前,所述信息处理方法还包括:
    所述网络数据平台发送验证信息给所述用户对应的终端;
    所述网络数据平台接收所述终端反馈的验证信息;
    所述网络数据平台将发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息进行比较,以确定发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息是否相同;
    所述将验证结果发送给所述网络服务器的步骤包括:
    所述网络数据平台在确定发送的验证信息与接收的验证信息相同时,将所述验证结果发送给所述网络服务器。
  19. 如权利要求15-17任一项所述的信息处理方法,其中,在所述验证结果为验证通过的情况下,且在所述网络服务器对所述开户请求进行处理之前,所述信息处理方法还包括:
    所述网络服务器获取所述用户的征信数据;
    所述网络服务器根据所述征信数据判断所述用户的信用是否满足预设信用条件;
    若满足预设信用条件,则网络服务器对所述开户请求进行处理。
  20. 一种信息处理***,其中,包括:网络服务器和网络数据平台;
    所述网络服务器,用于接收用户的终端发送的开户请求,所述开户请求携带所述用户的第一身份信息;根据所述开户请求向网络数据平台发送信息验证请求,所述信息验证请求携带所述用户的第一身份信息;以及在所述验证结果为验证通过的情况下,对所述开户请求进行处理,在所述验证结果为验证不通过的情况下,拒绝对所述开户请求进行处理;
    所述网络数据平台,用于在接收到所述信息验证请求后,获取其存储的所述用户的第二身份信息,所述第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息;根据所述第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证,以获取验证结果;并将所述验证结果发送给所述网络服务器。
  21. 一种存储介质,其中,所述存储介质内存储有处理器可执行指令,所述处理器可执行指令用于执行如下操作:
    接收网络服务器发送的信息验证请求,所述信息验证请求携带用户的第一身份信息,且由所述网络服务器在接收到所述用户的开户请求之后发送;
    获取网络数据平台存储的所述用户的第二身份信息,所述第二身份信息为经过所述网络数据平台实名认证的身份信息;
    根据所述第二身份信息对所述第一身份信息进行验证,以获取验证结果;以及
    将所述验证结果发送给所述网络服务器,以便所述网络服务器根据所述验证结果对所述开户请求进行处理。
