一种摄像头及带有该摄像头的智能终端 技术领域
本发明涉及智能拍照技术领域,尤其涉及一种摄像头。
背景技术
目前人们较多采用手机、平板电脑等移动终端进行自拍,但是当拍照人较多时因直接用手操作无法提供足够的拍摄长度而导致照相视角太窄、或者自拍的视角较窄无法获得更广的取景,因此越来越多的用户会使用自拍杆进行操作,例如将手机固定在自拍杆的远端,在手握持部分有拍照按钮,按下后会通过蓝牙来传输拍照命令。
但采用这种自拍杆会引发新的问题,一旦将手机固定在自拍杆的远端而手持自拍杆的近端进行拍照,拍照的稳定性将受到:用户手腕力量、自拍杆伸长长度、手机自重等因素的影响。同时由于手机要持续开启手机的蓝牙功能,对于手机续航也有很大影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种摄像头,能够方便用户调节拍照视角。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种摄像头,包括摄像头本体,其特征在于所述的摄像头还包括:外伸缩杆、内伸缩杆、线缆和磁铁,其中,摄像头本体和磁铁固定于外伸缩杆上,外伸缩杆与内伸缩杆采用套接的连接方式进行连接,线缆固定于内伸缩杆和外伸缩杆的内部空间中。
进一步的,所述外伸缩杆包括:理线脊、理线槽和伸缩杆滑动轨道。
进一步的,所述内伸缩杆包括:内杆内腔、内杆外腔、线缆限位槽和滑动止位凸包。
进一步的,所述线缆固定于内伸缩杆和外伸缩杆的内部空间中,具体为:线缆从内伸缩杆的内杆内腔穿入,线缆的线缆主板连接端采用焊接或者连接器与手机主板相连。
进一步的,所述线缆固定于内伸缩杆和外伸缩杆的内部空间中,具体为:线缆从内伸缩杆的内腔穿至顶部,线缆的顶部线头卡在线缆限位槽中,穿到线缆滑动左腔。
进一步的,所述线缆固定于内伸缩杆和外伸缩杆的内部空间中,具体为:线缆从线缆滑动左腔穿到伸缩杆底部,线缆的底部线头从外伸缩杆的理线槽穿至线缆滑动右腔。
进一步的,所述线缆按照特定的绕线方式固定于伸缩杆和伸缩杆的内部空间中,具体为:线缆从线缆滑动右腔穿至顶部,线缆摄像头连接端与采用焊接或者连接器方式与摄像头本体连接。
本发明还提供了一种智能终端,
这样,采用本专利的摄像头,用户将摆脱自拍杆的束缚,提升了用户的拍照视角,同时提供稳定可靠的拍照质量。另外这种方式不需要开启蓝牙功能,对手机续航不会产生较大影响。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例一
参考图一,本发明提供一种摄像头,所述摄像头包括摄像头本体1、外伸缩杆2、内伸缩杆3、线缆4、磁铁5。其中,摄像头可采用点胶、焊接等固定方式固定在外伸缩杆上;外伸缩杆和内伸缩杆均为内部空心、表面有特定结构特征的金属杆,内伸缩杆套接在外伸缩杆之内;线缆按照特定的绕线方式固定于外伸缩杆和内伸缩杆的内部空间中;磁铁可采用点胶、过盈、粘贴等方案固定于外伸缩杆上。
具体的,如图2所示,外伸缩杆2包括:理线脊201、理线槽202、伸缩杆滑动轨道203。
具体的,如图3所示,内伸缩杆3包括:内伸缩杆内腔301、内伸缩杆外腔302、线缆限位槽303、滑动止位凸包304。
具体的,如图4所示,内伸缩杆和外伸缩杆的结构示意图,外伸缩杆2和内伸缩杆3 套接在一起,套接后可以用常见的铆接或者端部包裹工艺将内伸缩杆3限位在外伸缩杆2内使两者不会因用户使用而脱开。
进一步的,如图5所示,磁铁5固定在外伸缩杆2上,可以采用点胶、过盈、粘贴等方案固定。相应的在手机内部设置有霍尔感应器件,当伸缩杆拉出和推回两个状态,该霍尔感应器件将感知伸缩杆的状态并启动或关闭拍照功能。
进一步的,如图6所示,在未被拉出状态,内伸缩杆3的滑动止位凸包304会被外伸缩杆2的推回止位槽204所限制而固定不动。
进一步的,如图7所示,当用户拉出伸缩杆,滑动止位凸包304会穿过推回止位槽204,并借由推回止位槽204和滑动止位凸包304的滑动摩擦提供一个拉出的手感。最终滑动止位凸包304通过拉出止位槽205,并被限制在拉出的最终位置,同样也是依靠拉出止位槽205对伸缩杆的止位作用,只有当用户施加一定力量才可以推回伸缩杆。
实施例二
参考图8,本发明提供一种带有摄像头的智能终端。外伸缩杆2固定在手机内部,固定方式可采用卡扣、焊接等方式。摄像头本体1置于伸缩杆未被拉长的位置。线缆主板连接端401可以采用焊接或板板连接器方案与主板6连接,用于摄像头的信号传输。
进一步的,如图9所示,伸缩杆在未被拉出时的智能终端外观。当伸缩杆未被拉出时,摄像头本体1仍然可以透过摄像头镜片7进行拍照/摄像等工作,摄像头本体1最上方的摄像头外观面101是显露在整机外面,当需要拉出摄像头时,从摄像头外观面101开始抽出。
进一步的,如图10所示,伸缩杆被拉出后的智能终端外观,摄像头本体1连同内伸缩杆3一起被拉出到整机以外。在这里,根据伸缩杆所需要的伸缩长度,在整机外显露的伸缩杆可不仅限于一段,也可以是多段。
实施例三
参考图11、12、13、14,提供一种摄像头的绕线结构。参考图11,从连接杆底部与主板连接端观察线缆结构示意图,线缆4从内伸缩杆3的内伸缩杆内腔301穿入,线缆4的线缆主板连接端401可以采用焊接或连接器与手机主板相连。
进一步的,如图12所示,从伸缩杆顶部与摄像头连接端观察线缆结构示意图,线缆4从内伸缩杆内腔301穿至顶部成为顶部线头402;外伸缩杆2的理线脊201会将内伸缩杆3的内伸缩杆外腔302分为线缆滑动左腔305和线缆滑动右腔306,顶部线头402卡在线缆限位槽303中,穿到线缆滑动左腔305中。
进一步的,如图13所示,从连接杆底部观察线缆示意图,线缆4从线缆滑动左腔305穿到该侧,形成底部线头403,底部线头403从外伸缩杆2的理线槽202穿至线缆滑动右腔306。
进一步的,如图14所示,从连接杆顶部观察线缆示意图,线缆4从线缆滑动右腔306穿至顶部,这里形成线缆摄像头连接端402,该连接端与摄像头的连接可以采用焊接、连 接器等方案。
利用上述伸缩杆套接方案,可以继续追加在原外伸缩杆2外再套接一个伸缩杆,并给外伸缩杆2的顶部增加类似线缆限位槽303的限位结构,并以上述绕线方案再增加一轮绕线,这样增加了伸缩杆最大拉出长度。

  1. 一种摄像头,包括摄像头本体,其特征在于所述的摄像头还包括:外伸缩杆、内伸缩杆、线缆,其中,摄像头本体固定于外伸缩杆上,外伸缩杆与内伸缩杆采用套接的连接方式进行连接,线缆固定于内伸缩杆和外伸缩杆的内部空间中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述摄像头还包括:固定在外伸缩杆上的磁铁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述外伸缩杆包括:理线脊、理线槽和伸缩杆滑动轨道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述内伸缩杆包括:内杆内腔、内杆外腔、线缆限位槽和滑动止位凸包。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述线缆按照特定的绕线方式固定于内伸缩杆和外伸缩杆的内部空间中:线缆从内伸缩杆的内杆内腔穿入,线缆的线缆主板连接端采用焊接或者连接器与手机主板相连。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述线缆按照特定的绕线方式固定于内伸缩杆和外伸缩杆的内部空间中:线缆从内伸缩杆的内腔穿至顶部,线缆的顶部线头卡在线缆限位槽中,穿到线缆滑动左腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述线缆按照特定的绕线方式固定于内伸缩杆和外伸缩杆的内部空间中:线缆从线缆滑动左腔穿到伸缩杆底部,线缆的底部线头从外伸缩杆的理线槽穿至线缆滑动右腔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的摄像头,其特征在于,所述线缆按照特定的绕线方式固定于伸缩杆和伸缩杆的内部空间中:线缆从线缆滑动右腔穿至顶部,线缆摄像头连接端与采用焊接或者连接器方式与摄像头本体连接。
  9. 一种智能终端,包括:如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的摄像头,内外伸缩杆,用于内置摄像头和内外伸缩杆的空腔。
