本实用新型所述的一种虹吸式喷笔,包括前柄、尾柄、喷针、喷头、喷 嘴及进气阀,所述前柄与所述尾柄配合连接形成笔体,所述笔体的内部形成有容置腔,所述容置腔内设有所述喷针,所述前柄的壁上设有进料接头,所述前柄内设有与所述进料接头连通的虹吸通道,所述笔体的中部设有所述进气阀,所述容置腔内设有用于控制所述进气阀启闭的扳机,所述扳机的触发端伸出于所述前柄的外部,所述扳机与所述喷针联动配合,还包括喷嘴座,所述喷嘴座的后端与所述前柄螺纹连接,所述喷嘴座的前端与所述喷头螺纹连接,所述喷嘴包括喷嘴本体,所述喷嘴本体抵设于所述喷头与所述喷嘴座之间,所述喷嘴本体的前端延伸设有喷嘴尖端,所述喷嘴座的中心设置有轴通孔,所述虹吸通道与所述轴通孔相连通,所述喷针的前端穿过所述轴通孔、所述喷嘴本体并伸入于所述喷嘴尖端内;所述喷头、所述喷嘴本体及所述喷嘴尖端之间形成有气室,所述前柄、所述喷嘴座及所述喷嘴本体配合形成有将所述进气阀的出气口与所述气室相连通的气体通道,所述喷头的前端与所述喷嘴尖端之间形成有将所述气室与大气连通的径向间隙。
进一步地,所述前柄与所述喷嘴座之间、所述喷嘴座与所述喷头之间、所述喷嘴座与所述喷嘴本体之间分别设置有密封圈。
进一步地,所述容置腔内还设有顶杆,所述顶杆的前端沿轴向设有供所述喷针***的插槽,所述顶杆的后端伸出于所述尾柄的外部并固定连接有按钮,所述喷针上固定连接有与所述顶杆的前端止挡配合的锁紧螺母,所述顶杆与所述尾柄之间套设有尾柄螺丝,所述尾柄螺丝与所述尾柄螺纹连接,所述尾柄螺丝与所述按钮之间活动连接有锁紧套;所述尾柄螺丝的壁上对称设有一对安装孔,所述安装孔内活动装设有钢珠,所述顶杆的后端外周从前至后依次设有与所述钢珠相配合的第一台阶部和第二台阶部,所述第一台阶部的直径大于所述第二台阶部的直径,所述锁紧套的内壁从前至后依次设有与 所述钢珠相配合的环状深槽和环状浅槽,所述环状深槽与所述环状浅槽相贯通,所述锁紧套的中部设有与所述尾柄螺丝的后端止挡配合的限位凸台,所述限位凸台与所述按钮之间设有按钮弹簧。
进一步地,所述前柄与所述尾柄之间通过连接螺丝相连接,所述喷针的外部分别套设有调节杆和弹簧调节螺丝,所述调节杆与所述弹簧调节螺丝之间设有调节杆弹簧,所述调节杆的后端穿过所述弹簧调节螺丝并与所述锁紧螺母螺纹连接;所述调节杆的后端沿轴向设有夹紧槽,当所述锁紧螺母与所述调节杆螺纹连接时,所述调节杆的后端在所述夹紧槽的作用下受力收缩并夹紧所述喷针;所述弹簧调节螺丝与所述连接螺丝螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述扳机上设置有用于驱动所述喷针轴向移动的联动块,所述联动块呈偏心圆弧结构,所述联动块的外周与所述调节杆相抵,所述调节杆的前端延伸有连接部,所述联动块的远离所述扳机的一端活动套接于所述连接部。
进一步地,所述尾柄的与所述弹簧调节螺丝相对应位置处设有缺口。
进一步地,所述进气阀包括阀体,所述阀体的一端与所述前柄固定连接,所述阀体的另一端设有进气接头,所述阀体设有所述出气口,所述进气接头内分别设有阀杆和开关孔,所述阀杆的一端依次穿过所述开关孔、所述阀体并与所述扳机相抵,所述阀杆的另一端设有与所述开关孔密封配合的密封座,所述进气接头内还设有阀杆调节螺丝,所述阀杆调节螺丝与所述阀杆的邻近所述密封座的一端之间设有进气阀弹簧。
进一步地,所述容置腔内从前至后依次设有锥形密封圈和密封圈压帽,所述密封圈压帽及所述锥形密封圈均设置于所述喷嘴座与所述扳机之间,所述密封圈压帽与所述前柄螺纹连接,所述锥形密封圈抵设于所述前柄与所述 密封圈压帽之间。
进一步地,所述喷头的外部连接设有喷头套。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型在前柄的前端螺纹连接喷嘴座,通过喷嘴座实现对喷头及喷嘴的安装固定,与现有技术中前柄直接通过喷头安装喷嘴相比,本实用新型有效优化了前柄的连接结构,使得前柄的结构设置更为简单,并且更加便于对前柄内部的气体通道进行加工,加工方便,降低了制造成本;此外,喷嘴本体抵设于喷头与喷嘴座之间,既使得喷嘴在装配时较为方便快捷,同时也有效提高了喷嘴位置状态的稳定性,有利于充分保证喷嘴尖端与喷头之间的同轴度,提高了本实用新型的使用效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1至图6所示的一种虹吸式喷笔,包括前柄1、尾柄2、喷针3、喷头4、喷嘴及进气阀,前柄1与尾柄2配合连接形成笔体,笔体的内部形成有容置腔7,容置腔7内设有喷针3,前柄1的壁上设有进料接头11,进料接头11用于连接涂料瓶,前柄1内设有与进料接头11连通的虹吸通道12,笔体的中部设有进气阀,容置腔7内设有用于控制进气阀启闭的扳机71,扳机71的触发端伸出于前柄1的外部,扳机71与喷针3联动配合。
本实用新型还包括喷嘴座8,喷嘴座8的后端与前柄1螺纹连接,喷嘴座8的前端与喷头4螺纹连接,喷头4的外部连接设有喷头套41,喷头套41用于保护喷针3,喷嘴包括喷嘴本体51,喷嘴本体51抵设于喷头4与喷嘴座8之间,喷嘴本体51的前端延伸设有喷嘴尖端52,喷嘴座8的中心设置有轴通孔81,虹吸通道12与轴通孔81相连通,喷针3的前端穿过轴通孔81、喷嘴本体51并伸入于喷嘴尖端52内;喷头4、喷嘴本体51及喷嘴尖端52之间形成有气室A,前柄1、喷嘴座8及喷嘴本体51配合形成有将进气阀的出气口63与气室A相连通的气体通道82,喷头4的前端与喷嘴尖端52之间形成有将气室A与大气连通的径向间隙。
本实用新型在前柄1的前端螺纹连接喷嘴座8,通过喷嘴座8实现对喷头4及喷嘴的安装固定,与现有技术中前柄1直接通过喷头4安装喷嘴相比,本 实用新型有效优化了前柄1的连接结构,使得前柄1的结构设置更为简单,并且更加便于对前柄1内部的气体通道82进行加工,加工方便,降低了制造成本;此外,喷嘴本体51抵设于喷头4与喷嘴座8之间,既使得喷嘴在装配时较为方便快捷,同时也有效提高了喷嘴位置状态的稳定性,有利于充分保证喷嘴尖端52与喷头4之间的同轴度,提高了本实用新型的使用效果。
工作时,压缩空气依次经进气阀及气体通道82进入气室A中,并从喷头4的前端与喷嘴尖端52之间的径向间隙向外喷出,在气体从喷头4喷出的过程中,喷头4前端附近的压缩空气在喷嘴尖端52位置处形成负压,从而将虹吸通道12内的涂料从喷嘴中吸出,涂料经喷嘴尖端52喷出的同时又被从喷头4前端喷出的压缩空气雾化,进而实现雾化喷涂的效果。
前柄1与喷嘴座8之间、喷嘴座8与喷头4之间、喷嘴座8与喷嘴本体51之间分别设置有密封圈83,通过设置上述结构,充分保证了本实用新型内部压缩空气与涂料之间的隔离,使得压缩气体在气体通道82的流动过程中不会对涂料造成影响,从而保证了本实用新型工作性能的稳定性。
参见图1、图2、图3、图4及图5,容置腔7内还设有顶杆9,顶杆9的前端沿轴向设有供喷针3***的插槽91,顶杆9的后端伸出于尾柄2的外部并固定连接有按钮10,喷针3上固定连接有与顶杆9的前端止挡配合的锁紧螺母31,顶杆9与尾柄2之间套设有尾柄螺丝111,尾柄螺丝111与尾柄2螺纹连接,尾柄螺丝111与按钮10之间活动连接有锁紧套121;尾柄螺丝111的壁上对称设有一对安装孔,安装孔内活动装设有钢珠112,顶杆9的后端外周从前至后依次设有与钢珠112相配合的第一台阶部92和第二台阶部93,第一台阶部92的直径大于第二台阶部93的直径,锁紧套121的内壁从前至后依次设有与钢珠112相配合的环状深槽122和环状浅槽123,环状深槽122与 环状浅槽123相贯通,锁紧套121的中部设有与尾柄螺丝111的后端止挡配合的限位凸台124,限位凸台124与按钮10之间设有按钮弹簧101。
装配时,根据实际需求调整好尾柄螺丝111的位置,当需要对喷针3的位移进行限位时,只需通过按钮10向前推动顶杆9,顶杆9在移动过程中与钢珠112发生相对滑动,随着顶杆9的继续前移,由于第一台阶部92的直径大于第二台阶部93的直径,会使得钢珠112滑动至第二台阶部93内,此时钢珠112也相应地从环状深槽122中脱离,钢珠112对锁紧套121的止挡作用消失,锁紧套121会在按钮弹簧101的压力作用下随按钮10前移,直至限位凸台124与尾柄螺丝111相抵,此时钢珠112抵设于环状浅槽123与第二台阶部93之间,参见图3,顶杆9无法自行后移,从而实现对顶杆9位置的锁定,在这种位置状态下,顶杆9前端与锁紧螺母31之间的轴向间隙,即为喷针3的极限位移;当使用过程中需要使喷嘴完全打开时,只需向后拉动锁紧套121,锁紧套121在后移过程中,环状浅槽123逐渐脱离钢珠112,当钢珠112再次落入环状深槽122时,此时钢珠112对顶杆9的锁定消失,按钮10在按钮弹簧101的作用下带动顶杆9回移至原位,促使钢珠112抵设于环状深槽122与第一台阶部92之间,参见图2,使得顶杆9在钢珠112的作用下再次被锁定,在此状态下,由于锁紧螺母31与顶杆9之间的轴向距离增大,从而使得喷针3变为无限位状态,保证喷嘴能够完全打开。
综上所述,本实用新型每调节一次尾柄螺丝111的位置,通过锁紧套121、按钮10、顶杆9及钢珠112的配合作用,均能够有效实现顶杆9在两个不同位置的锁定,进而改变对喷针3的限位状态,操作较为方便,使用效果较好。
前柄1与尾柄2之间通过连接螺丝21相连接,喷针3的外部分别套设有调节杆32和弹簧调节螺丝33,调节杆32与弹簧调节螺丝33之间设有调节杆 弹簧34,调节杆32的后端穿过弹簧调节螺丝33并与锁紧螺母31螺纹连接;调节杆32的后端沿轴向设有夹紧槽321,当锁紧螺母31与调节杆32螺纹连接时,调节杆32的后端在夹紧槽321的作用下受力收缩并夹紧喷针3;弹簧调节螺丝33与连接螺丝21螺纹连接。扳机71上设置有用于驱动喷针3轴向移动的联动块711,联动块711呈偏心圆弧结构,联动块711的外周与调节杆32相抵,调节杆32的前端延伸有连接部322,联动块711的远离扳机71的一端活动套接于连接部322。尾柄2的与弹簧调节螺丝33相对应位置处设有缺口22。
向后扳动扳机71时,联动块711随扳机71同步转动,并通过其外周向后推抵调节杆32,调节杆32受到联动块711的轴向作用力,从而驱动喷针3及锁紧螺母31向后移动,喷针3在后移过程中与喷嘴尖端52之间形成间隙,促使涂料经喷嘴尖端52流出。根据扳机71向后扳动的角度的不同,喷针3移动的距离也相应地发生改变,喷针3与喷嘴尖端52之间的间隙也随之发生改变,进而改变本实用新型的排量。当松开扳机71时,调节杆32在调节杆弹簧34的驱动下带动喷针3及锁紧螺母31复位。使用时,用户通过尾柄2上预留的缺口22,便能够直接调整弹簧调节螺丝33与连接螺丝21之间的螺纹接入量,从而便能够对调节杆弹簧34的预紧压力进行调节,无需拆下尾柄2,有效减少了拆装次数,使用更为方便。
进气阀包括阀体61,阀体61的一端与前柄1固定连接,阀体61的另一端设有进气接头62,阀体61设有出气口63,进气接头62内分别设有阀杆64和开关孔65,阀杆64的一端依次穿过开关孔65、阀体61并与扳机71相抵,阀杆64的另一端设有与开关孔65密封配合的密封座66,进气接头62内还设有阀杆调节螺丝67,阀杆调节螺丝67与阀杆64的邻近密封座66的一端之间 设有进气阀弹簧68。
安装时利用进气接头62与气源相连接,当按压扳机71时,扳机71的端部推抵阀杆64,促使密封座66脱离开关孔65,使得气源内的压缩气体经开关孔65、出气口63及气体通道82进入气室A内,然后再流经喷头4前端与喷嘴尖端52之间的间隙后从喷头4的前端喷出。当松开扳机71时,阀杆64在进气阀弹簧68的作用下带动扳机71复位。通过对阀杆调节螺丝67的位置状态进行调节,从而便能够对进气阀弹簧68的预紧压力进行调节。
为了避免涂料回流至笔体的后端,容置腔7内从前至后依次设有锥形密封圈72和密封圈压帽73,密封圈压帽73及锥形密封圈72均设置于喷嘴座8与扳机71之间,密封圈压帽73与前柄1螺纹连接,锥形密封圈72抵设于前柄1与密封圈压帽73之间,通过设置上述结构,有效保证了本实用新型内部的密封性,从而避免了涂料的泄漏。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的较佳实施方式,故凡依本实用新型专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本实用新型专利申请范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种虹吸式喷笔,包括前柄、尾柄、喷针、喷头、喷嘴及进气阀,所述前柄与所述尾柄配合连接形成笔体,所述笔体的内部形成有容置腔,所述容置腔内设有所述喷针,所述前柄的壁上设有进料接头,所述前柄内设有与所述进料接头连通的虹吸通道,所述笔体的中部设有所述进气阀,所述容置腔内设有用于控制所述进气阀启闭的扳机,所述扳机的触发端伸出于所述前柄的外部,所述扳机与所述喷针联动配合,其特征在于:还包括喷嘴座,所述喷嘴座的后端与所述前柄螺纹连接,所述喷嘴座的前端与所述喷头螺纹连接,所述喷嘴包括喷嘴本体,所述喷嘴本体抵设于所述喷头与所述喷嘴座之间,所述喷嘴本体的前端延伸设有喷嘴尖端,所述喷嘴座的中心设置有轴通孔,所述虹吸通道与所述轴通孔相连通,所述喷针的前端穿过所述轴通孔、所述喷嘴本体并伸入于所述喷嘴尖端内;所述喷头、所述喷嘴本体及所述喷嘴尖端之间形成有气室,所述前柄、所述喷嘴座及所述喷嘴本体配合形成有将所述进气阀的出气口与所述气室相连通的气体通道,所述喷头的前端与所述喷嘴尖端之间形成有将所述气室与大气连通的径向间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的虹吸式喷笔,其特征在于:所述前柄与所述喷嘴座之间、所述喷嘴座与所述喷头之间、所述喷嘴座与所述喷嘴本体之间分别设置有密封圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的虹吸式喷笔,其特征在于:所述容置腔内还设有顶杆,所述顶杆的前端沿轴向设有供所述喷针***的插槽,所述顶杆的后端伸出于所述尾柄的外部并固定连接有按钮,所述喷针上固定连接有与所述顶杆的前端止挡配合的锁紧螺母,所述顶杆与所述尾柄之间套设有尾柄螺丝,所述尾柄螺丝与所述尾柄螺纹连接,所述尾柄螺丝与所述按钮之间活动连接 有锁紧套;所述尾柄螺丝的壁上对称设有一对安装孔,所述安装孔内活动装设有钢珠,所述顶杆的后端外周从前至后依次设有与所述钢珠相配合的第一台阶部和第二台阶部,所述第一台阶部的直径大于所述第二台阶部的直径,所述锁紧套的内壁从前至后依次设有与所述钢珠相配合的环状深槽和环状浅槽,所述环状深槽与所述环状浅槽相贯通,所述锁紧套的中部设有与所述尾柄螺丝的后端止挡配合的限位凸台,所述限位凸台与所述按钮之间设有按钮弹簧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的虹吸式喷笔,其特征在于:所述前柄与所述尾柄之间通过连接螺丝相连接,所述喷针的外部分别套设有调节杆和弹簧调节螺丝,所述调节杆与所述弹簧调节螺丝之间设有调节杆弹簧,所述调节杆的后端穿过所述弹簧调节螺丝并与所述锁紧螺母螺纹连接;所述调节杆的后端沿轴向设有夹紧槽,当所述锁紧螺母与所述调节杆螺纹连接时,所述调节杆的后端在所述夹紧槽的作用下受力收缩并夹紧所述喷针;所述弹簧调节螺丝与所述连接螺丝螺纹连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的虹吸式喷笔,其特征在于:所述扳机上设置有用于驱动所述喷针轴向移动的联动块,所述联动块呈偏心圆弧结构,所述联动块的外周与所述调节杆相抵,所述调节杆的前端延伸有连接部,所述联动块的远离所述扳机的一端活动套接于所述连接部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的虹吸式喷笔,其特征在于:所述尾柄的与所述弹簧调节螺丝相对应位置处设有缺口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的虹吸式喷笔,其特征在于:所述进气阀包括阀体,所述阀体的一端与所述前柄固定连接,所述阀体的另一端设有进气接头,所述阀体设有所述出气口,所述进气接头内分别设有阀杆和开关孔,所述阀 杆的一端依次穿过所述开关孔、所述阀体并与所述扳机相抵,所述阀杆的另一端设有与所述开关孔密封配合的密封座,所述进气接头内还设有阀杆调节螺丝,所述阀杆调节螺丝与所述阀杆的邻近所述密封座的一端之间设有进气阀弹簧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的虹吸式喷笔,其特征在于:所述容置腔内从前至后依次设有锥形密封圈和密封圈压帽,所述密封圈压帽及所述锥形密封圈均设置于所述喷嘴座与所述扳机之间,所述密封圈压帽与所述前柄螺纹连接,所述锥形密封圈抵设于所述前柄与所述密封圈压帽之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的虹吸式喷笔,其特征在于:所述喷头的外部连接设有喷头套。
