VERFAHREN UND VORRICHTUNG ZUM AUSBESSERN VON SCHÄDEN EINES WERKSTÜCKS METHOD AND DEVICE FOR IMPROVING DAMAGE TO A WORKPIECE
The invention relates to a method for repairing damage to a workpiece and to a device.
Workpieces, in particular components of gas and steam turbines, are sometimes exposed to high loads during operation. Also, workpieces in the form of cast components sometimes suffer manufacturing damage, such as pores, cracks and / or voids. In gas and steam turbines faulty turbine show ¬ blades are often completely replaced. Damaged turbine blades ¬ are thereby completely disposed of.
Further, it is known to increase damage by means of laser powder build-up welding or plasma powder arc welding to be ¬. In laser powder build-up welding, however, the application rate is too low and laser safety is more difficult to maintain. In plasma arc welding, although a higher rate of application of this welding information model can be achieved, but due adversely higher energy input and thus an increased risk of further material damage, such as hot cracks and structural formations, which in turn require further rework.
The repair of damage to workpieces in the form of castings, however, so far done with the electrode-hand welding. However, for this process, the workpieces must be preheated to high temperatures, about 400 ° C. Further, patching requires buffer layers and / or only allows welding with low energy input. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide an improved method for repairing damage of a workpiece bereitzustel ¬ len, which does not have the aforementioned disadvantages. Fer ¬ ner, it is an object of the invention to provide a device by means of which this method can be performed.
This object of the invention is achieved with a method for repairing damage to a workpiece in the form of a recess having the features specified in claim 1 and with a device having the features specified in claim 12. Preferred embodiments of the invention are set forth in the appended subclaims, the following description and the drawing. In the inventive method of repairing damage to a workpiece in the form of a recess, the Ausneh ¬ mung is widened and filled by means of welding. Suitably, in the method according to the invention, the workpiece, preferably predominantly or completely, is formed from metal. Alternatively or additionally, and likewise expediently, the workpiece is a cast part.
Insbesondere lässt sich auch dieBy means of the method according to the invention for repairing damage to a workpiece, only a small energy input compared to the plasma powder build-up welding is required to repair damage. In contrast to laser powder build-up welding, the order rate is considerably increased. As a result, significantly shorter repair times can be achieved. Advantageously, the method according to the invention can be used universally. In particular, the method according to the invention can be realized by means of standard components. As a result, elaborate systems are not required. Also, the environmental impact at the workplace is significantly reduced due to the absence of metal dust in carrying out the method according to the invention. In addition, the inventive method is easily automated. Especially in the Service area, the inventive method is therefore fast and flexible. As this is dispensable through the OF INVENTION ¬-making process according to a complete replacement of a defective workpiece, the repair of damage can be done inexpensively. In particular, the
Significantly reduce the service life of equipment, since the process can be carried out without significant delay. Suitably, in the method according to the invention by means of arc welding. So are mittlerweise many externa ¬ tremely low-energy arc processes available, in particular the company EWM Cold arc process, the CMT process from Fronius and TIG AC welding EWM. Such arc welding processes form an excellent consensus between high removal rate, low energy input and high layer quality (low degree of mixing). These arc welding methods are universally applicable and allow the repair of difficult to weld materials. In particular, different protective gases and / or separately produced or common cored wires can be used in such an arc process and / or other parameters can be adapted flexibly. In the method according to the invention, the recess is advantageously widened in its shape onto an enveloping body which encloses the original shape of the recess, and this expanded recess is filled by means of welding. ¬ purpose advantageously takes the lengths of the recess mechanically, in particular by means of turning and / or milling. In this way, the inventive method can be used flexibly for a whole class of differently shaped recesses for mending. As a result of the widening of the recess, in particular a filling element of a specific size can fill a whole series of recesses.
Particularly useful in the inventive method, the shape of the recess is at least partially detected and depending on this shape, the enveloping body is selected from a group comprising at least two members of different shape. In this way, the mechanical processing of the workpiece in the expansion of the recess can be reduced to a small degree by a geometrically already approximately matching member of the group of enveloping bodies is selected from ¬ .
Suitably, the shape of the recess is automatically detected, preferably by means of a, in particular laser-based, 3D scanner or by a camera for detecting the Oberflä ¬ surface of the housing and a processor-based image evaluation ¬ unit for analyzing the camera image. In an advantageous embodiment of the method, the enveloping body has a symmetrical, in particular ro ¬ tationssymmetrische, shape. In this development, on the one hand, the recess can be particularly easily widened to the shape of the enveloping body, in particular by rotation. Furthermore, if necessary, a filling element corresponding to the enveloping body can also be produced particularly easily, in particular by turning.
In the method according to the invention, it is particularly preferable to use an envelope having at least one flat outer surface as the enveloping body. In this way, a recess can be easily repaired in the particularly frequently occurring case that the recess is present on a flat outer surface, since the enveloping body can be provided flush with its flat outer surface on the flat outer surface of the workpiece.
Auf diese Weise lässt sich die geweitete Ausnehmung äußerst einfach mittels Suitably, in the method according to the invention, an enveloping body which is at least unidirectional in one direction is used as the enveloping body. In this way, the widened recess can easily be filled by welding ¬ who. At least one enveloping body with at least one flat outer surface is expediently used as the enveloping body. gene, wherein the at least one direction in which the Hüll ¬ body is undercut, obliquely, in particular senk ¬ right, extends to the flat outer surface. Fill welding. Suitably, forms the workpiece is a turbine blade or at least a part of a housing and / or a burner in which the method according to Invention ¬. Especially with such workpieces, the inventive method forms the basis for a fast and inexpensive repair process. Suitably, is added during the invention shown SEN method additional material, in particular in the form of filling ¬ wire or Füllbändern.
In an advantageous development of the device according to the invention, in this case the detection device comprises a camera and a processor-based image processing unit which determines the geometric shape of the recess from the image recorded by means of the camera. Likewise advantageously, the detection device in a development of the invention comprises a, in particular laser-based, 3D scanner for detecting the shape.
Advantageously, the device according to the invention comprises a selection device for selecting a member of a group of enveloping bodies comprising at least two different shape members, depending on the shape of the recess.

The housing 5 has a flat, planar, outer surface 3. At the planar outer surface 3 is a damage in the form of a recess 10. The shape of the recess 10 is detected by means of a laser-based 3D scanner. In other, not specifically illustrated embodiments, which otherwise correspond to what is shown, other measuring systems are used, such as a camera for detecting the surface of the housing and a processor-based Bildaus ¬ value unit for analyzing the camera image. Imaginary - - enveloping body selected 25 having a flat planar outer surface 17 has on ¬, which is flush with the flat planar outer surface 3 of the housing 5 and 17 also far from the outer surface of the recess 10 in the process of this invention such is first of a group of enveloping bodies includes completely.
Subsequently, the recess 10 is expanded to fit the shape of the enveloping body 25. For this purpose, the geometry of the envelope body 25 is mechanically worked out for example by turning or frae ¬ sen from the housing 5, so that the flared recess 35 corresponds exactly to this enveloping body 25th In the exemplary embodiment shown, the enveloping body 25 is a circular cone which is rotationally symmetrical in the direction R perpendicular to the outer surface 3, so that the initial recess 10 can simply be widened by turning it onto such a circular cone.
Subsequently, the widened recess 35 is filled with welding material 15 by arc welding.
