Description

一种选择小区的方法及装置 技术领域
本申请涉及但不限于通信技术领域,特别涉及一种选择小区的方法及装置。
背景技术
当前虚拟运营商蓬勃发展,但所运营的业务还是跟某个特定的运营商绑定的,用户选择了业务后还是只能使用某一运营商的服务或者跟此运营商签署合作协议的漫游运营商的服务。目前无论是单卡手机还是双卡手机,在搜索小区时,邻区列表都是由网络参数下发,并且邻区列表都是某一特定运营商的,不可能搜索到其他运营商的小区。
现在很多用户同时有多张SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,客户识别模块)卡,而这些SIM卡可能并不属于同一个运营商,虽然可以将多张SIM卡中的信息集中存储到一张SIM卡上,但在选择小区时,由于邻区列表都是某一特定运营商的,不可能搜索到其他运营商的小区,导致无法为用户提供最优质的服务。

本发明实施例提供一种选择小区的方法及装置,能够解决相关技术中在选择小区时,由于邻区列表都是某一特定运营商的,不可能搜索到其他运营商的小区的问题,能够实现搜索到客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息,进而从搜索到的运营商中选择适合的小区为用户提供最优质的服务。
依据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种选择小区的方法,应用于具有客户识别模块的电子设备,所述方法包括:
获取与所述客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息;
根据所述运营商的基本信息对所述电子设备所在区域的小区进行搜索,得到初步的小区列表;
按照预先设置的小区优先级排序策略,对所述初步的小区列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表;
根据所述最终的小区列表中的优先级最高的小区按照混合模式进行待机。
可选地,所述按照预先设置的小区优先级排序策略,对所述初步的小区列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,包括:

小区搜索模块,设置为:根据所述运营商的基本信息对所述电子设备所在区域的小区进行搜索,得到初步的小区列表;
排序调整模块,设置为:按照预先设置的小区优先级排序策略,对所述初步的小区列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表;

此外,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现所述选择小区的方法。
本发明实施例具有如下有益效果:能够搜索到一张客户识别模块卡上绑定的属于不同运营商的多个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息,例如运营商的PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network,公共陆地移动网络)、PRL(Preferred Roaming List,优选漫游列表)、MLPL(MMSS位置关联优先级列表)/MLSL(MMSS***优先级列表)等信息,在驻留到某一运营商的网络后,无论在空闲态还是业务态,都可以不间断地搜索,然后可以根据业务能力、信号权重和/或优质服务能力等进行优选后获得最优小区,解决相关技术中在选择小区时,由于邻区列表都是某一特定运营商的,不可能搜索到其他运营商的小 区的问题,实现搜索到客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息,进而从搜索到的运营商中选择适合的小区为用户提供最优质的服务。

第一实施例
参见图1,本实施例提供了一种选择小区的方法,应用于具有客户识别模块的电子设备,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101:获取与客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息。
本实施例中,通过客户识别模块(也可称为多号卡)可以取得的信息有运营商名称、PLMN、MLPL/MLSL,根据上述信息可得到每个运营商的基本信息,其中,运营商的基本信息可以包括:PLMN、频段或频点(即,频段/频点)和运营商优先级(可以由用户自定义)。例如,客户识别模块绑定三 个手机号码,该三个手机号码所属的运营商分别为移动、联通和电信,则通过步骤101可获得三个运营商的基本信息。当然可以理解的是,手机号码也可以所属于虚拟运营商(VNO,Virtual Network Operator)。
步骤102:根据运营商的基本信息对电子设备所在区域的小区进行搜索,得到初步的小区列表。
初步的小区列表包括:PLMN、频段/频点、运营商优先级、网络制式、信号强度和信噪比,其中,运营商优先级越高,小区的优先级越高。本实施例利用获得的不同运营商的基本信息便可搜索电子设备所在区域的小区,则可获得归属于不同运营商的小区,将所有的小区列表得到初步的小区列表。
而且,无论在空闲态还是业务态,将会在后台不停地搜索小区,如果小区在连续多次的小区搜索中搜索不到信号强度,则将小区从小区列表中删除;若搜索到新的小区,则将新增小区加入到小区列表中。
步骤103:按照预先设置的小区优先级排序策略,对初步的小区列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表。
可选地,预先设置的小区优先级排序策略包括以下一种或多种:根据业务能力排序优先级、根据信号权重排序优先级、根据服务质量排序优先级,当然可以理解的是,在本发明实施例中并不限定该小区优先级排序策略。
步骤104:根据最终的小区列表中的优先级最高的小区按照混合模式进行待机。
利用获得的最优小区进行待机,则可获得最优的服务。例如,附近最优小区为电信运营商的小区,在相关技术中若使用移动或联动运营商的手机号码则不能使用该最优小区来向用户提供服务,但在本实施例中,若该客户识别模块上绑定了归属于电信运营商的手机号码,则可使用该最优小区向用户提供服务。
第二实施例
参见图2,本实施例提供了一种选择小区的方法,应用于具有客户识别模块的电子设备,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201:获取与客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号 码对应的运营商的基本信息。
本实施例中,通过客户识别模块(也可称为多号卡)可以取得的信息有运营商名称、PLMN、MLPL/MLSL,根据上述信息可得到每个运营商的基本信息,其中,运营商的基本信息可以包括:PLMN、频段/频点和运营商优先级(可以由用户自定义)。例如,客户识别模块绑定三个手机号码,该三个手机号码所属的运营商分别为移动、联通和电信,则通过步骤201可获得三个运营商的基本信息。当然可以理解的是,手机号码也可以所属于虚拟运营商(VNO,Virtual Network Operator)。
步骤202:根据运营商的基本信息对所述电子设备所在区域的小区进行搜索,得到初步的小区列表。
初步的小区列表包括:PLMN、频段/频点、运营商优先级、网络制式、信号强度和信噪比,其中,运营商优先级越高,小区的优先级越高。本实施例利用获得的不同运营商的基本信息便可搜索电子设备所在区域的小区,则可获得归属于不同运营商的小区,将所有的小区列表得到初步的小区列表。

步骤204:根据小区的业务能力分别对多个小区分列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,其中,小区的业务能力越强,小区的优先级越高,最终的小区列表包括多个小区分列表。
根据不同小区处理不同业务的能力对小区分列表排序,例如,数据业务按小区支持的网络制式优先级由高到低为:LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)/EVDO(Evolution Data Only)/TD-SCDMA(Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access,时分同步码分多址)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)/EVDO/GSM(Global System for Mobile Communication,全球移动通信***);语音业务按小区支持的网络制式优先级由高到低为:CDMA/EVDO/GSM、LTE、WCDMA/EVDO/TD-SCDMA,这样便可得到不同业务领域中的最优小区。
步骤205:根据最终的小区列表中的优先级最高的小区按照混合模式进行待机。
利用获得的最优小区进行待机,则可获得最优的服务。例如,附近处理数据业务最优小区为电信运营商的小区,处理语音业务最优小区为移动运营商的小区,在相关技术中若使用移动、联动运营商号码处理数据业务或使用联通、电信运营商号码处理语音业务时则不能使用数据业务或语音业务的最优小区,但在本实施例中,若客户识别模块绑定了归属于电信运营商和移动运营商的手机号码则可在处理数据和语音业务时都可使用该业务的最优小区提供的服务。
第三实施例
参见图3,本实施例提供了一种选择小区的方法,应用于具有客户识别模块的电子设备,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤301:获取与客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息。

根据信号权重,对最终的小区列表中的每个小区的优先级进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,其中,小区的信号权重越大,小区的优先级越高。
例如,根据小区的信号强度和小区的信噪比确定信号权重,包括:获取小区的信号强度对应的第一权重值;获取小区的信噪比对应的第二权重值;根据第一权重值和第二权重值,计算出小区的信号权重,其中,小区的信号权重越大,小区的优先级越高。其中,信号强度与第一权重值的对应关系以及信噪比与第二权重值的对应关系例如表1所示。
可选地,计算出小区的信号权重可以是将第一权重值与第二权重值相乘得到的信号权重。当小区业务能力相同时,可以根据信号权重进一步调整,对信号权重大的小区给予更高的优先级。

可选地,计算出小区的信号权重可以是将第一权重值与第二权重值相乘得到的信号权重。当小区业务能力相同时,可以根据信号权重进一步调整,对信号权重大的小区给予更高的优先级。

每个小区对不同业务可以提供的服务质量不同,例如,可支持VoLTE(Voice over LTE)的小区对语音业务具有最高优先级,可支持RCS(Rich Communication Suite,融合通信服务)、eMBMS(Enhanced Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service,增强型多媒体广播多播业务)、LTE Direct、SRVCC(Single Radio Voice Call Continuity)等业务能力的小区则对数据业务具有更高的优先级。
步骤407:根据最终的小区列表中的优先级最高的小区按照混合模式进行待机。
利用获得的最优小区进行待机,则可获得最优的服务。
第五实施例
参见图5,本实施例提供了一种选择小区的方法,应用于具有客户识别模块的电子设备,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤501:获取与客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息。
本实施例中,通过客户识别模块(也可称为多号卡)可以取得的信息有运营商名称、PLMN、MLPL/MLSL,根据上述信息可得到每个运营商的基本信息,其中,运营商的基本信息可以包括:PLMN、频段/频点和运营商优先级(可以由用户自定义)。例如,客户识别模块绑定三个手机号码,该三个手机号码所属的运营商分别为移动、联通和电信,则通过步骤101可获得三个运营商的基本信息。当然可以理解的是,手机号码也可以所属于虚拟运营商(VNO,Virtual Network Operator)。
步骤502:根据运营商的基本信息对电子设备所在区域的小区进行搜索,得到初步的小区列表。
初步的小区列表包括:PLMN、频段/频点、运营商优先级、网络制式、信号强度和信噪比,其中,运营商优先级越高,小区的优先级越高。本实施例利用获得的不同运营商的基本信息便可搜索电子设备所在区域的小区,则可获得归属于不同运营商的小区,将所有的小区列表得到初步的小区列表。
而且,无论在空闲态还是业务态,将会在后台不停地搜索小区,如果小区在连续多次的小区搜索中搜索不到信号强度,则将小区从小区列表中删除;若搜索到新的小区,则将新增小区加入到小区列表中。
步骤503:按照预先设置的小区优先级排序策略,对初步的小区列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表。
可选地,预先设置的小区优先级排序策略包括以下一种或多种:根据业务能力排序优先级、根据信号权重排序优先级、根据服务质量排序优先级,当然可以理解的是,在本发明实施例中并不限定该小区优先级排序策略。
步骤504:根据待机小区收到的网络消息中的邻区列表,将已被网络配置为邻区的小区在最终的小区列表中的优先级提高。
对邻区的小区的优先级提高,可以进一步优化小区列表,得到最优小区。同样地,该步骤也适用于第二实施例至第四实施例。
步骤505:根据最终的小区列表中的优先级最高的小区按照混合模式进行待机。
利用获得的最优小区进行待机,则可获得最优的服务。
第六实施例
参见图6,本实施例还提供了一种选择小区的装置,应用于具有客户识别模块的电子设备,该装置包括:
信息获取模块601,设置为:获取与客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息;
小区搜索模块602,设置为:根据运营商的基本信息对电子设备所在区域的小区进行搜索,得到初步的小区列表;
排序调整模块603,设置为:按照预先设置的小区优先级排序策略,对初步的小区列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表;
选择模块604,设置为:根据最终的小区列表中的优先级最高的小区按照混合模式进行待机。
可选地,排序调整模块603是设置为:
根据用户会进行的不同业务对初步的小区列表进行调整,得到按照业务类型划分的多个小区分列表,其中,每个小区分列表与一种业务类型对应;
根据小区的业务能力分别对多个小区分列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,其中,小区的业务能力越强,小区的优先级越高,最终的小区列表包括多个小区分列表。
可选地,排序调整模块603还设置为:
分别获取多个小区分列表中每个小区的信号权重,其中,信号权重是根据小区的信号强度和小区的信噪比确定的;
根据信号权重,对最终的小区列表中的每个小区的优先级进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,其中,小区的信号权重越大,小区的优先级越高。
可选地,排序调整模块603通过以下方式根据小区的信号强度和小区的信噪比确定信号权重:
获取小区的信号强度对应的第一权重值;
获取小区的信噪比对应的第二权重值;
根据第一权重值和第二权重值,计算出小区的信号权重,其中,小区的信号权重越大,小区的优先级越高。
可选地,排序调整模块603还设置为:根据小区广播消息中广播出的小区可提供服务的质量,对最终的小区列表中每个小区的优先级进行调整,其中,小区可提供服务的质量越高,小区的优先级越高。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的选择小区的装置,利用了选择小区的方法,提供了一种实现搜索到客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息,进而从搜索到的运营商中选择适合的小区为用户提供最优质的服务的装置。
此外,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现图1至图5所示任一实施例的所述选择小区的方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件(例如处理器)完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储 介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,例如通过集成电路来实现其相应功能,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现,例如通过处理器执行存储于存储器中的程序/指令来实现其相应功能。本申请不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
以上所述是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供一种选择小区的方法和装置,实现搜索到客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息,进而从搜索到的运营商中选择适合的小区为用户提供最优质的服务。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种选择小区的方法,应用于具有客户识别模块的电子设备,所述方法包括:
    获取与所述客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息;
    根据所述运营商的基本信息对所述电子设备所在区域的小区进行搜索,得到初步的小区列表;
    按照预先设置的小区优先级排序策略,对所述初步的小区列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表;
    根据所述最终的小区列表中的优先级最高的小区按照混合模式进行待机。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述按照预先设置的小区优先级排序策略,对所述初步的小区列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,包括:
    根据用户会进行的不同业务对所述初步的小区列表进行调整,得到按照业务类型划分的多个小区分列表,其中,每个小区分列表与一种业务类型对应;
    根据小区的业务能力分别对所述多个小区分列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,其中,所述小区的业务能力越强,所述小区的优先级越高,所述最终的小区列表包括多个小区分列表。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述按照预先设置的小区优先级排序策略,对所述初步的小区列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,还包括:
    分别获取所述多个小区分列表中每个小区的信号权重,其中,所述信号权重是根据小区的信号强度和小区的信噪比确定的;
    根据所述信号权重,对所述最终的小区列表中的每个小区的优先级进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,其中,所述小区的信号权重越大,所述小区的优先级越高。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,根据小区的信号强度和小区的信噪比确定所述信号权重,包括:
    获取小区的信号强度对应的第一权重值;
    获取所述小区的信噪比对应的第二权重值;
    根据所述第一权重值和第二权重值,计算出所述小区的信号权重,其中,所述小区的信号权重越大,所述小区的优先级越高。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述按照预先设置的小区优先级排序策略,对所述初步的小区列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,还包括:
    根据小区广播消息中广播出的小区可提供服务的质量,对所述最终的小区列表中每个小区的优先级进行调整,其中,所述小区可提供服务的质量越高,所述小区的优先级越高。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    根据待机小区收到的网络消息中的邻区列表,将已被网络配置为邻区的小区在所述最终的小区列表中的优先级提高。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的方法,其中,所述运营商的基本信息包括:公共陆地移动网络PLMN、频段或频点、运营商优先级;所述初步的小区列表包括:公共陆地移动网络PLMN、频段或频点、运营商优先级、网络制式、信号强度和信噪比,其中,所述运营商优先级越高,所述小区的优先级越高。
  8. 一种选择小区的装置,应用于具有客户识别模块的电子设备,所述装置包括:
    信息获取模块,设置为:获取与所述客户识别模块同时绑定的多个手机号码中每个手机号码对应的运营商的基本信息;
    小区搜索模块,设置为:根据所述运营商的基本信息对所述电子设备所在区域的小区进行搜索,得到初步的小区列表;
    排序调整模块,设置为:按照预先设置的小区优先级排序策略,对所述初步的小区列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表;
    选择模块,设置为:根据所述最终的小区列表中的优先级最高的小区按照混合模式进行待机。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述排序调整模块是设置为:
    根据用户会进行的不同业务对所述初步的小区列表进行调整,得到按照业务类型划分的多个小区分列表,其中,每个小区分列表与一种业务类型对应;
    根据小区的业务能力分别对所述多个小区分列表中小区的排序进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,其中,所述小区的业务能力越强,所述小区的优先级越高,所述最终的小区列表包括多个小区分列表。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述排序调整模块还设置为:
    分别获取所述多个小区分列表中每个小区的信号权重,其中,所述信号权重是根据小区的信号强度和小区的信噪比确定的;
    根据所述信号权重,对所述最终的小区列表中的每个小区的优先级进行调整,得到最终的小区列表,其中,所述小区的信号权重越大,所述小区的优先级越高。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述排序调整模块通过以下方式根据小区的信号强度和小区的信噪比确定所述信号权重:
    获取小区的信号强度对应的第一权重值;
    获取所述小区的信噪比对应的第二权重值;
    根据所述第一权重值和第二权重值,计算出所述小区的信号权重,其中,所述小区的信号权重越大,所述小区的优先级越高。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述排序调整模块还设置为:
    根据小区广播消息中广播出的小区可提供服务的质量,对所述最终的小区列表中每个小区的优先级进行调整,其中,所述小区可提供服务的质量越高,所述小区的优先级越高。
