一种背光调节方法,所述背光调节方法包括以下步骤:根据终端当前所处的地理位置信息获取对应的背光增益曲线,所述背光增益曲线包括各时间点与背光增益值的映射关系(S10);根据当前的时间点查询所述背光增益曲线上对应的背光增益值(S20);根据所述背光增益值调节所述终端的背光强度(S30)。还提供了一种背光调节装置。该背光调节方法及装置降低了背光调节的操作难度。
