Description

휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리
본 발명은 휴대용 액세서리에 관한 것으로, 특히 휴대폰, PMP, MP3 플레이어, 전자사전, 타블렛 PC 등의 휴대용 전자,전기 기기(이하 "휴대용 기기" 라고 칭함)를 휴대하거나 거치하기 위한 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리에 관한 것이다.
최근들어, 휴대폰, PMP 등과 같은 휴대용 기기를 사용자가 용이하게 휴대할 수 있도록 다양한 종류의 액세서리가 개발되고 있다. 일 예로서 휴대용 기기의 일측에 스트랩(strap) 형태의 액세서리가 구비되어 휴대를 편리하게 할 수 있다.

본 발명의 실시예는, 휴대용 기기에 장착되는 액세서리의 구조 간단화로 인해 이를 조립하는 작업성을 향상시키고, 대량생산으로 인해 원가비용을 절감할 수 있도록 한 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리와 관련된다.
본 발명의 실시예는, 휴대용 기기를 액세서리에 의해 다양한 각도로 회전시킬 수 있어 휴대용 기기를 용이하게 휴대하거나 시청할 수 있도록 한 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리와 관련된다.
본 발명의 실시예는, 액세서리를 셀카봉 또는 카메라 받침용 삼각대에 장착하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리와 관련된다.
상기 및 기타 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면,
휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리에 있어서:
이면에 휴대용 기기의 이면이 장착되고, 입구에 출입구가 형성된 이동통로가 중앙에 관통형성되며, 바닥면에 안착홈이 형성되는 베이스;
상기 안착홈에 안착되고, 좌우측에 체결홈이 대향되게 반복하여 형성되며, 입구측이 개방되는 가이더;
상기 체결홈에 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전가능하게 안착되는 다각형의 스윙판과, 상기 스윙판에 연장형성되어 상기 이동통로를 따라 이동되며 힌지축이 결합되는 결합공이 형성되는 이동편으로 이루어지는 연결블록;
C자 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 연결블록에 고정하기 위해 상기 힌지축이 결합되는 손잡이;
상기 베이스로부터 상기 연결블록의 이탈을 방지하기 위해 상기 베이스의 안착홈에 장착되는 커버;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리를 제공한다.
전술한 바와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 실시예는 아래와 같은 이점을 갖는다.
휴대용 기기에 장착되는 액세서리의 구조 간단화로 인해 이를 원터치방식으로 조립함에 따라(나사못, 또는 리벳 등이 불필요하게 됨) 조립하는 작업시간을 단축하여 인건비용을 줄이고, 제작이 용이하여 대량생산으로 인해 원가비용을 절감할 수 있다.
또한, 휴대용 기기를 액세서리에 의해 다양한 각도로 회전시킬 수 있고, 회전된 각도를 일정하게 유지할 수 있어 휴대용 기기로 DMB를 시청하는 경우 매우 편리하므로 실용성 및 편리성을 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 액세서리를 셀카봉 또는 카메라 받침용 삼각대에 장착하여 휴대용 기기의 각도를 용이하게 조정하게 되므로 다양한 용도로써 사용할 수 있다.

도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리의 다른 사용상태도,
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리의 또다른 사용상태도이다.
이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1 내지 도 5(a,b)를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리는,
휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리에 있어서:
이면에 휴대용 기기(10)(휴대폰 등을 말함)의 이면이 장착되고, 입구에 출입구(11)가 형성된 이동통로(12)가 중앙에 관통형성되며, 바닥면에 안착홈(13)이 형성되는 베이스(14);
상기 안착홈(13)에 안착되고, 좌우측에 체결홈(15)이 대향되게 반복하여 형성되며, 입구측이 개방되는 가이더(16);
상기 체결홈(15)에 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전가능하게 안착되는 다각형의 스윙판(17)(일 예로서 오각형, 육각형, 팔각형 등을 말함)과, 상기 스윙판(17)에 연장형성되어 상기 이동통로(12)를 따라 이동되며 힌지축(21)이 결합되는 결합공(18)이 형성되는 이동편(19)으로 이루어지는 연결블록(20);
C자 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 연결블록(20)에 고정하기 위해 상기 힌지축(21)이 결합되는 손잡이(22);
상기 베이스(14)로부터 상기 연결블록(20)의 이탈을 방지하기 위해 상기 베이스(14)의 안착홈(13)에 장착되는 커버(23);를 구비한다.
상기 가이더(16)는
상기 스윙판(17)이 상기 체결홈(15) 내에서 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전되거나 또는 상기 이동통로(12)를 따라 이동되는 경우 상기 체결홈(15)이 탄성변형될 수 있도록 상기 체결홈(15)의 외측으로 슬롯(24)이 형성될 수 있다.
상기 연결블록(20)은 상기 출입구(11)를 통해 상기 베이스(14)에 착탈가능하게 결합될 수 있다.
상기 베이스(14)의 이면에 상기 휴대용 기기(10)를 착탈가능하게 부착하기 위해 상기 베이스(14)의 이면에 장착되는 양면테이프(미 도시됨)를 구비할 수 있다.
도 6에서와 같이, 상기 액세서리(A)를 셀카봉(B)에 장착하여 사용하기 위해, 일단이 상기 연결블록(20)의 이동편(19)의 결합공(18)에 결합되고 타단이 상기 셀카봉(B)에 회동가능하게 고정되는 셀카봉용 브라킷(25)을 구비할 수 있다.
도 7에서와 같이, 상기 액세서리(A)를 카메라 받침용 삼각대(C)에 장착하여 사용하기 위해, 일단이 상기 연결블록(20)의 이동편(19)의 결합공(18)에 결합되고 타단이 상기 삼각대(C)에 각도조절이 가능하게 회동가능하게 고정되는 카메라 받침용 브라킷(26)을 구비할 수 있다.
도면 중 미 설명부호 27은 상기 베이스(14)에 커버(23)를 장착하기 위해 상기 베이스(13)의 안착홈(13)에 일체형으로 돌출형성된 결합핀(28)에 대응되게 상기 커버(23)에 관통 형성되는 결합공이다.
전술한 구성에 의하면, 상기 베이스(14)의 바닥면에 형성된 안착홈(13)에 상기 가이더(16)를 안착시킨다.
상기 안착홈(13)에 형성된 결합핀(28)에 이와 대응되게 상기 커버(23)에 형성된 결합공(27)을 결합시켜 상기 베이스(14)에 상기 커버(23)를 고정한다.
따라서 상기 베이스(14)로부터 상기 가이더(16)의 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 베이스(14)의 이동통로(12)의 입구에 형성된 출입구(11)를 통해 상기 연결블록(20)의 스윙판(17)을 결합시킨 후, 상기 연결블록(20)을 상기 이동통로(12)를 따라 슬라이딩이동시킬 수 있다.
이때, 다각형(일 예로서, 도면에서는 팔각형으로 형성됨)으로 형성된 상기 스윙판(17)은 상기 체결홈(15) 내에서 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전가능하게 안착된다. 또한 상기 연결블록(20)의 원통형상의 이동편(19)이 상기 이동통로(12)를 따라 이동됨에 따라 상기 체결홈(15) 중에 어느 하나에 안착될 수 있다.
전술한 바와 같이 상기 연결블록(20)을 상기 이동통로(12)를 따라 슬라이딩이동시키거나, 또는 상기 스윙판(17)을 상기 체결홈(15)에서 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전시킬 경우, 상기 체결홈(15)의 외측으로 형성된 슬롯(24)에 의해 상기 체결홈(15)을 이루는 리브(29)가 탄성변형되므로 상기 스윙판(17)을 이동시키거나 회전시킬 수 있다.
이때, 상기 손잡이(22)는 상기 힌지축(21)에 의해 0도에서 180도 범위내에서 절첩될 수 있다.
상기 손잡이(22)에 형성된 결합공에 삽입되는 상기 힌지축(21)에 의해 상기 연결블록(20)의 이동편(19)에 형성된 결합공(18)에 손잡이(22)를 고정할 수 있다.
따라서, 상기 베이스(14)의 이면에 장착된 양면테이프로부터 박리지를 떼어낸 후 상기 휴대용 기기(10)의 이면을 양면테이프에 부착시킬 수 있다.
도 5(a)에서와 같이, 지하철, 또는 자동차 내에서 상기 휴대용 기기(10)를 휴대하거나, 또는 휴대용 기기(10)를 이용하여 DMB를 시청하거나 동영상을 볼 경우 링형상의 상기 손잡이(22)를 이용하여 휴대용 기기(10)를 오래동안 안전하고 견고하게 파지할 수 있게 된다.
이때, 상기 연결블록(20)에 의해 상기 베이스(14)를 기준으로 상기 손잡이(22)를 회전시킴에 따라 상기 휴대용 기기(10)의 화면 각도를 용이하게 변경할 수 있다.
이를 상세하게 설명하면 상기 손잡이(22)에 의해 상기 베이스(14)의 체결홈(15)에 안착된 상기 연결블록(20)의 스윙판(17)을 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전시킬 수 있다.
전술한 바와 같이 상기 체결홈(15) 내에서 상기 스윙판(17)을 회전시킬 경우, 상기 체결홈(15)의 바깥쪽으로 형성된 슬롯(24)에 의해 상기 체결홈(15)을 형성하는 리브(29)가 탄성변형된다. 이로 인해 상기 스윙판(17)을 회전시킬 경우 상기 체결홈(15)이 외부로 확장됨에 따라 상기 스윙판(17)을 체결홈(14) 내에서 용이하게 소정방향으로 회전시킬 수 있다.
상기 스윙판(17)을 소정각도로 회전시킬 경우 상기 리브(29)의 탄성복원력에 의해 상기 체결홈(15)의 내측면에 상기 스윙판(17)의 외측면이 밀착되므로 상기 체결홈(15) 내에서 스윙판(17)은 회전되지 않는다.
따라서, 사용자가 원하는 각도로 상기 휴대용 기기(10)의 화면 각도를 용이하고 쉽게 조정할 수 있게 된다.
도 5(b)에서와 같이, 상기 휴대용 기기(10)를 이용하여 DMB를 시청하거나 동영상을 볼 경우 상기 손잡이(22)를 거치대로 활용하여 휴대용 기기(10)를 테이블 등의 피고정면에 소정각도로 경사지게 지지할 수 있다.
이를 상세하게 설명하면, 상기 베이스(14)에 장착된 연결블록(20)의 결합공(18)에 결합된 힌지축(21)을 중심으로 상기 손잡이(22)를 회동시킨 후, 테이블 상면에 대해 상기 베이스(14)에 부착된 휴대용 기기(10)가 소정각도로 경사지도록 손잡이(22)의 일측을 테이블 상면에 안착시킨다. 즉 상기 힌지축(21)의 반대방향으로 손잡이(22)에 형성된 다면체가 테이블의 상면에 밀착되므로 상기 손잡이(22)의 미끄러지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
따라서, 상기 손잡이(22)를 이용하여 휴대용 기기(10)를 소정각도로 경사진 상태를 유지할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 휴대용 기기(10)를 포켓에 휴대할 경우 상기 연결블록(20)을 상기 액세서리(A)로부터 분리할 수 있다. 이를 상세하게 설명하면 상기 연결블록(20)의 이동편(19)을 상기 이동통로(12)를 따라 상기 출입구(11)쪽으로 이동시킴에 따라, 상기 커버(23)가 장착된 베이스(14)로부터 상기 손잡이(22)가 결합된 상기 연결블록(20)을 분리할 수 있다.
이로 인해, 상기 베이스(14)가 이면에 장착된 휴대용 기기(10)를 포켓에 휴대할 경우 상기 연결블록(20)의 이동편(19) 또는 손잡이(22)로 인한 간섭받는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
도면에는 미 도시되었으나, 상기 연결블록(20)의 이동편(19)에 상기 힌지축(21)을 이용하여 상기 손잡이(22)를 고정하는 경우, 상기 힌지축(21)의 외측으로 별도의 슬리이브(미 도시됨)(sleeve)를 결합시킨 후 상기 슬리이브를 상기 이동편(19)의 결합공(18)에 결합시킬 수 있다. 이로 인해 상기 손잡이(22)를 반복적으로 회동시킬 경우 상기 힌지축(21)의 마모 발생되는 것을 방지하고, 또한 이동편(19)의 결합공(18)과 힌지축(21)의 타이트한 결합력을 확보하게 되므로 상기 손잡이(22)의 헐거움을 방지할 수 있다.
여기에서, 상술한 본 발명에서는 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술분야에서 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 기술적인 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경할 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리에 있어서:
    이면에 휴대용 기기의 이면이 장착되고, 입구에 출입구가 형성된 이동통로가 중앙에 관통형성되며, 바닥면에 안착홈이 형성되는 베이스;
    상기 안착홈에 안착되고, 좌우측에 체결홈이 대향되게 반복하여 형성되며, 입구측이 개방되는 가이더;
    상기 체결홈에 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 회전가능하게 안착되는 다각형의 스윙판과, 상기 스윙판에 연장형성되어 상기 이동통로를 따라 이동되며 힌지축이 결합되는 결합공이 형성되는 이동편으로 이루어지는 연결블록;
    C자 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 연결블록에 고정하기 위해 상기 힌지축이 결합되는 손잡이;
    상기 베이스로부터 상기 연결블록의 이탈을 방지하기 위해 상기 베이스의 안착홈에 장착되는 커버;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이더는
    상기 스윙판이 상기 체결홈 내에서 회전되거나 또는 상기 이동통로를 따라 이동되는 경우 상기 체결홈이 탄성변형될 수 있도록 상기 체결홈의 외측으로 슬롯이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 액세서리를 셀카봉에 장착하여 사용하기 위해, 일단이 상기 연결블록의 이동편의 결합공에 결합되고 타단이 상기 셀카봉에 회동가능하게 고정되는 셀카봉용 브라킷을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 연결블록은 상기 출입구를 통해 상기 베이스에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 액세서리를 카메라 받침용 삼각대에 장착하여 사용하기 위해, 일단이 상기 연결블록의 이동편의 결합공에 결합되고 타단이 상기 삼각대에 각도조절이 가능하게 회동가능하게 고정되는 카메라 받침용 브라킷을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
    상기 베이스의 이면에 상기 휴대용 기기를 착탈가능하게 부착하기 위해 상기 베이스의 이면에 장착되는 양면테이프를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 전자,전기 기기의 액세서리.
