根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种业务处理的方法,包括:根据终端中预先存储的区域信息与所述终端中的客户识别模块(SIM)卡的第一映射关系,判断所述终端中是否存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡;在判断结果为存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的所述第一SIM卡的情况下,利用所述第一SIM卡进行业务处理。
可选地,在根据终端中预先存储的区域信息与所述终端中的SIM卡的第一映射关系,判断所述终端中是否存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡之前,所述方法还包括:读取所述终端中的SIM卡标识信息;将读取到的所述SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;获取所述远程服务器根据所述SIM卡标识信息确定的所述第一映射关系。
可选地,所述终端中至少包含一个主SIM卡,所述主SIM卡支持在所述终端当前所在的区域进行业务处理,所述将读取到的所述SIM卡标识信息发送给所述远程服务器包括:通过所述主SIM卡将读取到的所述SIM卡标识信息发送给所述远程服务器。
可选地,在判断所述终端中是否存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡之后,所述方法还包括:在判断结果为不存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的所述第一SIM卡的情况下,判断所述终端在存储了所述第一映射关系之后,所述终端中的SIM卡是否发生了变更或者远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系是否发生了变更;在判断结果为所述终端中的SIM卡发生了变更的情况下,读取所述终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息,并将读取到的所述变更后的SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;获取所述远程服务器根据所述变更后的SIM卡标识信息生成的第二映射关系,并根据获取的所述第二映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新;或者,在判断结果为所述远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系变更为第三映射关系的情况下,获取所述第三映射关系,并根据获取的所述第三映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新。
可选地,在利用所述第一SIM卡进行业务处理之后,所述方法还包括: 判断所述终端中的SIM卡是否发生了变更或者远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系是否发生了变更;在判断结果为所述终端中的SIM卡发生了变更的情况下,读取所述终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息,并将读取到的所述变更后的SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;获取所述远程服务器根据所述变更后的SIM卡标识信息确定的第四映射关系,并根据获取的所述第四映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新;或者,在判断结果为所述远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系变更为第五映射关系的情况下,获取所述第五映射关系,并根据获取的所述第五映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新。
可选地,在根据获取的所述第四映射关系或者所述第五映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新之后,所述方法还包括:判断在更新后的第一映射关系中,与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第二SIM卡与所述第一SIM卡是否相同;在判断结果为不相同的情况下,利用所述第二SIM卡进行业务处理。
可选地,所述第一SIM卡的数量为两个以上,并且,所述两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级互不相同,利用所述第一SIM卡进行业务处理包括:获取所述两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级;根据获取的所述两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级确定业务优先级最高的SIM卡;利用所述优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理。
可选地,在利用所述优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理之后,所述方法还包括:当利用所述优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理失败的时间超过预定时长后,按照优先级从高到底的顺序从所述两个以上第一SIM卡中确定其他SIM卡;利用所述其他SIM卡进行业务处理。
可选地,在利用所述其他SIM卡进行业务处理之后,所述方法还包括:确定所述终端在利用所述其他SIM卡进行业务处理时,所述终端所处的第一小区;当确定所述终端离开所述第一小区后,重新利用所述优先级最高的第一SIM卡进行业务处理。
根据本发明实施例的另一个方面,还提供了一种业务处理的方法,包括,接收终端发送的终端中的SIM卡的SIM卡标识信息;根据接收到的所述SIM 卡标识信息,确定区域信息与所述SIM卡的第一映射关系;将所述第一映射关系发送给所述终端,以指示所述终端根据所述第一映射关系选择进行业务处理的第一SIM卡。
可选地,在将所述第一映射关系发送给所述终端之后,所述方法还包括:确定所述第一映射关系发生了变更;将所述第一映射关系更新为第六映射关系;将所述第六映射关系发送给所述终端。
可选地,确定所述第一映射关系发生了变更包括:确定用于生成区域信息和SIM卡的映射关系的映射策略发生了变化;和/或,接收到所述终端发送的所述终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息。
根据本发明实施例的再一个方面,还提供了一种业务处理的装置,包括:第一判断模块,设置为根据终端中预先存储的区域信息与所述终端中的SIM卡的第一映射关系,判断所述终端中是否存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡;第一业务模块,设置为在所述第一判断模块的判断结果为存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的所述第一SIM卡的情况下,利用所述第一SIM卡进行业务处理。

需要说明的是,本申请的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
在本实施例中提供了一种业务处理的方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的方法的流程图一,如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,根据终端中预先存储的区域信息与终端中的客户识别模块(SIM)卡的第一映射关系,判断终端中是否存在与该终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡;
步骤S104,在判断结果为存在与该终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡的情况下,利用第一SIM卡进行业务处理。
本实施例中,终端中预先存储的SIM卡的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个。在终端中预先存储的SIM卡的数量为一个的情况下,第一SIM卡即为终端中预先存储的那张SIM卡,在终端中预先存储的SIM卡的数量为多个的情况下,可以选择与当前区域对应的第一SIM卡进行业务处理,这里,第一SIM卡可以有一张,也可以有多张,当存在多张第一SIM卡时,可以仅选择多张第一SIM卡中的部分SIM卡进行业务处理。通过上述步骤,在终端中预先存储SIM卡与不同区域的映射关系,可以使得终端在相应区域时,根据映射关系选择使用相应的SIM卡进行业务处理,解决了相关技术中终端在不同区域进行业务处理费用高昂的问题,进而达到了用户在不同区域进行业务处理时费用相对低廉的效果,提高了用户的体验度。
在步骤S102之前,终端中预先存储的第一映射关系可以是用户通过终端设置的,还可以是终端从服务器处获取的。在一个可选的实施例中,终端获取第一映射关系的方法可以包括:读取终端中的SIM卡标识信息,其中,SIM卡与SIM卡标识信息一一对应,例如,该标识信息可以为集成电路卡识别码(Integrate Circuit Card Identity,简称为ICCID)信息;将读取到的SIM 卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;获取远程服务器根据SIM卡标识信息确定的第一映射关系。在该可选实施例中,终端通过与远程服务器的交互获取了第一映射关系,节省了用户进行手动设置的时间,并且可靠性高。
上述可选实施例中的将读取到的SIM卡的标识信息发送给远程服务器,需要先进行与远程服务器的数据业务连接。在一个可选的实施例中,可以采取如下方法实现:终端中至少包含一个主SIM卡,主SIM卡支持在终端当前所在的区域进行业务漫游处理,可以通过主SIM卡将读取到的SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器。在该可选实施例中,主SIM支持在终端当前所在区域漫游业务,需要以较高的费用在当前所在的区域进行业务处理,以将终端中的SIM卡的标识信息发送给远程服务器。事实上,只要支持在当前所在的区域进行漫游业务,都可以完成在当前所在的区域进行数据业务,不一定是用户预先设定的主SIM卡。本实施例中在主SIM卡处于漫游状态,可以通过主SIM卡将终端中所有SIM卡的标识信息发送到远程服务器,以获得第一映射关系,从而选择与当前区域对应的第一SIM卡进行业务处理,成功做到以较低的费用进行业务处理。
以上实施例及可选实施例都是在步骤S104中判断结果为存在与当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡的前提下,当在判断结果为不存在与该终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡的情况下,在一个可选的实施例中,本实施例的方法还可以包括如下步骤:判断终端在存储了第一映射关系之后,终端中的SIM卡是否发生了变更或者远程服务器中的第一映射关系是否发生了变更;在判断结果为终端中的SIM卡发生了变更的情况下,读取该终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息,将读取到的该变更后的SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;获取远程服务器根据变更后的SIM卡标识信息生成的第二映射关系,并根据获取的第二映射关系对终端中存储的第一映射关系进行更新;或者,在判断结果为远程服务器中的第一映射关系变更为第三映射关系的情况下,获取述第三映射关系,并根据获取的述第三映射关系对终端中存储的第一映射关系进行更新。在该可选实施例中,如果判断结果为不存在与当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡,那么可以首先判断终端中的SIM卡信息是否发生了变更,如果没有发生变更,映射关系一般是不会发生变化的,终端选 择不去远程服务器中获取映射关系。如果SIM卡发生了变更,则获取终端中的SIM卡的标识信息或者仅获取变更信息,并发送给远程服务器,以获取远程服务器生成的第二映射关系,该第二映射关系可以与第一映射关系相同,此时说明了终端中确实不存在与当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡;该第二映射关系也可以与第一映射关系不同,此时终端依据步骤S102、步骤S104中的方法,根据预先存储的第二映射关系判断是否存在终端与当前所在的区域对应的新的SIM卡,如果存在的话,就利用该对应的新的SIM卡进行业务处理。如果判断结果为不存在与当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡,还可以判断远程服务器中的第一映射关系是否发生了变更,因为服务器的映射策略等发生了变化的话,终端中的SIM卡与终端当前所在区域的映射关系可能会发生变化,可能使得原来在第一映射关系中不存在与终端当前所在区域对应的SIM卡,变成存在与终端当前所在区域对应的第一SIM卡。
在一个可选的实施例中,在步骤S104之后,本实施例的方法还可以包括:判断终端中的SIM卡是否发生了变更或者远程服务器中的第一映射关系是否发生了变更;在判断结果为终端中的SIM卡发生了变更的情况下,读取终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息,并将读取到的变更后的SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;获取远程服务器根据变更后的SIM卡标识信息确定的第四映射关系,并根据获取的第四映射关系对终端中存储的第一映射关系进行更新;或者,在判断结果为远程服务器中的第一映射关系变更为第五映射关系的情况下,获取第五映射关系,并根据获取的第五映射关系对终端中存储的第一映射关系进行更新。在该可选的实施例中,终端可以根据预先存储的第一存储关系得到与终端当前所在区域对应的第一SIM卡,但在终端根据第一映射关系利用第一SIM卡进行业务处理后,还可以继续关注远程服务器中第一映射关系是否发生了更新,或者终端中的SIM卡的信息是否存在变更,这样终端可以获得更新后的第四映射关系或第五映射关系,以便终端至少在下次可以根据最新的映射关系选择对应的SIM卡。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述实施例中在根据获取的第四映射关系或者第五映射关系对终端中存储的第一映射关系进行更新之后,还可以进行如下操作:判断在更新后的第一映射关系中,与终端当前所在的区域对应的第二 SIM卡与第一映射关系中对应的第一SIM卡是否相同;在判断结果为不相同的情况下,利用第二SIM卡进行业务处理。在终端当前所在的区域不变更的情况下,终端可以根据最新获得的映射关系,选择与当前所在的区域对应的第二SIM卡进行业务处理。
当第一SIM卡的数量为两个以上,并且,两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级互不相同时,可以利用任意一个第一SIM卡进行业务处理,在一个可选的实施例中,利用第一SIM卡进行业务处理可以包括:获取两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级;根据获取的两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级确定业务优先级最高的SIM卡;利用优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理。在该可选的实施例中,当与终端当前所在区域存在多个第一SIM卡时,选择优先级最高的第一SIM卡进行业务处理,可以在一定程度上提高用户的体验度。
在上述可选实施例中,在利用优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理之后,所述方法还可以包括:当利用优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理失败的时间超过预定时长后,按照优先级从高到低的顺序从两个以上第一SIM卡中确定其他SIM卡;利用其他SIM卡进行业务处理。在本实施例中,如果优先级最高的SIM卡的网络质量不好或者欠费等原因,造成优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理失败的时间超过预定时长后,依据优先级顺序确定使用其他SIM卡来进行业务处理,可以保证终端很快地利用其他SIM卡继续进行业务处理。
在上述可选实施例中,在利用其他SIM卡进行业务处理之后,可以在无其他情况下一直使用其他SIM卡进行业务处理,在一个可选的实施例中,还可以包括:确定终端在利用其他SIM卡进行业务处理时,终端所处的第一小区;当确定终端离开第一小区后,重新利用优先级最高的第一SIM卡进行业务处理。本可选实施例中,优先级最高的第一SIM卡可能由于网络信号状况不佳在第一小区进行业务处理失败,当终端离开第一小区后,可以使终端尽快恢复至利用优先级最高的第一SIM卡进行业务处理,提高用户的体验度。
上述可选实施例中,业务优先级可以由用户根据喜欢设置,也可以根据资费协议和/或SIM卡接入网络的网络质量确定。
以上实施例及可选实施例是在终端侧进行的描述,下面在服务器侧对于 本发明实施例的业务处理的方法进行说明。
本发明实施例还提供了一种业务处理的方法,图2是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的方法的流程图二,如图2所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S202:接收终端发送的终端中的客户识别模块(SIM)卡的SIM卡标识信息;
步骤S204:根据接收到的SIM卡标识信息,确定区域信息与SIM卡的第一映射关系;
步骤S206:将第一映射关系发送给终端,以指示终端根据第一映射关系选择进行业务处理的第一SIM卡。
通过上述步骤,采用根据终端发送过来的终端中的SIM卡标识信息,确定终端中的SIM卡与区域信息的第一映射关系,并发送给终端,可以指示终端在当前所在区域根据第一映射关系,选择与当前所在区域对应的第一SIM卡进行业务处理,解决了相关技术中终端在不同区域进行业务处理费用高昂的问题,进而达到了用户在不同区域进行业务处理时费用相对低廉的效果,提高了用户的体验度。
在一个可选的实施例中,在步骤S206之后,本实施例的方法还可以包括:确定第一映射关系发生了变更;将第一映射关系更新为第六映射关系;将第六映射关系发送给终端。在本可选实施例中,第一映射关系发生了变化,远程服务器和终端中都获得了最新的第六映射关系。该第六映射关系,可以为上述可选实施例中的第二映射关系或第三映射关系,也可以为上述可选实施例中的第四映射关系或者第五映射关系。
在一个可选的实施例中,确定第一映射关系发生了变更可以包括:确定用于生成区域信息和SIM卡的映射关系的映射策略发生了变化;和/或,接收到终端发送的终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息。即在映射关系的映射策略,或者终端中的SIM卡,发生了变化的情况下,远程服务器可以确定第一映射关系发生了变化,并进行更新。

图3是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置的结构框图一,如图3所示,该装置包括第一判断模块32和第一业务模块34,下面对该装置进行说明。
第一判断模块32,设置为根据终端中预先存储的区域信息与终端中的SIM卡的第一映射关系,判断该终端中是否存在与该终端当前所在的区域对应的SIM卡;
第一业务模块34,连接于第一判断模块32,设置为在第一判断模块32的判断结果为存在与该终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡的情况下,利用第一SIM卡进行业务处理。
图4是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置的可选结构框图一,如图4所示,该装置除包括图3所示的所有模块外,还包括读取模块42、第一发送模块44和第一获取模块46,下面对该装置进行说明。
读取模块42,设置为在所述第一判断模块32根据终端中预先存储的区域信息与终端中的SIM卡的第一映射关系,判断该终端中是否存在与终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡之前,读取该终端中的SIM卡标识信息;
第一发送模块44,连接于读取模块42,设置为将读取到的SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;
第一获取模块46,连接于第一发送模块44和第一判断模块32,设置为获取远程服务器根据SIM卡标识信息确定的第一映射关系。
图5是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置中的第一发送模块44的结构框图,如图5所示,该第一发送模块44包括发送单元52,下面对该第一发送模块44进行说明。
发送单元52,设置为在终端中至少包含一个主SIM卡,主SIM卡支持在终端当前所在的区域进行业务处理的情况下,通过主SIM卡将读取到的SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器。
图6是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置的可选结构框图二,如图6所示,该装置除包括图3所示的所有模块外,还包括第二判断模块62、第二获取模块64或第三获取模块66,下面对该装置进行说明。
第二判断模块62,连接于第一判断模块32,设置为在第一判断模块32判断终端中是否存在与该终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡之后,在判断结果为不存在与该终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡的情况下,判断终端在存储了第一映射关系之后,终端中的SIM卡是否发生了变更或者远程服务器中的第一映射关系是否发生了变更;
第二获取模块64,连接于第二判断模块62,设置为在第二判断模块62的判断结果为终端中的SIM卡发生了变更的情况下,读取终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息,将读取到的变更后的SIM卡变更信息发送给远程服务器;获取远程服务器根据变更后的SIM卡标识信息确定的第二映射关系,并根据获取的第二映射关系对终端中存储的第一映射关系进行更新;或者,
第三获取模块66,连接于第二判断模块62,设置为在第二判断模块62的判断结果为远程服务器中的第一映射关系变更为第三映射关系的情况下,获取第三映射关系,并根据获取的第三映射关系对终端中存储的第一映射关系进行更新。
图7是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置的可选结构框图三,如图7所示,该装置除包括图3所示的所有模块外,还包括第三判断模块72、第四获取模块74或者第五获取模块76,下面对该装置进行说明。
第三判断模块72,连接于第一业务模块34,设置为在第一业务模块34利用第一SIM卡进行业务处理之后,判断终端中的SIM卡是否发生了变更或者远程服务器中的第一映射关系是否发生了变更;
第四获取模块74,连接于第三判断模块72,设置为在第三判断模块72的判断结果为终端中的SIM卡发生了变更的情况下,读取终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息,并将读取到的变更后的SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;获取远程服务器根据变更后的SIM卡标识信息确定的第四映射关系,并根据获取的第四映射关系对终端中存储的第一映射关系进行更新;或者,
第五获取模块76,连接于上述第三判断模块72,设置为在第三判断模块72的判断结果为远程服务器中的第一映射关系变更为第五映射关系的情况下,获取第五映射关系,并根据获取的第五映射关系对终端中存储的第一映射关系进行更新。
图8是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置的可选结构框图四,如图8所示,该装置除包括图7所示的所有模块外,还包括第四判断模块82和第二业务模块84,下面对该装置进行说明。
第四判断模块82,连接于第四获取模块74和第五获取模块76,设置为在第四获取模块74根据获取的第四映射关系或者第五获取模块76根据获取的第五映射关系对终端中存储的第一映射关系进行更新之后,判断在更新后的第一映射关系中,与该终端当前所在的区域对应的第二SIM卡与第一映射关系中对应的第一SIM卡是否相同;
第二业务模块84,连接于第四判断模块82,设置为在第四判断模块82的判断结果为不相同的情况下,利用第二SIM卡进行业务处理。
图9是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置中的第一业务模块34的结构框图,如图9所示,该第一业务模块34包括获取单元92、第一确定单元94和业务单元96,下面对该第一业务模块34进行说明。
获取单元92,设置为在第一SIM卡的数量为两个以上,并且,这两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级互不相同的情况下,获取两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级;
第一确定单元94,连接于获取单元92,设置为根据获取的两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级确定业务优先级最高的SIM卡;
业务单元96,连接于第一确定单元94,设置为利用优先级最高的SIM 卡进行业务处理。
图10是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置的可选结构框图五,如图10所示,该装置除了包括图9中所有模块外,还包括第一确定模块102和第三业务模块104,下面对该装置进行说明。
第一确定模块102,连接于第一业务模块34,设置为在第一业务模块34利用优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理之后,当利用优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理失败的时间超过预定时长后,按照优先级由高到低的顺序从两个以上第一SIM卡中确定其他SIM卡;
第三业务模块104,连接于第二确定模块102,设置为利用其他SIM卡进行业务处理。
图11是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置的可选结构框图六,如图11所示,该装置除了包括图10中所有模块外,还包括第二确定模块112和第四业务模块114,下面对该装置进行说明。
第二确定模块112,连接于第三业务模块104,设置为在第三业务模块104利用其他SIM卡进行业务处理之后,确定终端在利用其他SIM卡进行业务处理时,该终端所处的第一小区;
第四业务模块114,连接于第三确定模块112,设置为当确定该终端离开第一小区后,重新利用优先级最高的第一SIM卡进行业务处理。
上述每个实施例及可选实施例中,业务优先级可以为根据资费协议和/或SIM卡接入网络的网络质量确定。
以上每个实施例及可选实施例可以是从终端侧来进行说明的,下面可以从服务器侧对本发明实施例的业务处理的装置进行说明。
本发明实施例还提供了一种业务处理的装置,图12是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置的结构框图二,如图12所示,该装置包括接收模块122、生成模块124和第二发送模块126,下面对该装置进行说明。
接收模块122,设置为接收终端发送的终端中的SIM卡的SIM卡标识信息;
生成模块124,连接于接收模块122,设置为根据接收到的SIM卡标识 信息,确定区域信息与SIM卡的第一映射关系;
第二发送模块126,连接于生成模块124,设置为将第一映射关系发送给终端,以指示该终端根据第一映射关系选择进行业务处理的第一SIM卡。
图13是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置的可选结构框图七,如图13所示,该装置除了包括图12中所有模块外,还包括第三确定模块132、更新模块134和第三发送模块136,下面对该装置进行说明。
第三确定模块132,连接于第二发送模块126,设置为在第二发送模块126将第一映射关系发送给终端之后,确定第一映射关系发生了变更;
更新模块134,连接于第三确定模块132,设置为将第一映射关系更新为第六映射关系;
第三发送模块136,连接于更新模块134,设置为将第六映射关系发送给该终端。
图14是根据本发明实施例的业务处理的装置中的第三确定模块132的结构框图,如图14所示,该第三确定模块132包括第二确定单元142和/或第三确定单元144,下面对该第三确定模块132进行说明。
第二确定单元142,设置为确定用于生成区域信息和SIM卡的映射关系的映射策略发生了变化;第三确定单元144,设置为接收到终端发送的该终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息。
下面以不同区域为不同国家、终端为移动终端为例,该移动终端能够支持插多张SIM卡,结合具体实施环境对本发明实施例的业务处理的方法进行说明。
一种多SIM卡移动终端自动切卡的方法(也即是本发明实施例的业务处理的方法)的说明如下:
移动终端能***多张SIM卡,卡槽1作为默认的主SIM卡,该卡的联网接入点名称(Access Point Name,简称为APN)已知,并且该卡能在多国进行漫游。终端首次开机加电的时候或者恢复出厂设置后开机,终端使用主SIM卡注册联网,并读取所有卡槽的SIM卡标识信息,例如ICCID信息(以下都以标识信息为ICCID信息为例进行说明),发送到远程服务器。远程服 务器根据终端所插SIM卡ICCID信息,生成相应的国家卡映射表供移动终端获取,映射表中包含移动国家码(Mobile Country Code,简称为MCC)、ICCID、APN信息、个人识别密码(Personal Identification Number,简称为PIN)码(code)等信息,即通过MCC可以查到该国家可用的SIM卡信息。国家卡映射表有自己的版本号记录,如果映射表有更新,版本号会升级。终端获取到映射表后保存,然后自动进行重启,根据映射表选择当前国家对应的SIM卡上电,并使用该SIM卡对应的APN信息联网,可选地,如果该SIM卡进行了锁PIN,需要先在联网之前用该SIM卡对应的PIN code解锁PIN。
之后的每次开机不再使用主SIM卡联网,直接根据当前的国家码MCC从当前保存的国家卡映射表里选择对应的SIM卡注册联网。联网后同样需要把当前终端所有卡槽的SIM卡ICCID信息发送到远程服务器,并检测服务器上的映射表版本号是否有更新,如果检测有更新需要删除当前保存的映射表,重新获取保存新的映射表。如果新的映射表里修改了当前所在国家MCC对应的SIM卡记录,则终端自动重启,重新选择更新后对应的SIM卡联网。否则不重启。
如果当前的国家码MCC没有包含在映射表里,需要判断本次开机的SIM卡映射表(list)跟上次开机时是否有变化,包括新增和移除过SIM卡,如果没有变化,则不主动发起注册联网动作。如果SIM卡有变化,则先使用主SIM卡联网,把当前终端所有卡槽的SIM卡ICCID信息发送到远程服务器,并检测服务器上映射表是否有更新,如果映射表没有更新,或者获取到的更新后的映射表里依然没有包含当前国家的MCC,说明当前国家没有对应的可用SIM卡,则断开主SIM卡的联网,不再自动联网。如果更新后的映射表里包含进了当前国家的MCC,终端则自动重启,重新使用当前国家对应的SIM卡上电联网。
允许在终端卡槽中***同一个国家的多张SIM卡,即一个国家的MCC对应多张SIM卡,映射表里增加优先级这个参数,当一个MCC对应多条SIM卡记录时,服务器端会根据资费协议情况、网络覆盖情况等策略设定优先级顺序,优先使用最高优先级的SIM卡注册联网,如果不成功或者丢失信号时间超过设定的门限值,则自动发起切换到次优先级的SIM卡上,如此循环。 如果一个国家只对应了一张SIM卡,则在丢失信号后,只要MCC没变,即国家没变,都不发起重启切换卡动作,只有检测到MCC变了,即从一个国家移动到了另外一个国家,则终端自动发起重启切卡动作。
在一个国家对应有多张SIM卡的时候,如果当前使用的不是最高优先级的卡,则记录下当前的Cell ID信息,每隔固定的时长判断一下是否设备移动到了新的小区识别码(Cell Identification,简称为Cell ID),如果是的话,自动尝试切换到高优先级卡。因为在高优先级卡支持的网络无信号时,自动切换到了低优先级卡,但相关技术包括3GPP协议都不支持在使用一张SIM卡的时候,获取另一张SIM卡的网络是否恢复的信息。通过记录小区信息Cell ID这个方案可以解决高优先级卡网络已经恢复但还长期使用低优先级卡的问题,不需要只有在低优先级卡网络无信号时,才重新发起切卡流程。
根据上述一种多SIM卡移动终端自动切卡的方法,本发明实施例还提供了一种多SIM卡移动终端自动切卡***,包括:移动终端和远程服务器,下面对该***进行说明。
移动终端:支持***多张SIM卡,负责首次开机使用主SIM卡联网,向远程服务器上报终端内所有已***的SIM卡ICCID信息并从服务器获取国家卡映射表,然后自动进行重启,根据映射表选择当前国家对应的SIM卡上电,并使用该SIM卡对应的APN信息联网;后续每次开机都根据获取的国家码MCC,从上次保存的映射表中找到对应的SIM卡联网,并从服务器检查映射表更新。当一个国家对应多张SIM卡时,优先使用最高优先级卡注册联网,当高优先级卡不可用时自动执行切换到次优先级卡的操作;当使用的是非最高优先级卡时,负责记录Cell ID信息,并间隔一定的时间判断Cell ID是否发生变化,如果变化,则自动发起切换到高优先级卡的操作。
远程服务器:负责接收移动终端发送的当前所插SIM卡ICCID信息列表,根据ICCID列表和设定的策略生成国家和卡的映射表供移动终端获取,当策略或卡信息有变化时更新映射表,升级映射表版本号,通过该映射表版本号的变化指示移动终端保存的映射表的更新。
图15是根据本发明实施例的多SIM卡移动终端自动切卡方法的移动终端首次开机操作的流程图,如图15所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S1502:移动终端***多张SIM卡,卡槽1作为默认的主SIM卡,该卡的联网APN已知,并且该卡能在多国进行漫游。
步骤S1504:移动终端首次开机或者恢复出厂设置后开机,使用主SIM卡注册联网。
步骤S1506:移动终端读取所有卡槽的SIM卡ICCID信息发送到远程服务器。
步骤S1508:远程服务器根据终端所插SIM卡ICCID信息,生成相应的国家卡映射表。国家卡映射表有自己的版本号记录,如果映射表有更新,版本号会升级。
步骤S1510:移动终端从服务器获取到映射表后保存,然后自动进行重启,根据映射表选择当前国家对应的SIM卡上电,并使用该SIM卡对应的APN信息联网,可选地,如果该SIM卡进行了锁PIN,需要先在联网之前用该SIM卡对应的PIN code解锁PIN。如果当前国家MCC在映射表里找不到对应可用的SIM卡则不进行自动联网操作。
图16是根据本发明实施例的多SIM卡移动终端自动切卡方法的移动终端非首次开机操作的流程图,如图16所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S1602:移动终端非首次开机,直接根据当前的国家码MCC从终端上次保存的国家卡映射表里选择对应的SIM卡注册联网。当前国家MCC在映射表里找不到对应可用的SIM卡情况处理流程见图17;
步骤S1604:联网成功后把当前终端所有卡槽的SIM卡ICCID信息发送到远程服务器;
步骤S1606:检测服务器上的映射表版本号是否有更新;
步骤S1608:如果检测有更新需要删除当前保存的映射表,重新获取保存新的映射表;
步骤S1610:判断新的映射表里是否修改了当前所在国家MCC对应的SIM卡记录;
步骤S1612:如果当前所在国家MCC对应的SIM卡有变化,终端自动重启,重新选择更新后对应的SIM卡联网;
步骤S1614:映射表无更新,或者当前所在国家MCC对应的SIM卡信息无更新,继续保持当前SIM卡连接。
图17为本实施例提供的映射表里不支持当前国家MCC情况处理的流程示意图,如图17所示,该流程包括以下步骤:
步骤S1702:移动终端检索发现当前的国家码MCC没有包含在映射表里,即映射表不支持当前国家;
步骤S1704:判断本次开机的SIM卡列表跟上次开机时是否有变化,包括新增和移除过SIM卡;
步骤S1706:如果SIM卡列表没有变化,则本次开机不主动发起注册联网动作;
步骤S1708:如果SIM卡有变化,则先使用主SIM卡联网;
步骤S1710:把当前终端所有卡槽的SIM卡ICCID信息发送到远程服务器;
步骤S1712:检测服务器上映射表是否有更新,且更新后的映射表里是否有当前国家MCC对应的SIM卡;
步骤S1714:如果有更新且更新后的映射表里当前国家的MCC有对应的SIM可用,则终端自动重启,切换到当前国家对应的SIM卡上电联网;
步骤S1716:如果映射表没有更新,或者获取到的更新后的映射表里依然没有包含当前国家的MCC,说明当前国家没有对应的可用SIM卡,则断开主SIM卡的联网,不再自动联网。
图18为本实施例提供的丢失网络信号切卡处理的流程示意图,如图18所示,该流程包括以下步骤:
步骤S1802:移动终端使用当前SIM卡过程中信号丢失时间超过设定的时长,比如3分钟。
步骤S1804:检测MCC是否有变化。
步骤S1806:如果MCC变化说明从一个国家移动到了另外一个国家,则终端根据映射表自动发起重启切卡流程。
步骤S1808:如果MCC没有变化,说明还在本国,判断映射表里本国MCC是否有对应到其它较低优先级的SIM卡。
步骤S1810:如果有,则自动重启选择较低优先级的SIM卡尝试注册联网。尝试设定的时长,比如3分钟仍不成功则再次发起切换,如此循环。
步骤S1812:如果没有其它优先级卡存在了,则不处理,继续使用当前SIM卡,等待网络信号恢复。
步骤S1814:当终端切换到低优先级卡成功联网使用时,记录下当前的Cell ID信息。
步骤S1816:每隔固定的时长判断一下是否终端移动到了新的Cell ID。
步骤S1818:如果Cell ID有变化,则自动尝试切换回到高优先级卡。Cell ID没变化则不发起切卡。
相关技术中使用原SIM卡开通国际漫游进行联网使用,需要支付高昂的费用,而每到一个国家就购买并更换上当地SIM卡到移动终端中则非常麻烦,给用户增加很多人力、时间和沟通成本等。结合上述实施例,本发明实施例提供了一种支持插多张SIM卡的移动终端、远程服务器及***,并且终端可以根据当前网络情况实现自动切换到最优SIM卡,利用本发明实施例可以很好地解决频繁出入多个国家的人群的上网问题,通过每次联网后从服务器检测和获取映射表更新,能够及时升级切换策略和支持的到访国家。通过引入优先级的概念,可以支持同一个国家对应多张SIM卡,当最高优先级SIM卡支持的网络信号不可用时,能自动切换到较低优先级SIM卡使用。同时,在使用低优先级SIM卡时,通过记录当前小区的Cell ID,并定时检测Cell ID是否变化来知道用户位置是否移动,从而决定是否尝试切换回高优先级SIM卡,进而解决了由于相应技术不支持在使用一个网络的SIM卡时检测另一个网络信号是否恢复所导致的用户已经回到高优先级SIM卡对应的网络覆盖区还继续使用低优先级SIM卡的问题。
为了帮助本领域的技术人员理解本发明实施例,下面举例说明本发明实施例的应用场景:
应用场景一:用户要去欧洲多国游,从服务商处租借一台便携式移动上 网设备,该设备里服务商已经预先***了欧洲这几个国家的SIM卡。当用户到达一个国家开机后,会自动使用该国家的SIM卡注册联网,到了另外一个国家,又会自动重启选择对应国家的SIM卡注册联网,无需支付高昂的国际漫游上网费用。
应用场景二:用户正在使用当地国收费最低的A运营商的SIM卡上网,随后移动到了一个A运营商网络没有覆盖的区域,在找不到网超过3分钟后,设备自动重启,切换到同国收费较高的B运营商的SIM卡上,如果B运营商的SIM卡也在3分钟内没注册联上网,则继续切换到A运营商卡尝试注册联网,如此重复。如果当前B运营商SIM卡成功联网,记录下Cell ID信息,每隔15分钟判断一下Cell ID是否有变化,一旦发现Cell ID变化,则再次尝试切换回收费最低、优先级最高的A运营商SIM卡使用,以便能最大限度地节省上网费用。
需要说明的是,上述每个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述模块分别位于多个处理器中。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述计算机可读存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
步骤S11,根据终端中预先存储的区域信息与终端中的SIM卡的第一映射关系,判断终端中是否存在与该终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡;
步骤S12,在判断结果为存在与该终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡的情况下,利用第一SIM卡进行业务处理。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据计算机可读存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行上述步骤S11和步骤S12。
可选地,计算机可读存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
步骤S21,接收终端发送的终端中的SIM卡的SIM卡标识信息;
步骤S22,根据接收到的SIM卡标识信息,确定区域信息与SIM卡的第 一映射关系;
步骤S23,将第一映射关系发送给终端,以指示终端根据第一映射关系选择进行业务处理的第一SIM卡。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据计算机可读存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行上述步骤S21至步骤S23。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述计算机可读存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称为ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称为RAM)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

  1. 一种业务处理的方法,包括:
    根据终端中预先存储的区域信息与所述终端中的客户识别模块SIM卡的第一映射关系,判断所述终端中是否存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡;
    在判断结果为存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的所述第一SIM卡的情况下,利用所述第一SIM卡进行业务处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在根据终端中预先存储的区域信息与所述终端中的SIM卡的第一映射关系,判断所述终端中是否存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡之前,所述方法还包括:
    读取所述终端中的SIM卡标识信息;
    将读取到的所述SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;
    获取所述远程服务器根据所述SIM卡标识信息确定的所述第一映射关系。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述终端中至少包含一个主SIM卡,所述主SIM卡支持在所述终端当前所在的区域进行业务处理,所述将读取到的所述SIM卡标识信息发送给所述远程服务器包括:
    通过所述主SIM卡将读取到的所述SIM卡标识信息发送给所述远程服务器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在判断所述终端中是否存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡之后,所述方法还包括:
    在判断结果为不存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的所述第一SIM卡的情况下,判断所述终端在存储了所述第一映射关系之后,所述终端中的SIM卡是否发生了变更或者远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系是否发生了变更;
    在判断结果为所述终端中的SIM卡发生了变更的情况下,读取所述终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息,并将读取到的所述变更后的SIM卡标识信 息发送给远程服务器;获取所述远程服务器根据所述变更后的SIM卡标识信息确定的第二映射关系,并根据获取的所述第二映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新;或者,
    在判断结果为所述远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系变更为第三映射关系的情况下,获取所述第三映射关系,并根据获取的所述第三映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在利用所述第一SIM卡进行业务处理之后,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述终端中的SIM卡是否发生了变更或者远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系是否发生了变更;
    在判断结果为所述终端中的SIM卡发生了变更的情况下,读取所述终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息,并将读取到的所述变更后的SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;获取所述远程服务器根据所述变更后的SIM卡标识信息确定的第四映射关系,并根据获取的所述第四映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新;或者,
    在判断结果为所述远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系变更为第五映射关系的情况下,获取所述第五映射关系,并根据获取的所述第五映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,在根据获取的所述第四映射关系或者所述第五映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新之后,所述方法还包括:
    判断在更新后的第一映射关系中,与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第二SIM卡与所述第一SIM卡是否相同;
    在判断结果为不相同的情况下,利用所述第二SIM卡进行业务处理。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一SIM卡的数量为两个以上,并且,所述两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级互不相同,所述利用所述第一SIM卡进行业务处理包括:
    获取所述两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级;
    根据获取的所述两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级确定业务优先级最高的SIM卡;
    利用所述优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,在利用所述优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理之后,所述方法还包括:
    当利用所述优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理失败的时间超过预定时长后,按照优先级从高到底的顺序从所述两个以上第一SIM卡中确定其他SIM卡;
    利用所述其他SIM卡进行业务处理。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,在利用所述其他SIM卡进行业务处理之后,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述终端在利用所述其他SIM卡进行业务处理时,所述终端所处的第一小区;
    当确定所述终端离开所述第一小区后,重新利用所述优先级最高的第一SIM卡进行业务处理。
  10. 一种业务处理的方法,包括,
    接收终端发送的终端中的客户识别模块SIM卡的SIM卡标识信息;
    根据接收到的所述SIM卡标识信息,确定区域信息与所述SIM卡的第一映射关系;
    将所述第一映射关系发送给所述终端,以指示所述终端根据所述第一映射关系选择进行业务处理的第一SIM卡。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,在将所述第一映射关系发送给所述终端之后,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述第一映射关系发生了变更;
    将所述第一映射关系更新为第六映射关系;
    将所述第六映射关系发送给所述终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述确定所述第一映射关系 发生了变更包括:
    确定用于生成区域信息和SIM卡的映射关系的映射策略发生了变化;和/或,
    接收到所述终端发送的所述终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息。
  13. 一种业务处理的装置,包括:
    第一判断模块,设置为根据终端中预先存储的区域信息与所述终端中的客户识别模块SIM卡的第一映射关系,判断所述终端中是否存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡;
    第一业务模块,设置为在所述第一判断模块的判断结果为存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的所述第一SIM卡的情况下,利用所述第一SIM卡进行业务处理。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,所述装置还包括,
    读取模块,设置为在所述第一判断模块根据终端中预先存储的区域信息与所述终端中的SIM卡的第一映射关系,判断所述终端中是否存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡之前,读取所述终端中的SIM卡标识信息;
    第一发送模块,设置为将读取到的所述SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;
    第一获取模块,设置为获取所述远程服务器根据所述SIM卡标识信息确定的所述第一映射关系。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述第一发送模块包括:
    发送单元,设置为在所述终端中至少包含一个主SIM卡,所述主SIM卡支持在所述终端当前所在的区域进行业务处理的情况下,通过所述主SIM卡将读取到的所述SIM卡标识信息发送给所述远程服务器。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    第二判断模块,设置为在所述第一判断模块判断所述终端中是否存在与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第一SIM卡之后,在判断结果为不存在与所 述终端当前所在的区域对应的所述第一SIM卡的情况下,判断所述终端在存储了所述第一映射关系之后,所述终端中的SIM卡是否发生了变更或者远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系是否发生了变更;
    第二获取模块,设置为在所述第二判断模块的判断结果为所述终端中的SIM卡发生了变更的情况下,读取所述终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息,并将读取到的所述变更后的SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;获取所述远程服务器根据所述变更后的SIM卡标识信息确定的第二映射关系,并根据获取的所述第二映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新;或者,
    第三获取模块,设置为在所述第二判断模块的判断结果为所述远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系变更为第三映射关系的情况下,获取所述第三映射关系,并根据获取的所述第三映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    第三判断模块,设置为在所述第一业务模块利用所述第一SIM卡进行业务处理之后,判断所述终端中的SIM卡是否发生了变更或者远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系是否发生了变更;
    第四获取模块,设置为在所述第三判断模块的判断结果为所述终端中的SIM卡发生了变更的情况下,读取所述终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息,并将读取到的所述变更后的SIM卡标识信息发送给远程服务器;获取所述远程服务器根据所述变更后的SIM卡标识信息确定的第四映射关系,并根据获取的所述第四映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新;或者,
    第五获取模块,设置为在所述第三判断模块的判断结果为所述远程服务器中的所述第一映射关系变更为第五映射关系的情况下,获取所述第五映射关系,并根据获取的所述第五映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,所述装置还包括,
    第四判断模块,设置为在所述第四获取模块根据获取的所述第四映射关系或者所述第五获取模块根据获取的所述第五映射关系对所述终端中存储的所述第一映射关系进行更新之后,判断在更新后的第一映射关系中,与所述终端当前所在的区域对应的第二SIM卡与所述第一SIM卡是否相同;
    第二业务模块,设置为在所述第四判断模块的判断结果为不相同的情况下,利用所述第二SIM卡进行业务处理。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述第一SIM卡的数量为两个以上,并且,所述两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级互不相同,所述第一业务模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为获取所述两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级;
    第一确定单元,设置为根据获取的所述两个以上第一SIM卡的业务优先级确定业务优先级最高的SIM卡;
    业务单元,设置为利用所述优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    第一确定模块,设置为在所述第一业务模块利用所述优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理之后,当利用所述优先级最高的SIM卡进行业务处理失败的时间超过预定时长后,按照优先级由高到低的顺序从所述两个以上第一SIM卡中确定其他SIM卡;
    第三业务模块,设置为利用所述其他SIM卡进行业务处理。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,所述装置还包括:
    第二确定模块,设置为在所述第三业务模块利用所述其他SIM卡进行业务处理之后,确定所述终端在利用所述其他SIM卡进行业务处理时,所述终端所处的第一小区;
    第四业务模块,设置为当确定所述终端离开所述第一小区后,重新利用所述优先级最高的第一SIM卡进行业务处理。
  22. 一种业务处理的装置,包括,
    接收模块,设置为接收终端发送的终端中的客户识别模块SIM卡的SIM 卡标识信息;
    生成模块,设置为根据接收到的所述SIM卡标识信息,确定区域信息与所述SIM卡的第一映射关系;
    第二发送模块,设置为将所述第一映射关系发送给所述终端,以指示所述终端根据所述第一映射关系选择进行业务处理的第一SIM卡。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,所述装置还包括,
    第三确定模块,设置为在所述第二发送模块将所述第一映射关系发送给所述终端之后,确定所述第一映射关系发生了变更;
    更新模块,设置为将所述第一映射关系更新为第六映射关系;
    第三发送模块,设置为将所述第六映射关系发送给所述终端。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述第三确定模块包括:
    第二确定单元,设置为确定用于生成区域信息和SIM卡的映射关系的映射策略发生了变化;和/或,
    第三确定单元,设置为接收到所述终端发送的所述终端中的变更后的SIM卡标识信息。
