本申请的实施例中,即时消息的发送方终端与服务器、接收方终端与服务器通过网络相互可访问。其中,终端(发送方和/或接收方终端)可以是手机、平板电脑、PC(Personal Computer,个人电脑)、笔记本等设备;服务器可以是一个物理或逻辑服务器,也可以是由两个或两个以上分担不同职责的物理或逻辑服务器、相互协同来实现本申请实施例中服务器的各项功能。本申请实施例对终端、服务器的种类,以及发送方终端与服务器之间、接收方终端与服务器之间通信网络的类型、协议等均不做限定。
本申请的实施例中,即时消息的提醒方法在服务器上的流程如图1所示,在终端上的流程如图2所示。
在终端上,步骤210,接收用户设置的在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,并上传给服务器。
现有技术中,即时通信软件为用户提供了在不同范围内设置消息免打扰的功能,例如,用户可以将所有的消息设置为关闭消息提醒,这样不论是群消息还是由其他用户一对一发送给该用户的消息,都不会进行提醒;用户也可以将群消息设置为关闭消息提醒,这样所有的群消息都不会进行提醒;用户还可以针对一个到多个群来设置关闭消息提醒,设置了关闭消息提醒的群的群消息不会进行提醒。
本申请的实施例中,用户可以对应于关闭消息提醒的范围来设置关注对象,具体而言,如果将所有的消息设置为关闭消息提醒,则用户可以将使用同一个即时通信软件的任何好友设置为关注对象;如果将群消息设置为关闭消息提醒,则用户加入的所有群的其他群成员都可以设置为关注对象;如果针对某个群设置了关闭消息提醒,则该群的其他群成员都可被用户设置为关注对象。
终端在收到用户设置的在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象后,将用户对应于关闭消息提醒范围的关注对象上传到服务器,由服务器将其保存到本地或通过网络可访问的存储器、主机等设备上。
在服务器上,步骤110,接收来自发送方终端的即时消息。
在即时通信中,即时消息的发送方终端将即时消息发送给服务器,该即时消息中携带有接收方信息,例如,某个用户的标识,或某个群的标识。服务器可以根据接收方信息,得知应将该即时消息转发给哪个或哪些接收方的终端。
在服务器上,步骤120,如果即时消息的发送方属于即时消息的接收方在关闭消息 提醒时的关注对象,以提醒方式将所述即时消息发送给所述接收方的终端。
在终端上,步骤220,接收服务器以提醒方式发送的即时消息,该即时消息的发送方为用户在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象。
服务器在收到来自发送方终端的即时消息后,对该即时消息的每个接收方,查找保存的该接收方在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,如果该即时消息的发送方属于该接收方在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,则以提醒方式将该即时消息发送到该接收方的终端。
举例而言,如果接收方设置了对所有消息在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,则根据该即时通信软件的实现,服务器可以将关注对象发送的所有即时消息(包括发送给群的群消息和以一个到多个用户为接收方的非群消息)都以提醒方式的发送,也可以只将关注对象发送的非群消息以提醒方式发送;如果接收方设置了对所有群在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,则服务器可以将关注对象发送的所有群消息(即发送方和接收方共同所在的各个群的群消息)以提醒方式发送给接收方终端;如果接收方设置了某个群在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,则服务器将关注对象发送的该群的群消息以提醒方式发送给接收方的终端。
本申请的实施例中,以提醒方式发送的即时消息在到达接收方终端后,接收方终端会向用户发出通知;通知包括振动、铃声、在未解锁屏幕上的提醒信息、在即时通信软件应用程序图标标记或其他标记、在解锁后屏幕上的横幅等各种形式中的一种到多种。以提醒方式发送即时消息的具体实现本实施例中不做限定,各种现有的服务器与接收方终端间的消息传送方式均可采用,例如,服务器可以将即时消息推送(push)给接收方的终端,对服务器以推送方式下发的即时消息,接收方的终端在收到后向用户发出通知;服务器可以通过与接收方终端建立的长连接来将最新的即时消息推送给接收方终端,也可以通过专用的消息推送服务器将即时消息推送给接收方终端的即时通信软件App。
可见,本申请的实施例中,用户指定在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象并上传到服务器,服务器在收到关注对象发送给该用户的即时消息后,以提醒方式发送,从而使得用户指定的关注对象成为关闭消息提醒的例外,这样用户可以及时了解关注对象发送的消息,同时避免被其他不关注的消息打扰,不再需要自行查找关注对象是否发送了消息,减少了用户的操作,为用户提供了更多便利。
在一种实现方式中,可以由发送方在发送群消息时指定要以提醒方式到达的接收方,使得发送方能够确保重要的群消息及时通知到与该群消息密切相关的接收方,即使关闭了该群的消息提醒的接收方也能够得到通知;换言之,该群消息将强制通知到指定的接 收方。具体而言,在发送方终端上,向服务器发送用户所在群的群消息和由用户指定的该群消息的一个到多个通知对象,供服务器将该群消息以提醒方式发送给通知对象的终端。在服务器上,收到来自发送方终端的群消息和由发送方指定的该群消息的通知对象后,以提醒方式向通知对象的终端发送该群消息。其中,发送方和接收方都是同一个群的群成员,并且发送的群消息也是该群的群消息。发送方可以指定一个到多个除自身以外的其他群成员作为通知对象,也可以指定全部群成员作为通知对象。
对由发送方指定了要以提醒方式到达的接收方的即时消息,可以在该消息中添加强制通知标记,这样接收方的终端可以通过强制通知标记来将以这种方式发送的群消息识别出来,从而可以用区别于其他群消息的方式来进行展示和管理,使得接收方用户能够方便的查看和回顾这些重要的群消息。强制通知标记可以由发送方终端添加在要发送的群消息中,也可以由服务器在收到具有指定通知对象的群消息后,添加在发送给指定通知对象的群消息中。
接收方终端在收到服务器以提醒方式发送的带有强制通知标记的群消息后,将该群消息的提醒信息展现给用户。提醒信息可以是在终端的当前状态下用户可以看到的文字或图像,例如在未解锁屏幕上的提醒文字、在即时通信软件应用程序图标标记或其他标记、在解锁后屏幕上的横幅等。当用户对提醒信息进行预定查看操作(如点击提醒文字或横幅、点击图标标记、按下预定的快捷键或快捷键组合等)时,打开对应群的消息展示页面。通常情况下消息展示页面会显示最新收到的若干条群消息,带有强制通知标记的群消息可能显示在消息展示页面上,也可能消息展示页面被随后收到的其他群消息占据而不能显示带有强制通知标记的群消息。如果带有强制通知标记的群消息未能显示在打开的消息展示页面上,则可以在消息展示页面上显示带有强制通知标记的群消息的定位展示项。定位展示项可以是显示部分或全部消息内容的浮窗,可以是图标或按钮,也可以是其他形式的页面元素。当用户对定位展示项指定预定定位操作(如点击浮窗、点击图标或按钮、按下预定的快捷键或快捷键组合等)后,终端将消息展示页面上滚到显示有带有强制通知标记的群消息的位置,将该群消息显示给用户。
在接收方终端上,可以将某个群里收到的带有强制通知标记的群消息筛选出来展示给用户,以便于用户统一查看该群里发送给他的重要消息,或事后查找这些重要消息。在收到用户的预定筛选操作后,显示某个群已接收的带有强制通知标记的群消息。可以在接收方终端的即时通信软件中提供查看所有带有强制通知标记的群消息的菜单项,将选择该菜单项作为预定筛选操作;也可以在群的消息展示页面或设置页面显示按钮或预 设快捷键,以点击按钮或按下快捷键作为预定筛选操作;本申请的实施例不做限定。
在本申请的一个应用示例中,用户A作为接收方,设置了某个群在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象。假设该群名为“一起踢球”,用户设置该群群属性的界面如图3所示,其中,“消息免打扰”为开启模式表示用户A关闭了该群的消息提醒,“ta消息关注”为设置该群关注对象的菜单项。当用户A点击“ta消息关注”后,可以选择该群内除用户A自身以外的其他群成员作为关注对象,终端显示的界面可以如图4所示,“关注的ta”项下为已被用户A选择为关注对象的群成员,“未关注的ta”项下为未成为关注对象的群成员,用户A还可以开启或关闭该群的关注对象功能。假设用户A设置的“一起踢球”群的关注对象为张真人、里斯。
在用户A完成“一起踢球”群的关注对象设置后,终端将用户A设置的“一起踢球”群的关注对象上传给服务器。服务器将用户A、“一起踢球”群、以及对应的关注对象(张真人和里斯)保存起来。
当服务器收到来自发送方终端的“一起踢球”群的群消息时,查找保存的“一起踢球”群里各个群成员设置的关注对象,如果群消息的发送方是某个群成员的关注对象,则将该群消息推送到这个群成员的终端;否则服务器不采用推送方式来发送该群消息。例如,张真人通过其终端发送的群消息到达服务器后,服务器发现张真人是用户A的关注对象,则将张真人发送的群消息推送给用户A的终端。
用户A的终端收到服务器推送的“一起踢球”群的群消息,尽管用户A开启了“一起踢球”群的消息免打扰,终端仍然会向用户A发出通知。这样,用户A的终端在收到张真人和里斯发送的群消息时,都会向用户A进行提醒,以便于用户A及时查看。
用户A作为发送方,可以在发送其所在群的群消息时设置该群消息的通知对象,通知对象可以是该群的一个到多个其他群成员,也可以是该群的所有群成员。一种选择通知对象的界面可以如图5所示,用户A选择“群里所有人”即可以提醒方式将群消息发送给包括自己在内的所有群成员。
假设用户A在发送“一起踢球”群的群消息时选择了“群里所有人”作为通知对象,用户A的终端将群消息和用户指定的通知对象发送给服务器。服务器为用户A的群消息添加强制通知标记,之后将带有强制通知标记的群消息推送给“一起踢球”群的每个群成员。
用户A的终端收到服务器推送的带有强制通知标记的该条群消息后,在锁屏状态下以该条群消息的内容作为提醒文字,显示给用户,同时还可以用铃声和/或振动的方式通 知用户。当用户A点击提醒文字后,进入“一起踢球”群的消息展示页面,在消息展示页面显示该条群消息、或者显示该条群消息的定位展示项(当有最新的群消息占据了消息展示页面而无法显示该条群消息时)。一种在消息展示页面显示该条群消息的定位展示项的界面如图6所示,在消息展示页面的上沿,将该条群消息的部分内容显示在浮窗形式的定位展示项中。当用户A点击浮窗时,消息展示页面滚动到显示有该条群消息的位置。
用户A可以查看已接收的某个群中所有带有强制通知标记的群消息。例如,请参见图3所示的群属性设置页面,当用户点击其中“@我的消息”菜单项时,打开如图7所示的消息展示页面,在其上显示所有接收的带有强制通知标记的群消息。
与上述流程实现对应,本申请的实施例还提供了一种应用在服务器上的即时消息的提醒装置,和一种应用在终端上的即时消息的提醒装置。这两种装置均可以通过软件实现,也可以通过硬件或者软硬件结合的方式实现。以软件实现为例,作为逻辑意义上的装置,是通过终端或服务器的CPU(Central Process Unit,中央处理器)将对应的计算机程序指令读取到内存中运行形成的。从硬件层面而言,除了图8所示的CPU、内存以及非易失性存储器之外,即时消息的提醒装置所在的终端通常还包括用于进行无线信号收发的芯片等其他硬件,即时消息的提醒装置所在的服务器通常还包括用于实现网络通信功能的板卡等其他硬件。
图9所示为本申请实施例提供的一种即时消息的提醒装置,应用在服务器上,所述服务器保存有用户在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,所述装置包括即时消息接收单元和关注消息发送单元,其中:即时消息接收单元用于接收来自发送方终端的即时消息;关注消息发送单元用于当即时消息的发送方属于即时消息的接收方在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象时,以提醒方式将所述即时消息发送给所述接收方的终端。
可选的,所述即时消息包括:用户所在群的群消息;所述关注对象包括:用户所在群的其他群成员。
在一种实现方式中,所述即时消息接收单元具体用于:接收来自发送方终端的群消息和由发送方指定的所述群消息的通知对象;所述装置还包括通知消息发送单元,用于以提醒方式向所述通知对象的终端发送所述群消息。
在上述实现方式中,所述通知对象可以包括:一个及一个以上的指定群成员、或所有群成员。
上述实现方式中,所述群消息可以带有强制通知标记;所述强制通知标记由接收方 终端用来展现所述群消息。
可选的,所述关注消息发送单元具体用于:当即时消息的发送方属于即时消息的接收方在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象时,将所述即时消息推送给所述接收方的终端。
图10所示为本申请实施例提供的一种即时消息的提醒装置,应用在终端上,包括关注对象上传单元和关注消息接收单元,其中:关注对象上传单元用于接收用户设置的在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,并上传给服务器;关注消息接收单元用于接收服务器以提醒方式发送的即时消息,所述即时消息的发送方为所述用户在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象。
可选的,所述关注对象包括:用户所在群的其他群成员;所述即时消息包括:用户所在群的群消息。
可选的,所述装置还包括:通知消息发送单元,用于向服务器发送用户所在群的群消息和由用户指定的所述群消息的通知对象,供服务器将所述群消息以提醒方式发送所述通知对象的终端;所述通知对象包括用户所在群的一个到多个其他群成员、或全部群成员。
可选的,所述装置还包括通知消息提醒单元和快捷定位显示单元,其中:通知消息提醒单元用于接收服务器以提醒方式发送的带有强制通知标记的群消息,并将所述群消息的提醒信息展现给用户;快捷定位显示单元用于在收到用户对所述提醒信息的预定查看操作后,在消息展示页面显示所述群消息、或所述群消息的定位展示项;所述定位展示项用来供用户针对其进行预定定位操作,以将所述群消息显示在消息展示页面上。
可选的,所述装置还包括通知消息接收单元和通知消息筛选单元,其中:通知消息接收单元用于接收服务器以提醒方式发送的带有强制通知标记的群消息;通知消息筛选单元用于在收到用户的预定筛选操作后,显示已接收的带有强制通知标记的群消息。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种即时消息的提醒方法,应用在服务器上,其特征在于,所述服务器保存有用户在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,所述方法包括:
    接收来自发送方终端的即时消息;
    如果即时消息的发送方属于即时消息的接收方在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,以提醒方式将所述即时消息发送给所述接收方的终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述即时消息包括:用户所在群的群消息;所述关注对象包括:用户所在群的其他群成员。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收来自发送方终端的即时消息包括:接收来自发送方终端的群消息和由发送方指定的所述群消息的通知对象;
    所述方法还包括:以提醒方式向所述通知对象的终端发送所述群消息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知对象包括:一个及一个以上的指定群成员、或所有群成员。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述群消息带有强制通知标记;所述强制通知标记由接收方终端用来展现所述群消息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述以提醒方式将所述即时消息发送给所述接收方的终端,包括:将所述即时消息推送给所述接收方的终端。
  7. 一种即时消息的提醒方法,应用在终端上,其特征在于,包括:
    接收用户设置的在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,并上传给服务器;
    接收服务器以提醒方式发送的即时消息,所述即时消息的发送方为所述用户在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述关注对象包括:用户所在群的其他群成员;所述即时消息包括:用户所在群的群消息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:向服务器发送用户所在群的群消息和由用户指定的所述群消息的通知对象;供服务器将所述群消息以提醒方式发送所述通知对象的终端;所述通知对象包括用户所在群的一个到多个其他群成员、或全部群成员。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收服务器以提醒方式发送的带有强制通知标记的群消息,并将所述群消息的提醒信息展现给用户;
    在收到用户对所述提醒信息的预定查看操作后,在消息展示页面显示所述群消息、或所述群消息的定位展示项;所述定位展示项用来供用户针对其进行预定定位操作,以将所述群消息显示在消息展示页面上。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收服务器以提醒方式发送的带有强制通知标记的群消息;
    在收到用户的预定筛选操作后,显示已接收的带有强制通知标记的群消息。
  12. 一种即时消息的提醒装置,应用在服务器上,其特征在于,所述服务器保存有用户在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,所述装置包括:
    即时消息接收单元,用于接收来自发送方终端的即时消息;
    关注消息发送单元,用于当即时消息的发送方属于即时消息的接收方在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象时,以提醒方式将所述即时消息发送给所述接收方的终端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述即时消息包括:用户所在群的群消息;所述关注对象包括:用户所在群的其他群成员。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述即时消息接收单元具体用于:接收来自发送方终端的群消息和由发送方指定的所述群消息的通知对象;
    所述装置还包括:通知消息发送单元,用于以提醒方式向所述通知对象的终端发送所述群消息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通知对象包括:一个及一个以上的指定群成员、或所有群成员。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述群消息带有强制通知标记;所述强制通知标记由接收方终端用来展现所述群消息。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述关注消息发送单元具体用于:当即时消息的发送方属于即时消息的接收方在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象时,将所述即时消息推送给所述接收方的终端。
  18. 一种即时消息的提醒装置,应用在终端上,其特征在于,包括:
    关注对象上传单元,用于接收用户设置的在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象,并上传给服务器;
    关注消息接收单元,用于接收服务器以提醒方式发送的即时消息,所述即时消息的发送方为所述用户在关闭消息提醒时的关注对象。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述关注对象包括:用户所在群 的其他群成员;所述即时消息包括:用户所在群的群消息。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:通知消息发送单元,用于向服务器发送用户所在群的群消息和由用户指定的所述群消息的通知对象,供服务器将所述群消息以提醒方式发送所述通知对象的终端;所述通知对象包括用户所在群的一个到多个其他群成员、或全部群成员。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    通知消息提醒单元,用于接收服务器以提醒方式发送的带有强制通知标记的群消息,并将所述群消息的提醒信息展现给用户;
    快捷定位显示单元,用于在收到用户对所述提醒信息的预定查看操作后,在消息展示页面显示所述群消息、或所述群消息的定位展示项;所述定位展示项用来供用户针对其进行预定定位操作,以将所述群消息显示在消息展示页面上。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    通知消息接收单元,用于接收服务器以提醒方式发送的带有强制通知标记的群消息;
    通知消息筛选单元,用于在收到用户的预定筛选操作后,显示已接收的带有强制通知标记的群消息。
