Description

用于空港服务的移动服务终端、***及数据处理的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及数据处理领域,特别涉及用于空港服务的移动服务终端、***及数据处理的方法。
背景技术
随着航空运输业的快速发展和社会经济条件的提高,传统的、形式单一的服务面临着挑战。个性化的航空服务会给人们带来更好的出行体验,并由此提高空港的竞争力。
申请人针对航空服务进行了深入而广泛的研发工作,并申请了多项专利,例如中国发明专利:一种机场移动自助服务方法和***,其申请号为201410653839.5;中国外观设计专利:多媒体手推车,其申请号为201430296729.9;中国实用新型专利:携带电子装置的手推车及充电装置,其申请号为201320012580.7。其中,安装在手推车上的航站楼内的自助服务产品,可以将用户个人的航班信息呈现给用户,为用户提供空港信息服务。但是,随着用户要求的日益提高,该产品尚不能提供体验感更强,且更加个性化、智能化的服务。
发明内容
为了至少部分的解决上述问题,本发明提供一种能够用于航站楼等公共场所,针对不同用户的特征属性提供个性化空港服务的移动服务终端。
根据本发明的一个方面,提出了一种用于空港服务的移动服务终端。该移动服务终端包括:采集单元,配置为采集用户信息,该用户信息包括用户的身份信息和/或特征信息和/或在移动服务终端的用户界面上输入的操作信息;接口单元,配置为与外部设备进行数据交互;分别与采集单元和接口单元连接的处理单元,配置为根据所采集的用户信息与外部设备进行数据交互以进行用户身份验证,和根据用户的身份信息调用外部数据中该用户所属目标用户群组所匹配的服务内容,以及根据用户接受服务内容时的特征信息调整服务内容;与处理单元连接的输出单元,配置为输出服务内容。本发明能够为用户提供个性化的服务,且该服务可以按用户的意愿实时调整,增加了用户的满意度。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提出了一种用于空港服务的移动服务***,该***包括:上述的移动服务终端,后台服务器和/或与第三方服务器连接 的接口,和通信设备,配置为在移动服务终端、后台服务器和/或第三方服务器之间建立网络通信连接。
本实施方式的移动服务终端及***可以实现实时提供空港信息、位置定位、登机口导航、登机提醒、行李查询、以及机场商业信息等个性化服务,并且可以视频显示和声音播放,且这些服务可以根据用户的满意度实时调整。与目前的空港中的用户手推车相比,在服务的智能化和功能多样化方面都有了质的提升。
根据本发明的又一方面,提出了一种用于空港服务的数据处理的方法,空港设置有上述的移动服务终端,该方法包括:
移动服务终端采集用户信息,用户信息包括用户的身份信息和/或特征信息和/或在移动服务终端的用户界面上输入的操作信息;
移动服务终端根据所采集的用户信息与外部设备交互数据以验证用户身份;
根据用户的身份信息调用外部数据中该用户所属目标用户群组所匹配的服务内容,以及根据用户接受服务内容时的特征信息调整向用户推送服务内容。
本发明可以利用具有唯一标识的登机牌、身份证、护照、手机号码、人脸、指纹和声纹进行身份验证,因为这些标识难以模仿且具有唯一性,所以该验证操作方法简单方便,安全性高、可靠性高。另外,在身份验证的同时,采集了用户的身份信息,将用户的身份信息和行为信息添加至用户数据库内,随着采集的用户信息的增加,用户数据库实时更新,使得移动服务终端记载的信息更多、更新,方便研究用户的行为,为用户提供个性化的服务提供了数据支持。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对发明作进一步详细的说明。本发明实施例可以应用于个人计算机***、服务器计算机***、客户机、基于微处理器的***、机顶盒、可编程电子产品等和包括上述设备的分布式云计算技术环境。
本发明实施例中可以通过硬件处理器(hardware processor)和各单元来实现相关功能模块的各项功能。
图1为本发明一实施方式的移动服务终端的功能模块组成示意图。如图1所示,移动服务终端10可以包括:采集模块11、接口单元12、处理单元13和输出单元14。其中,采集模块11可以将采集的信息输出至处理单元13。该处理单元13可以通过接口单元12与外部设备进行交互数据。处理单元13可以将处理后的信息输出给输出单元14。

图3为本发明一实施方式的移动服务终端安装在手推车上的示意图。如图3所示,移动服务终端10安装在手推车50车架的上端部,以供用户(例如在机场内候机的旅客)在推动该手推车50时浏览或者收听。其中,主摄像头可位于移动服务终端10的底部。当用于用户身份验证的登机牌或身份证或护照的正面朝上放置在该手推车50的车架上的随身行李托盘51上时,移动服务终端10上的主摄像头正好可以扫描登机牌或身份证或护照,并可以解析登机牌信息。副摄像头可用于人脸识别,位于移动服务终端正 面,屏幕正上方的位置。当用户在推动手推车50时,恰好可以获取用户脸部的图像。在用户确认的情况下,通过拍摄该用户,并通过已有的第三方人脸识别***Face++(例如该***厂家可以是北京旷视科技有限公司)来获取并识别正在使用的用户人数、性别、年龄、表情等信息,从而为用户提供更精准、更智能化的服务信息。
图4为本发明一实施方式的用于空港服务的移动服务***的示意图。如图4所示,该***包括:具有上述构造和功能的移动服务终端10,用于向移动服务终端10提供外部数据支持外部设备。该外部设备可以是后台服务器20,和/或与第三方服务器30连接的接口(该接口未在图中标注),和用于在移动服务终端10、后台服务器20和/或第三方服务器30之间建立网络通信连接的通信设备。第三方服务器30可以是专用于航班和客运管理的服务器。
在本实施方式中,后台服务器20可以包括:用于用户身份验证的身份认证单元21,用于数据分析的数据分析单元22,和用于提供个性化服务界面和个性化信息服务的个***单元23。第三方服务器30中可包括票据信息数据库31、行李信息数据库32和人脸识别***33。
在本实施方式中,身份认证单元21能够与票据信息数据库31通信,以从该数据库获取用户当前行程的数据(如机票信息)。数据分析单元22用于分析各种数据。个***单元23可以为用户提供个***,例如与行李信息数据库32连接,以从该数据库获取用户行李信息的数据。
在本实施方式中,票据信息数据库31可以提供用户的性别、年龄段数据;行李信息数据库32可以提供用户行李编号、行李状态;人脸识别***33可以识别观看本移动服务终端屏幕的所有的人脸和其相应的面部特征。具体人脸识别***33可以使用例如北京旷视科技有限公司提供的产品或其它合适的市售产品。在本实施方式中,通信设备用于在移动服务终端10和后台服务器20和第三方服务器30之间建立网络通信连接。本实施例中,通信设备包括路由器,移动服务终端可通过例如有线互联网、无线WiFi网络、移动通信网络等和后台的服务器连接。
在本实施方式中,后台服务器20可以是单台的服务器,也可以是服务器群。后台服务器20内的各单元也可以是独立的服务器,这些服务器或者单元的的数量、类型和接口等均可以根据实际需要进行增加、减少等方式变化。
图5为本发明一实施方式的验证用户身份并提供相应的服务内容的流程示意图。验证模块用于根据采集模块采集的用户信息来验证用户身份。具体可以通过扫描登机牌、身份证和护照等方式,也可以通过手机号登录, 还可以通过人脸及声纹等方式来采集用户的特征信息来验证用户身份。下面通过登机牌登录的方法来说明其实现方式。如图5所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S501:移动服务终端扫描登机牌,解析登机牌信息。
用户可将登机牌正面朝上放置在上述手推车的车架上的随身行李托盘上。移动服务终端10上的主摄像头或扫描装置扫描登机牌上的二维码信息或登机牌上特定信息区,以解析出用户的登机牌信息,例如:航班号、座位号和出发时间等信息。
S502:向后台服务器20请求用户信息。
移动服务终端10将上述解析出的用户登机牌信息通过接口模块发送给后台服务器20以向其请求用户信息。
S503:向第三方服务器30请求用户信息。
后台服务器20将上述解析出用户的登机牌信息发送给第三方服务器30,并向第三方服务器30请求该用户的用户信息。
S504:获取飞机票相关的信息(例如航班基础信息、航班状态信息)和服务内容。
后台服务器接20收到第三方服务器30返回的用户信息并返回给移动服务终端。该用户信息可以包括获取的用户的身份信息,例如用户的ID,性别、年龄等信息,还可以包括获取的航班基础信息和航班状态信息,例如:航班号、航空公司、出发日期、出发地、目的地、计划出发时间、计划到达时间、航班状态、登机口、中转地或经停地等。
下面列举一个实施例来具体说明通过后台服务器获取到航班基础信息和航班状态信息的实现方式。
首先,将移动服务终端10部署到机场,与机场的IT***对接。
其次,机场ITC(IT Center,数据中心)每天定时(例如0点和12点)将航班基础数据同步信息传送给IBM MQ服务器,IBM MQ服务器通过消息传递的方式将信息推送给后台服务器20。MQ是一种应用程序对应用程序的通信方法。本实例采用IBM MQ服务器进行航班信息的传递。当航班数据动态更新时,机场ITC更新航班信息并传送给IBM MQ服务器,IBM MQ服务器通过消息传递的方式将信息推送给后台服务器20。
然后,后台服务器接20接收并存储ITC数据中心推送的航班信息数据。同时,当接收到ITC数据中心关于航班信息变化的推送时,更新存储的航班信息数据。
S505:后台服务器20通过用户数据库查找用户ID,来判定用户数据库中是否存在该用户的数据。
S506:将该用户的数据增加至用户数据库。
若该用户的ID存在,则该用户为既有用户;若该用户的ID不存在,则判断该用户为新用户。将该用户的ID、性别、年龄和行为信息存入用户数据库内。其中,在用户数据库里添加行为信息例如可以是:用户在使用移动服务终端10时,每次打开的页面,每次进行的操作,每一次操作的持续时间等行为信息都会被记录并发送到后台服务器,由后台服务器根据行为信息进行统计、分析和计算来获取用户行为兴趣等。例如:后台服务器的数据分析单元22可以对用户观看各个页面的类型和观看各个页面的持续时间的数据进行统计、分析、计算等,得到在各个页面的平均停留时间和总停留时间。如果该用户在IT数码页面的平均停留时间或者总停留时间明显大于其它页面,可视为IT数码是该用户的行为兴趣之一。
S507:身份认证成功,向用户提供服务内容。
移动服务终端10通过登机牌验证用户身份成功后,在移动服务终端10上显示航班动态信息。移动服务终端在界面上显示或推送针对该用户的个性化用户界面、服务内容等信息。
本实施方式中,还可以通过手机号登录移动服务终端10,对用户身份进行验证,该过程可以包括:
S501’:用户输入用户手机号和/或短信验证码,移动服务终端10通过后台服务器的用户数据库,对输入信息进行校验。例如,用户在移动服务终端10的身份验证的操作界面中输入手机号码,向后台服务器请求身份验证,后台服务器向用户的手机发送4位数字短信验证码。用户在移动服务终端10的身份验证的操作界面中输入该4位数字短信验证码,后台服务器验证用户输入的内容是否与向用户的手机发送的4位数字短信验证码一致,若一致,则校验成功。
S502’:上述校验成功后,后台服务器20可以获得该用户的手机号、当前时间和所在机场等信息。
S503’:后台服务器接收到以上信息后将其发送至第三方服务器(如专用于航班和客运管理的服务器)。第三方服务器根据该用户预留的手机号,获取对应的用户身份信息,以及该用户关联的航班基础信息和航班状态信息等。
S504’:后台服务器接收第三方服务器反馈的用户的身份信息、航班基础信息和航班状态信息等。
S505’:后台服务器将上述获取的信息与用户数据库的信息进行比较。具体地,后台服务器通过用户数据库查找用户ID,来判定用户数据库中是否存在该用户的数据。若该用户的ID存在,则该用户为既有用户;若该用 户的ID不存在,该用户为新用户,则将该用户的ID、性别、年龄和行为信息添加入用户数据库内。
另外,本实施方式中,还可以通过身份证或护照等方式登录移动服务终端10,对用户身份进行验证,也可以通过人脸及声纹等方式来采集用户的特征信息。
通过上述的登机牌、护照、身份证、人脸及声纹等具有唯一标识的方法对用户身份进行验证,可靠性高,且操作简单方便。
图6为本发明一实施方式的向用户推送个性化服务信息的流程示意图。如图6所示,该流程包括以下步骤:
S601:采集用户的身份信息并与外部设备数据信息交互以进行用户身份验证。
在本实施方式中,该身份验证的方式可以是用户登录移动服务终端时,通过主摄像头扫描登机牌、身份证和护照等方式,也可以通过手机号登录,还可以通过人脸及声纹等方式来采集用户的特征信息,定向出用户基本身份信息,如用户的ID、航班号、性别、年龄等的身份信息,并验证用户的身份(具体可以按图5中的两个实施方式进行身份验证)。
S602:根据用户的身份信息调用外部数据中该用户所属目标用户群组所关注的服务内容。
该步骤的具体实现方式如下:
首先,建立用户数据库。
当用户完成身份验证后,移动服务终端为每一个用户分配一个独立的用户身份编号,并建立注册用户数据库。其中,老用户无需重复注册,仅需将其行为信息加入其数据库内即可。根据不同用户的身份信息和历史行为信息,将这些用户信息进行分析整理,获得多重维度的细分用户数据库。
例如,该数据库可以包括用户的下列属性的内容:
1)年龄:60岁以下,每10岁划分一个年龄段;
        60岁以上,划分一个年龄段。
2)性别:男、女;
3)出发地:出发地机场所在省、市;
4)目的地:目的地机场所在片区(例如华北、华中、华东、华南、西北、东北、西南和港澳台八大片区)、省、市;
5)起飞时段:所乘航班的起飞时间。例如:上午(6~12点)、下午(12~18点)、晚上(18~24点);
6)坐席:头等舱、经济舱;
7)飞行频次:该用户最近一年的飞行次数;
8)行为兴趣:投资理财、地产家居、旅游、IT数码、汽车、时尚、教育培训、育儿、招聘就业、体育健身、音乐影视等多个类目(该数据可以通过用户在本移动服务终端上浏览的内容确定)。
其次,通过储存、分析海量不同用户数据,将用户划分为不同属性的目标用户群组,并针不同的目标用户群组,提供个性化的服务。
用户数据库中的典型用户群组例如可包括:
1)高端商务群组:年飞行频次在50次以上,头等舱居多,飞行时间多发生在白天,关注投资理财、地产家居、汽车等高端服务产品的用户。
2)大众群组:年飞行频次在50次以下,经济舱居多,飞行时间多发生在夜晚,关注教育培训、音乐影视等大众服务产品的用户;
需要说明的是,上述数据库可以根据需要进行调整,如为方便业务扩展和服务需求,本实施方式支持自定义新的用户群组(例如,20岁到30岁之间,飞行目的地为港澳台地区,爱好旅游的年龄男女),可以向该群组推送港澳台旅游资讯。
本实施方式中,移动服务终端的分析模块通过分析用户数据库中注册用户的属性(例如可以是身份信息、行为兴趣、使用记录、飞行记录(例如可以是用户的出发地、目的地、起飞时段、坐席、飞行频次),可以为不同属性的用户提供与其所属目标用户群组匹配的个性化的服务内容。
本实施方式可以采用人工分析的方法来分析特定用户的属性,然后通过配置文件将同一属性的用户进行归类整理。
例如,将符合如下群组属性的用户群组定义为高端商务群组:年飞行频次在50次以上,头等舱居多,飞行时间多发生在白天,关注投资理财、地产家居、汽车等高端服务产品的用户。则在管理后台建立如下配置:
1)群组ID:user_group001;
2)群组名:高端商务群组;
3)群组属性:
属性1:年龄(30~50岁);
属性2:性别(不限);
属性3:出发地(不限);
属性4:目的地(不限);
属性5:起飞时段(70%以上的起飞时段在6~18点间);
属性6:坐席(70%以上的坐席为头等舱);
属性7:飞行频次(年飞行次数为50以上);
属性8:行为兴趣(投资理财、地产家居、汽车)。
当用户登陆本移动服务终端后,将该用户的属性与上述群组属性相匹配。当该用户的属性与高端商务群组的属性匹配成功时,本移动服务终端查找、调用与该用户群组相匹配的资源信息向该用户推送。
在本实施方式中,上述将用户与预设的目标用户群相匹配可以采用精确匹配的方式。例如:当该用户的上述属性完全符合要求时,可以采用精确匹配的方式,将该用户归类至高端商务群组。当只有部分属性不符合要求时,也可以采取模糊匹配的方式。模糊匹配的规则可以预先设定。在本实施方式中,该预设的规则也可以为:当符合目标用户群的属性的比例大于第一预设值(例如70%)时,或者将用户的各个属性预设权重,在符合目标用户群的属性的总的权重值大于第二预设值(例如60%)时,将用户归类至目标用户群。另外,还可以按需要进行各种设置,以满足个性化的服务需求。
S603:采集用户的实时的特征信息,根据用户接受服务内容时的特征信息调整服务内容。
在本实施方式中,移动服务终端的副摄像头实时采集用户的特征信息(例如,用户的人数、性别、年龄和表情等),将其发送至后台服务器的个***单元。通过分析用户的特征信息实时调整为用户提供的服务内容。
在本实施方式中,副摄像头识别人脸的实现步骤为:副摄像头采集人脸的信息,并生成JPEG、PDF等格式的图像文件,调用第三方服务器的人脸识别***(例如北京旷视科技有限公司提供的Face++)中的人脸识别SDK(软件开发工具包),通过其来识别给定图片中的所有的人脸和相应的面部属性。人脸识别SDK还可以集成在移动服务终端的软件***中。当采集到图像文件后,通过SDK内的API(Application Programming Interface,应用程序编程接口),远程连接第三方服务器中的人脸识别***来识别。
在本实施方式中,上述副摄像头采集使用者图像可以有两种方式。一是被动采集,即当进入到指定的用户界面或者收到后台服务器的相关指令时,采集使用者头像;二是主动采集,在正常开机状态下,每隔预定的时间段(例如1分钟)采集一次用户头像。需要说明的是,上述人脸信息的采集方式也可以通过主摄像头或者其它具有摄像功能的装置完成,图像采集的时间间隔也可以按需要进行延长或者缩短。
在本实施方式中,通过上述移动服务终端内置的人脸识别***识别给定图片中的人脸的数量、位置和相应的面部属性。其中人脸的面部属性数据可以包括:
性别(男、女,以及结果的置信度);
年龄(预估的年龄结果,及正负区间);
人种(黄种人/白种人/黑种人,以及结果的置信度);
微笑度(可以预设0-100的微笑数值);
在本实施方式中,预设微笑数值为0-100,数值越大表示微笑度越高。将满意度预设多个满意等级(例如,很满意、满意和不满意)。再将多个满意等级与相应的多个微笑数值相关联。例如:
很满意与微笑数值80-100相关联,表明当前显示的内容对用户吸引力很明显,用户对推送的内容很满意。
满意与微笑数值60-79相关联,表明当前显示的内容对用户吸引力明显,用户对推送的内容满意。
不满意与微笑数值0-59相关联,表明当前显示的内容对用户没有吸引力,用户对推送的内容不满意。
在本实施方式中,采用已有的人脸识别***,其具有根据屏幕中的人脸图片的面部属性确定具体的微笑数值的功能。在此不再赘述。
下面以一位带儿童的30岁的女性用户使用移动服务终端为例,来具体说明本移动服务终端利用人脸识别***为其提供个性化服务的实现方式。
该女士利用扫描登机牌进行身份验证,身份验证成功后登陆至移动服务终端的用户界面。一开始,移动服务终端根据这位女性用户的身份信息,为其提供美容化妆等服务内容。当副摄像头通过人脸识别***,识别出随行儿童的信息后,即与儿童相关的内容数据库连接,以调整服务内容,提供如亲子服务、教育咨询等内容服务。此外,还可以根据识别出的儿童特征,调用后台服务器中针对儿童的推送内容。
具体可以是,例如,当人脸识别***识别到屏幕中的人脸数量为2;其中一个人的年龄在30岁左右,性别为女;另一个人的年龄为5岁左右,性别为男;这位女性的微笑度在0-59,这位男孩的微笑度也在0-59,可以将针对这位女性的内容,切换成针对儿童的动画片。如果此时识别到的这位儿童的微笑数值为90时,表明动画片对儿童具有较明显的吸引力,该儿童对这个动画片满意。如果此时,识别到这位儿童的微笑数值在40之间,则表明当前动画片对这位儿童的吸引力较低,可以将当前的动画片切换成歌舞节目。
在本实施方式中,在向用户推送多个资源信息之前,可以将需要推送的内容的首页组合显示在移动服务终端的用户界面上,以供用户选择。例如,可以将需要推送的内容以多个缩略图同时显示于用户界面上,或在移动服务终端的用户界面上循环显示各推送内容的首页,以供用户选择。当用户不做选择时,可以保持为循环显示方式,或是在预设时间(例如6秒)后,跳转至与所识别的身份信息和行为信息匹配度最高的服务内容页面。
S604:输出服务内容。
将用户关注的内容在移动服务终端的用户界面显示和/或通过播放单元播放,为用户提供性化信息服务。
本移动服务终端可以对用户的特征信息进行识别,利用识别结果为个性化服务提供决策依据,及时为用户调整推送的内容,并可以此来判断商业广告对于目标用户的吸引程度,再根据吸引程度来判断该商业广告的价值。
图7-图10所示内容列举了几个实施例来详细描述个性化的服务的实现方式。具体为用户提供个性化信息服务可以包括:目的地服务推送、频道娱乐内容推送;商业广告精准推送;机场内服务信息推送等服务。
需要说明的是下面列举的四个个性化服务均是为用户提供的单一服务。当然,也可以根据用户接受服务内容时的特征信息调整服务内容。例如,当用户不满意某一个商业广告推送的内容时,可以向用户提供另一个商业广告;也可以不再向用户提供商业广告,而改向用户提供目的地服务、频道娱乐内容,以供其选择。具体可以通过上述的移动服务终端的副摄像头实时采集用户的特征信息来实现,在此不再赘述。
图7为本发明提供个性化服务的第一实施例的流程示意图。如图7所示,该实施例描述了目的地服务推送的具体实现方式,该方式包括如下步骤:
S701:提供各种资源内容。
将各种资源内容(例如旅游、美食、居家、财经、房产、新闻等)上传至后台服务器内的个***单元内(也可以直接上传至移动服务终端的存储单元内,具体可以按需要进行选择),对资源内容添加目的地和类目(例如旅游、美食、居家、财经、房产、新闻等)等标记。
S702:获得用户的航班目的地信息。
用户登录移动服务终端时,***根据用户航班号,获得用户的航班目的地信息。
S703:提供各目标用户群组所关注的内容。
移动服务终端从后台服务器中的个***单元内查找与用户目的地匹配的内容资源,并推送给用户。该内容资源也可以是通过第三方服务器获取的网络资源。
S704:根据该用户的历史行为习惯,筛选类目相匹配的内容资源进行重点推送。
其中,信息推送中的查找与匹配内容的实现方法如下:
信息推送内容包括前端应用部分内容显示部分以及后端配置管理部 分。前端应用部分获取用户身份信息(用户ID、目的地等),并采集用户的浏览行为,从后端内容资源库中查找相关的内容并在应用程序界面上显示。后端配置管理部分主要实现目的地内容资源的上传、管理、存储以及配置设定。其中,目的地内容的使用情况主要通过设置配置文件中的各个参数来确定。配置文件中参数可以为:内容ID、内容名、内容路径、内容目的地、内容类目。其中,内容类目可以包括:投资理财、地产家居、旅游、IT数码、汽车、时尚、教育培训、育儿、招聘就业、体育健身、音乐影视等多个类目。
如上文所述,用户通过上述登机牌扫描等形式登录移动服务终端后,移动服务终端可以获得到用户ID、目的地、行为兴趣等信息,再基于配置文件设定的参数,查找对应目的地的内容在移动服务终端上显示给用户。同时根据用户的行为兴趣,将与上述类目匹配的目的地内容优先显示给用户。
图8为本发明提供个性化服务的第二实施例的流程示意图。如图8所示,该实施例描述了频道娱乐内容推送的实现方法,该方法针对不同的特征用户群组,推送显示不同的频道排序,以满足用户不同层次的娱乐需求。该方法包括:
S801:提供频道内容。
将频道内容存储在后台服务器的个***单元内,后台服务器与移动服务终端处于同一局域网内。例如:针对女性用户,将美妆、时尚等频道排在最前面;针对金融行业从业人员,将财经、商业等频道排在最前面。该频道内容可以视为内容资源包,可以存在后台服务器的个***单元内,也可以通过链接其他服务器获取。
S802:将频道与用户的属性(特征)进行关联。
通过后台服务器可以将频道与用户的特征进行关联。该关联字段可以包括:用户性别、用户年龄段、频道排序。
S803:查找与用户相匹配的频道。
用户登录移动服务终端时,根据获取到的用户性别、年龄段等信息,从个***单元查找与用户相匹配的频道。
S804:向用户显示频道列表以供其选择。
图9为本发明提供个性化服务的第三实施例的流程示意图。如图9所示,该实施例描述了商业广告精准推送的实现方式。

S903:基于目标用户模型投放商业广告内容。
当符合条件的目标用户登录移动服务终端时,该移动服务终端可按照配置文件来设定的广告投放时间、内容和位置等信息来精准的推送商业广告。
例如:针对某时尚手机的广告投放,在后台管理***中,通过配置文件实现广告投放时间、位置、目标用户的定义。当符合条件的目标用户登录到移动服务终端时,则可在指定的广告投放时间和位置显示指定的广告。该时尚手机配置文件设置如下:
广告ID:ad_001;
广告名称:某某手机;
广告资源路径:广告资源库内;
广告投放时间:2015年4月1日-2015年6月30日;
广告投放位置:首页推荐位;
广告类目:数码IT;
目标用户模型:年轻时尚用户群组。
根据以上配置文件,当符合条件的目标用户登录***,进入首页时,首页推荐位则显示广告ID为ad_001的手机广告。反之,则不显示该广告。
另外,对于商业广告,为了优化广告内容的推送,可以通过设置动态调整推送频次和时间。其实现方式为:
在广告配置文件中增加2个字段:单位时间内播放次数、单位时间类型(例如自然日、自然周、自然月),将单位时间内播放次数设定第一预设值(例如10次),将单位时间类型设定第二预设值(例如1周)。当广告内容播放时,移动服务终端记录播放开始时间和播放结束时间,并定时将以上数据发送到后台服务器,由其汇总计算指定单位时间内所有移动服务终端内该广告总计播放次数。当总计播放次数达到第一预设值(例如10次)时,则向移动服务终端发送停止播放该广告的指令,对该内容数据设置禁止访问标记,以禁止对该广告内容的继续调用和播放。在设置禁止访问标记的同时,对设置该禁止访问标记时间开始计数,当停止播放时间超过第二预设值(例如1周)时,后台服务器向移动服务终端发送开始播放广告的指令。移动服务终端接收到指令后,重新开始播放该广告,并对每次播放的开始时间和结束时间进行记录,定时汇总到后台服务器。
本实施方式还可以通过对配置文件中字段做不同的设置,以针对不同的需求对广告推送的方式做各种变换,从而达到精准的推送商业广告的目的。
图10为本发明提供个性化服务的第五实施例的流程示意图。如图10所示,该实施例描述了机场内服务信息推送(例如行李自助查询)的方法的实现方式,该获取行李信息的步骤可以包括以下步骤:
S1001:发送查询请求。
输入行李编号或扫描登机牌/身份证/护照等方式发送查询行李状态的请求。
S1002:解析出用户的航班信息。
移动服务终端解析出用户的航班信息,将航班信息发送至后台服务器。
S1003在行李数据库里查询用户的行李信息。
后台服务器将航班号发送给第三方服务器(行李信息数据库),第三方服务器通过其行李信息数据库查询用户的行李编号和行李状态,并将该信息回馈给后台服务器。
S1004:返回查询结果。
后台服务器将用户的行李编号和行李状态反馈给移动服务终端,移动服务终端显示行李编号和行李状态以供用户查询。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种移动服务终端,包括:
    采集单元,配置为采集用户信息,所述用户信息包括用户的身份信息和/或特征信息和/或在所述移动服务终端的用户界面上输入的操作信息;
    接口单元,配置为与外部设备进行数据交互;
    处理单元,分别与采集单元和接口单元连接的处理单元,配置为根据所采集的用户信息进行用户身份验证,和根据所述用户的身份信息调用外部设备的数据中该用户所属目标用户群组所匹配的服务内容,以及根据用户接受所述服务内容时的特征信息调整所述服务内容;
    与处理单元连接的输出单元,配置为输出所述服务内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动服务终端,还包括分别与所述采集单元和处理单元连接的存储单元,配置为存储数据库,其中,所述数据库中至少包括用户的历史行为信息和/或所采集的用户信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的移动服务终端,其中,所述处理单元包括:
    验证模块,配置为根据所述采集单元采集的用户信息与外部设备交互数据以验证用户身份;
    分析模块,配置为分析用户的历史行为信息和/或所采集的用户信息,将所述用户的属性与预设目标用户群组的属性相匹配,将所述用户归类于预设的目标用户群组;
    检索模块,配置为通过所述接口单元查询并获取所述目标用户群组关联的信息入口;和
    调用模块,配置为通过所述信息入口调用所述关联的信息以在所述移动服务终端的用户界面显示和/或播放。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的移动服务终端,其中,所述采集单元包括:用于采集用户的身份信息的扫描装置或第一摄像头,和/或用于采集用户的特征信息的第二摄像头。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动服务终端,其中,所述移动服务终端安装于手推车上,所述扫描装置或第一摄像头设置于移动服务终端的底部,以扫描用户的身份证件,所述第二摄像头位于所述移动服务终端正面屏幕 上方,以用于人脸识别。
  6. 一种用于空港服务的移动服务***,包括:
    如权利要求1-5任一项所述的移动服务终端,
    后台服务器,配置为向所述的移动服务终端提供外部数据支持的,和/或
    与第三方服务器连接的接口,和
    通信设备,配置为在所述移动服务终端、后台服务器和/或第三方服务器之间建立网络通信连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动服务***,其中所述后台服务器包括:
    身份认证单元,对移动服务终端的用户身份进行认证,并与第三方服务器通信,以从所述第三方服务器的数据库获取用户当前行程数据;
    数据分析单元,对所述用户访问页面的类型和持续时间的数据进行统计、分析、计算,以确定用户的偏好;
    个***单元,通过移动服务终端提供个性化服务界面和个性化服务信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的移动服务***,其中所述第三方服务器包括:
    票据信息数据库,提供用户的性别、年龄段和行程数据;
    行李信息数据库,提供用户行李编号、行李状态;和
    人脸识别***,识别观看所述移动服务终端屏幕的人脸和相应的面部特征。
  9. 一种用于空港服务的数据处理方法,所述空港设置有权利要求6-8任一项所述的移动服务***,所述方法包括:
    所述移动服务终端采集用户信息,所述用户信息包括用户的身份信息和/或特征信息和/或在所述移动服务终端的用户界面上输入的操作信息;
    所述移动服务终端根据所采集的用户信息与外部设备交互数据以验证用户身份;
    根据所述用户的身份信息调用外部数据中该用户所属目标用户群组所匹配的服务内容;以及
    根据用户接收所述服务内容时的特征信息,调整推送的服务内容。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述调整推送的服务内容的步骤包括:
    根据用户的身份信息和行为信息,通过所述移动服务终端推送服务内容;
    在用户接收所述推送的内容的过程中,实时采集用户的特征信息;
    根据所述特征信息识别用户对所述推送的内容的满意度,调整推送的服务内容。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,
    所述特征信息包括用户的人数、性别、年龄和表情;
    所述表情包括微笑度,所述微笑度预设为多个微笑数值。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,
    所述满意度包括多个满意度等级,所述多个满意度等级与相应的多个微笑数值相关联。
  13. 根据权利要求9-12任一项所述的方法,其中,所述服务内容包括以下之一:目的地服务推送、频道娱乐内容推送、商业信息推送、机场内服务信息推送。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,还包括:根据用户的身份信息和历史行为信息,建立多个目标用户群组的用户数据库,所述多个目标用户群组分别具有多重维度。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,还包括:在识别用户身份时,采用模糊匹配规则将用户与所述用户群组匹配,并向所述用户推送相匹配的目标用户群组关联的服务内容。
