下面参考图1-图10详细描述根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100。
如图1-图10所示,根据本发明第一方面实施例的洗衣机100,包括机体1、外桶2及排水阀3。进一步地,上述洗衣机100还包括牵引器4。
具体而言,如图1-图4所示,外桶2设在机体1内,排水阀3及牵引器4均设在机体1上,牵引器4与排水阀3相连(如图4所示),牵引器4可以控制排水阀3的打开和关闭。排水阀3包括阀体31,阀体31上形成有进水口32和排水口34,当牵引器4控制排水阀3打开时,阀体31上的进水口32与排水口34连通;当牵引器4控制排水阀3关闭时,阀体31上的进水口32与排水口34隔断。
进水口32处设有进水管33,进水管33与外桶2相连,由此,当洗衣机100处在排水模式时,牵引器4控制排水阀3打开,阀体31上的进水口32与排水口34连通,外桶2内的洗涤水流经进水管33并从进水口32流入阀体31内,最后从排水口34排出。其中,进水管33的自由端331(例如,在图7和图8中,进水管33的上端为自由端331)的端面形成为倾斜延伸的第一斜面3311,由此可以降低排水阀3的整体高度,从而可以减少排水阀3的占用空间,进而可以使洗衣机100的结构紧凑。可选地,第一斜面3311可以为斜平面或斜曲面。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100,通过将排水阀3的进水管33的自由端331的端面设置为倾斜延伸的第一斜面3311,可以降低排水阀3的整体高度,从而可以使排水阀3适应于洗衣机100的内部结构空间,进而可以使洗衣机100的结构紧凑。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图7和图8所示,进水管33的自由端331的开口向上,进水管33的自由端331的端面被构造成从进水管33的邻近阀体31中心的一侧朝向其远离阀体31中心的一侧倾斜向下延伸。
例如,在图8的示例中,进水管33的上端为进水管33的自由端331,进水管33的上端开口向上,且进水管33的上端的端面在从左向右的方向上向下倾斜。由此,可以降低进水管33的高度(进水管33的上下方向上的尺寸为高度),从而可以减少排水阀3的占用空间,进而可以使洗衣机100的结构紧凑。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图2和图3所示,外桶2具有排水部21,排水部21上形成有与进水管33连通的外桶排水口(图未示出),由此,当洗衣机100处在排水模式时,牵引器4控制排水阀3打开,阀体31上的进水口32与排水口34连通,外桶2内的洗涤水从排水部21上的外桶排水口流入进水管33,然后洗涤水经进水管33并从进水口32流入阀体31内,最后从排水口34排出。其中,排水部21的底壁211的至少部分形成为倾斜延伸的第二斜面2111,可选地,外桶排水口可以形成在第二斜面2111上。进一步地,第二斜面2111的倾斜方向与第一斜面3311的倾斜方向相同,由 此可以使洗衣机100的结构更为紧凑。
在图2和图3的示例中,排水部21的底壁211的左边部分形成为倾斜延伸的第二斜面2111,第二斜面2111与第一斜面3311相对设置且第二斜面2111位于第一斜面3311的上方。第二斜面2111与第一斜面3311均在从左向右的方向上向下倾斜,由此可以使洗衣机100的内部结构更加紧凑。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图8和图10所示,进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332(例如图8中的左端)的高度(例如,如图10所示,进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332的端面在上下方向上的尺寸为高度)小于进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332的宽度(例如,如图10所示,进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332的端面在前后方向上的尺寸为宽度),由此可以降低排水阀3的整体高度,从而可以避免排水阀3与洗衣机100内的其他零部件发生干涉,可以使排水阀3适应于洗衣机100的内部结构空间。
进一步地,参照图10并结合图8,进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332的端面轮廓包括直线段3321和曲线段3322,直线段3321水平设置,曲线段3322的两端分别与直线段3321的两端相连,由此可以减小进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332在高度方向上的尺寸,从而可以降低排水阀3的整体高度。可选地,曲线段3322可以为圆弧段、椭圆弧段等。需要说明的是,直线段3321也可以较小的角度倾斜设置,由此也可以减小进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332在高度方向上的尺寸,从而可以降低排水阀3的整体高度。
在图10的示例中,进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332的端面轮廓的直线段3321部分水平设置,曲线段3322为圆弧段,且曲线段3322位于直线段3321的下侧,由此可以减小进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332在高度方向上的尺寸,避免排水阀3与洗衣机100内的其他零部件发生干涉,即可以使排水阀3适应于洗衣机100的内部结构空间。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图5-图7,图9-图10所示,排水口34处设有排水管35,由此从排水口34处排出的洗涤水可以经排水管35排出洗衣机100外。排水管35水平设置或倾斜设置,由此可以减少排水管35占用的高度,从而可以进一步地降低排水阀3的整体高度,进而可以使洗衣机100的内部结构进一步地紧凑。
在图9和图10的示例中,排水管35为水平设置,由此可以显著地降低排水管35在高度方向上占用的空间,从而可以显著地降低排水阀3的整体高度。需要说明的是,排水管35倾斜设置时(图未示出),倾斜的角度适于设置较小,由此可以较为显著地降低排水管35在高度方向上占用的空间。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图5-图7所示,排水口34形成在阀体31的侧壁上,由此便于将洗涤水排出。
如图1-图10所示,根据本发明第二方面实施例的洗衣机100,包括机体1、外桶2及排水阀3。
具体而言,外桶2设在机体1内,排水阀3设在机体1上。排水阀3包括阀体31,阀体31的侧壁上形成有间隔开设置的进水口32和排水口34,进水口32处设有进水管33,进水管33与外桶2相连。当洗衣机100需要排水时,排水阀3打开,此时阀体31上的进水口32与排水口34连通,外桶2内的洗涤水经进水管33并从进水口32流入阀体31内,然后经排水口34排出;当洗衣机100不需要排水时,排水阀3关闭,此时阀体31上的进水口32与排水口34隔断。
其中,进水管33的自由端331的开口向上且端面形成为倾斜延伸的第一斜面3311,例如,在图7的示例中,进水管33的上端为进水管33的自由端331,进水管33的上端开口向上,且进水管33的上端的端面在从左向右的方向上向下倾斜。由此,可以减小进水管33在高度方向上的尺寸,从而可以降低排水阀3的整体高度,进而可以使排水阀3适应于洗衣机100的内部结构空间。
进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332(例如图8中的左端)的高度(例如,如图10所示,进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332的端面在上下方向上的尺寸为高度)小于进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332的宽度(例如,如图10所示,进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332的端面在前后方向上的尺寸为宽度),由此可以降低排水阀3的整体高度,从而可以避免排水阀3与洗衣机100内的其他零部件发生干涉,可以使排水阀3适应于洗衣机100的内部结构空间。需要说明的是,对于进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332的端面的轮廓形状,上述已进行详细描述,这里就不再赘述。
排水口34处设排水管35,由此从排水口34处排出的洗涤水可以经排水管35排出洗衣机100外。排水管35水平设置或倾斜设置,由此可以减少排水管35占用的高度,从而可以进一步地降低排水阀3的整体高度,进而可以使洗衣机100的内部结构进一步地紧凑。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100,通过将进水管33的自由端331的端面形成为倾斜延伸的第一斜面3311,同时使进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332的高度小于进水管33的与进水口32相连的一端332的宽度,并将排水管35水平设置或倾斜设置,由此可以降低排水阀3的整体高度,从而可以使排水阀3适应于洗衣机100的内部结 构空间,进而可以使洗衣机100的结构紧凑。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体;
    外桶,所述外桶设在所述机体内;以及
    排水阀,所述排水阀设在所述机体上,所述排水阀包括阀体,所述阀体上形成有进水口和排水口,所述进水口处设有进水管,所述进水管与所述外桶相连,其中所述进水管的自由端的端面形成为倾斜延伸的第一斜面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述进水管的自由端的开口向上,所述进水管的自由端的端面被构造成从所述进水管的邻近所述阀体中心的一侧朝向其远离所述阀体中心的一侧倾斜向下延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一斜面为斜平面或斜曲面。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述外桶具有排水部,所述排水部上形成有与所述进水管连通的外桶排水口,其中所述排水部的底壁的至少部分形成为倾斜延伸的第二斜面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第二斜面的倾斜方向与所述第一斜面的倾斜方向相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述进水管的与所述进水口相连的一端的高度小于所述进水管的与所述进水口相连的一端的宽度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述进水管的与所述进水口相连的所述一端的端面轮廓包括直线段和曲线段,所述直线段水平设置,所述曲线段的两端分别与所述直线段的两端相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述排水口处设有排水管,所述排水管水平设置或倾斜设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述排水口形成在所述阀体的侧壁上。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    机体;
    外桶,所述外桶设在所述机体内;以及
    排水阀,所述排水阀设在所述机体上,所述排水阀包括阀体,所述阀体的侧壁上形成有间隔开设置的进水口和排水口,所述进水口处设有进水管,所述进水管与所述外桶相连,其中所述进水管的自由端的开口向上且端面形成为倾斜延伸的第一斜面,所述进水管的与所述进水口相连的一端的高度小于所述进水管的与所述进水口相连的
    一端的宽度,所述排水口处设有排水管,所述排水管水平设置或倾斜设置。
