本发明涉及农业生产设备技术领域。具体涉及一种旋耕机。
背景技术
随着生产生活的不断发展,机械化生产已经成为了现代化生产的必然趋势,机械化生产不仅能减轻工人的劳动量而且能够节约成本大大提高了工作的效率,旋耕机是与拖拉机配套完成耕、耙作业的耕耘机械。因其具有碎土能力强、耕后地表平坦等特点,而得到了广泛的应用;同时能够切碎埋在地表以下的根茬,便于播种机作业,为后期播种提供良好种床。正确使用和调整旋耕机,对保持其良好技术状态,确保耕作质量是很重要的,工作部件为装有2~3个螺线形切刀的旋耕器,作业时旋耕器绕立轴旋转,切刀将土切碎,适用于稻田水耕,有较强的碎土、起浆作用,但传统的旋耕机对土地没有做到很好的平整,而且不能对地里的杂草进行有效的收集。因此,针对上述问题而设计了一种旋耕机。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种旋耕机,具有使用安全性高,实用性强,操作简单,旋耕效果好,能对土地进行平整等优点,通过优化整体结构,满足不同使用要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种旋耕机,包括固定支架、固定挡板、固定块、螺母、活动杆、连接头、万向节、分项传动箱、连接杆、弯刀、旋转碎土器、主传动轴、耙犁器、铧式犁、平土器和旋耕机机体;所述固定支架固定连接在旋耕机机体上;所述固定挡板安装在旋耕机机体上;所述固定块设置在连接杆的一端;所述螺母设置在固定块上;所述活动杆连接在固定支架和旋耕机机体之间;所述分项传动箱均匀分布在连接杆上;所述弯刀安装在旋转碎土器上;所述主传动轴设置在连接杆的内部;所述分项传动箱的下方安装有耙犁器;所述铧式犁设置在连接杆的一端;所述平土器安装在固定挡板的最下端。
进一步,所述铧式犁通过螺栓连接固定在固定块上。
进一步,所述耙犁器和主传动轴通过齿轮连接进行传动。
进一步,所述弯刀采取刀头向下刀身向上的结构。
进一步,所述活动杆的最前端设置有万向节。
进一步,所述弯刀和铧式犁采用高强度、耐磨、耐腐蚀金属材料制成。

本发明的有益效果是:该种旋耕机的铧式犁通过螺栓连接固定在固定块上,在不使用是可以卸下,降低了磨耗,延长了使用的寿命;所述耙犁器和主传动轴通过齿轮连接进行传动,大大提高了传动比,增加了效率;所述弯刀采取刀头向下刀身向上的结构,加强了碎土的效果;所述活动杆的最前端设置有万向节,提高了使用的灵活性;所述弯刀和铧式犁采用高强度、耐磨、耐腐蚀金属材料制成,加强了使用的效果;所述万向节采用高强度合金制成,延长了使用的寿命,并且该种旋耕机使用安全性高,实用性强,操作简单,旋耕效果好,能对土地进行平整,适合推广使用。

如图1至图3所示:一种旋耕机,包括固定支架1、固定挡板2、固定块3、螺母4、活动杆5、连接头6、万向节7、分项传动箱8、连接杆9、弯刀10、旋 转碎土器11、主传动轴12、耙犁器13、铧式犁14、平土器15和旋耕机机体16;所述固定支架1固定连接在旋耕机机体16上;所述固定挡板2安装在旋耕机机体16上;所述固定块3设置在连接杆9的一端;所述螺母4设置在固定块3上;所述活动杆5连接在固定支架1和旋耕机机体16之间;所述分项传动箱8均匀分布在连接杆9上;所述弯刀10安装在旋转碎土器11上;所述主传动轴12设置在连接杆9的内部;所述分项传动箱8的下方安装有耙犁器13;所述铧式犁14设置在连接杆9的一端;所述平土器15安装在固定挡板2的最下端。
作为本发明的优化技术方案:所述铧式犁14通过螺栓连接固定在固定块3上;所述耙犁器13和主传动轴12通过齿轮连接进行传动;所述弯刀10采取刀头向下刀身向上的结构;所述活动杆5的最前端设置有万向节7;所述弯刀10和铧式犁14采用高强度、耐磨、耐腐蚀金属材料制成;所述万向节7采用高强度合金制成。
作为本发明的使用注意事项:作业开始,应将旋耕机处于提升状态,先结合动力输出轴,使刀轴转速增至额定转速,然后下降旋耕机,使刀片逐渐入土至所需深度。严禁刀片入土后再结合动力输出轴或急剧下降旋耕机,以免造成刀片弯曲或折断和加重拖拉机的负荷;在作业中,应尽量低速慢行,这样既可保证作业质量,使土块细碎,又可减轻机件的磨损。要注意倾听旋耕机是否有杂音或金属敲击音,并观察碎土、耕深情况。如有异常应立即停机进行检查,排除后方可继续作业;在地头转弯时,禁止作业,应将旋耕机升起,使刀片离开地面,并减小拖拉机油门,以免损坏刀片。提升旋耕机时,万向节运转的倾斜角应小于30度,过大时会产生冲击噪声,使其过早磨损或损坏;在倒车、过田埂和转移地块时,应将旋耕机提升到最高位置,并切断动力,以免损坏机件。如向远处转移,要用锁定装置将旋耕机固定好;每个班次作业后,应对旋耕机进行保养。清除刀片上的泥土和杂草,检查各连接件紧固情况,向各润滑油点加注润滑油,并向万向节处加注黄油,以防加重磨损。

  1. 一种旋耕机,其中,包括固定支架、固定挡板、固定块、螺母、活动杆、连接头、万向节、分项传动箱、连接杆、弯刀、旋转碎土器、主传动轴、耙犁器、铧式犁、平土器和旋耕机机体;所述固定支架固定连接在旋耕机机体上;所述固定挡板安装在旋耕机机体上;所述固定块设置在连接杆的一端;所述螺母设置在固定块上;所述活动杆连接在固定支架和旋耕机机体之间;所述分项传动箱均匀分布在连接杆上;所述弯刀安装在旋转碎土器上;所述主传动轴设置在连接杆的内部;所述分项传动箱的下方安装有耙犁器;所述铧式犁设置在连接杆的一端;所述平土器安装在固定挡板的最下端。
