一种新型门把手复位缓冲结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种门锁,具体是一种新型门把手复位缓冲结构。
背景技术
目前,市场上运用广泛的锁体,为实现关门时消音,采取了多种技术方案:CN203050243U公开的一种低阻静音门锁,采用在锁盒前端安装质软的锁盒滚轮,在扣盒前端安装质软的扣盒导片滚轮,在扣盒内安装质软的扣盒弹片的方案,可以减缓关门时锁舌与锁盒和扣盒等部件摩擦或撞击而发出的噪音;CN202530854U公开的一种静音门锁,采用在锁舌颈和滑块套合处带有一垫圈的方案,可使得锁舌和滑块之间不发生相对运动碰撞,从而不会因此而发出噪音;CN202530855U公开了静音门锁,采用锁舌表面设凹槽,凹槽处贴合静音胶圈的方案,静音胶圈的厚度大于凹槽的深度,使其表面高于锁舌其他部分的表面,最大程度地避免了金属件之间的摩擦碰撞,从而大大降低了门锁带来的噪音。上述专利文献,都是从最易产生撞击的锁舌出发,直接减缓锁舌的撞击或围绕与其接触的部件进行改进,在减轻关门时产生的噪音这一方面,产生了一定的效果。但是,上述方案的锁舌复位都是采用弹簧回弹结构,在关门时,在弹簧的回弹力作用下,锁舌快速弹出,撞击到任何硬质部件都会发出声音,因此,上述方案都没能从根本上解决关门时产生噪音的问题。
因此,中国专利号201410150578.5,提出了一种带阻尼的静音锁体,其主要结构在于:在斜锁舌与锁体间安装有阻尼器,阻尼器为拉伸阻尼型,当开锁 时,锁舌后退压缩阻尼器,使得阻尼器复位。当锁舌在关锁时,弹簧推动锁舌前进,此时阻尼器起到阻尼缓冲作用,使得锁舌缓慢前进直至锁舌到位。从而避免了传统技术中锁舌由弹簧支撑,在上锁时弹簧快速复位锁舌造成其与锁体及其他部件快速撞击发出噪音。但是,上述结构存在着上锁速度过慢的情况。因为,当锁舌上锁时,锁舌复位有缓冲延时效果,所以锁舌不能快速***门框的锁孔内。所以关门时,用户需要用手拉住门体一段时间,使得锁舌***锁孔内后才能松手。使其不能使用传统的推拉方式关锁,极容易导致上锁关门失败。因此有必要对现有的静音门锁作进一步改良。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单,组装方便,生产成本低,能实现快速静音上锁的一种新型门把手复位缓冲结构。
本实用新型目的是用以下方式实现的:一种新型门把手复位缓冲结构,其包括面板及设于其上的门把手,门把手通过把手头可转动的安装在面板上,面板与把手头间设置有复位扭簧可使得门把手在开门后自动复位至关锁状态,其特征在于:所述的把手头与面板间还设置有快速复位缓冲装置。
所述的快速复位缓冲装置包括与把手头固定连接拨叉,及可摆动式与面板固定连接的转动板,转动板尾端与缓冲缸铰接,转动板前端设置有缓冲槽,拨叉上设置有导向柱可延伸入缓冲槽内滑动。
所述的快速复位缓冲装置还包括设置在拨叉上的限位槽,及位于限位槽内的限位柱,限位柱与面板固定,拨叉摆动时利用限位柱限制其摆动幅度。
所述的缓冲槽包括空载槽及复位槽,空载槽及复位槽呈“八”字形分布,空载槽及复位槽间通过圆弧槽贯通形成中间高两侧低的造型。
所述的缓冲缸为压缩缓冲式单向缓冲缸。
所述的缓冲缸的活塞杆与转动板通过“Y”叉连接。
所述的缓冲缸的活塞杆与缸体间设置有复位弹簧,复位弹簧产生推力始终向外推动活塞杆。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、结构简单,组装方便,生产成本低,提高市场竞争力。2、通过快速复位缓冲装置,可实现锁舌快速与锁孔锁止,从而避免传统缓冲锁具复位速度过慢导致的锁门麻烦。3、快速复位缓冲装置为尾部缓冲结构,在锁舌锁止后再进行复位缓冲,可避免锁舌及把手快速复位导致的撞击声。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作具体进一步的说明。一种新型门把手复位缓冲结构,其包括面板1及设于其上的门把手2,门把手2通过把手头3可转动的安装在面板1上,面板1与把手头3间设置有复位扭簧4可使得门把手2在开门后自动复位至关锁状态,其特征在于:所述的把手头3与面板1间还设置有快速复位缓冲装置。
所述的快速复位缓冲装置包括与把手头3固定连接拨叉7,及可摆动式与面板1固定连接的转动板5,转动板5尾端与缓冲缸6铰接,转动板5前端设置有缓冲槽51,拨叉7上设置有导向柱73可延伸入缓冲槽51内滑动。
所述的快速复位缓冲装置还包括设置在拨叉7上的限位槽71,及位于限位槽内的限位柱72,限位柱72与面板1固定,拨叉7摆动时利用限位柱72限制其摆动幅度。
所述的缓冲槽51包括空载槽52及复位槽53,空载槽52及复位槽53呈“八”字形分布,空载槽52及复位槽53间通过圆弧槽54贯通形成中间高两侧低的造型。圆弧槽的设计能起到减缓导向柱运动时冲击力的作用,使得导向柱平稳进入到缓冲槽内。
所述的缓冲缸6为压缩缓冲式单向缓冲缸。
所述的缓冲缸6的活塞杆61与转动板5通过“Y”叉8连接。
所述的缓冲缸6的活塞杆61与缸体62间设置有复位弹簧63,复位弹簧63产生推力始终向外推动活塞杆61。
工作原理:如图3、4所示,当本门锁处于关锁状态时,拨叉7上的导向柱73位于复位槽53内,此时缓冲缸处于内缩状态。如图4、5所示,当用户向下压动门把手时,门把手通过把手头带动拨叉7转动,拨叉7转动时驱动限位柱73从复位槽向空载槽方向移动。限位柱运动过程中也一并驱动转动板转动,从而向外拉伸缓冲缸,使得缓冲缸处于待缓冲状态。如图5、6所示,用户继续扳动门把手,把手头带动拨叉,锁芯继续旋转,直到锁具完全打开,此时限位柱运动至缓冲槽内,限位柱72与限位槽71配合,限定门把手的最大打开角度。
在锁门时,用户松开门把手,门把手在复位扭簧的作用下快速复位,拨叉7上的导向柱73快速由空载槽52的尾端向其首端方向运动,使得锁具上的锁舌快速***到锁孔内,实现快速上锁的目的。其中需要说明的是:由于本案中的空载槽52为导向柱73的避空槽,所以一旦导向柱运动至该空载槽内后,将不再驱动转动板运动,因此导向柱在空载槽内处于***状态。
在上锁过程中,当导向柱73由空载槽52向复位槽53内移动时,导向柱73与复位槽52间产生挤压,导向柱73推动转动板5转动。其中由于转动板与缓冲缸连接,所以通过缓冲缸的缓冲作用,使得转动板缓慢转动,从而起到对门把手的复位缓冲作用,使得锁舌,把手在上锁的后段行程处于缓冲复位状态,从而避免了把手及锁舍复位时产生的异响。
与现有的全程缓冲锁具相比,本案中设计了独特的缓冲槽结构,能使得锁具上锁过程中,对其前段行程不进行缓冲。用户松开把手后能迅速复位,使得锁舍能快速***锁孔内实现上锁。在把手复位的后段行程中,利用缓冲缸对转动板的复位作用,能使得把手缓慢复位至完全上锁状态。因此在实现锁具快速上锁的同时,还能起到防止把手,锁舍复位时产生的撞击噪声等,故可广泛推广使用。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型门把手复位缓冲结构,其特征在于:所述的快速复位缓冲装置包括与把手头(3)固定连接拨叉(7),及可摆动式与面板(1)固定连接的转动板(5),转动板(5)尾端与缓冲缸(6)铰接,转动板(5)前端设置有缓冲槽(51),拨叉(7)上设置有导向柱(73)可延伸入缓冲槽(51)内滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型门把手复位缓冲结构,其特征在于:所述的快速复位缓冲装置还包括设置在拨叉(7)上的限位槽(71),及位于限位槽内的限位柱(72),限位柱(72)与面板(1)固定,拨叉(7)摆动时利用限位柱(72)限制其摆动幅度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型门把手复位缓冲结构,其特征在于:所述的缓冲槽(51)包括空载槽(52)及复位槽(53),空载槽(52)及复位槽(53)呈“八”字形分布,空载槽(52)及复位槽(53)间通过圆弧槽(54)贯通形成中间高两侧低的造型。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型门把手复位缓冲结构,其特征在于:所述的缓冲缸(6)为压缩缓冲式单向缓冲缸。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新型门把手复位缓冲结构,其特征在于:所述的缓冲缸(6)的活塞杆(61)与转动板(5)通过“Y”叉(8)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新型门把手复位缓冲结构,其特征在于:所述 的缓冲缸(6)的活塞杆(61)与缸体(62)间设置有复位弹簧(63),复位弹簧(63)产生推力始终向外推动活塞杆(61)。
