치질용 패드
본 발명은 치질환자가 항문 부위의 상처에 착용하는 치질용 패드에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 착용자의 항문 부위를 압박하는 돌출부와 착용자의 둔부를 감싸는 날개부를 포함하고, 상기 날개부에는 접착제가 도포되고 그 위에는 이형지가 부착되도록 함으로써, 치질수술을 받은 환자가 혼자서도 손쉽게 수술부위에 거즈 부착이 가능하도록 하고, 상처 부위의 출혈 또는 진물이 새어나오는 것을 방지하며, 착용자의 신체에 용이하고 견고하게 부착할 수 있음과 동시에 그 착용감을 개선할 수 있는 치질용 패드에 관한 것이다.
치질수술은 그 특성상 수술 후 수술 부위에 출혈과 진물을 막기 위해 사각형의 거즈를 대고 거즈가 떨어지지 않도록 의료용 테이프로 거즈를 고정한다.
그러나 퇴원 후 약 1개월 동안은 환자 혼자서 이러한 작업을 해야 하는데 이러한 경우에 문제가 발생한다.
즉 환자 혼자서 치질수술 부위에 거즈를 대고 의료용 테이프로 고정시키는 것은 보통 힘든 일이 아니다. 특히 거즈가 치질수술 부위와 밀착이 되지 않는 경우에는 거즈 본연의 기능을 상실하게 되고, 거즈와 의료용 테이프를 각각 별도로 사용하다 보니 시간이 오래 걸려 환부의 통증만 더 유발하게 되며, 환부가 잘 보이지 않아 제대로 수술 부위에 밀착되게 고정하기가 어렵다.

이와 관련하여 한국등록실용신안공보 제20-0323779호(고안의 명칭: 일회용 항문 위생패드, 공고일자: 2003.08.19.)에는 치질환자가 치질질환으로 인한 탈항상태일 때에 탈항부위를 항문 내부로 밀어넣어 주는 삽입부(2)와, 상기 삽입부(2)의 전후부에 연결되어 엉덩이의 골 부분에 끼워져서 결착시키는 결착밴드(3)로 구성된 일회용 항문 위생패드가 개시되어 있다.
그러나 이러한 구성에서는 착용자가 앉아있을 때에는 삽입부(2)가 환부를 압박하므로 출혈 또는 진물이 새어 나오는 것을 방지할 수 있으나, 착용자가 일어서거나 움직일 때에는 삽입부(2)가 환부로부터 이탈하게 되므로 출혈 또는 진물이 새어 나오는 것을 방지할 수 없게 된다.
또한 결착밴드(3)는 엉덩이의 골 부분에 끼워져서 결착되는 구성이므로, 환자가 계속적으로 움직이는 경우 엉덩이의 골 부분 사이에서 마찰이 발생하고, 이에 따라 결착밴드(3)가 환자의 피부와 마찰되어 그 결착력이 급격히 떨어지게 되는 문제점이 있다.
상기 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은, 착용자의 항문 부위를 압박하는 돌출부와 착용자의 둔부를 감싸는 날개부를 포함하고, 상기 날개부에는 접착제가 도포되고 그 위에는 이형지가 부착되도록 함으로써, 치질수술을 받은 환자가 혼자서도 손쉽게 수술부위에 거즈 부착이 가능하도록 하고, 상처 부위의 출혈 또는 진물이 새어나오는 것을 방지하며, 착용자의 신체에 용이하고 견고하게 부착할 수 있음과 동시에 그 착용감을 개선할 수 있는 치질용 패드를 제공하는 것을 그 기술적 과제로 한다.

그런데 분쇄펄프와 고분자흡수체는 그 자체의 탄성력이 부족하므로, 착용자가 일어나거나 이동하는 등의 움직임이 많은 경우에는 돌출부(10)가 착용자의 신체에 눌려서 소성변형하게 된다.
따라서 상기 돌출부(10)의 모양이 유지되지 못하고 찌그러지게 되므로, 상기 돌출부(10)와 착용자의 신체 사이에 틈이 점점 커지게 되고, 이에 따라 상처 부위의 출혈 또는 진물이 상기 틈을 통하여 새어나오게 된다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 상기 돌출부(10)는 메모리폼 또는 스펀지를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
이와 같이 상기 돌출부(10)가 메모리폼 또는 스펀지를 포함하는 경우에는, 착용자의 움직임에도 불구하고 상기 돌출부(10)의 형상이 그대로 유지되므로, 상기 돌출부(10)와 착용자의 신체 사이에 틈이 발생하지 않고, 따라서 상처 부위의 출혈 또는 진물이 새어나오는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 전방부 벽면(11)의 외측, 상기 후방부 벽면(12)의 외측, 상기 돌출부(10)의 밑면 및 상기 날개부(20)의 밑면에는 통기성 폴리에틸렌 필름(60)으로 덮이는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 구성에 따르면, 통기성 폴리에틸렌 필름(60)에 의하여 치질용 패드 전체의 표면에서 공기가 잘 통하는 반면에 액체는 통과하지 않으므로, 착용자의 환부가 덧나는 것을 방지하면서도 출혈 또는 진물이 치질용 패드의 밖으로 누출되지 않도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 돌출부(10)는 세라믹 파우더, 피톤치드, 또는 올리브 에센스를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 구성에 따르면, 착용자의 환부로부터 악취가 발생하는 것을 방지하고, 아울러 환부에 대한 항균효과 또는 항염효과도 얻을 수 있다.
이러한 구성의 본 발명에 따른 치질용 패드는 상기 날개부(20)를 포함하는 전체적인 형상이 사각형 또는 마름모꼴일 수 있다.
이러한 구성에 따르면, 상기 날개부(20)가 착용자의 둔부를 넓게 감싸도록 함으로서 치질용 패드를 착용자의 신체에 견고하게 부착시킬 수 있게 된다.
그런데 이 경우에는 사각형 또는 마름모꼴인 날개부(20)에 모서리가 존재하게 되며, 이러한 모서리는 착용자의 움직임이 많아지면 의도하지 않게 벗겨질 수가 있다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따른 치질용 패드는 상기 날개부(20)를 포함하는 전체적인 형상이 원형 또는 타원형인 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 구성에 따르면 상기 날개부(20)에 모서리가 존재하지 않으므로, 착용중에 날개부의 모서리가 의도하지 않게 벗겨짐으로써 치질용 패드의 부착이 헐거워지고, 아울러 그 착용감이 나빠지는 문제를 방지할 수 있게 된다.
이상에서는 한정된 실시예 및 도면에 의해 본 발명을 설명하였으나, 이는 본 발명에 대한 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것일 뿐 본 발명의 범위를 한정하고자 하는 것은 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상적인 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다.
따라서 본 발명의 기술적 사상은 여기에 설명된 실시예에 국한되지 아니하며, 후술하는 청구범위뿐 아니라 이 청구범위와 균등하거나 등가적 변형이 있는 모든 것들은 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 치질환자가 항문 부위에 착용하는 치질용 패드에 있어서,
    상기 항문 부위를 향하여 삽입될 수 있도록 돌출되고, 상기 항문 부위의 상처로부터의 출혈 또는 진물 등을 흡수할 수 있는 돌출부(10)와;
    상기 돌출부(10)의 주위로부터 연장되어 착용자의 둔부를 감싸는 날개부(20);
    를 포함하고,
    상기 날개부(20)에는 접착제가 도포되고, 그 위에는 상기 접착제가 도포된 부분으로부터 벗겨낼 수 있는 이형지(30)가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치질용 패드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 돌출부(10)는 그 길이방향으로 상기 돌출부(10)가 접촉하는 착용자의 신체의 형상을 따라서 곡선을 이루고,
    상기 돌출부(10)의 길이방향의 앞쪽 끝단에는 전방부 벽면(11)이 형성되고, 상기 돌출부(10)의 길이방향의 뒤쪽 끝단에는 후방부 벽면(12)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치질용 패드.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 치질용 패드는 상기 날개부(20)를 포함하는 전체적인 형상이 사각형 또는 마름모꼴인 것을 특징으로 하는 치질용 패드.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 치질용 패드는 상기 날개부(20)를 포함하는 전체적인 형상이 원형 또는 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 치질용 패드.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 돌출부(10)는 분쇄펄프와 고분자흡수체를 포함하고, 착용자의 피부와 닿는 부분에는 부직포(40)를 더 포함하며, 상기 부직포(40)의 위에는 폴리에틸렌망(50)이 덧붙여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치질용 패드.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 돌출부(10)는 메모리폼 또는 스펀지를 포함하고, 착용자의 피부와 닿는 부분에는 부직포(40)를 더 포함하며, 상기 부직포(40)의 위에는 폴리에틸렌망(50)이 덧붙여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 치질용 패드.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 전방부 벽면(11)의 외측, 상기 후방부 벽면(12)의 외측, 상기 돌출부(10)의 밑면 및 상기 날개부(20)의 밑면은 통기성 폴리에틸렌 필름(60)으로 덮이는 것을 특징으로 하는 치질용 패드.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 접착제는 상기 날개부(20)의 윗면 또는 밑면에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치질용 패드.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 돌출부(10)는 세라믹 파우더, 피톤치드, 또는 올리브 에센스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치질용 패드.
