本发明的第一电路板能通过第二电路板将从USB接口传入的电能传给喷雾元器件,而第二电路板与喷雾元器件升压、调频后为喷雾片提供雾化工作的电能。将加湿器壳体分成三部分后,使加湿器的组装制造更容易。在使用时,主壳与盖体浸入水中,使吸水海绵吸水为喷雾片供水雾化,而边壳露出水面,将第一电路板设置在加湿器的边壳后,方便了使用者连接USB数据线,并且将体积较大的第二电路板和喷雾元器件分别设置在主壳和盖体内后,两者既得到了防水保护,也不用在边壳设置专门的安装仓,从而使加湿器可以设计得更加小巧。而将第二电路板与喷雾元器件都设置在加湿器内,无需特别设计的USB数据线来传输电能,既方便了使用者的携带,也为使用者更换USB数据线提供了方便。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
由图1所示的本发明实施例可知,便携式加湿器的为圆柱形结构的壳体分为主壳9、边壳10和盖体11,边壳10和盖体11分别设置在主壳9的两端,在主壳9上开有通孔3,如图1所示,其为长条形的通孔,其也可以是其他形状,可为一个或数个。在边壳10远离主壳9的一端设置有顶盖12,由图1和图4可知,顶盖12为环形,其与边壳10卡接或胶粘连接,或其他固定连接方式。由图1、图2、图4可知,在边壳10的一端设置了喷雾片1和开关键4,喷雾片1一侧与吸水海绵2直接接触。开关键4为环形结构,其位于顶盖12和喷雾片1之间,喷雾片1与吸水海绵2接触的一端被开关固定件19顶住,从而开关键4被顶盖12限定位置后,开关键4与开关固定件19分别从两侧共同固定住喷雾片1的位置。而开关固定件19的一端与存放杆固定件15顶接,因存放杆固定件15通过连接环16与边壳10固定连接,从而开关固定件19的位置被存放杆固定件15固定。在开关固定件19的中部设置有承托部,该处设置有环形的第一电路板5,第一电路板15上设置有穿过边壳10壳体的USB接口7和与开关键4接触的触控开关24,该开关键4有一延伸杆与该触控开关24接触。
由上可知,在边壳10上通过各个零件之间的配合实现了其上的零件的位置固定,需要用到胶粘等连接工序的情况很少,在零件批量生产的情况下,可提高本产品加湿器的制造效率。而开关键4为环形结构,其可环绕设置在其中间的喷雾片1,避免了对喷雾片1喷雾区的阻碍,当喷雾片1制造成圆形时,其能更好地被开关键4固定住。而第一电路板15上的USB接口7可以传入电能,其上的触控开关24可控制电路的开断。第一电路板和开关固定件19也设计为环形结构,从而第一电路板可稳定地嵌在开关固定件19上,并且开关固定件19可环绕吸水海绵2,将吸水海绵2与第一电路板隔开,对第一电路板起到了防水 的作用。
当然该加湿器也可以为其他柱体结构,或者是其他结构形状,而开关键4,第一电路板5,开关固定件等也可以不是环形结构,如,开关键设计成一与第一电路板5的触控开关24接触的凸块,也是可行的。但是优选实施例的方案。
由图1、图2和图5可知,在主壳9上设置有电路板存放区13,其与放置吸水海绵的腔体分隔开,从而防止了液体进入电路板存放区13,在电路板存放区13内设置有电路板固定件14,电路板固定件14与电路板存放区13之间设置有密封圈23,电路板固定件14上设置有第二电路板8。主壳9与盖体11卡接,之间设置有密封圈23。在主壳9与盖体11组成的腔体内设置有喷雾元器件6,喷雾元器件6与第二电路板8导通,第二电路板8与第一电路板5导通,当第一电路板5通电开路后,向喷雾元器件6与第二电路板8导电,然后第二电路板与喷雾元器件升压、调频后为喷雾片提供雾化工作的电能。因电路板存放区13的防水效果,保护了第二电路板8。同样,因加湿器在使用时,主壳与盖体浸入水中,使吸水海绵吸水为喷雾片供水雾化,而边壳露出水面,将开关键和第一电路板设置在加湿器的边壳后,即方便了使用者动作开关装置,又因喷雾元器件体积较大,将其设置在盖体后,喷雾元器件既得到了防水保护,也不用为了不至影响到吸水海绵与喷雾片的直接接触而设置专门的安装仓,在加上第二电路板8通过电路板存放区13设置在壳体内,从而使加湿器在可以拥有开关控制的功能的同时,可以设计得更加小巧。而将加湿器壳体分成三部分后,使加湿器的组装制造更容易,有利于产品的生产及组装,从而提高生产效率。
由图2、图3及图4可知,吸水海绵2是放置在存放杆17中的,在存放杆17中的尾端设置有弹簧18,该弹簧18能为吸水海绵提供作用力,使其与喷雾片1接触得更紧密,从而产生更好的喷雾效果。而存放杆17与存放杆固定件15活动连接,本实施例采用存放杆17的连接端外径设有呈十字形分布的旋扣筋,存放杆固定件15上设置有相配合的旋扣槽,将存放杆17的旋扣筋扣入存放杆固定件15的旋扣槽后旋转扣合,即可连接存放杆17与存放杆固定件15,从而 使吸水海绵2的位置得以固定。
由图2、图3、图4及图5可知,主壳9与边壳10是这样连接的:在边壳10的存放杆固定件15上设置有限位部20,该限位部20由存放杆固定件15向主壳9方向延伸,连接边壳10和主壳9后,该限位部20贴紧主壳9的内表面,限位部20的两侧端面与电路板存放区13的外表面顶接。通过该限位部20与电路板存放区13、主壳9的卡接,可固定住主壳9与边壳10的连接。在存放杆固定件15上设置有插针21,电路板固定件15上设置有供插针21穿过的插孔22,将连接有存放杆固定件15的边壳10与主壳9连接后,所述插针21能连通第一电路板5与第二电路板8的电路。该插针21为金属材料,与插孔22紧密配合,当插针21***插孔22后,可进一步固定边壳10与主壳9的连接。故,插针21与插孔22的设置可谓一举两得。插针21***插孔22的数量可为各3、4个。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便携式加湿器,其包括壳体,设置于所述壳体内的吸水海绵,所述壳体上开有通孔,其特征在于,所述壳体包括主壳、分别连接在所述主壳两端的边壳和盖体,在所述边壳内部设置有带有USB接口的第一电路板,在所述主壳内部设置有第二电路板,在所述盖体与所述主壳盖合成的腔体内设置有用于控制喷雾的喷雾元器件,在所述边壳远离所述主壳的一端设置有喷雾片,所述第一电路板通过第二电路板与所述喷雾元器件电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式加湿器,其特征在于,在所述边壳靠近所述喷雾片的一端设置有开关键,所述第一电路板上对应设置有触控开关,所述开关键触动所述触控开关从而控制所述第一电路板电路的开断。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便携式加湿器,其特征在于,所述开关键为环绕所述喷雾片的环形结构,所述第一电路板为环绕所述吸水海绵的环形结构,所述边壳设置有限制所述开关键的位置的顶盖,所述开关键位于所述第一电路板与所述顶盖之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的便携式加湿器,其特征在于,所述主壳设置有电路板存放区,所述电路板存放区内设置有电路板固定件,所述第二电路板板粘贴在所述电路板固定件上,所述第二电路板板与所述第一电路板电路导通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的便携式加湿器,其特征在于,所述边壳设置有存放杆固定件,所述存放杆固定件通过连接环与所述边壳连接,所述便携式加湿器还具有一与存放杆固定件配合使用的存放杆,所述吸水海绵放置在所述存放杆上,所述吸水海绵与所述存放杆一端间设置有弹簧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式加湿器,其特征在于,所述边壳内部设置有开关固定件,其一端顶住所述喷雾片而另一端顶住所述存放杆固定件,该开关固定件设置有用于支撑第一电路板的承托部。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式加湿器,其特征在于,所述存放杆固定件 还包括一限位部,连接所述边壳和主壳后,该限位部贴紧主壳内表面,而其两侧端面与所述电路板存放区外表面顶接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式加湿器,其特征在于,所述存放杆固定件上设置有插针,所述电路板固定件上设置有供所述插针穿过的插孔,将连接有存放杆固定件的边壳与主壳连接后,所述插针能连通所述第一电路板与所述第二电路板的电路。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便携式加湿器,其特征在于,所述盖体与所述主壳的相向周面之间设置有密封圈,所述开关件与所述喷雾片之间设置有密封圈,所述电路板固定件与所述主壳之间设置有密封圈。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式加湿器,其特征在于,所述加湿器为圆柱体结构。
