Description

移动支付及营销的***及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种移动支付及营销的***及方法,尤其涉及一种集支付与营销一体的***及方法。
背景技术
POS(Point of sales terminal)的中文意思是“销售点”,全称为销售点情报管理***,是一种配有条码或OCR码技终端阅读器,有现金或易货额度出纳功能。其主要任务是对商品与媒体交易提供数据服务和管理功能,并进行非现金结算。
POS是一种多功能终端,把它安装在***的特约商家和受理网点中与计算机联成网络,就能实现电子资金自动转帐,它具有支持消费、预授权、余额查询和转帐等功能,使用起来安全、快捷、可靠。大宗交易中基本经营情报难以获取,导入POS***主要是解决零售业信息管理盲点。但是,现有POS***仅仅只能用来帮助客户完成简单支付,而不能很好的进行客户导流,进行二次营销等。此外,现有POS***也不能让用户方便地完成扫码领劵、扫码抽奖、储值、消费、积分等营销功能。
技术问题
基于此,有必要提供一种能够让进行移动支付及营销的***及方法。
技术解决方案
该***包括:
至少一商家终端、至少一用户终端及运营服务端,所述运营服务端绑定连接商家终端,并通过商家终端的微信公众号与用户终端连接,该运营服务端包括:
支付单元,用于当顾客与商家发生交易需支付时,发送一支付链接详情至用户终端来完成支付,或者生成支付二维码信息显示在商家终端上,用户终端通过微信扫描即可完成支付;
推送单元,用于当交易完成后,发送交易详情,点击相关交易详情后,通过交易详情引导顾客进入领劵、抢红包、抽奖的营销功能,及完成储值、消费、积分。
在其中一个实施例中,所述运营服务端还包括一打印单元,用于打印顾客消费信息。
该移动支付及营销方法包括以下步骤:
将商家终端与运营服务端建立绑定连接;
当顾客与商家发生交易需支付时,发送一支付链接详情至用户终端来完成支付,或者生成支付二维码信息显示在商家终端上,用户终端通过微信扫描即可完成支付;
邀请顾客关注商家终端公众号,使用户终端通过微信绑定连接运营服务端;
当交易完成后,发送交易详情,点击相关交易详情后,通过交易详情引导顾客进入领劵、抢红包、抽奖的营销功能,及完成储值、消费、积分。
有益效果
本移动支付及营销方法实现了移动支付并能进行很好的二次营销,让用户方便地完成扫码领劵、扫码抽奖、储值、消费、积分等营销功能。

本发明的实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。但是本发明能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限制。
请参阅图1,是本实施例的架构示意图,其中运营服务端1通过WIFI(Wireless Fidelity )、有线、移动网络(例如,2G、3G或4G网络)与商家终端3连接。所述商家终端3通过微信公众号与所述运营服务端1绑定连接着。所述运营服务端1储存大量商家活动数据,例如,商家策划活动信息,商家网页,优惠卷,红包,广告图片等。所述商家终端3可放置于线下零售、快餐、商超、药店等场所,它是一个集支付与营销功能于一体的POS机。所述用户终端2通过微信加入所述商家终端3的公众号而与所述商家终端3及所述运营服务端1建立连接。用户可以通过微信扫描商家终端3上的支付二维码,也可接收来自商家终端3发送的支付链接,最终来完成支付。
用户终端2支付完毕后,商家会发送交易详情,点击关注商家公众号,点击相关交易详情后,通过交易详情引导用户进入商家设定营销场景,满足用户商家、用户支付及营销多样性需求要求的问题。同时,所述商家终端3可提供扫码领劵、扫码抽奖等营销功能,并集成商家会员***,可通过扫码完成储值、消费、积分等。
由于顾客在收银台或者其它场景下通过现金或刷卡交易方式转换为顾客通过用户终端2就可完成交易的结账方式。从而大大提高收银效率,而且还可顺利完成扫码领券、抽奖,完成积分、储值等营销功能。
请参阅图2,是图1中所述运营服务端1的功能单元图,其包括输入单元101、采集单元102、支付单元103、打印单元104、推送单元105。其中,所述输入单元101用于输入需要查询或者需确认的信息,例如查询商家建立并上传的活动信息,绑定商家公众号等。
所述采集单元102用于采集从商家终端3上传的顾客消费明细、顾客基本资料、最终消费总价、支付方式、小票订单号、交易时间等消费信息。
所述支付单元103用于当顾客与商家发生交易需支付时,发送一支付链接详情至用户终端2来完成支付。也可生成二维码信息显示在商家终端3上,用户终端2扫描后即可完成支付。当发生退款申请时,可通过商家终端3提出退款申请,当审核员审核过后,***自动退款。此外,所述支付单元103还用于统计所有POS退款记录,如每笔退款的流水单号、退款时间、退款金额、退款状态、所属门店及设备号。
打印单元104用来设置商家终端3支付交易完成后小票的打印信息。需打印的信息字段可通过打印单元104来增加或者删除等。所述打印信息包括,但不限于,交易时间,门店号,顾客消费明细、顾客基本资料、最终消费总价、支付方式、小票订单号等。
推送单元105用于当交易完成后,商家会发送交易详情,并邀请用户关注商家公众号,点击相关交易详情后及公众号,通过交易详情引导用户进入商家设定营销场景,满足用户商家、用户支付及营销多样性需求要求的问题。所述设定的营销场景,可以是,根据用户之前消费记录推送相关联的产品,如此顾客二次购买积极性高出许多。
此外,用户终端2还可通过微信扫描商家终端3上的二维码,由些顾客可完成扫码领劵、抢红包、抽奖等营销功能,可通过扫码完成储值、消费、积分等。顾客在领券后,可以将该优惠卷分享给好友或者留下自己使用。当顾客领取优惠卷,并进行下一次消费时,可以在支付时使用相关优惠卷进行支付减免金额并进行该使用过的优惠卷的核销。例如,用户甲在购买手机皮套时使用一张“5”元优惠卷,在支付时进行金额时自动减免并核销用户甲的这张“5”元优惠卷,使它处于已使用状态。

步骤S301,将商家终端3与运营服务端1建立通讯连接,所述商家终端3通过通过WIFI、有线、2G、3G或4G网络与运营服务端1相连。
步骤S302,将商家终端3的公众号绑定至运营服务端1。针对同一场景下商家终端3只需绑定一次就可以。
步骤S303,当顾客进行消费时,所述支付单元103通过商家终端3将用户需支付信息发送到用户终端2,用户收到商家终端3发送的支付信息进行支付。在另一实施例中,所述支付信息以二维码形式显示在商家终端3,用户终端2通过微信扫描该二维码可以进行支付。
步骤S304,用户终端支付完毕后关注商家公众号。针对同一顾客同一微信号,仅需关注一次,就可以。
步骤S305,当交易完成后,商家会发送交易详情,点击相关交易详情后,通过交易详情引导用户进入商家设定营销场景,满足用户商家、用户支付及营销多样性需求要求的问题。所述设定的营销场景,可以是,根据用户之前消费记录推送相关联的产品来进行二次营销。
步骤S306,当顾客交易完成后,用户终端2可通过微信扫描显示在商家终端3上的二维码,由些顾客可完成扫码领劵、抢红包、抽奖等营销功能,可通过扫码完成储值、消费、积分等。顾客在领券后,可以将该优惠卷分享给好友或者留下自己使用。当顾客领取优惠卷,并进行下一次消费时,可以在支付时使用相关优惠卷进行支付减免金额并进行该使用过的优惠卷的核销。例如,用户甲在购买手机皮套时使用一张“5”元优惠卷,在支付时进行金额时自动减免并核销用户甲的这张“5”元优惠卷,使它处于已使用状态。

  1. 一种移动支付及营销的***,其包括至少一商家终端、至少一用户终端及运营服务端,所述运营服务端绑定连接商家终端,并通过商家终端的微信公众号与用户终端连接,其特征在于,该运营服务端包括:
    支付单元,用于当顾客与商家发生交易需支付时,发送一支付链接详情至用户终端来完成支付,或者生成支付二维码信息显示在商家终端上,用户终端通过微信扫描即可完成支付;
    推送单元,用于当交易完成后,发送交易详情,点击相关交易详情后,通过交易详情引导顾客进入领劵、抢红包、抽奖的营销功能,及完成储值、消费、积分。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动支付及营销的***,其特征在于,所述运营服务端还包括一输入单元,用于输入需要查询或者需确认的信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的移动支付及营销的***,其特征在于,所述运营服务端还包括一采集单元,用于采集从商家终端上传的顾客消费明细、顾客基本资料、最终消费总价、支付方式、小票订单号、交易时间的消费信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的移动支付及营销的***,其特征在于,该商家终端还包括一打印单元,用于打印顾客消费信息。

    邀请顾客关注商家终端公众号,使用户终端通过微信绑定连接运营服务端;
    当交易完成后,发送交易详情,点击相关交易详情后,通过交易详情引导顾客进入领劵、抢红包、抽奖的营销功能,及完成储值、消费、积分。
