Description

Golf shot mat
The present invention relates to a golf shot mat. In more detail, when a practical shot is made on a golf course with the same feeling as when shooting with the golf shot mat of the present invention on the practice field, the shot on the practice field is easily reproduced as a practical shot, The present invention relates to a golf shot mat excellent in shot reproducibility, in which practice shots are easily reproduced as shots in a practice field.
Usually, shot mats installed at golf driving ranges have artificial grass and pile hairs of about 4 to 10 mm. In this case, even if the golf club face falls in front of the golf ball during a shot with an iron and becomes so-called duffy, the leading edge slides on the shot mat, so the golf ball can be caught well and a nice shot May lead to Therefore, even if the practitioner continues to hit the golf ball in a duffy state, the practitioner may be able to fire nice shots at the practice field comfortably. However, there is a problem among advanced golfers that the result of practice at a driving range does not lead to a shot of practice at a golf course.
As this type of prior art, there has been proposed a turf cartridge golf mat in which natural turf is cured in a cartridge in order to reproduce a feel similar to that of natural turf, and the cartridges are replaced (see Patent Document 1). With this proposal, you can feel the feel of natural turf, but you have to install a newly cultivated turf cartridge with an extremely short service life, which is appropriate from an industrial and practical point of view. It can not be said.
Also, an iron mat for golf practice has been proposed that has a cushion layer of 5 to 50 mm under the artificial turf original fabric and is excellent in hitting feeling, and particularly good for swinging out a club (Patent Document 2). In this proposal, the pile length is in the range of 10 to 15 mm, and the pile is less likely to bite between the ball and the club at the time of the shot, and the swinging is good and a pleasant feel can be obtained. Because there are few, it is difficult to experience the so-called duff, and all shots are likely to lead to nice shots. Therefore, when a miss shot is made in a practical shot on a golf course, even if it is shot at a practice field with the iron mat described in Patent Document 2 with the same sense, it becomes a nice shot and a practical shot is taken. It cannot be reproduced. Therefore, there is a drawback that the cause of the miss shot cannot be grasped.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and an object thereof is to provide a golf shot mat excellent in shot reproducibility between shots at a practice field and actual shots. There is.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is configured as follows.
That is, the present invention relates to a golf shot mat, which is a golf shot mat made of artificial turf made of polyamide fiber pile yarn, wherein the tufted polyamide fiber pile yarn is weakly crimped yarn A having a false twist crimp and buckling buckle. It is composed of a strong crimped yarn B having a shrinkage and satisfies all of the following conditions (1) to (5).
(1) Slip resistance value when wet determined in accordance with ASTM E303 is 45 BPN or more and less than 90 BPN
(2) Pile height is 20mm or more and less than 35mm
(3) The pile yarn weight per unit area is 1000 g / m 2 or more. (4) The golf ball sinks when the golf ball is left standing is 8 mm or more and less than 22 mm. (5) The thickness reduction rate due to dynamic load is 15% or less.
The pile yarn used in the golf shot mat of the present invention is a polyamide fiber, and is composed of a weakly crimped yarn A having false twist crimps and a strong crimped yarn B having buckling crimps. Since the pile yarn is a polyamide fiber, the pile yarn has excellent friction resistance and wear resistance even when the hitting portion of the golf club (the portion corresponding to the head portion including the face) is in strong contact with the golf shot mat. Therefore, even if a pile falls down once, the recoverability which recovers to the original state is excellent.
The golf shot mat of the present invention described above has a sliding resistance value of 45 BPN or more and less than 90 BPN when wet according to ASTM E303. When the slip resistance value is less than 45 BPN, the hitting portion of the golf club can slide on the mat and catch the golf ball well, and the practitioner makes a nice shot without so-called duffing. For this reason, the user feels a sense of wrong hitting points that cannot be reproduced with actual shots. On the other hand, if the slip resistance value is 90 BPN or more, the resistance of the mat is too large compared to natural turf, causing damage to the wrist and elbow of the practitioner.
The pile height of the golf shot mat of the present invention is 20 mm or more and less than 35 mm. The pile height of the present invention refers to the pile height of the higher yarn, which corresponds to the pile height of the weakly crimped yarn A, and the highest yarn height in the weakly crimped yarn A is the present invention. The pile height. In the first place, if the pile height is less than 20 mm, the hitting portion of the golf club becomes slippery on the pile, and the shot can be shot without biting the pile and so-called duffing. Mats generally used at golf driving ranges have a pile height of less than 20mm, so even if the practitioner's swing is not good, you can enjoy a pleasant swing feeling, so some people are addicted to practice . On the other hand, when the pile height is 35 mm or more, the hitting portion of the golf club is greatly dive into the pile, and the resistance becomes strong and the ball becomes extremely difficult to hit.
The basis weight of the pile yarn of the golf shot mat of the present invention is 1000 g / m 2 or more. If the basis weight of the pile yarn is less than 1000 g / m 2 , there is a feeling of bottoming at the time of a shot, and it feels like hitting a hard ground, which is greatly different from the feeling of hitting on a golf course.
The golf shot mat of the present invention has a golf ball sinking amount of 8 mm or more and less than 20 mm when the golf ball is placed on the golf shot mat. The golf ball has a diameter of 42.67 mm. On the other hand, if the sinking amount is less than 8 mm, it will be hit with a hitting point that does not feel the resistance of the lawn (pile yarn), and it cannot be a true practice. On the other hand, when the sinking amount is 20 mm or more, at least the lower half of the golf ball is completely sinking. It can be said that it is assumed to be in the rough, but always practicing in this state causes a great burden on the wrist and elbow of the practitioner because of the impact at the time of the shot.
The thickness reduction rate due to the dynamic load of the golf shot mat of the present invention is 15% or less. If the thickness reduction rate due to dynamic load is greater than 15%, it means that the pile yarn is severely broken and worn, and the durability of the shot mat is weak. The thickness reduction rate due to dynamic load was measured in accordance with “Part 7: Thickness reduction test method due to dynamic load” in JIS L 1021-7: 2007 “Fiber floor covering test method”. This is a numerical value.
Since the pile yarn of the golf shot mat of the present invention is a polyamide fiber, it has excellent friction resistance and wear resistance, and even when the pile falls once, it has excellent recoverability to recover to its original state. Yes.
In addition, the golf shot mat of the present invention has a slip resistance value when wet determined in accordance with ASTM E303 of 45 BPN or more and less than 90 BPN. Can be faithfully reproduced, and the shot in practice can be faithfully reproduced in the shot of the practice field.
In addition, the pile height of the golf shot mat of the present invention is 20 mm or more and less than 35 mm, so that the reproducibility of shots in practice fields and shots in practice can be improved without imposing an excessive burden on the body. it can.
Moreover, when the weight of the pile yarn of the golf shot mat of the present invention is 1000 g / m 2 or more, the hit feeling at the practice field and the hit feeling at the golf course match.
Furthermore, the golf shot mat of the present invention has a golf ball sinking amount when the golf ball is placed on the golf shot mat is not less than 8 mm and less than 20 mm. Can practice.
And durability can be improved because the thickness decreasing rate by the dynamic load of the golf shot mat of this invention is 15% or less.
It is an expanded sectional view showing one embodiment of a golf shot mat concerning the present invention. It is an expanded sectional view showing one embodiment of a pile single yarn of a golf shot mat concerning the present invention.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of a golf shot mat 1 according to the present invention, wherein 2 is a weakly crimped yarn A, 3 is a strong crimped yarn B, 4 is a base fabric, 5 is a backing material, 6 Is a resin sheet.
 扁平率(%)=[(B)/(A)]×100
First, the pile yarn used for the golf shot mat of the present invention will be described. The pile yarn used for the golf shot mat of the present invention is a polyamide fiber. Examples of the polyamide include nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 610, nylon 11, nylon 12, nylon 612, nylon MXD6, and copolymerized polyamides composed of combinations of these components, among which nylon 6 and nylon 66 is preferably used. Specific examples of the copolymer component include ε-caproamide, tetramethylene adipamide, hexamethylene sebacamide, tetramethylene isophthalamide, tetramethylene terephthalamide, and xylylene phthalamide. The pigment added to the polyamide fiber may be either organic or inorganic, and carbon black, bengara, or phthalocyanine pigments are generally preferably used. The cross-sectional shape of the pile yarn is not particularly limited, but in view of the appearance as an artificial turf, a flat cross-section (that is, the cross-section of a single yarn cut perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the yarn is flat) is preferable. Preferably, the flatness ratio obtained from the following formula based on 2 is 400 (%) to 1000 (%). In FIG. 2, 7 is a pile single yarn.
Flatness ratio (%) = [(B) / (A)] × 100
(A): Maximum diameter of single yarn short side portion (B): If the maximum diameter flatness of the single yarn long side portion exceeds 1000 (%) and the flatness is extremely increased, durability is impaired. Further, in order to more realistically represent turf leaves and reduce surface gloss (shine), it is preferable to provide an uneven shape on the surface of the pile yarn, or to make the surface of the pile yarn corrugated.
The pile yarn used in the present invention has a crimp, and includes a weakly crimped yarn A having a false twist crimp and a strong crimped yarn B having a buckling crimp. The false twist crimp of the weakly crimped yarn A refers to a slightly weak crimp that is applied at a low false twist number. On the other hand, the strong crimped yarn B having buckling crimp refers to dry heat or wet heat stuffing (push-in) processed yarn, high crimped yarn obtained by spraying high-temperature water vapor on a needle cloth or a net, and the like.
These weak crimped yarns A and strong crimped yarns B are aligned and tufted, but due to the crimp difference, a difference in pile height occurs after tufting. It is preferable that the weakly crimped yarn A protrudes 2 mm or more than the strongly crimped yarn B. When the weakly crimped yarn A protrudes by 2 mm or more, the strongly crimped yarn B serves as a sinking yarn, and even if the weakly crimped yarn A falls down, the napped recovery is promoted. Note that the weakly crimped yarn A having a high pile height and protruding is called a floating yarn. On the other hand, the strongly crimped yarn A that supports the root of the weakly crimped yarn A while the crimp is strongly contracted. B is called a sinking thread.
The stretch recovery rate of the strong crimped yarn B is preferably 5% or more and less than 20%. When the stretch recovery rate of the strong crimped yarn B is less than 5%, the crimp of the yarn is small, the napping property of the weak crimped yarn A is deteriorated, and the hitting portion of the golf club becomes slippery on the mat. There's a problem. On the other hand, if the expansion / contraction restoration rate of the strong crimped yarn B is 20% or more, the strong crimped yarn B is remarkably shrunk on the mat, and the golf club does not “roughly” enter the strong crimped yarn B. There is a disadvantage that it is difficult to reproduce duff. The expansion / contraction recovery rate is a numerical value measured according to “8.12 Expansion / contraction recovery rate” of JIS L 1013: 2010 “Chemical Filament Yarn Test Method”.
The fineness per filament of the weakly crimped yarn A is preferably 400 dtex or more, and is preferably larger than that of the strongly crimped yarn B. If the fineness of the filaments per weakly crimped yarn A is less than 400 dtex, the weakly crimped yarn A is likely to fall down, and poor recoverability even after falling down. If the fineness of one filament of the weakly crimped yarn A is smaller than that of the strong crimped yarn B, the weakly crimped yarn A is more than the strongly crimped yarn B after being repeatedly impacted by a golf club. Since the weakly crimped yarn A is broken or easily broken at the protruding portion, it is not preferable from the viewpoint of durability.
Next, the golf shot mat of the present invention will be further described.
The golf shot mat of the present invention is made of artificial turf with tufted polyamide fiber pile yarn.
The golf shot mat of the present invention has a sliding resistance value of 45 BPN or more and less than 90 BPN when wet in accordance with ASTM E303. By setting the slip resistance value to 45 BPN or more and less than 90 BPN, the golf club receives a sense of resistance that approximates a practical shot on a golf course. For this reason, the club face can be opened or closed in accordance with the swing, or a misshot such as so-called “rough” or “duffle” can be reproduced.
The pile height of the golf shot mat of the present invention is 20 mm or more and less than 35 mm. If the pile height is less than 20 mm, the hitting portion of the golf club slides on the mat, so that so-called duffing is difficult to reproduce, and resistance from the pile yarn cannot be felt. On the other hand, when the pile height is 35 mm or more, the hitting portion of the golf club is greatly dived in the pile and receives a great resistance, which causes the wrist to be damaged. In addition, the impact damage to the mat increases every time it is struck, resulting in extremely low durability.
The basis weight of the pile yarn of the golf shot mat of the present invention is 1000 g / m 2 or more. If the basis weight of the pile yarn is less than 1000 g / m 2 , there is a feeling of bottoming at the time of a shot, and it feels like hitting a hard ground, which is greatly different from the feel on the course.
The golf shot mat of the present invention has a golf ball sinking amount of 8 mm or more and less than 20 mm when the golf ball is left standing. If the sinking amount is less than 8 mm, it will be hit with a spot that does not feel the resistance of the turf (pile yarn), and it cannot be a true practice. On the other hand, when the sinking amount is 20 mm or more, at least the lower half of the golf ball is completely sinking. It can be said that it is assumed that it is in the rough, but always practicing in this state causes a large impact on the wrist and elbow of the practitioner due to the impact on the shot.
The thickness reduction rate due to the dynamic load of the golf shot mat of the present invention is 15% or less. If the thickness reduction rate due to dynamic load is greater than 15%, it means that the pile yarn is severely broken and worn, and the durability of the shot mat is weak.
It is not preferable to fill the golf shot mat of the present invention with sand or rubber chips because they cause scattering during the shot.
