背景技术

本发明软组织夹的操作步骤包括:夹子收入弹簧软管、夹子伸出弹簧软管抓握组织、夹子夹闭组织、夹子释放。首先,夹子通过导向装置(图中未示出)被收入弹簧软管内,向前推动牵引线302,使夹子伸出弹簧软管外,止位件404的翼部弹性扩张,向后拉动牵引线302,使翼部抵住弹簧软管的端面,此时将夹片401/402抵住组织,继续拉动牵引线302,带动拉臂204/205运动,使夹片401/402抓握组织,继续后拉牵引线302,夹片401/402收入止位件404中,此时再拉动牵引线302,拉臂204/205的头部弯钩变形,夹子脱离拉臂204/205,成功释放,夹片401/402的棱边与止位件404的腔壁摩擦接触,对夹片的头端闭合形成正压力。夹片401/402的夹臂上具有卡槽401a/402a结构,与止位件凸点404c形成锁死。
当止位件404处于弹簧软管中时翼部收缩于止位件的内腔中,阻止了释放机构在止位件404的内腔向后移动,当止位件404伸出弹簧软管的远端时翼部张开卡在弹簧软管端部的端面处,释放机构可以通过止位件404的内腔向后移动,夹片401/402可以收纳入止位件404的内腔。进一步,拉臂204/205或者其他连接部件可以在中间某段(例如,拉臂的204a/205a和204b/205b)处设置台阶,当止位件404处于弹簧软管中时,止位件404的翼部可以卡在台阶处来阻止拉 臂204/205在止位件404的内腔向后移动。
本发明软组织夹,夹片夹闭后,夹片的侧棱边与止位件的腔壁摩擦接触,对夹片的前端夹闭形成正压力闭合,同时夹片的夹臂上的卡槽结构与止位件的内凹突起形成锁死,使夹片长久锁死,直至组织完全长好闭合后,与组织一起脱落,止血更安全。
实施例二
在实施例一的基础上,作为夹片和止位件的卡合机构的一种变形,如图12和图13所示,止位件404具有一个台阶孔414,夹片401/402设有倒钩结构411/412,当夹片401/402完全收入止位件404后,继续拉动夹子40,夹片401/402的倒钩结构411/412牢牢卡进止位件404的台阶孔414。
这样的结构可以进一步使夹片夹紧组织,夹片可以更长久地锁死直至组织完全长好闭合后再与组织一起脱落。
应予说明,该种卡合方式与实施例一种的卡合方式既可以单独实施,也可以同时实施。同时实施时,两种卡合机构可以设于夹片和止位部件的不同位置,比如前臂或尾臂上,但不限于这两个位置。
此外,可以通过导向装置将夹子收入弹簧软管内,比如可以将导向装置内的导向孔设置为一锥形孔,止位件404的翼部装载导向孔内,通过其导向孔将夹子40收入到弹簧软管中。
本说明书实施例所述的内容仅仅是对发明构思的实现形式的列举,本发明的保护范围不应当被视为仅限于实施例所陈述的具体形式,本发明的保护范围也及于本领域技术人员根据本发明构思所能够想到的等同技术手段。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种软组织夹,其特征在于:包括夹子、输送部件和操作部件,
    所述夹子包括一对夹片和将所述夹片收纳其中的止位件,所述一对夹片通过各自的底端连接形成夹片连接部,当所述一对夹片完全收入所述止位件后,所述一对夹片的侧棱边与所述止位件的腔壁摩擦接触使得所述夹片的头端充分闭合,且所述一对夹片与所述止位件通过卡合机构锁死;
    所述输送部件包括弹簧软管、牵引线及释放部件,所述牵引线贯穿于所述弹簧软管内腔;所述释放部件包括两个拉臂,所述两个拉臂的前端分别设有钩状部,所述两个拉臂通过各自前端的钩状部与所述夹片连接部连接,所述两个拉臂的后端分别与所述牵引线的前端固定连接;所述夹子通过释放部件和牵引线可收入和伸出所述弹簧软管前端,当释放夹子时,所述拉臂的钩状部在所述牵引线的带动下发生变形从而脱离所述夹片连接部;
    所述操作部件与所述输送部件的弹簧软管和牵引线的后端连接,通过带动所述输送部件来操作所述夹子。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的软组织夹,其特征在于,所述卡合机构包括在所述每一个夹片上设有的卡槽结构以及所述止位件上设有的内凹的突起,当所述一对夹片完全收入所述止位件后,所述夹片的卡槽结构牢牢锁住所述止位件的突起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的软组织夹,其特征在于:所述卡合机构包括在所述一对夹片设有的倒钩结构以及所述止位件设有的台阶孔,当所述一对夹片完全收入所述止位件后,所述夹片的倒钩结构牢牢卡进所述止位件的台阶孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的软组织夹,其特征在于:所述一对夹片的底端分别设有连接孔,销钉管穿入所述一对夹片的连接孔形成所述夹片连接部,所述拉臂的钩状部连接于所述销钉管上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的软组织夹,其特征在于,所述止位件具有收纳所述夹片的内腔及翼部,当所述止位件位于所述弹簧软管中所述翼部收缩于所述止位件的内腔中,当所述止位件伸出所述弹簧软管的前端时所述翼部张开并卡于所述弹簧软管前端部的端面处。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的软组织夹,其特征在于,所述拉臂的中段设置有 台阶,当所述止位件处于所述弹簧软管中,所述止位件的翼部卡在所述台阶处从而阻止所述拉臂在所述止位件的内腔向后移动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的软组织夹,其特征在于,所述操作部件包括主体、贯穿于所述主体的操作杆、套设于所述主体上并与所述操作杆固定连接的操作块以及固定于所述主体后端的操作手柄,所述操作块可前后滑动地套设于所述主体上,所述弹簧软管的后端固定连接于所述操作部件的主体前端,所述牵引线的后端与所述操作杆的前端连接。
