- Each customer is equipped with a battery server with a storage battery, and power is stored in the storage battery using power generated by natural energy such as commercial power, solar power, wind power, geothermal heat, and the power stored in the storage battery is used. It is expected that mechanisms for operating electrical products will become increasingly popular in the future. Based on the spread of such a mechanism, as described above, when there is a shortage of power in a battery server of a certain consumer, the battery server of the consumer having a shortage of power from the battery server of the consumer with sufficient power.
- a system has been devised for accommodating power to a battery server. When power is supplied between consumers, it is desirable from the viewpoint of efficiency that supply with DC power is performed in consideration of power supply from storage batteries.
- the role of the battery server is divided between the master that controls the operation of all the battery servers connected to the DC grid that transmits DC power from consumers and the slave that operates according to the instructions of the master. By doing so, a method of allowing DC power to be exchanged between consumers can be considered.
- the battery server as a master is always fixed, the load is concentrated on the battery server, which is unfair. Moreover, when the battery server which became the master stops for some reason, it becomes impossible to transmit / receive DC power between consumers.
- the slave server promises to transmit power, but the user at the slave consumer If the slave stops power transmission for reasons such as a change of heart and starts receiving power, the power stored from the master battery server is taken by the slave that has started receiving power, A phenomenon that the voltage of the DC grid fluctuates greatly can be assumed.
- the battery server serving as the master requests transmission / reception of power between the battery servers serving as slaves, the amount of power transmitted or received at the slave battery server is also changed due to a change in the user's mind or the like. If this occurs or the power is switched from power transmission to power reception, the battery server serving as the master will take over all the deviations, and a phenomenon may be assumed in which the burden on the battery server serving as the master becomes significantly heavy.
- the present disclosure has intensively studied a technology that can efficiently manage the control right to control the transmission / reception of DC power while avoiding the occurrence of the phenomenon described above.
- the present disclosure person controls the transmission / reception of the DC power after confirming whether or not the DC power is transmitted / received by other customers while avoiding the above-described phenomenon. It came to devise the technology that can manage the control right efficiently.

- the M-CPU 120a requests the activated GM-CPU to transmit and receive power via the M-CPU that activates the GM-CPU. For example, if the GM-CPU 130b is being activated, the M-CPU 120a requests the GM-CPU 130b to send and receive power via the M-CPU 120b.
- the M-CPU 120a notifies the C-CPU 140a to follow an instruction only from the GM-CPU of the battery server having the control right. For example, the M-CPU 120a notifies the C-CPU 140a of identification information for identifying the GM-CPU of the battery server having the control right.
