一种汽车发动机用轴瓦,包括轴瓦本体(1),轴瓦本体的背面两侧分别设有定位边(11),轴瓦本体的正面中部形成弧形的储油槽(2),储油槽的底部设置有注油孔(3),各注油孔贯穿轴瓦本体,在储油槽的内壁两侧还分别设置有导油槽(4),导油槽设置于储油槽的棱边处。该轴瓦结构简单合理,储油槽内的润滑油能快速均匀的扩散到整个轴瓦本体内壁,摩擦系数小,承载力强,强度高,耐磨损能力强,安装方便,便于添加润滑油,使用寿命长。

Description

一种汽车发动机用轴瓦 技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车发动机用轴瓦。
背景技术
轴瓦也叫“轴衬”,是滑动轴承和轴接触的部分,被安装于轴上与轴承支撑的轴颈部,用于对轴承起支撑固定作用。主要形状为瓦状的半圆柱面。滑动轴承工作时,轴瓦与转轴之间要求有一层很薄的油膜起润滑作用。如果由于润滑不良,轴瓦与转轴之间就存在直接的摩擦的状态,摩擦会产生很高的温度易造成轴的损坏,所以转轴和轴瓦之间需要得到充分的润滑。传统的轴瓦内壁为光滑的,润滑油进入轴瓦内壁后无法储存,需要频繁的添加润滑油,由于需要将润滑油添加到转轴与轴瓦的内部接触面上,这使得每次添加润滑油需要将转轴和轴瓦分拆开后再往内部添加,整个过程工序繁琐,给用户带来不便。除此之外现有的轴瓦还存在着:结构强度低,摩擦系数大,承载力差,安装不便,使用寿命短等问题。
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,人们进行了长期的探索,提出了各式各样的解决方案。例如,中国专利文献公开了一种轴瓦[申请号:201120087199.8],包括有半圆柱状的轴瓦体,轴瓦体上设有贯穿轴瓦体并用于添加润滑油的添油孔,所述轴瓦体上两侧边处分别设置有沿轴瓦体径向延伸出的定位边,轴瓦体内表面上设有油槽,该油槽的路径经过添油孔所在位置。所述油槽沿轴瓦体周向设置,轴瓦体上还设有定位凸块和定位凹槽。
上述方案在一定程度上解决了现有的轴瓦不方便添加润滑油的问题,但是该方案依然存在着:结构强度低,油槽内的润滑油不易扩散,润滑油无法均匀 到达轴瓦整个内壁,摩擦系数大,安装不便,使用寿命短的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种汽车发动机用轴瓦,便于对搁置在轴瓦上的转轴进行很好的润滑。
为达到上述发明目的本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种汽车发动机用轴瓦,其特征是,包括轴瓦本体,所述的轴瓦本体的背面两侧分别设有定位边,轴瓦本体的正面中部形成弧形的储油槽,所述储油槽的底部设置有注油孔,各注油孔贯穿轴瓦本体,在储油槽的内内壁两侧还分别设置有导油槽,导油槽设置于储油槽的棱边处。
进一步的,所述的储油槽的深度大小大于或等于导油槽的深度大小。
进一步的,所述的轴瓦本体与储油槽均呈圆弧状且所述的轴瓦本体与储油槽同轴。
进一步的,所述轴瓦本体上还是设置有密封填料。
进一步的,所述的轴瓦本体的至少一端设有定位凸起。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单合理,储油槽内的润滑油能快速均匀的扩散到整个轴瓦本体内壁,摩擦系数小,承载力强,强度高,耐磨损能力强,安装方便,便于添加润滑油,使用寿命长。
其采用容置槽内设有的密封填料,将轴瓦与旋转轴之间的润滑油锁紧呈一个迷宫油膜,提高了润滑油的密封性;而且容置槽底部开有的储油槽,能够将储存的润滑油在轴瓦和旋转轴之间形成一个循环回路,提高了旋转轴和轴瓦的润滑效果,也提高了轴瓦的使用寿命,保证了机器的正常运行。

具体实施方式
如图1图2所示,一种汽车发动机用轴瓦,其特征是,包括轴瓦本体1,所述的轴瓦本体1的背面两侧分别设有定位边11,轴瓦本体1的正面中部形成弧形的储油槽2,所述储油槽2的底部设置有注油孔3,各注油孔3贯穿轴瓦本体1,在储油槽2的内内壁两侧还分别设置有导油槽4,导油槽4设置于储油槽2的棱边处。
储油槽2的深度大小大于或等于导油槽4的深度大小。轴瓦本体1与储油槽2均呈圆弧状且所述的轴瓦本体1与储油槽2同轴。轴瓦本体1上还是设置有密封填料5。轴瓦本体1的至少一端设有定位凸起12。
本新型轴瓦的优点在于:结构简单合理,储油槽2内的润滑油能快速均匀的扩散到整个轴瓦本体1内壁,摩擦系数小,承载力强,强度高,耐磨损能力强,安装方便,便于添加润滑油,使用寿命长。
其采用容置槽内设有的密封填料5,将轴瓦与旋转轴之间的润滑油锁紧呈一个迷宫油膜,提高了润滑油的密封性;而且容置槽底部开有的储油槽2,能够将储存的润滑油在轴瓦和旋转轴之间形成一个循环回路,提高了旋转轴和轴瓦的润滑效果,也提高了轴瓦的使用寿命,保证了机器的正常运行。
半圆环形本体和密封填料5的内径与旋转轴相同;所述本体内侧开有容置槽;容置槽内设有密封填料5,且密封填料5的外侧与旋转轴贴合;所述容置槽的底部开有八个储油槽2,且储油为条形;所述容置槽的深度大于储油槽2的深度。本发明的轴瓦,采用容置槽内设有的密封填料5,将轴瓦与旋转轴之间的 润滑油锁紧呈一个迷宫油膜,提高了润滑油的密封性;而且容置槽底部开有的储油槽2,能够将储存的润滑油在轴瓦和旋转轴之间形成一个循环回路,提高了旋转轴和轴瓦的润滑效果,也提高了轴瓦的使用寿命,保证了机器的正常运行。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种汽车发动机用轴瓦,其特征是,包括轴瓦本体,所述的轴瓦本体的背面两侧分别设有定位边,轴瓦本体的正面中部形成弧形的储油槽,所述储油槽的底部设置有注油孔,各注油孔贯穿轴瓦本体,在储油槽的内内壁两侧还分别设置有导油槽,导油槽设置于储油槽的棱边处。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机用轴瓦,其特征是,所述的储油槽的深度大小大于或等于导油槽的深度大小。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机用轴瓦,其特征是,所述的轴瓦本体与储油槽均呈圆弧状且所述的轴瓦本体与储油槽同轴。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机用轴瓦,其特征是,所述轴瓦本体上还是设置有密封填料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车发动机用轴瓦,其特征是,所述的轴瓦本体的至少一端设有定位凸起。
