背景技术
隐私通常是指一些不愿他人知道或他人不便知道的个人信息。随着社会经济的发展,出现了很多隐私被泄漏的情况,使得对隐私的保护得到了越发广泛的关注。
电话号码是一种特殊的隐私,人们会有选择的将自己的电话号码告知他人,以维持人际之间的沟通交流,但又不希望自己的电话号码被随意传播,而招致诈骗电话、各种推销广告以及垃圾短信泛滥等后果。
然而,现有的网络***难以妥善保护用户的隐私,尤其是电话号码。比如,人们在日常生活中,经常会进行网络购物,现有的网络***需要用户提供电话号码,以为了便于与网店以及物流公司沟通。网站和物流公司为了保持良好的商誉,都会采用一些措施避免用户的电话号码泄漏。然而,在一些情况下,不法分子仍旧利用一些不法手段获得了用户的电话号码。由于现有的网络***,难以辨析出泄漏用户电话号码的环节,使得难以有效的避免用户的电话号码泄漏。
发明内容
本申请提供一种便于发现泄漏用户隐私的环节的订单数据处理方法、数据查询方法及服务器。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施方式提供一种订单数据处理方法,其包括:接收第一客户端发出的订单数据,根据所述订单数据获取客户通信号码;确定所述订单数据所需流转的一个或多个业务平台;针对所述一个或多个业务平台分别为所述客户通信号码分配一个或多个临时通信号码,建立并存储所述业务平台、临时通信号码及客户通信号码的对应关系;将所述临时通信号码及客户通信号码的对应关系发送至通信服务器; 将所述一个或多个临时通信号码分别发送至对应的所述一个或多个业务平台。
本申请实施方式还提供一种服务器,包括:订单接收模块,用于接收客户端发出的订单数据,根据所述订单数据获取客户通信号码;平台确定模块,用于确定所述订单数据所需流转的一个或多个业务平台;分配模块,用于针对所述一个或多个业务平台分别为所述客户通信号码分配一个或多个临时通信号码,建立并存储所述业务平台、临时通信号码及客户通信号码的对应关系;第一发送模块,用于将所述临时通信号码及客户通信号码的对应关系发送至通信服务器;第二发送模块,用于将所述一个或多个临时通信号码分别发送至对应的所述一个或多个业务平台。
本申请实施方式还提供一种通信数据查询方法,其包括:接收举报请求,根据所述举报请求获取客户通信号码和举报通信号码;根据所述客户通信号码和所述举报通信号码在预先存储的通信记录中查询确认被所述举报通信号码呼叫的临时通信号码;其中,所述临时通信号码与所述客户通信号码之间存在关联;根据所述临时通信号码确定其对应的业务平台;其中,一个所述临时通信号码对应一个业务平台。
本申请实施方式还提供一种服务器,所述服务器包括:举报请求接收模块,用于接收举报请求,根据所述举报请求获取客户通信号码和举报通信号码;查询模块,用于根据所述客户通信号码和所述举报通信号码在预先存储的通信记录中查询确认被所述举报通信号码呼叫的临时通信号码;其中,所述临时通信号码与所述客户通信号码之间存在关联;确认模块,用于根据所述临时通信号码确定其对应的业务平台;其中,一个所述临时通信号码对应一个业务平台。
由以上本申请提供的技术方案可见,本申请在订单数据处理流程中,可以将订单数据的处理过程,按照处理方的角色不同,划分为不同的业务平台。为每个业务平台分配一个临时通信号码。使得每个临时通信号码可以与一个业务平台相对应。一旦订单数据处理过程中的某一个业务平台,泄漏了通信号码。便可以根据被拨打的临时通信号码,得到泄漏通信号码的业务平台。如此实现在发生通信号码泄漏时,找到泄漏通信号码的源头,进而可以相应采取措施,避免再度发生。

请参阅图1,为本申请一个实施方式所提供的一种订单数据处理方法,其包括如下步骤。
步骤S10:接收第一客户端发出的订单数据,根据该订单数据获取客户通信号码。
在本实施方式中,第一客户端可以为智能手机、台式电脑、笔记本电脑、平板电脑或者智能可穿戴设备。当然,第一客户端也可以为能存储于任一上述所列设备的存储器中,并在上述所列设备上运行的软件。第一客户端可以被用户使用,以发出订单请求。
在本实施方式中,所述订单数据可以包括买卖交易中的订购凭据,具体内容可以包括用户订购的商品和/或服务。
在本实施方式中,订单数据中可以附带有客户通信号码,具体的举例为订单数据中可以包括有客户通信号码。如此,在接收到订单数据之后,便可以得到客户通信号码。订单数据中还可以不包括该客户通信号码,通过订单数据中包括的身份信息,从本地数据库中读取该身份信息对应的客户通信号码。
在本实施方式中,客户通信号码可以为用户的电话号码,其可以为固定电话的号码,也可以为移动电话的号码,并不限于任何号码段。
在本实施方式中,第一客户端发出订单数据的方式可以为通过互联网发送到服务器。相应的,服务器也可以通过互联网接收订单数据。
步骤S12:确定所述订单数据所需流转的一个或多个业务平台。
在本实施方式中,在接收到订单数据之后,可以根据订单数据的业务流转过程,以确定订单数据需要流转的业务平台。具体的,消费者通过客户端向服务器发出购买商品的订单数据,便可以确定后续订单数据的业务平台可以包括电商平台、物流平台和售后服务平台等。

在本实施方式中,为客户通信号码分配临时通信号码,可以为本地预先存储有至少一个临时通信号码,在该至少一个临时通信号码中选择一个分配给客户通信号码;还可以为接收到订单数据之后,按照预定的规则生成一个临时通信号码。
在一个具体的实施方式中,在本地设置有通信号码集,该通信号码集中包括有至少一个第一临时通信号码。通过该方式,便可以有效的限定第一临时通信号码的取值范围,以及管理第一临时通信号码的使用情况。例如,可以将现有的通信号码选择的现状中,很少被使用的号码作为临时通信号码;也可以为将某一个区段的号码作为临时通信号码, 例如“95000000000~95011111111”之间的号码作为临时通信号码。
在本实施方式中,可以针对确定的业务平台情况,进一步向客户通信号码分配临时通信号码。确定的业务平台为一个时,可以向客户通信号码分配一个临时通信号码,以使该临时通信号码与业务平台之间形成对应关系。确定的业务平台为多个时,可以向客户通信号码分配与业务平台对应数量的临时通信号码,以使每个业务平台可以对应一个临时通信号码。

在本实施方式中,订单数据处理信息可以表示业务平台已经响应订单数据,并进行了相应处理。订单数据处理信息本身可以为一个预先设定的字符串,其用于表示订单数据处理的状态。
在本实施方式中,业务平台的身份信息可以唯一表示一个业务平台。例如业务平台的身份信息为平台标识。业务平台的身份信息还可以包括表示使用业务平台的用户的账号信息;或者可以表示业务平台的网络通信地址信息。
在本实施方式中,订单数据处理信息附带业务平台的身份信息的方式可以包括:身份信息作为订单数据处理信息内容的一部分;或者,身份信息作为订单数据处理信息的附件。在一个具体的实施方式中,商品的卖家通过业务平台接收到订单数据之后,可以确认货物是否足够,以及做好邮寄货物前的准备。卖家可以通过业务平台指定物流公司进行邮寄货物。卖家通过业务平台选择物流公司之后,比“如日日顺快递”,会向服务 器发出订单数据处理信息,在该信息中会有该“日日顺快递”的身份信息。该身份信息可以为“日日顺快递”。
在一个实施方式中,在步骤S12中可以包括:接收到一个或多个业务平台发出的订单数据获取请求;所述订单数据获取请求附带有订单编号。
在本实施方式中,业务平台在完成响应订单数据之后,可以告知后续对订单数据进行处理的业务平台。为了获知订单数据的内容,后续处理的业务平台可以向服务器发出订单数据获取请求。如此,服务器接收到订单数据获取请求之后,可以分配临时通信号码等工作,并将绑定了临时通信号码的订单数据发送给该业务平台。
在本实施方式中,订单数据可以包括有订单编号。业务平台可以从流转的前一个业务平台获取订单编号后,发出订单数据获取请求。在订单数据获取请求中附带该订单编号。服务器接收到订单数据获取请求之后,可以根据订单编号确定订单数据。

步骤S28:接收举报请求,根据举报请求获取举报通信号码。
在本实施方式中,接收到举报请求,可以表示可能存在用户的客户通信号码被泄漏的情况。即用户发现客户通信号码被泄漏;或者,用户接到的骚扰电话或者诈骗电话之类。
在本实施方式中,服务器接收举报请求的方式可以包括:接收到用户使用的第一客户端发出的举报请求;用户可以向服务中心拨打电话,以举报其客户通信号码被泄漏,服务中心的工作人员可以根据用户的电话内容,向服务器中输入举报请求。
在本实施方式中,根据举报请求获取举报通信号码的方式可以包括:举报请求中可以直接表明举报通信号码;举报请求中表明通话的时间,服务器根据客户通信号码和通话时间,在该客户通信号码的通话记录中查找相应的发起呼叫的通信号码为举报通信号码。
在本实施方式中,举报通信号码可以为固定电话的号码,也可以为移动电话的号码,并不限于任何号码段。
步骤S30:在所述客户通信号码的通信记录中查询确定所述举报通信号码呼叫的临时通信号码,确定所述临时通信号码对应的业务平台。
在本实施方式中,服务器可以从电信运营商的通信服务器获取通信记录。具体的,业务服务器可以每间隔预定时间便从通信服务器中下载一次通信记录。也可以在接收到举报请求之后,业务服务器从通信服务器下载客户通信号码的通信记录。
在本实施方式中,举报通信号码在与客户通信号码建立通信的过程中,会首先向一个临时通信号码发起呼叫,通信服务器根据临时通信号码与客户通信号码的绑定关系,转由向客户通信号码发起呼叫。如此,在通话记录中便存在举报通信号码发起呼叫时的被叫通信号码,该被叫通信号码为临时通信号码。
在本实施方式中,由于每个临时通信号码会与订单数据处理过程中的一个业务平台相对应。使得,在确定了举报通信号码发起呼叫的临时通信号码之后,便可以获知临时通信号码对应的客户端。由于一个临时通信号码仅被告知其对应的业务平台,进而可以确定使用该业务平台的用户泄漏了客户通信号码。
在一个实施方式中,所述方法还包括接收通信服务器发出的通信记录,存储所述通信记录;其中,通信记录中对应记录有发起呼叫的通信号码,和被呼叫的临时通信号码。
在本实施方式中,业务服务器可以从通信服务器获取通信记录,并进一步进行保存。如此,在接收到举报请求时,便可以进一步在通信记录中查询得出被呼叫的临时通信号码,进而确定对应的业务平台。
在本实施方式中,通信记录中对应记录有发起呼叫的通信号码,和被呼叫的临时通信号码。使得可以在发起呼叫的通信号码中与举报通信号码相匹配,进而找到举报通信号码呼叫的临时通信号码。服务器可以每间隔预设时长接收通信服务器发出的通信记录。在订单数据处理的过程中,依照具体接收通信记录的时间点不同,通信记录的内容也可能不同。
请参阅图3,本申请实施方式还提供一种服务器100,其包括:订单接收模块10、平台确定模块12、分配模块14、第一发送模块16和第二发送模块18。
订单接收模块10用于接收客户端发出的订单数据,根据所述订单数据获取客户通信号码。
在本实施方式中,客户端可以为智能手机、台式电脑、笔记本电脑、平板电脑或者智能可穿戴设备。当然,客户端也可以为能存储于任一上述所列设备的存储器中,并在上述所列设备上运行的软件。客户端可以被用户使用,以发出订单请求。
在本实施方式中,所述订单数据可以包括买卖交易中的订购凭据,具体内容可以包括用户订购的商品和/或服务。
在本实施方式中,订单数据中可以附带有客户通信号码,具体的举例为订单数据中可以包括有客户通信号码。如此,在接收到订单数据之后,便可以得到客户通信号码。订单数据中还可以不包括该客户通信号码,通过订单数据中包括的身份信息,从本地数 据库中读取该身份信息对应的客户通信号码。
在本实施方式中,客户通信号码可以为用户的电话号码,其可以为固定电话的号码,也可以为移动电话的号码,并不限于任何号码段。
在本实施方式中,客户端发出订单数据的方式可以为通过互联网发送到服务器。相应的,服务器也可以通过互联网接收订单数据。
平台确定模块12用于确定所述订单数据所需流转的一个或多个业务平台。
在本实施方式中,在接收到订单数据之后,可以根据订单数据的业务流转过程,以确定订单数据需要流转的业务平台。具体的,消费者通过客户端向服务器发出购买商品的订单数据,便可以确定后续订单数据的业务平台可以包括电商平台、物流平台和售后服务平台等。
在本实施方式中,业务平台可以包括按照一定业务逻辑搭建,为业务个体提供技术和数据交互支持的技术平台。具体的,例如淘宝网、京东商城等为业务个体搭建的电商平台。业务平台也可以包括由每个业务个体自行维护的具有类似功能的软件形成的抽象平台。具体的,例如每个物流公司都可以开发自己的软件***,以对快件的接收和派发进行管理。业务平台还可以包括针对订单数据流转过程中的业务个体提供一定服务的技术支持平台。具体的例如为物流公司开发软件的公司或业务团体。
在本实施方式中,确定订单数据流转的业务平台的过程可以包括:在接收到订单数据之后,便按照该订单数据的预定流转过程,指定需要流转的业务平台。具体的,例如接收到购买商品的订单数据之后,便可以按照预定流转过程,指定当前订单数据需要流转的平台包括电商平台和物流平台。确定订单数据流转的业务平台的过程还可以包括:在一个业务平台针对订单数据处理完成之后,指定下一个业务平台。具体的,例如电商平台接收订单数据并相应处理之后,可以指定物流平台作为下一个流转的业务平台。确定订单数据流转的业务平台的过程还可以包括:需要进行流转的业务平台主动发出订单数据获取请求,将发出订单数据获取请求的业务平台确定为需要流转的业务平台。具体的,例如电商平台中的网店,响应订单数据准备产品,并将产品交由物流公司,网店可以仅仅向物流公司提供订单编号,而物流公司发出订单数据获取请求,通过订单编号获得对应的订单数据。此时便可以将该物流公司作为订单数据流转的业务平台。
分配模块14用于针对所述一个或多个业务平台分别为所述客户通信号码分配一个或多个临时通信号码,建立并存储所述业务平台、临时通信号码及客户通信号码的对应关系。
在本实施方式中,为客户通信号码分配临时通信号码,可以为本地预先存储有至少一个临时通信号码,在该至少一个临时通信号码中选择一个分配给客户通信号码;还可以为接收到订单数据之后,按照预定的规则生成一个临时通信号码。
在一个具体的实施方式中,在本地设置有通信号码集,该通信号码集中包括有至少一个第一临时通信号码。通过该方式,便可以有效的限定第一临时通信号码的取值范围,以及管理第一临时通信号码的使用情况。例如,可以将现有的通信号码选择的现状中,很少被使用的号码作为临时通信号码;也可以为将某一个区段的号码作为临时通信号码,例如“95000000000~95011111111”之间的号码作为临时通信号码。
在本实施方式中,可以针对确定的业务平台情况,进一步向客户通信号码分配临时通信号码。确定的业务平台为一个时,可以向客户通信号码分配一个临时通信号码,以使该临时通信号码与业务平台之间形成对应关系。确定的业务平台为多个时,可以向客户通信号码分配与业务平台对应数量的临时通信号码,以使每个业务平台可以对应一个临时通信号码。
在本实施方式中,每个业务平台可以具有平台标识,该平台标识可以与业务平台之间存在唯一对应关系。建立并存储所述业务平台、临时通信号码及客户通信号码的对应关系。可以为将平台标识、临时通信号码和客户通信号码对应存储。具体的,举例为可以通过数据表方式关联存储平台标识、客户通信号码和临时通信号码,数据表中的一列存储客户通信号码,另一列存储临时通信号码,第三列存储平台标识。其中在该数据表的一行数据中,平台标识、临时通信号码和客户通信号码之间存在对应关系。尤其是一行数据中,平台标识和临时通信号码存在对应关系。一个平台标识可以对应多个临时通信号码,但一个临时通信号码仅对应一个平台标识。也可以为平台标识、客户通信号码和临时通信号码的索引对应存储。具体的,举例为临时通信号码在通信号码集中存在编号,该编号即为其索引,通过该索引便可以唯一确定临时通信号码,如此通过将客户通信号码和索引对应存储,便可以明确客户通信号码对应的临时通信号码。
第一发送模块16用于将所述临时通信号码及客户通信号码的对应关系发送至通信服务器。
在本实施方式中,通信服务器可以为电信运营商的服务器,其可以根据通信请求对通信号码进行呼叫。
在本实施方式中,向通信服务器发出对应关系,可以采用发出关联信息的方式。服务器向通信服务器发出的关联信息中可以附带有客户通信号码和临时通信号码,以使通 信服务器将临时通信号码和客户通信号码相关联。在通信服务器接收到针对临时通信号码的呼叫请求时,可以将该呼叫请求转换为针对该临时通信号码关联的客户通信号码的呼叫。
在一个具体的实施方式中,服务器向通信服务器发出的关联信息附带客户通信号码和临时通信号码,可以为将客户通信号码和临时通信号码作为关联信息的内容或部分内容;也可以为将客户通信号码和临时通信号码中的一个作为关联信息的内容或部分内容,另一个作为附件;还可以为将客户通信号码和临时通信号码均作为联信息的附件。具体的,举例为临时通信号码可以为“12345678900”,客户通信号码可以为“17095058888”;关联信息的内容可以为“Binding17095058888&12345678900”;关联信息的内容可以为“17095058888&12345678900”;关联信息的内容可以为“Binding 17095058888”,将“12345678900”作为附件;关联信息的内容可以为“Binding 12345678900”,将“17095058888”作为附件;关联信息的内容还可以为“Binding”,将“17095058888”和“12345678900”都作为附件。
第二发送模块18用于将所述一个或多个临时通信号码分别发送至对应的所述一个或多个业务平台。
在本实施方式中,将临时通信号码发送给对应的业务平台,以使得业务平台的工作人员可以通过呼叫临时通信号码与使用客户通信号码的用户建立通信。具体的,可以将临时通信号码与订单数据进行绑定之后,将订单数据发给业务平台,如此业务平台获得其对应的临时通信号码。在发给业务平台的订单数据中,可以将客户通信号码替换为临时通信号码,如此是的业务平台接收到的订单数据中不会包含客户通信号码。再者通过临时通信号码对每个业务平台进行标识。
本申请实施方式,可以将订单数据的处理过程,按照处理方的角色不同,划分成不同的业务平台。为每个业务平台分配一个临时通信号码,使得每个临时通信号码可以与一个业务平台相对应。一旦订单数据处理过程中的某一个业务平台的用户,泄漏了通信号码。便可以根据被拨打的临时通信号码,得到泄漏通信号码的业务平台。如此实现在发生通信号码泄漏时,找到泄漏通信号码的源头,进而可以相应采取措施,避免再度发生。
请参阅图4,为本申请一个实施方式所提供的一种通信数据查询方法,其包括如下步骤。
步骤S64:接收举报请求,根据所述举报请求获取客户通信号码和举报通信号码。
在本实施方式中,接收到举报请求,可以表示可能存在用户的客户通信号码被泄漏的情况。即用户发现客户通信号码被泄漏;或者,用户接到的骚扰电话或者诈骗电话之类。

步骤S68:根据客户通信号码和举报通信号码在预先存储的通信记录中查询确认被举报通信号码呼叫的临时通信号码;其中,临时通信号码与客户通信号码之间存在关联。

步骤S70:根据临时通信号码确定其对应的业务平台;其中,一个临时通信号码对 应一个业务平台。
在本实施方式中,由于每个临时通信号码会与订单数据处理过程中的一个业务平台相对应。使得,在确定了举报通信号码发起呼叫的临时通信号码之后,便可以获知临时通信号码对应的业务平台。由于一个临时通信号码仅被告知其对应的业务平台,进而可以确定使用该业务平台的用户泄漏了客户通信号码。
在一个实施方式中,在所述通信数据查询方法还可以包括:接收存储通信服务器发出的通信记录;其中,所述通信记录中对应记录有发起呼叫的通信号码和被呼叫的临时通信号码。
在本实施方式中,业务服务器可以从通信服务器获取通信记录,并进一步进行保存。如此,在接收到举报请求时,便可以进一步在通信记录中查询得出被呼叫的临时通信号码,进而确定对应的客户端。

在一个具体实施方式中,可以采用表格的方式对应存储发起呼叫的通信号码和被呼叫的临时通信号码。即在一行表格中第一列记录发起呼叫的通信号码,第二列记录被呼叫的临时通信号码。也可以采用纯文本的格式记录,每行记录对应的发起呼叫的通信号码和被呼叫的临时通信号码,二者之间通过预定标识分隔。
请参阅图5,为本申请实施方式还提供一种服务器101,其包括举报请求接收模块102、查询模块104和确认模块106。
举报请求接收模块102用于接收举报请求,根据所述举报请求获取客户通信号码和举报通信号码。
在本实施方式中,接收到举报请求,可以表示可能存在用户的客户通信号码被泄漏的情况。即用户发现客户通信号码被泄漏;或者,用户接到的骚扰电话或者诈骗电话之类。

查询模块104用于根据所述客户通信号码和所述举报通信号码在预先存储的通信记录中查询确认所述举报通信号码所呼叫的临时通信号码;其中,所述临时通信号码与所述客户通信号码之间存在关联。

确认模块106,用于根据所述临时通信号码确定其对应的业务平台;其中,一个所述临时通信号码对应一个业务平台。
在本实施方式中,由于每个临时通信号码会与订单数据处理过程中的一个业务平台相对应。使得,在确定了举报通信号码发起呼叫的临时通信号码之后,便可以获知临时通信号码对应的业务平台。由于一个临时通信号码仅被告知其对应的业务平台,进而可以确定使用该业务平台的用户泄漏了客户通信号码。
本申请实施方式,可以将订单数据的处理过程,按照处理方的角色不同,划分成不同的业务平台。为每个业务平台分配一个临时通信号码,使得每个临时通信号码可以与 一个业务平台相对应。一旦订单数据处理过程中的某一个业务平台的用户,泄漏了通信号码。便可以根据被拨打的临时通信号码,得到泄漏通信号码的业务平台。如此实现在发生通信号码泄漏时,找到泄漏通信号码的源头,进而可以相应采取措施,避免再度发生。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种订单数据处理方法,其特征在于,其包括:
    接收第一客户端发出的订单数据,根据所述订单数据获取客户通信号码;
    确定所述订单数据所需流转的一个或多个业务平台;
    针对所述一个或多个业务平台分别为所述客户通信号码分配一个或多个临时通信号码,建立并存储所述业务平台、临时通信号码及客户通信号码的对应关系;
    将所述临时通信号码及客户通信号码的对应关系发送至通信服务器;
    将所述一个或多个临时通信号码分别发送至对应的所述一个或多个业务平台。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一客户端发出的订单数据中包含有客户通信号码;
    在将所述一个或多个临时通信号码分别发送至对应的所述一个或多个业务平台的步骤中包括:将订单数据中包含的客户通信号码替换为所述客户通信号码对应于待接收所述订单数据的当前业务平台而分配的临时通信号码,并将所述订单数据发送至待接收所述订单数据的当前业务平台。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述业务平台包括一个或多个第二客户端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤确定所述订单数据所需流转的一个或多个业务平台中包括:接收到一个或多个业务平台发出的订单数据处理信息;其中,所述订单数据处理信息附带订单数据流转的下一个业务平台的身份信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤确定所述订单数据所需流转的一个或多个业务平台中包括:接收到一个或多个业务平台发出的订单数据获取请求;所述订单数据获取请求附带有订单编号。

    接收举报请求,根据举报请求获取举报通信号码;

    订单接收模块,用于接收客户端发出的订单数据,根据所述订单数据获取客户通信号码;
    平台确定模块,用于确定所述订单数据所需流转的一个或多个业务平台;
    分配模块,用于针对所述一个或多个业务平台分别为所述客户通信号码分配一个或多个临时通信号码,建立并存储所述业务平台、临时通信号码及客户通信号码的对应关系;
    第一发送模块,用于将所述临时通信号码及客户通信号码的对应关系发送至通信服务器;
    第二发送模块,用于将所述一个或多个临时通信号码分别发送至对应的所述一个或多个业务平台。
  9. 一种通信数据查询方法,其特征在于,其包括:
    接收举报请求,根据所述举报请求获取客户通信号码和举报通信号码;
    根据所述客户通信号码和所述举报通信号码在预先存储的通信记录中查询确认被所述举报通信号码呼叫的临时通信号码;其中,所述临时通信号码与所述客户通信号码之间存在关联;
    根据所述临时通信号码确定其对应的业务平台;其中,一个所述临时通信号码对应一个业务平台。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的通信数据查询方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:接收存储通信服务器发出的通信记录;其中,所述通信记录中对应记录有呼叫发起通信号码和被呼叫的临时通信号码。
  11. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:
    举报请求接收模块,用于接收举报请求,根据所述举报请求获取客户通信号码和举报通信号码;
    查询模块,用于根据所述客户通信号码和所述举报通信号码在预先存储的通信记录中查询确认被所述举报通信号码呼叫的临时通信号码;其中,所述临时通信号码与所述客户通信号码之间存在关联;
