所述语义分析模块12还可与第三方语义分析***建立通信连接,通过所述第三方语义分析***对所述信息的内容进行分析,获得分析结果,所述分析结果即为所述信息表征的行为属性信息,所述行为属性信息可通过至少一个关键字/关键词表征。在本实施方式中,所述第三方语义分析***对信息的内容进行分析的过程可参照现有技术中的语义分析方式,本实施例中不再赘述。
在本发明各种实施例中,作为一种实施方式,所述应用服务模块13,配置为读取所述电子设备中的至少一个应用的数据,识别出所述数据表征的类型属性;获得与所述行为属性信息相匹配的类型属性,选择满足所述类型属性的至少一个应用;调用应用接口在所述至少一个应用中按照所述行为属性信息进行查询,获得满足所述行为属性信息的应用信息。

本实施例中,所述信息处理***中的信息监听模块11、语义分析模块12和应用服务模块13,在实际应用中可由所述信息处理***中的中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)或可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field-Programmable Gate Array)实现;所述信息处理***中的数据库模块14,在实际应用中,可由所述信息处理***中的存储器实现。
采用本发明实施例的技术方案,通过将电子设备接收/发送的信息与所述信息的内容相关联的第三方数据(应用数据)相关联,便于在用户接收到信息或发送信息时,在展示已接收到的信息或已发送的信息的同时,伴随显示相关联的应用数据,提示用户操作,从而大大提升了用户使用所述信息的效率;另一方面,所述第三方数据(应用数据)具有相应的应用触发入口,从而方便用户直接进行操作,使展示的信息更加智能化、易用化,大大提升了用户的操作体验。

本发明实施例还提供了一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括图1或图2所示的信息处理***。图3为本发明实施例的电子设备的组成结构示意图;如图3所示,所述电子设备包括:信息处理***10、检测单元21和处理单元22;其中,
所述检测单元21,配置为检测输入操作;
所述处理单元22,配置为当所述检测单元21检测到的输入操作为针对所述应用信息的输入操作时,激活所述应用信息表征的应用触发入口,输出所述应用触发入口对应的界面。
本实施例中,所述信息处理***10的组成结构和功能可参照实施例一所示,这里不再赘述。

所述处理单元22,配置为当所述信息处理***10获得的行为属性信息中包含特定关键字/关键词时,控制所述提示单元输出提示信息;所述提示信息包括:声音提示信息和/或震动提示信息。
在本实施方式中,所述行为属性信息中包含特定关键字/关键词时具体 可以为表征“紧急”的关键字或关键词,例如“马上”、“立刻”、“快”等关键字或关键词,基于此,所述处理单元22控制所述提示单元输出提示信息,所述提示单元可以是所述电子设备中的音频输出单元,控制所述音频输出单元输出提示音;所述提示单元也可以是所述电子设备中的震动单元,控制所述震动单元震动,以使所述电子设备的使用者能够及时感应到所述电子设备的提示音和/或震动,从而能够看到所述电子设备中的信息。

本发明实施例还提供了一种信息处理方法。图4为本发明实施例的信息处理方法的流程示意图;如图4所示,所述方法包括:
步骤401:监测到电子设备接收/发送信息时,获取所述信息的内容。
在本实施例中,所述电子设备接收到的信息可以是所述电子设备通过通信业务接收到的信息,如短信,所述信息也可以是所述电子设备通过数据业务接收到的信息,可以理解为通过所述电子设备中已安装的第三方应用接收到信息,如微信信息、QQ信息等等。
步骤402:分析所述信息的内容,获得所述信息表征的行为属性信息;所述行为属性信息通过至少一个关键字表征。
这里,所述分析所述信息的内容,获得所述信息表征的行为属性信息,包括:
按预设分词方法对所述信息的内容进行分词处理,获得至少一个字和/或词组;
基于预设的词法数据库分析所述至少一个字和/或词组,获得所述信息表征的行为属性信息。
具体的,本实施例中,所述按预设分词方法对所述信息的内容进行分词处理可按照现有技术中预设的分词算法进行处理,本实施例中不再详细描述。例如“在A地吃饭”,则基于分词方法进行分词获得的至少一个字和/或词组为“在/A地/吃饭”。识别所述至少一个字和/或词组的词性,从而获得所述至少一个字和/或词组的词法结构。则“在/A地/吃饭”的词法结构为:介词+名词+动词。在这种实施方式中,预先设置词法数据库,所述词法数据库中包括现有技术中的所有语句的词法结构;当然,所述词法数据库中的词法结构可根据实际需求而增加。将分词获得的至少一个字和/或词组的词性表征的词法结构自动匹配所述词法数据库中的词法结构,获得匹配一致的词法结构,进一步基于所述词法结构获得对应的语义信息。作为一种实施方式,所述至少一个字和/或词组至少包括表征行为属性的字和/或词组,可以理解为,所述至少一个字和/或词组中至少包括一个动词或表征动作属性的字和/或词组,例如“动词+名词”。以“在A地吃饭”为例,则所述表征动作属性的词组为“吃饭”,则无论所述信息的内容多么复杂,其中所包含的行为属性信息(即语义信息)均包含“吃饭”+“在A地”。
作为另一种实施方式,所述至少一个字和/或词组中可能不包含表征行为属性的字和/或词组,也即所述至少一个字和/或词组中不包含有动词;则在这种实施方式下,需要分析所述信息的内容,获得所述信息表征的语义,基于所述信息表征的语义确定待进行的行为,获得所述待进行的行为的属性信息。例如,当所述信息的内容为“您当前的手机账户余额不足”,则分析识别所述信息的内容表征的语义为“手机账户余额不足”,则可确定待进 行的行为可以是“手机账户充值”,则可获得待进行的行为的属性信息为关键字“充值”。
在具体实现过程中,所述电子设备可与第三方语义分析***建立通信连接,通过所述第三方语义分析***对所述信息的内容进行分析,获得分析结果,所述分析结果即为所述信息表征的行为属性信息,所述行为属性信息可通过至少一个关键字/关键词表征。在本实施方式中,所述第三方语义分析***对信息的内容进行分析的过程可参照现有技术中的语义分析方式,本实施例中不再赘述。
在本发明各种实施例中,所述行为属性信息可通过预先配置的类型信息表示,所述类型信息可以包括:吃饭、出行、购物等等,所述出行类型可以包括:旅行、出差、探亲等等。当然不限于上述列举的类型,用户可以根据自身需求自行配置。
步骤403:基于所述行为属性信息获取与所述行为属性信息相关的应用信息,将所述应用信息添加至所述信息中,以当所述电子设备显示所述信息时,伴随显示所述应用信息。
本步骤中,作为一种实施方式,所述基于所述行为属性信息获取所述电子设备中的应用信息,包括:
读取所述电子设备中的至少一个应用的数据,识别出所述数据表征的类型属性;
获得与所述行为属性信息相匹配的类型属性,选择满足所述类型属性的至少一个应用;
调用应用接口在所述至少一个应用中按照所述行为属性信息进行查询,获得满足所述行为属性信息的应用信息。
在本实施方式中,所述电子设备中可预先安装有多个应用,每个应用均有其对应的功能,所述功能可通过所述应用所在目录下的某一数据体现。 则当获得信息表征的行为属性信息后,作为一种实施方式,所述行为属性信息可通过预先配置的类型信息表示,则在本步骤中,基于所述应用的功能同样预先为所述电子设备中的应用进行分类,相应的,每个应用均对应一个类型属性。获得与所述行为属性信息匹配一致的应用;例如,当所述行为属性信息为“出行”,相应的,与所述“出行”类型相匹配的应用为订机票、订火车票和订酒店的应用。作为另一种实施方式,直接根据所述行为属性信息所表征的待进行的行为,确定匹配至少一个应用,即基于识别出的所述行为属性信息表征的语义,确定匹配的至少一个应用。例如所述行为属性信息为“我要去B地吃饭”,基于所述行为属性信息可确定两个语义,一是“我要去B”,二是“在B地吃饭”,则基于所述两个语义可选择地图应用(以确定路线)和餐厅点评应用(以确定B地哪个餐厅比较好吃)。进一步地,当选择出至少一个应用后,调用所述应用的接口,通过所述应用进行基于所述行为属性信息的查找,获得满足所述行为属性信息的应用信息,所述应用信息为与所述行为属性信息相关的应用触发入口,所述应用触发入口具体可以是所述应用的触发入口,即所述应用的激活按键;所述应用触发入口也可以是基于所述行为属性信息进行查找后,获得的地址链接。例如,当所述行为属性信息为“我要去C地出差”,则相应的应用为订机票应用/订火车票应用,则调用所述订机票应用/订火车票应用的接口,通过所述订机票应用/订火车票应用与服务器连接,并对始发地为所述电子设备所在地、目的地为“C地”的路线进行查找,当所述应用为订机票应用时,查找获得始发地为所述电子设备所在地、目的地为“C地”的航班信息,将所述航班信息的地址链接作为满足所述行为属性信息的应用信息;相应的,当所述应用为订火车票应用时,查找获得始发地为所述电子设备所在地、目的地为“C地”的火车班次信息,将所述火车班次信息的地址链接作为满足所述行为属性信息的应用信息。
作为另一种实施方式,所述基于所述行为属性信息获取与所述行为属性信息相关的应用信息,包括:
基于所述行为属性信息向网页服务器发送查询请求,从所述网页服务器获得查询结果,所述查询结果包括与所述行为属性信息相关的网页地址,所述网页地址为与所述行为属性信息相关的应用信息。

在本发明各种实施例中,所述应用信息为与所述行为属性信息相关的应用触发入口,所述应用触发入口可以是应用的激活按键、基于应用的检索界面的地址、基于网页的检索页面的地址链接等等。则当所述电子设备显示所述信息时,所述方法还包括:检测到针对所述应用信息的第一触发操作时,基于所述第一触发操作激活所述应用触发入口,显示所述应用触发入口对应的界面。
图5为本发明实施例的信息处理方法的应用场景示意图;如图5所示,以所述信息为短信为例,当接收到的信息内容为“27号去A地出差时”,将与所述相关联的“订机票”应用和“订酒店”应用信息添加至所述信息 内容中;所述应用信息可悬浮在所述信息内容的上方;所述应用信息可以是所述电子设备中预先安装的应用的标识,通过触发所述应用信息可激活所述应用;当然,更优的,所述应用的标识中包含了基于“27号去A地”的检索结果,当触发所述“订机票”应用标识后,可直接进入所述“订机票”应用中所述电子设备所在地为初始地、所述A地为目的地的航班检索结果。
作为一种实施方式,当所述行为属性信息中包含特定关键字/关键词时,所述方法还包括:控制输出提示信息;所述提示信息包括:声音提示信息和/或震动提示信息。
具体的,所述行为属性信息中包含特定关键字/关键词时具体可以为表征“紧急”的关键字或关键词,例如“马上”、“立刻”、“快”等关键字或关键词,基于此,所述电子设备控制所述提示单元输出提示信息,所述提示单元可以是所述电子设备中的音频输出单元,控制所述音频输出单元输出提示音;所述提示单元也可以是所述电子设备中的震动单元,控制所述震动单元震动,以使所述电子设备的使用者能够及时感应到所述电子设备的提示音和/或震动,从而能够看到所述电子设备中的信息。

步骤601:当电子设备接收到信息或发送信息时,存储在数据库模块中,即所述数据库模块有信息写入。
步骤602:信息监听模块实时或按预设时间周期监听所述数据库模块,检测到有新的信息写入所述数据库模块,获取所述信息的内容。
步骤603:所述信息监听模块将获取到的信息的内容发送至语义分析模块。
步骤604:所述语义分析模块对所述信息的内容进行分析,获得分析结果,所述分析结果包括行为属性信息,所述行为属性信息可通过至少一个关键字/关键词表征,
步骤605:所述语义分析模块将所述语义分析结果发送至应用服务模块。
步骤606:所述应用服务模块基于所述分析结果选择对应的应用,调用应用接口获得与所述信息相关的应用信息,在这种方式下,所述应用信息可以是与所述信息相关的应用的触发入口;或者所述应用服务模块联网,通过互联网应用与网页服务器进行通信,从网页服务器获得与所述信息相关的应用信息,在这种方式下,所述应用信息可以是与所述信息相关的网页地址链接。
步骤607:所述应用服务模块将所述应用信息***至所述数据库模块中对应的信息中,以当所述电子设备显示所述信息时,伴随显示所述应用信息。
本发明实施例的信息处理***、方法及电子设备所提供的技术方案可应用于以下场景中:
场景1:当手机接收到一条运营商发来的余额不足的提示短信时,信息 处理***对短信内容进行语义分析和识别,根据语义中的“余额不足”等字样进行识别,做出相应的提示,例如在所述短信下方显示用于“话费充值”的操作按钮供用户选择操作;当用户点击所述操作按钮时,手机自动链接到对应话费充值网页,使用户更便捷的进行充值操作。
场景2:手机接收到一条短信如:“后天去北京XXX科技有限公司出差”,信息处理***会对此短信进行语义分析,生成如用于“定机票”的操作按钮和/或“订酒店”的操作按钮供用户选择操作;用户需要时可点击此按钮,自动链接操作按钮对应的用于“定机票”的网页/应用进行机票的预定,或者自动链接操作按钮对应的用于订酒店”的网页/应用进行酒店的预定。进一步地,所述电子设备还可以对“北京XXX科技有限公司”进行位置定位,以方便酒店的预定。
进一步地,当一条短信中包含的语义比较丰富时,信息处理***返回至少两个分析识别结果,根据常用的语义来判定哪个是主语义,哪些是次语义,主语义可直接使用操作按钮提示用户操作,而次语义可以对应用信息进行高亮显示,当点击所述高亮显示的应用信息时再输出对应的操作按钮。比如短信中有“7月2日去北京出差”关键词时,所述信息处理***返回的主语义为北京出差,生成的操作按钮可能是用于“定机票”和/或“定酒店”。而同时所述信息处理***也分析出7月2日的次语义,则在应用信息中对7月2日进行高亮显示,当用户对所述高亮显示进行操作(点击)时,会生成“创建日程信息”等操作按钮供用户智能化操作。
场景3:使用者并不是时时刻刻都关注到手机短信。当收到一条紧急短信时,如内容包含:“此事比较紧急,看到短信请速回电”等语义时,信息处理***返回语义分析结果包含“紧急”关键词,一方面,在所述短信所在区域生成的操作按钮用于“打电话”,另一方面,手机中的处理器根据所述“紧急”关键词控制手机震动或响铃来提示用户收到一条紧急短信,用 户看到此短信时,点击操作按钮可以直接进行电话拨出,更高效便捷的提升用户体验。

  1. 一种信息处理***,所述***包括:信息监听模块、语义分析模块和应用服务模块;其中,
    所述信息监听模块,配置为监测到电子设备接收/发送信息时,获取所述信息的内容,将所述信息的内容发送至所述语义分析模块;
    所述语义分析模块,配置为分析所述信息的内容,获得所述信息表征的行为属性信息;所述行为属性信息通过至少一个关键字/关键词表征;
    所述应用服务模块,配置为基于所述行为属性信息获取所述电子设备中的应用信息,所述应用信息与所述行为属性信息相关;将所述应用信息添加至所述信息中,以当所述电子设备显示所述信息时,伴随显示所述应用信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的***,其中,所述***还包括数据库模块,配置为存储接收/发送的信息;
    所述信息监听模块,配置为监测到所述数据库模块中有新的信息存入时,确定监测到信息,获取所述信息的内容;
    相应的,所述应用服务模块,配置为将获取到的所述应用信息添加至所述数据库模块中与所述应用信息对应的信息中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的***,其中,所述应用服务模块,配置为读取所述电子设备中的至少一个应用的数据,识别出所述数据表征的类型属性;获得与所述行为属性信息相匹配的类型属性,选择满足所述类型属性的至少一个应用;调用应用接口在所述至少一个应用中按照所述行为属性信息进行查询,获得满足所述行为属性信息的应用信息。

  7. 一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    监测到电子设备接收/发送信息时,获取所述信息的内容;
    分析所述信息的内容,获得所述信息表征的行为属性信息;所述行为属性信息通过至少一个关键字表征;
    基于所述行为属性信息获取与所述行为属性信息相关的应用信息,将所述应用信息添加至所述信息中,以当所述电子设备显示所述信息时,伴随显示所述应用信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述应用信息为与所述行为属性信息相关的应用触发入口;则当所述电子设备显示所述信息时,所述方法还包括:
    检测到针对所述应用信息的第一触发操作时,基于所述第一触发操作激活所述应用触发入口,显示所述应用触发入口对应的界面。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述行为属性信息获 取所述电子设备中的应用信息,包括:
    读取所述电子设备中的至少一个应用的数据,识别出所述数据表征的类型属性;
    获得与所述行为属性信息相匹配的类型属性,选择满足所述类型属性的至少一个应用;
    调用应用接口在所述至少一个应用中按照所述行为属性信息进行查询,获得满足所述行为属性信息的应用信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述行为属性信息获取与所述行为属性信息相关的应用信息,包括:
    基于所述行为属性信息向网页服务器发送查询请求,从所述网页服务器获得查询结果,所述查询结果包括与所述行为属性信息相关的网页地址,所述网页地址为与所述行为属性信息相关的应用信息。
