本发明涉及空气净化设备领域,特别涉及一种空气清新机。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,空气污染对人类健康的影响越来越受到人们的关注,尤其是近几年来全球环境的恶化,导致雾霾天气的出现,空气污染已经成为危害人类身体健康的杀手。
空气净化设备作为净化空气、提高空气质量的设备,能够改善人们居住和办公条件,已经越来越广泛地应用在各种场合中。一般的空气净化设备,只能去除一些污染物,不能使空气干燥的情况得到缓解,因此难以进一步有效地保护人们的身心健康。
发明内容
基于此,本发明在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种空气清新机,可以有效地除去空气中的尘埃,使环境变得干净清凉。
其技术方案如下:
一种空气清新机,包括主体、引风装置、雾化装置、储水装置,过滤装置,所述主体内设有容纳腔,且所述主体上设有分别与容纳腔连通的进风口和出风口,所述雾化装置的进水口与储水装置连通,所述雾化装置的喷头朝容纳腔内喷水,所述过滤装置安装在进风口和出风口之间,所述雾化装置设置在过滤装置靠近所述进风口的一侧,所述引风装置设置在过滤装置的另一侧。

如图5所示,所述过滤装置5包括多个夹持环50,每个所述夹持环50上均设有若干个安装孔500,且每个夹持环50上安装孔500的位置互相对应,多个所述夹持环50依次叠放设置,每两个夹持环50之间安装有一个过滤层(未画出),各个夹持环50通过设置在安装孔500中的螺钉或螺栓可拆卸连接,所述过滤层为至少三个,且至少有一个由纤维、海绵或其它具有多孔结构的类似物制成的第一过滤层,至少有一个由塑料网制成的第二过滤层,至少有一个由金属网制成的第三过滤层。装配上述过滤装置5时,将各个夹持环50及过滤层依次叠放,并且根据安装孔500的位置将各个夹持环50之间的相对位置设置好,最后利用螺钉或螺栓使各个夹持环50固定为一体,每个过滤层就能够夹紧在两个夹持环50之间。整个过滤装置5结构简单、组装方便,而且能够安装多个过滤层,以提高净化效率。在本实施例中,所述过滤层为三个,分别为由海绵制成的第一过滤层,由塑料网制成的第二过滤层以及由金属网制成的第三过滤层,且第一过滤层、第二过滤层、第三过滤层依次设置,具有良好的滤水除尘效果。当带有水分的空气通过过滤装置时,第一过滤层与与第三过滤层容易发生粘结,此时第二过滤层能将第一过滤层与第三过滤层阻隔开,避免上述情况发生。可 以理解地,选用其它材料制成的过滤层以及不同数目的过滤层都应该在本发明的保护范围内。

如图2、9、10、11所示,所述主体1包括筒状的机壳10及相对设置第一隔板11与第二隔板12,所述第一隔板11与第二隔板12设置在机壳10内并与所述机壳10形成所述容纳腔,所述储水装置4固定在第一隔板11上,所述废水收集装置6固定在第二隔板12上。如图2、12、13所示,所述主体1还包括设置在第一隔板11与第二隔板12之间的中间隔板13,所述引风装置2固定在中间隔板13与第二隔板12之间。一体式的空气清新机设计,方便使用及维护清洁。
本实施例所述的引风装置2为引风机,产生的风量大、噪音小,所述雾化 装置3为超声波微孔雾化片,具有性能稳定、雾粒微小、雾化量大等优点。本空气清新机的体积和功率较小,其具备便携、可移动、节能等优点,可以在多种场合中使用。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空气清新机,其特征在于,包括主体、引风装置、雾化装置、储水装置,过滤装置,所述主体内设有容纳腔,且所述主体上设有分别与容纳腔连通的进风口和出风口,所述雾化装置的进水口与储水装置连通,所述雾化装置的喷头朝容纳腔内喷水,所述过滤装置安装在进风口和出风口之间,所述雾化装置设置在过滤装置靠近所述进风口的一侧,所述引风装置设置在过滤装置的另一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气清新机,其特征在于,还包括废水收集装置,所述主体上位于过滤装置对应的位置处设有排水孔,所述废水收集装置设置在排水孔的下方并与排水孔连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空气清新机,其特征在于,所述过滤装置包括多个夹持环,每个所述夹持环上均设有若干个安装孔,且每个夹持环上安装孔的位置互相对应,多个所述夹持环依次叠放设置,每两个夹持环之间安装有一个过滤层,各个夹持环通过设置在安装孔中的螺钉或螺栓可拆卸连接,所述过滤层为至少三个,且至少有一个由纤维、海绵或其它具有多孔结构的类似物制成的第一过滤层,至少有一个由塑料网制成的第二过滤层,至少有一个由金属网制成的第三过滤层。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空气清新机,其特征在于,所述过滤装置朝所述排水孔倾斜设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空气清新机,其特征在于,所述主体内设有两个相对设置的固定板,两个固定板上均设有卡槽,其中一个夹持环为安装环,该安装环的两侧分别设有与所述卡槽匹配的凸块,所述凸块卡嵌在对应的卡槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空气清新机,其特征在于,所述安装环的两端分别延伸出一个密封耳板,处于较低位置的密封耳板上设有与排水孔连通的泄水孔。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6任一项所述的空气清新机,其特征在于,所述过滤层为三个,第一过滤层、第二过滤层、第三过滤层依次设置,且第一过滤层设置在靠近所述进风口的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的空气清新机,其特征在于,所述雾化装置设置在储水装置的下方,所述储水装置的底部设有通孔,所述通孔与雾化装置的进水口连通,所述雾化装置为超声波微孔雾化片。
  9. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的空气清新机,其特征在于,所述主体包括筒状的机壳及相对设置第一隔板与第二隔板,所述第一隔板与第二隔板设置在机壳内并与所述机壳形成所述容纳腔,所述储水装置固定在第一隔板上,所述废水收集装置固定在第二隔板上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空气清新机,其特征在于,所述主体还包括设置在第一隔板与第二隔板之间的中间隔板,所述引风装置固定在中间隔板与第二隔板之间。
